This seems to come about after the jury sent in Note #2, asking for a copy of the 60-page jury instruction. Normally, the jury instructions go with the jury to the jury room.
The description of Judge Merchandise reading of the jury instructions was tweeted out by TGP’s Paul Ingrassi(?) as rushed, mumbling, loud on the “guilty” parts & soft on “acquittal” parts. We now know they contain a colossal violation of the Constitution & due process.
As long as Trump gets convicted, the Democrats think they won & they win the election. Do everything you can to not let them win.
I’ve heard there is at least one (1) lawyer on the panel of jurists. Surely he knows these “jury instructions” are bogus and would never be allowed in a REAL Court of Law. Surely he knows this is egregious practice of Law.

So, it really just comes down to whether there’s one guy (unlikely to be a woman) on the jury who just wants to be the fly in the ointment. That would be hilarious beyond measure. Honestly, at this point, I’m rooting for the Total Chaos outcome which would be one juror just telling the other 11 to “FOAD”. Then watching the judge keep sending them back in there until he gets the verdict he wants. If they get a hung jury, he’ll order a new trial. That helps “the cause”, too, because it would extend the gag order and prevent Trump from campaigning. The judge knows this.
I am noticing a high level of TDS lately. Last night, a neighbor said Trump is going to be convicted of felonies. Then went on to spout that Russia will invade Europe. I mentioned we need to fix the borders and his answer was it was Trump told the Republicans to kill the border bill, I then tried to point out all the money going to the military industrial complex and he couldn’t give me a good reason for that spending.

The defense lawyers can file for an extraordinary Writ, a Writ of Habeas Corpus and a Writ of Certiorari directly to the US Supreme Court.

The Derek Chauvin jury deliberated for 10 hours over 2 days to deliver a verdict everyone already knew was coming. I watched “The Fall of Minneapolis” and the ways that trial was rigged were staggering. Chauvin never had a chance because the judge decided the outcome and rigged the trial accordingly.

that all 12 jurors must agree that Trump falsified records
that all 12 jurors must agree that Trump did this to cover up a crime
but the jurors can disagree as to what of three possible crimes was being covered up.

Trump has not even been prosecuted for any of the ‘three possible crimes”, let alone convicted of any of them. This trial has not been about any of those “three possible crimes”.
The jury is being told in effect “Even through Trump was not in trial here for election interference, if you think he did that then you should use that as a justification to find him guilty of felony record falsification.”
But that last (actually first) instruction makes a spaghetti mess of everything that followed.
It’s worse, he has been denied the opportunity to defend against the charges. The defense had to do closing arguments first. The prosecution gave closing arguments next and revealed the so-called crime, then the judge instructed the jury to pick any listed crime. The defense was barred from offering testimony on the so-called underlying crime, could not refute it during closing, or cross examine the accusers regarding that crime.
Your own a blue car. A red car runs a stop sign and kills someone. You are put on trial because a witness says a green car went down the street. You are put on trial for involuntary manslaughter. You aren’t allowed to know when the accident happened. You are not allowed to cross examine the witness who identified your green car. If you say your innocent, your sent to jail. After the accident, the state makes it illegal to own a green car. So, the judge instructs the jury to find you guilty in the accident if you have a green car. But your never allowed to show that your car is blue.

This may wind up being a hung jury (though VERY unlikely it’ll be outright acquittal), but even if it’s guilty it’ll quickly be overturned. But that’s NOT good enough. The way this is being done is so egregious, so clearly a conspiracy between Merchan, Bragg, and others, that Trump’s exoneration is only a part of fixing this. What THEN needs to be done is a full investigation into this conspiracy, and the eventual removal/disbarment of Merchan, but maybe even criminal indictment. Trump is only guilty of felonious falsifying records if he did so into order to commit some other criminal act.
What is that other criminal act? Nobody knows. Trump has not been charged with some other criminal act. But the judge has suggested three other criminal acts which Trump might have committed, and which the records thing might be connected to.
The judge has said that if four jurors say Trump did it for Act 1, four say he did it or Act 2, and four say he did it for Act 3, that still counts as a unanimous verdict.
The important point here is that the jurors are being asked to basically find Trump guilty of some other crimes which he has not even been charged with.

Like there is anyone to do a fair investigation … For all the good it will do, this is like suggesting someone writes a sternly worded letter.
What’s needed is for GOP leaders to demand the higher courts assess the judge and trial and take action. There must be some action they can take in the case of a sitting judge being so far out of the law as to be perceived as a lunatic.
What is wrong with all these people sitting around on their hands! Yes I know they all want to be rid of President Trump but they are also destroying the justice system. Do none of them care about that? The answer must be the payoffs are so big that all of them are willing to suck it up. They will get a big surprise if they succeed. The elites will not share power with minions.
Calls? Why not hire a lawyer or sue someone or file charges against someone. Who in the federal government does he think will investigate?
Judges are NOT TO PUT THEMSELVES in the jury room. I’m sure there’s little snitches in the room. I’m sure there’s probably bailiffs and clerks with their ears to the wall outside the jury room.
I honestly don’t know how you could gauge such a thing as “participation in deliberations” unless there was someone on the jury reporting it to a Merchan apparatchik.

I greatly respect + admire Sundance’s work + believe he’s correct about a primary purpose of this Lawfare + agree it might work out this way ——– but ——– I have to ask: What is harder to fix — an Appeals Court Decision – even one coming from the SCOTUS —- or Federal Elections…..?
If the Courts did not protect us from most of what went on in 2020….. why should I be highly confident the Courts will make sure this Lawfare does not succeed in putting Trump in prison…?
It isn’t a vital question to me — because Lawfare is not remotely the only Weapon they have in their arsenal to go after Trump with. They will continue to pull whatever Trigger they feel is best at the moment…. + they will continue to fail to stop Opposition to them (but the Forces behind all of this never dreamed they could avoid massive opposition in the 1st place…. Rising Opposition is actually something they have to generate on their schedule…).

They are simply covering their bases. How much you want to bet our agencies have eyes/ears on the jury and know the likelihood they get a real conviction is slim to none. Seems from their jury directions they fear a not guilty verdict more than anything, so they have to insert a way to spin it.
I see this playing out similar to the impeachment. If they can muster some kind of net result of guilty even without a real legal conviction. This is good enough for them, it’s all a show(kayfabe) anyway.
The left still rallies behind their claim that Trump was impeached regardless of the fact he was found innocent. It’s that he was impeached the left claims over and over again. They have all the PR based media they need to spin Trump as mostly guilty in the eyes of some of the supposed jury.
I bet they already have the PR phrases worked out to present those jurors with guilty finding but just not enough of them to get a conviction. Then they pick a juror or two to come on their news shows to whip up the base and it will completely unravel the case because time and again these people have proven to be idiots that expose their own culpability.

The difference between WW2 Germany + today is — there are far fewer Good Germans: People who tacitly supported what was going on before + during the War. Second, whether there is a guilty verdict or not, President Trump wins either way.
If there’s a conviction, he instantly achieves St. Paul status, and what was a strong move of blacks and Hispanics to vote Trump becomes an avalanche.
If they acquit, he wins.
If there’s a hung jury, the timeline is too tight for the Lawfare and people will see double persecution in Bragg bringing the case again.
Third, beware of having eyes hyperfocused on the Bolshevik show trial.
President Trump may need the optics of being “off the board” for what comes next.
He has told us we will be on the (apparent) brink of nuclear war before the year is out. He told us in the Tim Pool interview that a nuclear war would have happened for sure if Hillary had won in 2016 – because that was a part of the Enemy’s 16 year plan.

But Jesus also taught – if I had Faith the size of a tiny mustard seed, I could make mountains move + raise the dead + give the blind their sight. Some of the Apostle’s proved to have that level of Faith at times – but virtually all of them ended up as Martyrs. Elijah proved that level of Faith multiple times but still broke + fled from Jezebel….
I’ve never met a Christian who can move mountains into the sea. So, I recommend at a time like today — a healthy amount of worry + to do what a person can to prepare for hard times on a Biblical scale…. If I knew my neighbors — most of them Christians to widely varying degrees — were preparing + praying, I’d feel better about my chances + lack of mountain-moving Faith…

Yes, it is going to get harder. Among other things, I am expecting severe hunger by winter. A mysterious late frost hit Russia (weather warfare again), and now Argentina’s corn crop got hit by a disease (what are the odds). 256,000 head of cattle were killed by fire in Texas . . . You get the picture.
I do think that the political front is actually coming along quite nicely, if the goal is to unify Americans against those who wish us all dead or enslaved. As President Trump says, when he gets back into the Oval Office, he will be able to do the things that need to be done.
I view this moment as a necessary pail of ice water for the portion of the country that held out any hope in our institutions. They must see how far the rot has gone.

The United Stares today is a largely Godless Nation that has turned its back on morals, values, ethics, & basic the Christian principles it was founded upon.
In a word, we are largely “Apostate.” (Polls of people identifying as Christian are meaningless, even Biden identifies as Christian. Actions speak much louder than words.)
When Israel (vs Assyria) & Judah (vs Babylon), did the very things we today are guilty of, despite being His covenant people, He destroyed their Nations & led them into sore captivity. They were not, at those times, worthy of His protection & He did not give it, though many of them expected Him to.
In the end, I believe those truly allied with God will win out, just as it is written. Though I don’t see that day happening before we are sorely chastised by Him & until we reach the level of repentance He is satisfied with.
When speaking of God on a National level, we cannot be irrational or ignorant of our current situation. If war, pestilence, famine, economic upheavals, civil strife & unrest, & natural disasters follow, we need to see it for what it is. His wrath. Then maybe enough of us will repent & adapt ourselves to His laws & merit His protection.
