It was never going to happen specifically because of what we pointed out before. [GO DEEP] Nikki Haley went scorched earth on President Trump in a lengthy Politico interview after January 6, 2021:
“I don’t think [Trump’s] going to be in the picture,” she said, matter-of-factly. “I don’t think he can. He’s fallen so far.” […] “We need to acknowledge he let us down,” she said. “He went down a path he shouldn’t have, and we shouldn’t have followed him, and we shouldn’t have listened to him. Haley’s calculation at the time was that President Trump was politically finished. Both Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley were wrong.
I doubt anyone is happier than me to hear President Trump confirm, never Nikki!
The key in my mind is the VP should be someone that the enemies of the US Constitution fear even more than PDJT.
We are well beyond basic ‘civilized’ political calculations at this point for the VP position, we needed a scorched earth, no prisoners fighter.

I’ve never consider West a big supporter of Trump. Haven’t read any of his stuff for a long time so could be wrong, but when I was reading his columns not once did he ever allude to what Trump did or said when talking about things that needed fixing. Maybe it was to long ago and he’s changed.
That is the type thought that must go into this VP choice.

I think parents don’t matter, see my post below. Nikki was born in the US. Now Ted Cruz was another matter since he was born outside of the US but his mother was a US citizen. We might need to address Cruz’ eligibility again in 2028.
the law is only a natural born citizen need apply, which in this case means she would have to be born here, and her father too. this is to make sure the child is patriotic and not a foreign agent. she is not a natural born citizen. anyway, and as a result, she is a foreign agent and is obviously loyal to deep state / cabal. and what you think is incorrect and irrelevant.

Some are reading the text “Natural born citizen” to mean your parents must have been either citizens by birth or naturalized at your birth. Wonder if this interpretation has any legs.

Gaetz is right.
People are throwing out a lot of names of good capable MAGA-loyal people as possible VP picks. But I think Trump will be strategic in that he’ll choose someone who can add votes that he doesn’t already have. Pence did that in 2016. Hopefully we’ll get someone better this year. 🙂
I still think Ben Carson is a good choice, and not just because of the potential to draw in black voters. He’s a classy, calm, greatly-accomplished man who has already held an important administration post during Trump’s first term. Some of our favorite people like Kari Lake, Matt Gaetz, Devin Nunes … they might be too controversial and fail to draw the votes of people who aren’t MAGA-committed.
The votes he really needs is suburban women. A handsome real man or a bright intelligent woman fits the bill. If a woman, she can’t be typical of many of the women surrounding Trump. She must be more motherly and natural. The man must be someone who women wish was their husband, rather than the squishy submissive type rampant in the suburbs.

Selecting Nikki Haley (not her real name) as VP is the only thing that would keep me from voting for Donald Trump this Fall. And not only is she a globalist RINO Leftoid, she is also ineligible to become President according the Section II Article I of the US Constitution. Many desperate Democrats cite the 14th Amendment for many reasons, but the 14th Amendment was written to address issues resulting from the end of the Civil War, specifically granting the full franchise of citizenship to freed slaves and to prevent former Confederate soldiers and commanders from running for Federal office. Nothing else – plus it in no way altered Article II Section I.
Per the Constitution Nimarata Randhawa (her real name) was born to immigrants from India. “Nikki” was born in 1972 in South Carolina. Her father became a naturalized American (took the oath of citizenship) in 1978 and her mother followed in 2003, shortly before “Nikki” won a seat in the SC House. Furthermore it is unknown if either of her parents was even a legal resident at the time of her birth!
Americans need to know. Ditto for Vivek Ramaswamy and also Barack Obama. I’m no ‘birthed’, but we deserve to know, and at the very least have the Supreme Court adjudicate this once and for all.
