I have a friend who raises and sells cattle on his farm in Virginia. He said that most of what is being sold in large US grocery stores as beef or hamburger is not beef at all, but is from a species of zebra in Africa. This made sense to me because it seems to me the taste of grocery store bought “beef” has changed quite a bit over the last few years. This law, the Help America Vote Act, was signed into law by George W. Bush in 2002. It is the platform from which all things have grown from with regards to our current voting rights, rules, regulations.

I glanced at this set of laws. And it doesn’t seem to apply to the 3 basic requirements. It appears to be authorizing payments to states and the set up of a commission controlling what states need to do to get the funds. It appears to be purposed on developing systems that meet certain guidelines. The specific guidelines were to be developed by the commission established by this law (in other words, Congress gave bureaucrats the control over the guidelines subject to other laws).
I see some places it deals with registering voters and removing names from voter rolls.
I do see this section titled “Subtitle A—Transfer to Commission of Functions Under Certain Laws.”
So I think we have to go back to those laws to see if there is any federal criteria for deeming a certification valid.
I just ran through it quickly.
First they manufactured the crises, with Bush vs Gore, and the hanging chads debacle, to generate a demand for Giverment to “do something”.
THEN they came up with the “answer” which was where they planned to end up, all along.
States didn’t have the $ to purchase 100’s of 1000’s of $ of election equipment, hence this bill to”help” the States.
Seperately, lobbyist emerged to “help” State Legislatures to re-write election laws, and then buerocrats to write rules/regs and policy/proceedures to completely revamp our elections.

Bingo. The election integrity in every race for the national and state levels needs to be observed and questioned over any little thing that seems off. If we could get no mail in voting passed, voter ID required and one day voting on paper ballots by Nov. then we might get a semi fair election. Even if some of that happens it might be better than none. Highly doubtful though, that any of it will change by then, but the more people awake and observing will at least help. We know what to to look for now in some respect, but who knows what they might have come up with now in cahoots with the tech companies. Our focus must be on the elections and the distractions thrown at us minimized by our intent to make these elections as cheat free as we can.

I did canvassing in my precinct for many years. In 2020 I had several registered voters tell me they were not citizens and couldn’t vote…yet the voter rolls showed they voted (or someone on their behalf) in several recent elections.

With respect to …. Removal of the motto of the United States Military Academy from it’s mission statement. because “the motto was added to the mission statement in 1998”.
There are those making light of this event because the words and motto remain in place “outside the mission statement” because “the motto was added to the mission statement in 1998”.
Definition of MOTTO = a short sentence or phrase chosen as encapsulating the beliefs or ideals guiding an individual, family, or institution.
The motto of USMA has been for a very very long time … Duty… Honor …. Country. As the motto, it has described a value system every graduate is expected to carry forward after graduation.
A bit of history … MISSION Statements for US Federal entities did NOT come into being until the 1990’s. The Superintendent at the time LTG William Christman (CLASS of 1965) wrote the 1998 Mission Statement, adding the Motto as the basis for the value system embedded in the mission statement. It is not like mission statements always existed and the motto was added as some after thought.
To REMOVE the motto to align with the woke missions statements written by the DoD is the same as REMOVING the value system represented by the Academy Motto … Duty … Honor … Country, and replacing it with a lesser standard as well as including DEI and ESG.
The mission statements of US Federal Government entities, including the DoD (including the uniformed services), were ORDERED to be RE-WRITTEN in 2008 by EXECUTIVE ORDER from the Obama Administration to reflect DEI and ESG. Those re-written mission statements used to be publicly available via the websites of each Federal Government entity, they reflected DEI and ESG.
This why it is a big deal and graduates and likely some of the cadets are upset.
Removal of the motto was an insult and meant to align USMA with DEI and ESG … and not some vague alignment with other mission statements.

Maricopa County Judge Peter Thompson dismissed the lawsuit initially on the basis of standing and assertions that our claims were “speculative”. It was appealed to the Arizona Court of Appeals which affirmed the dismissal. An appeal to the Arizona Supreme Court also ended with affirmation of the dismissal. The case was then appealed this ruling to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals where the dismissal was once again affirmed. Several of the lawyers hired by the Lindell Offense Fund to pursue the case, which included Alan Dershowitz, were sanctioned. But the law allows the introduction of additional evidence because the case was dismissed on standing. This new evidence is the most EXPLOSIVE EVER. The whole world can see it Thursday, March 14 when it is filed with the Supreme Court of the United States.

In the last three years we’ve read about flat-out torture of these prisoners. Claiming that they were guilty of treason meant that the DOJ could decline their Constitutional rights.
Most of them have been kept in solitary confinement for extended periods of time. Many of them were kept in freezing cold conditions. They have restricted visitors – even visits with their legal representatives!
Last month we saw an article depicting torture by extended periods of loud noises, and for any who clicked on the video it was appalling and unbearable.

If I remember correctly, during the Clinton administration, Carville and Greenberg went over to Israel to help get someone else elected – Ehud Barak – they touted him as “the most decorated” – IOW, the message conveyed was that HE, Ehud Barak, cared MORE about Israel than Netanyahu, based on all those military decorations.
The hope was that by getting someone else in there other than Netanyahu, Clinton could broker a peace deal between the PLO (Yasser Arafat) and Israel which would rival the newsworthiness of the Carter peace deal with Egypt (Anwar Sadat) and Israel (Menachem Begin).
Unfortunately for Clinton’s aspiration to be recognized as a great peacemaker, it did not pan out in 2000 when he endeavored to get Arafat and Barak to make an agreement.

There has never been effective oversight of the NSA’s bulk collections programs, or indeed, intelligence agencies in general. There’s been a lot of noise made about this vaunted oversight in defense of programs revealed by leaked documents, but this is nothing more than a talking point.
At The Big Picture, a clip of Sen. John D. Rockefeller (then Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence) discussing how oversight actually works has been posted. It’s from an interview given in 2007, about the time the FISA Amendments Act was being put together to replace the expiring Protect America Act. The amendments act, among other things, extended the length of warrantless surveillance and gave telecoms retroactive immunity for their participation in the NSA’s bulk collections.
Here’s Sen. John D. Rockefeller explaining why, even back in 2007, intelligence agency oversight was a joke.
DAVIS: Reports quote administration officials as saying this is going on and it’s being done in a way to avoid oversight of the Intelligence Committee. Is there any way—

Just curious. Sidney Powell and tearful Jenna Ellis took pleas in the Georgia case. I was very disappointed in Sidney P with her legal reputation and felt she could have beat the ‘trumped up” lawfare and the pleas were bad optics and potential prejudicial.
How would these recent rulings and the wins in the other election case effect those charges?
Different pundits give different answers; but in all the pleas that were taken, as long as the person follows the terms of their plea agreement, at the end of the period all charges disappear, are erased, as if the reason behind the plea never happened – so clean records for everyone, as long as they comply with the terms of their agreement.
Thats a tell, as the Prosecution knew they had a lousy case, or they REALLY needed a guilty plea from these defendants, to bolster their RICO argument.
Otherwise why would the Prosecutor give the Defendant such an incentive?
As the defendants are lawyers, the loss of their law licence was the real threat, and this plea deal means they get to keep their practice.
