The Biological Weapons Convention
In 1972, we signed The Biological Weapons Convention, and by 2023, it was ratified by 185 countries. The Convention is a disarmament treaty that bans biological weapons by prohibiting development, production, acquisition, transfer, stockpiling and use.
The Pentagon and CIA evaded the terms of that treaty even though it was ratified by the Senate and took effect in 1975. Once again, DoD and CIA ignored it by hiding their research programs with a screen of top-secret classifications and by stonewalling inquiries.
That helps us understand why the Pentagon could not pass its last six audits. Their huge budget for black projects is something DoD doesn’t want to reveal to auditors because if those projects were made public they would horrify taxpayers – and the rest of the world.
In its last audit, the Pentagon could only account for half of its assets of $3.8 trillion (equipment, facilities, etc). That means they could not account for $1.9 trillion! That’s twice the entire Pentagon budget for 2023. What other federal agency could get away with that?
The Obama Administration and Fauci
In a recent interview with Jimmy Dore, Robert F Kennedy Jr. (RFK Jr.) showed the genesis of the Pentagon’s funding of biowar labs. He said the Pentagon “took the money that Cheney (the former Vice President) gave them (from the Patriot Act) $2.2 billion, and they funneled it through NIH, and it all went through Anthony Fauci.
So beginning in 2002, Anthony Fauci got a 68% raise from the Pentagon for doing bioweapons development, and he got another raise of billions of dollars a year, and then he started doing all of this gain-of-function experimentation.”
Then, as was reported in March 2023 by ThePrint website, RFK Jr. added that when three viruses leaked out of Fauci’s U.S. labs in 2014, Congress held hearings and 300 scientists sent letters to President Obama who then told Fauci to stop his American-based gain of function labs.
“Gain of function” is research designed to make germs, like a corona virus that causes colds and the flu, become lethal to humans. That sounds insane, but we were assured by Fauci that gain of function research is vital bccause a lethal version of a relatively harmless virus might be the cause of a pandemic, and he needs to know how to create a vaccine to combat it. We now know how that worked out.

Introduction
The danger to world or regional public health from the escape from microbiology laboratories of pathogens capable of causing pandemics, or Potentially Pandemic Pathogens (PPPs) has been the subject of considerable discussion including mathematical modeling of the probability and impact of such escapes. The risk of such releases has generally been determined from estimates of laboratory infections that are often incomplete, except for the recent 2013 Centers for Disease Control (CDC) report, which is a significant source of recent data on escapes from undetected and unreported laboratory-acquired infections (LAIs).
This paper presents an historical review of outbreaks of PPPs or similarly transmissible pathogens that occurred from presumably well-funded and supervised nationally supported laboratories. It should be emphasized that these examples are only the “tip of the iceberg” because they represent laboratory accidents that have actually caused illness outside of the laboratory in the general public environment. The list of laboratory workers who have contracted potentially contagious infections in microbiology labs but did not start community outbreaks is much, much longer. The examples here are not “near misses;” these escapes caused real-world outbreaks.

The number of BSL4 labs is rapidly increasing, with most of the new construction taking place in Asia.
In 2021, we identified 59 BSL4 labs that were in operation, under construction, or planned in 23 countries. By the beginning of 2023, that number had increased by ten to 69 labs. There are 51 BSL4 labs in operation, three under construction, and 15 planned, all spread over 27 countries.

Jahrling then conducts a blood test to find out that the hot agent is the Ebola Zaire virus. This conclusion leads to the Army Medical Research Institute deciding to euthanize all the monkeys in the same room as the infected monkeys. (what that book synopsis doesn’t mention is that humans were heavily exposed at the facility to an AIRBORNE variant of EBOLA that, ENTIRELY BY LUCK, was not infectious to humans -W)
My prediction: far more likely than an asteroid or comet impact or nuclear war, an escaped pathogen will destroy humanity as we know it, possibly even leading to nuclear war.

The passengers were allowed to go wherever they wanted, even though they shared the same air with the man who died, and the man who died had also caused blood to go ‘all over the plane,’ the story said.
There are meds for the Bubonic Plague, but even with meds it can still kill people who don’t know what they have and don’t go to the doctor quick enough.
Plus it is a horrid illness, even if you get medical attention soon enough.

The biggest disappointment in this rino destroy America trash bill is the vote by John Kennedy of LA. Can never watch a video clip of his drooling again.
All the more reason to ensure there are GOP majorities in the House and Senate when Trump is re-elected. The Dems will for sure impeach him again if they have the majority in the House, and if they have the majority in the Senate too there’s a risk of him being removed from office.

Feb 07: Senate Republicans on Wednesday blocked a long-awaited bipartisan border package after top GOP lawmakers shared opposition to the measure.
The package needed 60 votes to move forward. It was defeated in a 49-50 vote, with most Republicans and a handful of Democrats rejecting the bill, according to The Washington Post.
The deal was opposed by former President Donald Trump and other top Republicans, who said it fell short. House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., called it “dead on arrival” ahead of Wednesday’s vote.
Did they pass some other amendment?? If so, was it published?? I’m very confused now.
I think the answer to my question is “yes”. The newer amendment is referred to as the “Murray” amendment #1388 to HR 815, produced by Dems Patty Murray and Chuck Schumer.

It hasn’t passed yet, the vote they had was just “cloture” (ending debate), but the final vote is tonight at 8:30pm EST. This is a different amendment to HR 815 than the one we helped to kill on Feb 7. This new amendment comes from Dems Patty Murray and Chuck Schumer. If the Senate passes it tonight it will go to the House. We all need to call our Representatives and Senators NOW.
