I’m not sure what provoked Tucker Carlson to actually follow through on this plan; I know he was deeply worried about being arrested in Russia. However, Carlson did something every U.S. journalist should do, even though they are forbidden by the State Dept from doing it.
The reason the U.S. Government doesn’t want people traveling into Russia, is specifically because people will tell the experience of their time in Russia, and that will run completely counter to the acceptable narrative. Tucker Carlson took the chance, and the intelligence apparatus is likely going bananas. WATCH:
If we lived in a world governed by grown-ups, this interview would not be even slightly controversial. Unfortunately, we live in a world choreographed by the U.S. intelligence apparatus to provide us only one skewed version of global reality. When it comes to Russia, nothing… not a single thing…. is in alignment with what Western media proclaim is the reality.

Bring back Paul Whelan with you, Mr. Carlson.
Maybe you should read more about Paul Whelan. He was dishonorably discharged from the military for fraud and attempted fraud after a court martial. It is not hard to believe that he was involved in something fraudulent in Russia also, which may be why the US State Department hasn’t made more effort to obtain his release.
While I know absolutely nothing about the man, it would be helpful to provide links to information about statements to such as you make. Particularly so it doesn’t come off wrong in the minds of others.
Why don’t you look it up yourself? Its all out there. Why does everybody else need to do your homework for you? Are you really that lazy? Or are you just stupid?
Remember what I said about informing rather than insulting? There are things you have written that I could make fun of (your spelling, for one), but I don’t think that is a productive use of the comment privilege. Think before condemning.
Sorry about my gruff demeanor, but I have lost all patience with people who are too lazy or stupid to look up facts for themselves. Always asking others to post links. Good grief! Do some effort yourself! No wonder our country is failing. We are populated with imbeciles!
Michael:
Read the Comments Guidelines which our host, Sundance has lovingly prepared for us.
Several items will be of interest to you, I believe.

lololo…..face i make to family indicating they have racked up more disappointment $$$’s at the Bank of Mom
Hahaha!!! I never needed words…just this face 😎
He need a safe/secure space…..
Thank you!!!
I saw your repeat comment on page 2 before I saw this one. On page 2 I thought you were referring to people on other sites. But you’re talking about people here. Come on, man.
When I post info I include sources. It’s common courtesy and as pointed out by others it’s part of the Comment Guidelines on this site.
If you think it’s difficult to locate info that corroborates your comment, it’s going to be difficult for other people too. Make it easier for them. We’re all busy. Well, some of us are at least. You wrote that you are retired, maybe you have more free time on your hands. I’m a full time working person with other responsibilities. I’m not an “imbecile”.
I could be mistaken, but I think the gentleman may have been shown the door by the management somewhere on page 2.
Ahh. OK. 🙂
Can you imagine writing a research paper with no documentation and telling the professor to look up the sources him/herself followed by calling the professor an imbecile?
😳
haha
Gruff demeanor?
Lost all patience?
You’re the South end of a North bound mule.
“lazy, stupid, imbecile.”
You’re either really amped up tonite, or posting off-topic about Biden. 🙂
There you go again, calling your fellow treepers “stupid” and “lazy”. Name calling isn’t allowed here, and it is counterproductive. We are about informing, not insulting.
There are a lot of sources online, but here is one from Snopes. I was wrong that he was dishonorably discharged….it was instead a “bad conduct” discharge.
He was born in Canada and holds 4 passports/citizenship from the US, Canada, Ireland, and UK. He has appealed to multiple countries to bring him home.
President Trump was well aware of the case, since it took place in 2018-2019, and did not intervene.
https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/paul-whelan-discharge/
Snopes… Bwaaaahahaha!
Most times Snopes is correct, like it or not.
9 Truths and a lie. You get all 10 for a buck.
and Snopes posts leftist opinion as fact.
they did carefully cultivate a decent “urban legend fact checker” reputation over many years, but like many sites, burned all their political capital, exposing themselves as shills, when the “bad orange man” emerged on the scene.
They misconstrue the facts quite often and have a pernicious leftist bias.
I beg to differ. In fact, in many cases I use snopes in reverse. If snopes says it is true it is most likely false. If snopes says it is false it is most likely true. Once you know who controls and funds snopes you will understand why snopes is a disinformation outfit. Also, Belle, “the state department says” means it is probably a lie from the pit of hell and if you have been reading here for ANY amount of time you would know the state department is a font of deception.
Actually every time I have consulted Snopes they have been correct.
About what?
I always consider Snopes to be wrong all the time since they lie for money. They were the original Fake News.
Belle, thank you for the link as I will have a read.
And, I admire your willingness to correct the mistake in recollection of the man’s past. This speaks volumes in my mind.
Michael says he is a CIA asset …
I said I am pretty sure. I at least looked into the subject.
Try to be truthful, I know it must be tough for you. Putting words in other’s mouths is deceitful and disgraceful. A reflection of who you are though, I suppose.
You seem to need an anger management course.
We don’t behave that way here. I’ll leave it for the ad rems to deal with you.
Have a nice day.
So, people who knit don’t speak the truth? LOL . . . Sorry, couldn’t resist on behalf of knitters everywhere.
Next thing he’s going to pick on cats! I can see it coming!
Ok, big boy.
Since you’re only “pretty sure” about your beliefs, where’s your proof that Paul Whelan is a CIA asset?
The truth is not “pretty sure”. It is not 90%. It either is or it is not so.
All we’ve heard out of you in this thread are bald, unsubstantiated statements.
And a lot of keyboard tough guy insults towards people here.
Don Rickles? I thought you were dead.
Now he has thrown down the gauntlet with that knitting epithet! Although i haven’t been able to do it lately, I do know how to knit and I have made some kick *ss sweaters. I made a beautiful charcoal grey vest for my father using a pattern from one of his mother’s old knitting books. He teared up when I gave it to him.
Thereby, your words are a reflection of who you are. From what I have seen thus far it is not flattering.
You are not someone who reads the room, and its patently obvious, you are new here. We dont speak to each other like this. There are rules about this. Once in a while, some blowing off of steam is allowed, but other than that, we keep the words in a place that gives others the respect they deserve. Try and do yourself a favor, and stop denigrating others, be respectful, and no one will get their ire up. Keep this crap up, and youll find yourself reading, but not posting. There is a time and a place to insult others, but we stick to mocking the left and crazy ones, with clever wording. In this case, the people you are denigrating are on the same team as you. Or are they? Grow up pal….
like Barack?
Belle have links for us to back up her statements?
It is not an uncommon ploy for state actors to to create dubious circumstances of dismissal for personnel, only to be deployed later as operatives. Not dissimilar to “disgraced” LE officers infiltrating organized crime.
It is a standard tactic.
The FedGov did attempt to swap Whelan for high value Bout, before pot smoker Griner stole the headlines, and got the only ticket back to the States…
Yes Whelan is probably a con-man. But he is a US citizen and the US government is making little to no effort to secure his return to the US. Apparently unless you are a black lesbian basketball player you are on your own if you are detained overseas.
Griner is not a female. Just an addon to your comment.
Well if our military said he is fraud it must be true.
Exactly Annie and if snopes says it, it is doubly true. /sarc off
Whenever I see something like that I wonder what was he really onto?
I am pretty sure Paul Whelan is a CIA asset and is right where he belongs. Stop drinking the Deep State cool aide sir, it is unbecoming of an adult American.
It is better to inform rather than insult. Consider your motives.
Michael revealed himself.
Bye Michael.
Maybe an insult or two will wake some of these people from their stupor. I am sick of coddling fools.
Great way to alienate everyone, Michael.
There are other sites to visit. Thank you for your opinions, though.
Whether you like them or not, we do have guidelines for comments here. Follow them. Inform rather than insult, and provide sources when you make statements of facts.
Belle says he is a simple fraudster …
You guys crack me up.
No matter what he is, bring him home, and deal with him here.
Just like that guy WNBA drug user that hated America.
That communist transvestite basketball player should have been left there as well.
I bet you would trade another murdering arms dealer, or somebody worse for him too, right, genious?
You’re good when you’re not insulting people.
If so that would be all the more reason to want him out of Russia and back in the USA ASAP.
Kudos to Tucker.
God bless Tucker Carlson. This could be eye opening
It will be for a lot of people. And about the same number will be in complete denial.
It is amazing how the deep state has labeled us “conspiracy theorist” so that if their brainwashed audience ever hears the real truth, they will just believe that it’s not true.
Their audience need not be brainwashed. For them a light rinse is sufficient.
CIA is our problem…They do the color revolutions like in Ukraine
“They do the color revolutions like in Ukraine” and possibly in the USA also.
And ‘Springtime for Crooked’ – Former Tunisian President Zine al Abidine Ben Ali net worth of $17 billion; Hosni Mubarak & family – $700 Billion;
Muammar Gaddafi was worth in total over $200 billion;
Assad and his family control about $122 billion;
Putin $60 billion.
Crooked and the rest just have a bad case of ‘Check Book Envy or like Willie Sutton response to why he robbed banks: “It’s Where the Money Is”
It will be…to most who will watch this interview and who have swallowed whole the narrative of Evil Russia and Putin as its neo-Stalin.
And God keep him safe and protected
God Speed – for Tucker AND journalism itself, both.
Brave men (and women) stand up in perilous times — he’s a hero and truth teller. He obviously has had ENOUGH and is NOT going to take it any longer. Good on him! I stand with Tucker Carlson.
I think he got red pilled while he was at Fox. Them telling him what he could and could not say. At the same time realizing firstly how much Fox was changing, and secondly, (due to how popular his show had become), the thirst that was there for the unvarnished truth.
He has changed much. I recall him mocking Dr Stephen Jones in an interview years back, for suggesting that steel framed skyscrapers, dont fall into their own footprint, by fire, in seconds, without explosives’ via office and fuel burning. Since then, it seems his mind has opened to many possibility’s, of things caused by the Deep State.
I would be more concerned about him being arrested upon return to the US than on his arrival in Russia.
I’m more concerned that Trump is now being wiretapped.
Wiretapping Trump….thats nothing new.
Nine years and counting….
Trump should wear a Go-Pro camera 24/7
The only reason Mr. Trump is still alive is due to his own security team. Secret Service was in charge of JFK’s security, Ronald Reagon’s security, and how did that turn out? Trump is a harder nut to crack. God bless him and God save him and our Republic.
Do you have a link to back up that PDJT did not as President and does not now use Secret Service, Michael?
I did not say he does not use SS. Just that he also has his security as well. Pedantic much?
And people don’t like my tone…
Why do you feel the need to insult and belittle others as if to prove your superiority? You belittle yourself in the eyes of others and devalue the worth of your own message (even when it may have a kernel of truth or insight). You need to type less and think more and then people may think that what you have to say is worth listening to.
Actually, he does use SS. Mandatory for a ex President.
He also uses a decades long private team.
Reportedly in the past, some of those from his private team were dialed in to his SS detail officially.
I don’t know about now but I did find this info from 2017:
https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/trump-campaign-continued-paying-private-security-firms-election-records-show
Donald Trump’s presidential campaign steadily increased spending on private security after he received Secret Service protection as a candidate in 2015, and it has continued paying private security firms since Election Day, an analysis of federal records shows.
Why did Barry Soetoro spy on Trump in 2016? Why do we still have to pay for Obama’s cover up of his crime.
Well, there are a few hundred articles on this very site going back almost a decade discussing that surveillance and related issues.
I suspect Trump in private is as blunt and truthful as he is in public. We don’t have to second guess Trump. He is blunt. Democrats are devious. That is one of Trump’s major appeals- he tells you what he thinks straight to your face.
One of the good things about honest straightforward people is that like them or not you can actually trust them.
Jaye, Putin is also blunt. consider this NBC sit down from years ago.
SIMMONS: Yeah. You’re a religious man. President Biden is saying he told you to your face, “You don’t have a soul.” (LAUGH)
PUTIN: I do not remember this.
SIMMONS: He says it was about —
PUTIN: — something wrong with my memory.
SIMMONS: — it was 10 years ago, 10 years ago when he was vice president, he says.
PUTIN: Well, he probably has a good memory. I— I— I — I do not rule this out, but I don’t remember this. In personal encounters, people try to act appropriately. I do not remember any inappropriate elements of behavior on the part of my counterparts. I don’t think that anything like that — has happened. Perhaps he did say something, but I do not remember.
I trust Putin to be the Best for Russia. If our and his policies mesh, no better working partner. If someone tries to screw Russia, not so good. Problem with him is the Russian Oligarch system has ‘been barry, barry good’ to Putin. But the change in heart for the Dimmirats is highlighted by this quote.
“Whoever does not miss the Soviet Union has no heart. Whoever wants it back has no brain.” – Vladimir Putin quotes from BrainyQuote.com
The Demmi people are stupid. And we know who has No Brain.
So is Tucker and they don’t even need wires anymore.
Just like obammy did when PDJT came into the WH, then abruptly had to move temporarily to New Bedford (?) because the WH room walls were full of listening devices.
After listening to his announcement of the upcoming interview I get the impression that he was invited to Russia, that Putin would like to see an end to the war, and that this interview might help be a means to that end.
The only way it’ll end is if the US stops funding it.
The *biggest* reason to ditch that so-called “Border Bill”. It’s nothing but a “Keep the War in Ukraine going” Bill.
Yes. And the only way we stop funding it is to make life extremely uncomfortable for the legislators that keep voting our money away. This requires exposing the Ukraine money laundering operation and the people in our government that profit from it. When Putin speaks, look to which of our Congressmen start sweating the most.
And “Legalize an illegal ‘asylum’ border invasion Bill.”
The whole thing is poisonous.
Yes, both a “keep the war alive” and “kill the United States as a functioning country” bill. Seems to me anyone who proposes this and/or votes for this is an enemy of the American people. They are all working for other countries. Which ones? China, and any other country that benefits. Seems rather treasonous to me.
Which makes this a “”Do Anyting to pay off the Defense industry Unions in an Election Year” bill.
US govt and congress does not want the WAR to end $$$$$$ to many $$ to make…From lobbyist of the US corporatocracy…..MIC
You can be sure that Garland, Weissman and Nudelman are scouring the law books looking for some type of foreign lobbyist or wire fraud statute to twist into a pretzel and have Tucker arrested upon his return to the United States.
Thank you for getting Victoria’s name correct.
LOL
They usually go with the Logan Act. Then let lawfare bankrupt him.
Biden is so weak in foreign affairs standing, he will only look more foolish if he complains that someone took that role away from him.
In that case haul in Obama and Valerie Jarrett – two private individuals running our nation’s foreign affairs from their private Kaloram mansion
Thinking the same
Yes, or being snatched by some allied government working on behalf of the US Deep State just like what happened to Assange.
Or Gonzalo Lira.
There is a reason Snowden is in Russia and not the banana republic of the USA. He told us that our own Government was illegally spying on us. I would prefer life in Russia after seeing what our DC establishment has morphed into.
yup the former cia dude just got 40 years for leaking vault 7….did not have the presence of mind to have a bug out plan….cia not capable of thinking 9th grade chess, is kind of a red flag.
still a brave and morally correct choice even if he did not have the best of plans to protect himself against the secret police spy state.
God Bless America
He did have a bug out plan. Obama prevented him from flying to Ecuador which was his final destination. Obama put the heavy hand on The Ecuadoran President. Only by default, did Snowden end up in Russia.
I wonder if Tucker was able to meet up with Snowdon…on the QT perhaps…
The cherry on the parfait.
Tucker interviewing Snowden would be very enlightening, and could be even more informative than an interview with Putin.
I would pay to see that one. Ever since Snowden dropped the truth bomb many years ago I’ve always had a little
voice in my head saying “Is this really true?”
Now it’s like a 100 watt Fender amp blowing out my eardrums….”Damn right, it was and now it’s even worse.”
That’s an interview I’d also like to see Tucker Carlson do, actually two, with both Edward Snowden and also Tara Read.
Why is Sebastian Gorka so against this?
Because Gorka still thinks it is 1980 over there.
Like Victoria Nulled still thinks Russia-Russia-Russia today are the Soviets in pre-WWII Ukraine.
What did Gorka say about it? Post it here, don’t make us look for it. 🙂
He’s still mad about the Cold War, so he’s all in on the idiotic Ukraine Narrative.
Yes, Soviet Oppression was horrible, Seb, but Ronald Reagan won the War. It was in all the papers.
The Soviet Union is gone. Let it go.
If you want to stop the New Evil Empire, namely this #ObamaSyndicate and his Owners, you’ll have to.
Rest in the Vine: Peace Through Strength, Putin-Style
(via MP):
PRES. PUTIN on PDT: “For one thing he never insulted us. He has a great respect for Russia. We would start from a position of friendship and trust – then all problems are solvable. We could get it done. Trust me.”
(or Public Enemies #1 and #2, as Sundance calls them. heh.)
Trump explains in his book “the art of the deal”, How you make a deal favorable to both sides. Don’t insult or rip somebody off. You might need to deal with them later.
President Reagan would be 113 years old today. Miss him.
As a boy, he recalled seeing Civil War veterans marching on the 4th of July.
That’s why the Liberals and the Neocons don’t like or want PDJT (and will do anything and everything to get rid of him). His way (the sensible way) doesn’t profit them anything and they might actually be exposed for the worthless frauds that they are. They might even have to do something for the American public who elected them (perish the thought!).
Man to man with resolute eye contact from both.
Body language says to me they understood one another. Respect first…then trust.
Ukraine border lines were badly drawn after the Soviet Empire collapse. Redraw them. There is no “sovereign” Ukraine. It is a mismatch of independent territories cobbled into an unstable post Soviet administrative state.
Just like Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia – break it up and start over with common sense this time.
Trump sure has the grip in that photo.
Gorka is wrong. A *lot*.
Gorka is compromised.
Not the first time.
He seems to be a rational man. Perhaps, just a tad too much English Political Culture has offset that rationality, or hanging around John Bolton too long while serving in the White House.
There’s probably an active FISA warrant now. Trump had better not be talking to anyone who is talking to Carlson. Two hops, remember.
https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/news/articles/fisas-license-to-hop
A conspiratorial enterprise is bound to involve communications beyond Carter Page’s first circle of direct contact, so investigators need to look at the next circle as well. They may need to look further, depending on the communications patterns they find in the first two circles radiating from their named target. But under current rules, it’s the first two that government investigators can routinely gain access to in order to “uncover the full scope of a conspiratorial enterprise,” without needing to apply for further warrants.
This convention is referred to as the “two-hop” rule
And it applies to past communications too, not just current.
I just had a thought that Carlson intentionally did this. I hate to think this way, but it’s hard not to after the Carter Page debacle. Trump was wiretapped for an entire year including something like 8 or 9 months while he was President!
Everyone is wire tapped all the time. Everybody, All the time.
But supposedly the FBI would need a warrant to access the info. The FISA warrant gives them carte blanche to not only tap current communications but access old info as well.
I think ‘technically’ the FBI would need REASON to even request a warrant “once upon a time’ just not at this time.
Cell phone, anyone?
Two hops is lenient spying authority when you subscribe to the theory that everyone in the world is connected to anyone by only 4 degrees of separation.
On one Russian language Telegram channel I read, the interview with Tucker Carlson was mentioned.
“American TV presenter and potentially future Vice President of the United States Tucker Carlson interviewed Vladimir Putin.”
The love fest begins.😂
Carlson boosting his foreign-policy cred?
Then it’s for sure Carlson is not only the subject of a counterintelligence investigation and FISA warrant, someone will probably plant $10k in his travel bag (similar to what happened to George Papadopoulos, it wouldn’t be possible to actually offer Carlson $10k). He will also be impeached, accused of sexual assault by a woman he never met who cannot recall the year in which the assault occurred, and indicted for insurrection.
More of the great pretending. The show, must go on. Until you lose Mitch!
Putin’s baseline policy would appear to be:
Make Russia Great Again
No doubt there are other questions, but it does raise “pondering” about all we are told.
Per the fellows on The Duran back in 2022. Putin had been thinking deeply about retiring. They said he felt he couldn’t as long as NATO was expanding eastward and were about to knock on their door. Putin felt betrayed by the Minsk agreement and had decided the collective west was no longer trustworthy to honor any agreements. His decision was they he could not retire until he dealt with this problem that was looming from the west. He felt Russia was in grave danger and Biden admin was goading them, so he took them up on it to deal with it. He went in with a small operation and thought that they could get a peace agreement early on. There was one almost ready to go. Then Boris nixed it.
The rest is unfinished history.
Godspeed Tucker! Please watch your back. Who knows what the deep state will do to silence you?
Perfect.
This puts paid to those who call him “traitor.”
Libs don’t have a leg to stand on….they amputated their argument.
Hooyah Tucker!
Tucker will for sure be a major target for this. They will charge him with anything they can find. Follow, track, and harass him and his family for the foreseeable future. God bless him and Elon for this! Our government is our biggest enemy!
Tucker states bluntly the Biden administration spied on his e mails/ texts because they knew he was planning this trip to Russia. A lesser man would cower and would hide. God stay with Tucker. What an extraordinary service to the people of the United States and the entire world.
I just hope the Dems don’t figure out some way to use this against Trump.
Playing dumb: Tucker has funny response when asked about interview on the street in Russia (20 sec video)
https://www.bitchute.com/video/py40pbfJ3rNP/
That was funny. I want to see his reaction to the interview of the Russian people on the street complimenting him. I keep meaning to look for it to see if he responded.
Hilarious! Carlson is a master dark comic, in addition to an authentic investigative journalist.
Can you see him responding to reporters as press secretary in the same manner and just laughing and not answering rather than the bs non-answer, evade the question head-bobbing tripe we have become accustomed to?
Not sure why he would worry about being arrested in Russia. I think he should be way more concerned about the return trip.
BTW, check your luggage 10 times before you check in, and have a witness check it with you.
Ask PapaD about what the FBI night be looking for upon his return to the US.
YES! I didn’t see your comment (and the one above) and I posted something very similar. I would not put it past the Democrats to do something like that! They are beyond dirty now. Pathological.
2 fer? maybe he can do a stop at belmarch and “demand” an interview with Assange?
I mean, journalism and all right?
or better yet, how about a visit to any of the J6 prisoners of war in DC?
asking for FRIENDS!
God Bless America
His Assange interview was conducted and released months ago.
A Snowden interview would be a good 2fer.
Yeah.
J6 prisoners and TC = nothing!
🤔
Ain’t that the truth!! That one would be for all the marbles.
Absolute truth!
Assange is held by the UK acting on behalf of the US Government. (The Swedish rape charges are a thin reed for them to hide behind and are possibly just a concoction.) So a stop in the UK could be riskier than just coming straight back to the USA. Either the US or UK or any major ally is no doubt riskier to Tucker than being in Russia. The CIA often employs allied governments to do things it cannot easily get away with inside the US. Remember all the “Black Sites,” the “Extraordinary Renditions,” the overseas targeting of Carter Page?
Gonzalo Lira and Zelinsky’s Ukraine. (Yes, I am being redundant).
I keep thinking about Andrew Breitbart walking on the beach in the USA. Please, dear Lord, keep Tucker safe.
I am thrilled. This makes some heads explode and I believe those are the ones I would be in agreement
Tucker, making heads explode. Biden is pooping his pants anyway, but his handlers are probably as well haha haha
Good thing there is a Latrine J-P near by.
2 Timothy 3:1- Know also this, that, in the last days, shall come dangerous times 2 Men shall be lovers of themselves, covetous, haughty, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, wicked, 3 Without affection, without peace, slanderers, incontinent…
Biden, McConnell, Nadler…
This is excellent….
cautiously hopeful and optimistic.
not a tucker fan, but truly i fear for the man.
he’s doing a great thing, but the potential repercussions….!!
if done right, this interview could blow so many holes in the
deep state narrative of 60+ years that all the 3 letter agencies would be laughed out of town –
or rounded up en masse and charged with treason.
hope TC does background too, and shows how clean, polite, and prosperous russia has become.
unless – and i hate to even think it – TC is a DS plant.
could he have pulled this off without DS approval?
or, could TC be an emissary for PDJT?
(both are private citizens, so no legal issues?)
THAT would be richer than all the gold in ft. knox (if there’s any actually there, that is.)
could this be the beginning of the end for the current state of pretending, as our host defines it?
global splodey heads in 3-2-1….😂
(sorry for all the abbreviations – crawler curtailing.😂)
It takes boldness like this to start destroying the narratives that government and MSM brainwash the masses with.
This won’t have an immediate dramatic effect. But it will accelerate a process that embarrasses the spin masters and forces them on the defensive.
Tucker surely is risking repercussions by placing true journalistic values above either conformity or ignoring the issue.
Treepers, you don’t really need Tucker Carlson interviewing Putin. All you have to do is read the transcripts of Putin’s speeches…..not some news summary of his speeches, the actual transcripts.
In these Putin sounds like the only adult political leader on the planet. But read not only his speeches, but his hours-long town halls. His reasonableness in these cannot possibly be scripted for propaganda. I was especially fascinated when he met for hours with the mothers of the soldiers gone to war.
Agree Stu.
I’ve seen a few of his speeches and once you watch one- you watch more.
It’s such a pleasure in this day and age to see statesmanship, genuine intelligence? Hard to describe it even- there is an absence of drama and the feeling of genuineness.. like a serious adult with real knowledge is in the room.
It’s like nothing we’ve seen here ever.. not in my lifetime anyway.
I was fascinated the first time I watched one of his speeches.
he also has a sense of humor.
Yes, no screaming and creepy whispering
If one does that, which I have done, the façade painted by the Empire of Hate, Lies, Wars, Destruction, and Death starts to dissipate.
Truth will out.
http://en.kremlin.ru/events/president/transcripts
This is interesting. Kind of weird that the transcript of meetings are published. Although I would imagine he is having more meetings than are published. Its just different how this info is disseminate w/o the help of the press. Like in America, if such info were revealed, it would be through a press conference/public release, not the actual transcript.
Ah, too much work, so many things to read and so little time, besides reading transcripts isn’t nearly as fun as watching Tucker’s faces.
I have watched some of Putin’s speeches live, the dude has it going on, far superior to Joey giving a speech. What fascinates me is how my opinion of him has changed. My sister, who knows why, other than having to be different majored in Russian back when it was the USSR. She went to visit, took some jeans w/her and all the rest. She is still stuck in the USSR days and I have given up trying to explain “the war” and Putin to her.
True, we don’t need Carlson interviewing Putin, but the mostly uninformed American populous does. Not many have taken the time to read, much less understand, Putin’s point of view. Presenting it to the American public in the simple video format they’ve come to cherish is the best way to inform them.
Yes, sound-bytes and Twitter posts are all most people can handle.
Why would Tucker Carlson be deeply worried aboutbeing arrested in Russia? I would say he has a better chance of being arrested here in the U.S.
Godspeed, Tucker.
May the Lord grant you wisdom and protection.
Amen.
TC worried about being arrested in Russia?
Not sure I understand that, unless the implication is that TC is an IC asset (as I’ve asserted), but the Russians let him through t to send a message of their own.
I wonder if Putin recorded the whole interview like Trump has in the past (60 Minutes, etc) to make sure there is no ulterior narratives.
Ask him.
👍. Touché.
But which one? Putin or TC? Or both?
The more I think about it, I bet it would be “golden”for ‘someone’ to have prima facie evidence to impugn anything TC may misdirect or omit.
😎
You can bet plenty of minders were around Tucker for a variety of reasons.
Someone showed Tucker the way.
On his return trip he should carry no luggage so that $20,000 in cash is not inserted into it after it leaves his sight. He should just leave his possessions in Russia. Maybe a friend of Putin can bring it to him in a Diplomatic Immunity bag later on. He should keep the cameras rolling for his every step as proof that he did not do whatever the CIA, DOJ, FBI are going to accuse him of doing.
During the height of the Cold War, the MSM could not contain itself when they could go interview the murderer Fidel Castro. They were giddy and effusive towards him, lobbing softballs and congratulating him when he hit a home run. Now, they are angry and contemptuous towards a U.S. reporter going to someone that was no doubt in touch with and helped support their favorite Marxist dictator. Here’s a sample. Reagan had him worried:
PBS edited out the X rated part that featured a performance by Maggie Trudeau.
The part that led to the Emperor of Canada??😏
Justin Castreau
Most people dont know who Justin Trudeau’s dad is.
The Bah-Bah Wa Wa interview was the worst. She thought she was one sexy mama traveling around w/ol Fidel.
So obviously Russia and Putin are not what the media tells us. At the same time, we should remember that a lot of Putin’s opposition has wound up dead. Or at least suffered attempted poisonings. But I mean, out own “leaders” kill people too. I do think that Putin is a nationalist, just one that kills people to maintain power. I will take that over a globalist any day of the week, but obviously I prefer a nationalist that doesn’t kill political opponents. (Trump).
Given their history and what is going on today, Putin is taking no chances.
I’m not saying that is right, I’m saying I get it.
He’s not going to see his country fall again. Period.
Yes, I agree. This war is not a good vs evil. Its a does bad things for a reason vs does bad things for a different reason. Which is why its better for us if we are not involved.
I’m just trying to prevent myself from romanticizing Putin in my own mind. Yes, there are some admirable qualities. There are also some that aren’t.
💁🤷♀️💁💁
We are familiar with the terms
Arkincide and Epstein’d here
in the US.
The saying about people in glass
houses comes to mind.🤔🤔🤔
Does Arkincide refer to the fact that an incredibly high number of Clinton associates mysteriously died/committed suicide?
There is no question that Putin is a dangerous man. Anyone in his position must remain some measure more dangerous than those that would do him harm. Yes, he is a nationalist. That’s a prerequisite for any nation’s leader. Putin has stayed true to his intent on defending his nation against the placement of NATO troops on his front doorstep. This appears to be frustrating to our globalist war mongers in D.C. as they continue to goad him into expanding militarily into other countries. We would do well at a time like this to recall the U.S. response to Soviet missiles in Cuba back in 1962. All of our back and forth with the Soviets at that time took on a whole new meaning when there’s going to be nuclear war heads placed 90 miles off the coast.
I guess all the Democrat supporters don’t remember Obama mocking Romney for saying that Putin was threat. Boy, do narratives change.
The ongoing narrative presented to us has our two biggest enemies as Russia and China. Of course Romney will call Putin a threat. Mitten’s money is invested in China.
I was referring to that moment back in the 2012 debates.
Here in 2024 USA a much more plausible cover-story is being the victim of a “random crime gone bad.” (Seth Rich, Michael Gill.) It helps when the alleged perp is never found or dies in a police shootout.
I bet the Clintons et all could give Mr. Putin a few pointers on ‘how to control a critic’.
Yes, but 97% of the alleged Putin poisoning targets seem to survive.
Putin poisoning doesn’t seem to have a very effective kill rate.
If Putin were really trying to get rid of the targets, wouldn’t you think he would choose another way after however many bodged poisonings?
I suppose one could explain it by saying Putin is stupid like that, but ?
More likely even the poisoning is a media narrative.
I’m so proud of Tucker Carlson braving the deep state, the left-wing radicals, the neocons and grifters in Congress to let the American people in general have the opportunity (even if they refuse to take it) to hear the leader of Russia speak.
I look forward to hearing his interview with President Putin.
I keep waiting for our resident Tucker-hater to come out of the woodwork. It’s only a matter of time.
A few points: Tucker has a top notch legal team. He has a top notch security team. People with connections you and I can only dream of. The US Government has been spying on him since 2020. This whole thing (and everything he has been doing) pisses them off to no end, which should tell you everything you need to know about the current deep state puppet government and fake pravda media we currently have – and how well he exposes them.
He truly is an American Hero and one hell of a dude. I usually say “never feel sorry for a guy who owns a plane” but if he is arrested when he gets back – I would. And I for one wouldn’t allow it to stand. I don’t want to think they are that stupid but they surprise me every day.
The Ministry of Truth doesn’t like it when you spit in their eye.
LOL. Good! Spit in each one. Commenting for a few friends who can’t right now.
For the woke liberal progressives who may be lurking, Russia sent a fleet of warships to help the Union during the Civil War.
So if you are anti-Putin it means you are pro slavery and support the oppression of black people.
*chuckle* Democrats also sent enough materiel over to Soviet Russia to stop Nazi Germany at a time when without it, they might well have lost to Hitler in 1941-42.
Inconvenient truths.
Yep.
& FDR was POSITIVE that “uncle Joe” could be trusted too…
Learning history is really great fun. I just wish it would quit repeating itself under Democrat\Uniparty controlled governments.
MAGA.
right on…
“I know he was deeply worried about being arrested in Russia. ”
Why would the Russians arrest him? I would think he would be far more worry about being arrested by the FBI, the American Gestapo, when he comes back to America.
There are people working for both sides everywhere, in all countries.
But the CIA wouldn’t arrest him in Russia. They would introduce him to an “unfortunate accident”.
What a great 4 min. vid.
Lots of truths packed into the 4 min!
I’m sure that being fired from Fox was a blow to Tucker. He doesn’t need the money, but to be censored for truth telling?
An unlikely Fred Rogers said, “Often when you think you’re at the end of something, you’re at the beginning of something else.”
So this is where God redirected him…
Those who don’t want the truth told are probably trying to figure out how to stop him.
Pray mightily, dear fellow Treepers, for Tucker’s safety and that of his family.
The forces of evil are working overtime.
Firing Tucker was the last straw for Fox and me. Killed cable. Haven’t visited their website since. I’m $75 a month richer and I find most of what I need right here. And lastly, my indigestion is much better.
I’ve just run across this, Jimbo.
Makes sense to me…he upset Pharmakeia, and as they fund Fox?
Well…you know…

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose” Romans 8:28
One of my favorite Bible quotes. (There are many! :))
Knowing this, Deborah, keeps me sane.
Pray that Tucker, upon setting foot back on US soil, is not whisked away to join the J6 folks. One hopes he will back up this interview and secure it with a deadman switch.
Not that Tucker should have any fear of nefarious actions by our Departments of State, Internal Revenue and Justice, oh no, never never.
Or CIA or FBI or DOD. Perish the thought.
I know people on this site often doubt Tucker, but few people say what I am thinking any better every week. He is a fearless truth teller.
I hope and pray he stays safe. I really fear an Andrew Breitbart sidewalk moment or even a Nordstream finger pointing explosion on his way home. Who would you believe ? The Russians, Ukrainians or the US ? He is more valuable than a single story. God Speed Tucker.
Fun little Russian AI Automatic deliver “pizza” boxes on wheels.
An awkward situation in Moscow and a true test for artificial intelligence system
Video link (2:50) real cute solving a head-on narrow sidewalk.

I enjoyed the conversation of
the humans watching as much
as watching the AI maneuvering 🙂
Does anyone ever worry that Sundance will be arrested upon returning from overseas trips?
Just don’t…
War Pig Nuland gives an oink!
Anyone who pokes Mandarins in the eye is alright by me.
I wonder if they ever get the feeling they’ve lost control?
Hopefully, the people who want “Tucker for VP!!!” are starting to understand that he is *much* more powerful as a Journalist than he could ever be as VP.
“….worried about being arrested in Russia.”
Wouldn’t Biden, Obama, Democrats, Rino’s, MSM, be giddy if Russia arrested him🎉🥳🇺🇦 (That’s a statement, not a question.)
They would be both astounded and giddy to the moon.
People from all over the world commenting to that YT vid.
Wow. This is a ballsy move.
One liners. Lots of ’em. CAN’T WAIT! 💯🔥😎
