That new story about the panga bringing ashore the 25 illegal invaders at the beach in La Jolla, CA 2 days ago took place at Windansea Beach on Neptune Ave. . Too bad I wasn’t walking down there that day or I would have tackled the coyote boat driver in the water and drowned him. It’s normally a very dangerous beach to land a boat due to the shore break and the rocks. I think that (martial law), or something similar in the realm of an “emergency”, is a reasonable posit.
They can’t count on a biological weapon like Covid to be a slam dunk this time, at least not without killing far more civilians, so will have to find something different for an ’emergency’ to suspend our rights and freedoms under penalty of imprisonment or death.
However, I do remember, during the height of their 2020 election modification operation when their mercenaries were burning, looting and murdering with the apparent apathy of law enforcement, a civilian taking out two of their mercs effectively ended that part of the operation. Pushback by sending enemy combatants to God worked. No martial law was enacted when the violence throughout the country could’ve easily been a ‘reason’.

Maybe the timing isn’t so bad. We would all like the invasion to have stopped earlier, but a presidential election year when the incumbent is responsible for the invasion and the opposing candidate is very obviously the solution is a really great time to force a confrontation. Even the Dem voters in Chicago and New York are sick of the invasion and want it stopped.

I seem to be in the minority in positing the Communists will seek a method to suspend the election; in that vein I’ve offered alternative scenarios of seeking to invalidate key state’s electors and/or seeking to engage key states to suspend their own elections over some ’emergency’, since states run their own elections.

Dunes, I don’t recall anyone in this thread or others discounting that they may attempt to suspend the election or attempt to pull any of many shenanigans – though I might of missed one. In fact, most in the community have discussed the myriad of things they might do – from martial law to disease X to shutting down the grid to financial collapse and even WW3. Hell, I even have the WHO treaty and a “climate health emergency” shutdown on MY bingo card, along with UN action.
That said, as we discussed earlier elsewhere, all things in life have potential consequences and repercussions – including NOT doing anything at all. For myself, I refuse to live in fear or second guess myself because of some possible or even plausible scenario. Yes, would definitely take them all into account – but absolutely will not allow my enemy to paralyze me with fear or second guessing. That doesn’t mean things aren’t given due consideration.
As I’ve said several times in various threads recently – one absolutely can NOT give up ones rights and freedoms for fear of what someone else may or may not do. If ones actions are covered by their natural rights, and especially when enshrined as inviolate in the Constitution, then there should be no hesitation – even though there may be contemplation. Should the time ever come for that which is practiced in the night, then that too falls under the same guidance – only in such a case hesitation has its own pitfalls.
