The German farmer protests are strategic. The reality that food doesn’t originate in a grocery store is an odd concept for many who do not pay attention. The latest strategic move by the farmers aims to highlight the issue.
With an alliance of truckers supporting the farmers, the German farmers have now begun short-term blockades of warehouse and distribution centers. The farmers are following and disrupting the general supply chain, leading to delivery issues upon the downstream retail stores that carry their products.
GERMANY – In Germany, farmers block the warehouses of retailers Aldi, Amazon and Lidl. This is reported by the telegram channel “Militarist”.
As the media reported, the president of the Bavarian Farmers’ Association Gunther Felsner said that regional organizations representing the interests of farmers want to enter into dialogue with representatives of the federal government this week. According to the head of the association, if the authorities do not agree to concessions, nationwide protests will continue.
The FRG government should be interested in improving the situation, the lack of dialogue between the Cabinet and farmers harms all participants. This was stated, in turn, to the newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung, German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
Recall, despite the budget deficit, the German government ordered for themselves luxury helicopters for 200 million euros, wrote the day before the telegram channel “Bild in Russian”. (read more)
This approach follows the continued use of farm tractors to block major roads and transportation arteries around Germany. The various cross border and national truckers support the farmers because the overall issues, particularly the diesel prices and taxes therein, are important to the economic livelihood of both.
It is particularly noteworthy that this specific set of protests is happening in Germany, the largest economy inside the EU bloc. Germany is the epicenter of the EU assembly, and Germany has abandoned their own currency in favor of the €uro. As a result, Germany -more than any other nation- is ‘all-in’ on the globalist agenda, and confrontation with the German government is akin to direct confrontation with the leadership in Brussels.
Western media are avoiding all reporting on the events because they do not want to fuel public awareness.
If the German farm protests are successful, it will be a major victory for the larger EU middle and working-class who support them. The assembly of government interests represented by Germany, Brussels and the corporations in the World Economic Forum (the Build Back Better group) are essentially all targets of these protests even though the protests are happening in one nation. This is a systemic pushback against the entire globalist agenda.
To the German farmers who have watched similar action from Holland, Ireland and beyond, this is a zero-sum contest. They are all-in and not open to negotiating a series of slower terms for their eventual demise.
“Too much is too much – enough is enough” – this is the motto under which thousands of farmers are currently taking part in demonstrations and protests throughout Germany. Why are the farmers taking to the streets? The trigger is the planned changes to the tax on agricultural diesel, but this announcement by the federal government is not the only reason for the frustration of the farmers, it only brings the barrel to overflowing. It’s about more and more bureaucracy and requirements, about less and less planning security and appreciation. All this stinks the farmers enormously. That’s why they roll into the city centre with their tractors, paralyze traffic in parts and hope for their actions not only for understanding, but also for the sympathy of consumers. The message from the farmers: without us farmers, there would be no food, at least not domestic food.
Why is no one talking about this ??#German Annadata protest tractor 🚜 as long as u can see protesting against farm laws !!

When Biden destroyed the Nordstream Pipelines that cost $50 Billion to construct and ended German access to unlimited inexpensive natural gas where were the German farmers???
So they shouldn’t do this because they didn’t do it then?
Perhaps those farmers were awakened, taking notice of the situation and set out planning and organizing an event designed to last in this protest that appears to be growing.
What are your thoughts?
My thoughts:
German farmers use tractors to inform government their relationship is over…
By sending them a John Deere letter 🙂
Still on top of your game, WORDMAN 😎
THE Wordman
so funny. how do you do it, wordman???
WORDMAN senses work
~all six cylinders
You could have had a V-8!
Hilarious – nice job!
😂🤣😂🤣☝☝
One of your best! 🙂
Good one Wordman!
Surely you meant a Deere John letter…
BOOOO! GET OFF THE STAGE! (Throws tomato)
Better late than never, I suppose. Probably no initial protest two years ago because the German population still believes the news media and trusted the government. In the end it’s the climate change propaganda that disarms people.
nonsense on stilts … Cali Joe is just a troll …
Cali Joe has been coming here for years. Dark Lord on the other hand….
Don’t remember Joe before the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
FILTHY JOE from California. Troll Alert
Joe from California has been a CTH contributor for well over a decade that I can recall, You, dark lord etc. are all NEW to CTH, so tell me again who the TROLLS are???
I think your comment is rational and sound. Makes sense.
I believe German public sentiment was turning against the Ukraine narrative and they could predict the harm from the sanctions. US officials feared the government would cave to the citizens so they destroyed the pipelines to eliminate the countries choice in the matter.
yup. i bet they wish RIGHT ABOUT NOW that they hadn’t been so brokeback to endorse the former republic of the US’ terrorist acts.
where were WE???
A ridiculous whataboutism. The German farmers were not the target of that bit of sabotage, nor was the German people as a whole, Russia was. But it affected ALL of Germany, not just the farmers. Since that time, Germany has still been able to fill its nat-gas needs, just more costly so.
What the German farmers (and truckers) are protesting IS directed at them and it’s being foisted on them by their own government. Big diff, see?
So, German farmers don’t use natural gas?
no … not to make their living …
Stop deflecting
Buzz off
It is a feedstock for fertilizer production. Russia and Ukraine previously slso exported fertilizer. No more. WEF wants famines.
Do we really know that the target was Russia? I mean they have benefited handsomely by reaping every higher prices for their gas albeit transported by boat, to China and through other countries.
On the other hand, German industries have been crushed with much, much higher input prices for energy.
Xiden was reminding Germany that it is a vassal state of the US.
“Xiden” I LIKE that.
There is lot of awakening still to do, Joe. The more the population is inconvenienced, the more the protesters will find their ranks swelling.
The Islamification of Germany and other European countries is a not unimportant side issue. Remember while the German government is wringing every euro out of their citizens as here with the farmers and with the funding of the ill advised MIC/NATO war in Ukraine, new “Germans”…”culture enrichers” (as with the hordes of invaders in this country)…are treated as the preferred class which is living off the state. That is, the producing class to which farmers, truckers, et al belong.
Sometimes it takes a while for a fury to build. And even more time to organize an effective response.
I expect as the Davos crowd laces up their jackboots for a bone crushing final assault, these German patriots will be joined by the same from neighbouring European countries, which are experiencing exactly what we saw coming at some point when the EU fraudulently installed their elites as the tyrants and despots that they always have been.
The fairy dust sprinkled into the eyes of hypnotized EU citizens by their “betters” is wearing off.
Thank goodness.
I hate to sound like a broken record ,…”Singing revolution, singing revolution,…etc” …
the thing is, the population of the Baltics did not finally throw off 60+ years of Soviet Oppression just because they wanted to be able to sing patriotic songs; as B.J. is saying that was the “trigger point” issue, but behind the resentment over that one issue, was a building resentmemt for many years at having EVERY aspectof their lives; where they live, work, kids go to school, etc. dictated to them by the Soviets.
And, I suspect the same is going on in the EU where Brussels dictates how much cinnamon can be in a cinnamon roll, the sizeof a sign for your business, mandates the solar panels freezing on your roof, etc.
The frustration at protesting the Giverments importing of the muslim hoardes, the resulting no-go zones and rape gangs and criminality,…it all builds and builds, right up until it blows; slowly, and then all at once.
Exactly, dutch. In every detail.
It has been building. There have been I’ll say factions which have raised their voices, even formed minor political parties…see Geert Wilders in the Netherlands…which over the years, nay decades, have seen what this “Union” was, and what it was not. False advertising.
But more than that, they’ve looked further down the road. And in spite of taking the accusatory brickbats of being called every name in the book (far right, extremist, racist) they’ve kept on…and on and on. Yet they’ve not been discouraged nor given up.
Their small seed persistence is showing fruit, again, as in the Netherlands.
Slowly, then all at once isn’t some catchy little phrase.
Eventually the dam which already has sprung several leaks will break.
History is full of examples. Which is why it repeats.
Over and over and over.
Watch this space!
And just like clockwork, Romanian farmers have started with their own protest against the demonic WEF.
(Seen in a tweet with video footage, but I am not on Twitter so cannot post.)
UPDATE: French farmers are on the move “from Occitania to Toulouse.”
Dumping more than 100 trailers of manure and waste.
The French farmers have nothing more Toulouse.
Ha!! I see WORDMAN has competition 😂👍🏻
To further support points made by you and Dutchman, remember the protests against the death-shot mandates & accompanying totalitarianism.
My recollection is video of thousands gathered in all sorts of cities across EU, including Germany.
Less than four years ago. I am guessing many from those protests are in these as well.
A phrase uttered by a British PM fits here:
“It’s not just one damn thing, it’s one damn thing after another.”
Another…
Lord Macmillan who said, “Events dear boy, events.”…which can and do undermine the best laid plans (h/t Rabbie Burns)
And it is those self same events not under the control of the depraved satanists of the WEF/WHO/UN which have suddenly taken centre stage.
Watch how quickly the filthy dehumanizing agenda of that Triumvirate picks up speed.
May they’ll all be caused to trip over their hastily tied jackboot shoelaces.
Slowly at First…
“When Biden destroyed the Nordstream Pipelines”
It was a combined effort between Poland and Ukraine, both of which had huge benefits to gain from the destruction of the pipeline. ALWAYS, it’s cui bono: who gains? The only involvement the US had was probably our intel knowing about it and keeping its mouth shut, allowing it to happen.
I knew the Seymour Hersh stuff was garbage for many reasons. The US would not risk superpower confrontation with Russia while also angering allies. If the US did it, the likes of Seymour Hersh would never hear about it. The stuff he heard about the “sophisticated tech required to blow up the pipeline” was absolutely hilarious. The US blamed Russia not to divert attention from itself, but from the ACTUAL perps and also came up with the BS “sophisticated tech” claim in the same effort.
I’ve got a very long post of supporting evidence with links that I’ve posted several times.
BTW, I’m not defending Oatmeal Brains, I’m just getting tired of people not placing the blame where it belongs.
Will you be here all week?
Gosh, ya’ think?
Poland’s Obstruction In Nord Stream Pipeline Probe Raises Alarm For Investigators
JAN 10, 2024
https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/polands-obstruction-nord-stream-pipeline-probe-raises-alarm-investigators
Those Polish officials have been slow to provide information and withheld key evidence about the alleged saboteurs’ movements on Polish soil, investigators said. They are now hoping the new government in Warsaw, which took office in December, will help shed light on the attack.
European investigators have long believed the attack was launched from Ukraine via Poland. But they say Warsaw’s failure to fully cooperate has made it hard to establish whether the attack happened with or without the former Polish government’s knowledge, according to senior officials.
————-
Right after the BS about the US bombing the pipeline, I blamed Ukraine and Poland here with these posts:
“who are the state actors that have the capability to do this”
The pipelines are in only 70-90 meters of water at the sabotage points which according to a retired US Navy acquaintance of mine is within diving range (with appropriate equipment of course) and he’s personally dived that deep. And anyway, why would a dive even be required? A consumer grade ROV with video link would allow a bomb to be lowered next to the pipeline which isn’t even buried. Or, a bomb could be dragged along on the bottom perpendicular to the pipeline until it stuck on something which would be the pipeline.
Yet, for some reason the ONE country that benefits MOST from this is NEVER mentioned.

Nord Stream 2: A Trap for Ukraine
Nord Stream 2 is a political project targeted at Ukraine, among others. It is an essential element of Russia’s anti-Ukrainian strategy and a tool to eliminate Kiev from the European gas transit system. This would be a severe political and financial blow to the Ukrainian state.

Ukraine lobbies for cuts in Russian Nord Stream 1 gas shipments
April 20, 2022
https://www.reuters.com/business/energy/ukraine-lobbies-cuts-russian-nord-stream-1-gas-shipments-2022-04-20/
WASHINGTON, April 20 (Reuters) – Ukraine is working behind the scenes to convince Western allies to shift Russia’s shipments of natural gas from the Nord Stream 1 pipeline to Ukraine’s pipeline, increasing Kyiv’s leverage in its conflict with Russia, energy officials told Reuters.
Doing so, they said, would force Russia to move more of its Europe-bound gas through Ukraine. That would make Moscow pay more transit fees that could help Ukraine’s wartime defense and deter Russia from damaging Ukraine’s gas pipelines in the meantime, they told lawmakers and Biden administration officials in Washington last week.
Nord Stream 2: A Key to the War in Ukraine
May 1, 2022
https://www.thepostil.com/nord-stream-2-a-key-to-the-war-in-ukraine/
Beneath the soil of the Ukraine is a network of gas pipelines through which part of the Russian supply to Europe passes. Between 2004 and 2005, 80% of Russian gas destined for Europe passed through the Ukrainian subsurface. When Gazprom (the Russian state-owned energy giant) cut off supplies to the Ukrainians in January 2006 and January 2009, the Ukrainians appropriated the gas destined for Europe, resulting in huge losses for those countries highly dependent on Russian gas, and this in turn greatly discredited Russia as a supplier.
In order to avoid this Ukrainian transit system, the Russians decided to build two new gas pipelines. Gazprom said that linking a gas pipeline directly to Germany without the need to go through transit countries would avoid cutting off Russian gas exports to Western Europe, as had already happened twice. Thus, was born the Nord Stream (Northern Stream, Севеверный поток) project, a gas pipeline that would link Russia to Europe (directly to Germany via the Baltic Sea) without the need to pass through Ukraine or Belarus.
The main opponents of Nord Stream 2 have been the Baltic countries, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary(?), Romania, Croatia, Moldova—and mainly Poland and Ukraine; all of them supported by the European Commission and the US. These countries opposed Nord Stream 2 because a direct gas pipeline to Germany could mean the stoppage of energy supplies to them, as well as depriving them of lucrative transit tariffs.
Ukraine’s transit used to supply 44% of Russian gas for the EU, pocketing the (increasingly corrupt) state coffers some $3 billion a month. But with Nord Stream 2, this was to change and the transit through the Ukrainian subsoil was to be reduced by a further 10 times. This would have caused Ukraine to lose 3% of its GDP. In Ukraine this was seen as undermining its sovereignty and also the collective energy security of the whole of Europe, as transit of gas through Ukraine deters Russian aggression, and this would end with the opening of Nord Stream 2, which in turn would have made Germany the main gas hub in Europe.

Baltic Pipe: Norway-Poland gas pipeline opens in key move to cut dependency on Russia
27 Sep 2022
https://www.euronews.com/2022/09/27/baltic-pipe-norway-poland-gas-pipeline-opens-in-key-move-to-cut-dependency-on-russia
Leaders from Poland, Norway and Denmark have attended a ceremony to mark the opening of the new Baltic Pipe, a key stage in the drive to wean Poland and Europe off Russian gas.
The pipeline will transport natural gas from the Norwegian shelf via Denmark and through the Baltic Sea to Poland. It is the centrepiece of a Polish strategy to diversify away from Russia that began years before Moscow’s February invasion of Ukraine triggered a global energy crisis.
The flows from Norway along with supplies via liquefied gas terminals are central to Poland’s plan. The country was cut off from Russian gas supplies in April, allegedly for refusing to pay in roubles.
“The era of Russian domination in the field of gas is coming to an end, the era that was marked by blackmail, threats and extortion,” Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said at the inauguration at Budno in western Poland.
Baltic Pipe
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baltic_Pipe
The Baltic Pipe officially became operational on 27 September 2022,[6] one day after a series of as of yet unexplained explosions on 26 September 2022 rendered the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 pipelines from Russia to Germany inoperable.

maybe you meant the German Government … you know some who could protest against Biden … German Farmers ? they couldn’t very well blockade Wash DC …
Where was the German government?!!!
What was there for them to protest over the pipeline? Fait accompli, it was a done deal, over and done with, an ex-parrot.
Now German farmers are descending on Berlin today in protest against the plan to scrap tax breaks on diesel used in agriculture. Protesting plans before they are implemented. Showing that grocery shelves don’t magically stock themselves.
I’m surprised truckers in the US haven’t done this to blue cities and their climate protesters, yet.
Patience, it’s coming.
Truckers, I am one, feel their fellow Americans have been thru enough.
A trucker strike would only bring more misery.
When they invaded DC awhile back it had zero affect on the political class.
They were farming numb nuts.
Wasn’t time, Joe.
Same could be said about us and the border.
Don’t judge others until you’ve walked in their shoes.
Better late than never.
Find the positive instead of creating negatives.
Maybe they thought it was our issue to correct.
Where was EVERYBODY then? Is there a segment of the German population that wasn’t affected by the destruction of that pipeline? They all need to heat their homes and put food on the table. Why would only the farmers be upset? It isn’t easy to figure out what to do. The French have been protesting for years and nothing seems to have changed except that more people are voting Conservative. The Italians voted in a Conservative female. The Canadian truckers were doing great until the government ended their strike by seizing their bank accounts. So it isn’t like people haven’t expressed their displeasure. The problem is that the respective government don’t care. Have you noticed what’s gone on in THIS country? If you have answers to these questions, please share. What should/can they do? What can we do? Vote the bad guys out? Easier said than done. How many honest elections do you think we’ve had in California in the last 3 or 4 decades? No way to know for sure unless there’s a legit investigation but I would bet not many, and none at all in L.A. or San Francisco. When do you think that (investigation) might happen? I’m not holding my breath. Corruption is too deeply entrenched and fighting it is not only difficult, it can be extremely dangerous to one’s health.
THANK YOU for the update.
looks like there will be much suffering at the supper table… for a while. hit em where it hurts- right in the breadbasket
PRAY for the children.
For us, too. Aldi has a big presence in the U.S. their stores here will suffer.
We are now getting Lidl stores in the north Atlanta area. We’ve had Aldi for a good while. Haven’t shopped Lidl yet, though the daughter loves both.
I really like the produce at both Aldi and Lidl. The prices at Lidl seem to be better. Lidl has a nice bakery too.,, breads and pastry.
Well then… “let them eat cake”! Reality Check! There are much tougher times in (store)!
In late 2023 Aldi bought Winn Dixie and Harveys stores. Their foot print here is growing but they are all in on the WEF globalists b.s. so when will they start offering cricket infused bratwurst in the US? They won’t have long to wait as Tyson Foods is going to use insect protein in their foods. Cricket Nuggets coming to a store near you.
https://www.tysonfoods.com/news/news-releases/2023/10/tyson-foods-announces-partnership-protix-more-sustainable-protein
Am not a fan of Aldi, their food IMO is like their prices cheap borderline terrible in the US.
Walmart, the largest US grocer now, is also all up in the WEF. As matter of fact I know corporate leaders are in Davos now and likely some of the family.
Walmart beat the Biden government to mandating the shot to employees.
I have boycotted anything Tyson since the 90’s. Worst corporate actor ever. Hates the USA and loves illegals of any stripe.
We shop Trader Joe’s for a wide variety of reasons. When a pit stop can’t wait, they are #1 choice, always buy something on the way out.
Thinking that there was some kind of link between Aldi & TJ, tried Aldi. Never again: the signs on the bathrooms + the interior made it clear they are not going along with biological reality.
And?
We all are suffering. I am willing to suffer a little more if it means the Elite get some MAGAnure and get taken down. (credit to CountryDoc). My favorite new word!
God bless them.
Let’s roll
No quarter & No compromise – God Bless you fighters!
🥰 🥰 🥰 Love it…sand in the machine
Little reporting? What a shock!! Can’t give the plebs/ tax donkeys in other countries any ideas.
And yes, striking at Germany’s ruling class is a knife plunged directly into the main artery of the EU.
But that ruling (Green) class is busy (successfully) deindustrializing that country to appease the vengeful gods of “climate change”. Pretty soon I suspect this massive protest will be joined by the once efficient manufacturing workers who, if this suicidal ideology continues, will have more time on their hands.
Wouldn’t that be just too delicious?
It used to be a source of great pride for Germans to know what a manufacturing powerhouse they were.
But as Oscar Wilde poignantly said in The Ballad of Reading Gaol, “Each man kills the thing he loves.”
True. Oh so true…
farmers want to enter into dialogue with the government…… Here’s your choice, gov: Yes___ No___ 🤣👍 🇩🇪
God bless the protesting farmers of Germany.
The media may not be reporting on it but word gets around and the world is watching. Just like they watched Iowa
Bush Telegraph
MSM didn’t report on truckers in Canada until it went viral on the net. Some in my family was amazed I knew about it day’s before they allowed their TV to inform them…
That’s the advantage of being a Treeper!
The real advantage comes when one throws out their Idiot Box. Rely on the Internet, where you can CHOOSE what to read and analyse, many times over. Watching the Boob Tube does NOT encourage Critical Thinking, when the identical ‘message’ is on ALL Channels.
Eventually the “media” are going to have to answer for their fascism, and answer big –in a comprehensive manner commensurate with their crimes.
I am expecting it to be glorious.
The MSM is the biggest enemy of the good people of the world.
One of my biggest fantasizes.
News of the German protests is scarce in Europe too.
Shockingly…and I do mean shockingly… Baron Bodissey at Gates of Vienna has delivered only a brief nod to this huge story. Very little to nothing in the British press.
They are all afraid of copycat protests.
good for them
some of these protests should happen here
Decades ago I was on Rt. 80 heading to Illinois from DeMoines, Iowa
The truckers were protesting and they drove three abreast on each
lane 30 miles per hour.
Am very familiar with that stretch…from Orland Park all the way to Des Moines…..it must have been ugly!
It’s way past time to bring truth backed by sound science to counter the climate change hysteria at the highest levels, to put a stop to the madness.
Until this happens, the people are fighting a losing battle against the US/EU Bloc suicidal policies.
Same goes for the “public health”, LGBT, and DEI canards
Notice how China and Russia aren’t destroying themselves on these canards? Interesting, no?
Yes, its time to say “ENOUGH of this insanity,…ALL of it!”
No mo;
Climate Change
Trans Insanity
Eating Bugs
Moves towards CBDC and Universal Biometric I.D.
MRNa “Vaccines”.
Anything the WEF is promoting, just STOP IT, right now!
Russia – yes
China – no
The German culture is well known for a distinguished work ethic and discipline. Not the culture I would expect to readily accept the culture of the left. We’ve been waiting on the tipping point here and in Europe. Maybe this is it. I was talking to a lady today originally from Bavaria. I inquired about how conditions managed to get this way in Germany. She responded….the same way it has happened here. Rigged elections. This monster is worldwide and will thus need to be destroyed worldwide, including holding those involved “accountable”
After Hitler, and their support for him, they were beaten down for decades
As probably was right on many levels
I say hemp rope is going to be short supply soon.
No it’s reusable and cheaper than lead!
but they have to hang out for a week as a deterrent. And I am not into recycling!
Fortunately, hemp is reusable.
The govment of germany should heed the phrase, don’t bite the farmer’s hand that feeds you. We bite back and harder.👀🤨
+1 Farmers
Disrupting the delivery of food could backfire against the farmers if it causes food prices to rise and people to go hungry.
You’d eat zeee bugzzz, right?
If the boycott is successful now, the inconvenience and suffering will be for the short term. If nothing changes, the suffering will be permanent. Food prices will rise either way but there is hope with the boycott.
I understand that logic. I truly do.
But does the majority of the German electorate understand that logic? That is the question.
There are a lot of Kool Aid drinkers in Germany – Green New Deal fans and Never Trumpers. It would be good for them to starve a bit to focus their attention on the truth before them rather than the ideologies and utopian pipe dreams many tend to favor.
I’ve dealt with quite a few German companies over the past eight years. There were some very good leaders among them to make up for the fools who seem to be proportionally over-indexed.
They, like the rest of Western Europe, are just bombarded with govt sponsored leftist idiocy on TV. It’s constant and stupid.
I think that depends upon how much they realize their backs are against the wall.
Hopefully, they have ‘prepared accordingly’.
It’s winter, crops have been harvested and are in the supply chain. The gov’t could listen and have this fixed before those tractors need to get into the fields come spring.
They don’t take care of the issue now, no tractors in fields, no new crops – much, much, bigger food price increases; real shortages and real hungry people. Can’t hurry the production of crops.
Gov’ts choice.
The farmers are blocking warehouses. This disrupts the supply chain. How badly is anyone’s guess at this point.
THIS IS THE MOTIVE.
It’s not really a Diesel Tax.
It is a tax on producing food (by some of the most productive farmers on earth). What you tax, you get less of.
It is a Starvation Tax.
A Depopulation Tax.
A “Useless Eater” Tax.
The People Have Had Enough of these Fourth Reich, Fourth-Rate Nazi re-treads.
Hopefully the broader and longer these farmer/trucker protests continue, it puckers up those WEF pieces of human garbage in Davos. Be a real shame if their entire agenda had to change from that of offensive “PREVENT TRUMP” to
“OH POOP” defensive agenda to head off the total disruption of their globalist plans.
Ultimately, what the farmers want leads to more food and lower prices and what the government wants … the polar opposite. People are paying through the (German word for “wazoo”?) for food that was affordable much less than a decade ago. The people having NO food is a far cry from eating only beans and rice. I think most Germans will realize that the farmers are right.
You left off a few critical related items:
– they stupidly shut down nuclear power
– the NS2 pipelines being blown up further complicate their lives
– I was thete in 2000, and they were already focused on ‘green energy’ (impossible)
– their now using the filtiest type of coal
– they are now de-industrializing – the largest economy in Europe
– cheaper energy hete is gaining us new business
The US and Norway bombed the NordStream Pipeline.
Then stepped in to $ell LNG to Germany.
Kindly, or not… please check your typing PRIOR to posting.
Interesting. Just visited a couple German news sites and they are spinning the blockade of the warehouses as a protest against those companies unfair marketing practices.
No mention whatsoever of the government rules changes for fuel, etc.
Just as worrisome, a third site I visited was Polish. And the story there was in lockstep with the German sites.
So either the WEFers have successfully corralled the media in the EU or our internet access to overseas sources has been further bottle necked.
…and in the U.S the media coverage is almost non-existent by the “corporate media.” Yet a sizable portion of the people in both Europe and the rest of the world are aware, just as they are aware that the “corporate media” are nothing more than captured propaganda machines for the elitists.
“are nothing more than captured propaganda machines for the elitists.”
Accurate!
Go get em!
Governments need to be replaced worldwide. They are all compromised.
It will be interesting to see if Germany’s government can, or will, do what Canada’s and America’s governments did: confiscate their bank accounts, put people in jail, destroy their reputations, harrass them, etc.
I am praying for the Farmers.
Farmers are different. Taking their banking acct. Tractors, even jailing them. Then who will produce their food ? Oh’ I forgot. The Mooslum’s that invaded them will surely rise to the occasion…
Only if they are near the Sea.
They are robbing the people blind via Fiat Money printing. Every Dollar, Euro, Pound , etc. they print is stealing our assets, or future assets via inflation, etc.
Wonderful!
We should really be getting prepared to do a “similar” protest here – it’s coming. Make friends with a farmer; start buying directly from them, trade eggs and whatever you can grow for what they grow.
It’s going to get real, this year
god willing. though we sure have TALKED a lot about finally organizing mass protests and NEVER acted on it.
Have a little ‘action’ in this corner of a city, and then another corner of the same city, and then another corner of action in a dfferent state, etc. until there are many little corners of action in different places, and keep adding more little corners until they become bigger corners. Are you getting the picture yet? Kind of like gureilla warfare as in Lexington against the Redcoats.
Ape warfair is the best, it gets the job done.
In the world — Here in the U.S., in Germany, at the US/Mexican border, in Canada, even in China and the Middle East:
It is the working class vs the power hungry greedy people who put their Money/Power gods above the heath of all people
Main street vs Wall street
Freedom to live as we are created vs being harnessed for the pleasures of others.
The “great reset” could happen most efficiently by elimination or neutralization of those gathered in Davos
napalm
Davos is a prime target this week. Block all supplies in and out. Give them a dose of their own medicine.
Hypersonic nuke Davos, Brussels, D.C. U.N. Headquarters, City of London and the World would be a better place, and few would complain.
You left out one.
San-Fran? Ukraine? Ottawa?
Blockade Davos.
There is no EV tractor in the picture.
German farmers have real grievances that the German government is ignoring while the “elites” are spending millions of Euros on luxury items, in addition to defense spending and sending German troops to Poland.
Romania’s farmers are also protesting and have continued to protest. The government is negotiating with them and many of their demands are being strongly considered for legislation.
https://www.euronews.com/2024/01/16/romanian-truckers-and-farmers-continue-to-protest-after-talks-with-the-government-fail
Elites vs. the little people…hmm, sounds familiar.
And then Atlas Shrugged!
Would that it be so.
Not only are the farmers in Germany “all in” but the Giverment also must be “all in”; if they concede to the farmers on this, it undermines their authority and legitimacy.
THEY employ coercion, intimidation and the aura of authority to dictate to the populace, and they know if they “back down”, if even once they display ‘weakness’ they are done.
I have written about the “singing revolution” of the Baltics, and pointed out it occurred BEFORE the Soviet withdrawal fromAfganistan, and BEFORE the Velvet revolution of Solidarity, and many historians believe it was the Singing revolution which spelled the end forthe Soviets, BECAUSE it exposed there weakness.
And East Germany and Poland also.
Idk. They need to be careful to not lose support from the public.
Slowing/blocking warehouses from distributing food is not a good idea for public relations if it’s not managed properly.
This idea could easily backfire and play right into the governments benefit.
They need to re-think this idea ASAP.
The people, from the elderly to the elementary age children have been out in force showing their support for the farmers. They understand that this isn’t just about farming, but about stopping the formation of a totalitarian society.
Wrong.
Oh my this protest seems TOTALLY unsafe, time for the Government to restore order and protect the people from themselves /s
Maybe Germany’s Scholz should call Canada’s Trudeau and get the phonenumber for the UN Storm Squad that so gracefully cracked down violently on the Canadian trucker protest in Ottawa. The UN Storm Squad can be flown in and has some good winter deals going.
Meanwhile, the Netherlands can supply a couple of K9 units to bite the limbs of innocent bystanders. to up the fear factor. Between bludgeoned on the head and sitting at home paying astronomical energy bills + taxes, people would surely prefer the latter.
Just curious, any one here a farmer or know farmers – what is the reaction of US farming community to the German protest? I think our truckers were inspired, even supported by the Canadians trucker protest.
FYI – many American farmers are funding their European counterparts protests, as they understand what happens there will happen here if left unchecked.
Well yikes. I am supposed to be accompanying my husband on a business trip the first week of February to Bonn, Cologne, Stuttgart and Zurich. My 1st trip to Europe. I am nervous because of these protests and how they could effect our ability to move about the region (if the protests are still ongoing). But I also hope I can experience them first hand and absorb the people’s energy and learn something along the way. We shall see.
You will be fine. If the hotels you will be staying at are open, they will have provisions for their customers. The people in the streets will give you no problems as long as you STAY away from protest sites. If you are driving get a good GPS that can get you around blocked roads. The Germans are very exact!! They will let everyone know areas to avoid. In general all the news you hear in the USA is much worst than actual on the street conditions. Don’t worry and be Happy your trip will be a delight. People in Germany will help you with any problems or concerns. Zurich will be expensive but a delight. Rent a car and visit Lucerne. The Palace or National Hotel on the Lake Lucerne are expensive but world class even if you only stay one night.
Thank you ordinaryman. I really needed to hear that!
They are no threat to you.
Try not focusing on your comfort and selfishness and focus on what’s important – them standing up for you and us.
Really? She is concerned on her first visit and all you say is don’t be selfish. My goodness, some of you people.
Have the Germans finally figured out the “Glowbull” agenda is the rise of another communist state.. ? Asking for my cousin
Apparently
I’m a little surprised the German government hasn’t called out the military to put down the rebellion / “insurrection”.
If this were happening in America, Biden would have by now after declaring martial law. And the Pentagon would enthusiastically be obeying.
I thought the military and Pentagon were worthless and impotent.
There is a vast difference between bullying your average civilian and prosecuting a war against an adversarial country’s trained and experienced military – but then you know that BK.
Would not work in Germany any more than it would here. Talk to some folks who wear/wore the uniform.
give them credit ..US citizens should block the Southern border.
A toast to the Patriotic German Farmers, I’m enjoying a Hefeweizen beer.
Ultimately, we here will have to assemble in our millions, just like these Germans. 10’s of millions even, getting out from behind our keyboards and taking to the streets. It may be required soon, if a Lawfare-friendly court somewhere issues a rogue decision against Trump. That court and the surrounding area should rightly be gridlocked.
Serious question.
There were the Yellow Vests Protests; the Canadian Truckers Protests; the Dutch Farmers Protests; and now the German Farmers Protests.
None of those previous protests seemed to ‘move the needle’. No Government backed down.
Why will this German one be any different?
They have competent leadership. Keep squeezing appendages!
A shot straight to the heart ❤️ of the matter.
Direct to the Globalists.
This is how it’s done.
Moreover, it says they know who exactly the target is.
I wish they would go South and form a blockade on the tarmac at DAVOS.
Started with Wilson and FDR
Telling farmers how much they were allowed to produce.
We are not free now.
Keep it Simple!
Farmers had to dump milk on the sides of the road during the depression.
I have long thought that this will come to the West..
The Globalists and their servants live in big(expensive) cities that are vulnerable to a food , goods, water and energy blockade.
This would be preferable to civil war. No major city and power structure could last 1-2 weeks in such a scenario.
Most cities have less than 2 weeks of food supplies. In most European countries the issue is exacerbated as people tend to go to the store much more frequently and store much less food in pantries, refrigerators, and freezers than the typical American does.
I am not sure how it is said in German, but in my mind, I can see them all yelling out,
“I am Mad as Hell ,and I am not gonna take it anymore~!”.
Seems to me that they are trying to tell not just their Gubment, but Everyone across the Globe, that it is time to stop the Globalists agenda~!
IMO, We should ALL, pay attention & support their efforts~! World-Wide~!
😉
GOD Bless~!
Heir Googlemeister says:
“Ich bin wahnsinnig wütend und werde es nicht mehr ertragen”
I’m incredibly angry and wont take it anymore…
The EU is getting a logistics lesson. I am loving this so much. On the visceral level I want to see their puckerholes shrivel. Otherwise I want to see them cave, then abdicate their positions.
This is interesting……Emergent snares contract worth up to $236M to supply anthrax vaccine to Defense Department
Emergent BioSolutions was awarded a 5-year, $235.8 million contract with the U.S. Department of Defense to supply the anthrax vaccine BioThrax to the various branches of the military.
Emergent snares $2358M US contract to provide anthrax vaccine (fiercepharma.com)
According to this guy, there is something foul in the state of Germany. The leadership(of the protest) is bought and paid for:
https://www.eugyppius.com/p/how-the-leaders-of-the-great-german
The citizens of Europe are beginning to resist.
American citizens must let them know we stand with them and are resisting on our own turf.
We are many. The globalists are few.
It certainly is true that none of these protests are being reported by MSM. I am in Ireland, in farm country, and never heard a peep about any farmers’ protests. Additionally, the farming union here (IFU) continually bows to government demands….almost as though they are a ‘uniparty’…..
