— If Gavin Newsom is the Democrat’s eventual nominee, he will be as much of a marionette as Joe Biden now is. Newsom’s policies will be the same policies Joe Biden pushes as the puppet of a central committee operating behind the scenes.
— A vote for RFK Jr. is a vote for the Democratic Party’s nominee, whomever that eventually turns out to be. Probably Gavin Newsom because he is the epitome of a ‘fresh new face’.

I think the only one who would jail Trump or do even less extreme like a monitoring device or house arrest would be the New York judge. However, he seems to be mostly focused on his clerk who Trump has taken a instant dislike to, I’m guessing based on her behavior in the court. However, Trump is very wired into New York politics so he there may be something else going on. She seems to tattle to the judge and he acts.
Lawfare is not compatible with our Constitution based Federal government – built on the solid, predictable foundation of the Rule-Of-Law.
It’s either one, or the other – not both. Holder represents the Lawfare side within our nation … capricious, toxic, un-American, fatal to the Republic.
The Lawfare people have committed many offenses which would ordinarily cause them to be disbarred and then prosecuted. But they enjoy their power – at least, for the moment – because it is politically expedient to some. Such people would, however, do well to look back over their own shoulder . . .

Maybe the fact that Trump is the front runner and taking him to jail would make it too obvious for their goal to eliminate him.
Even though I doubt Joe Biden is capable of making decisions, the people on his team are of his ilk; and what remains in his administration are the junior varsity with the departure of the Obama faction as they abandon the sinking ship.
They’re stupid people, short sighted and malevolent. They don’t care about the precedent they’re creating or the trashing of American political norms. Tearing down the republic for their own corrupt, petty, short term benefit is par for the course.
No two ways about it, Holder is every bit as horrendous of an American as Obama’s Muslim communist arse.
President Trump should immediately take his case directly to the Supreme Court – which he can do because it is his “court of primary jurisdiction” – and ask them to re-affirm what they have already decided many times before. Namely (and, among other things …) that Article 2, Section 3 tasks this person to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” Article 2 in general defines this single person as “The Executive Branch.”
President Trump clearly believed that the federal felony of “Election Fraud” had been committed. It was therefore his constitutional duty to speak up – to “take Care.” And, as the Executive Branch, he had complete and plenary discretion in how he chose to do so, free from interference by every other Branch. Just like Members of Congress and officers of the Court, he enjoys blanket immunity so that he is free to exercise his Office freely.
He also enjoys the right of every presumed innocent accused person to assert his innocence to anyone who will listen, and the fundamental First Amendment right to free speech. He does not have to “just say nice things” to people whom he knows are engaged in malicious prosecution. And those people do not have to like it.
All of the foregoing is settled law. It is time for him to ask the SCOTUS to affirm their many prior decisions which say this. Enough is enough. “Malicious prosecution” is also a crime, and an assault against “Article 2” is an assault against the nation itself. You cannot throw a former President in jail for what he did while in Office, or subsequently said about what he did while in Office. Whether you like it or not; agree with it or not.
It is doubtful that the Secret Service would allow anyone to put a hand on Trump, much less put him in jail.
I came to the conclusion yesterday while listening to Day 2 of the 14th amendment “hearing” in Colorado to keep President Trump off the “ballots” that WHAT THEY WERE WAITING FOR ON J6 WAS FOR PRESIDENT TRUMP TO DECLARE A NATIONAL EMERGENCY.
Then they could blame him for having incited a NATIONAL EMERGENCY and they would have their perfect little 14th Amendment trap executed.
He never gave them that pleasure.
This is why no one called in anyone. They sat on their hands and watched their plan unfold. They set their own people up to fail and potentially be harmed by their long-planned FedSurrection.
That would have also set up Nan-Xi’s subsequent takeover of the Electoral College Count and the Anointment of Delusional Biden as Illegal Resident under emergency session perfectly. And, her baby was there to document it all. Does she work for CN&N?
