Paragraph 3 also does not seem (not a constitutional lawyer) to prohibit electors from casting both of their votes out of state.

I’m also very angry over the stolen elections and angry about DC ignoring the issue.
But they aren’t just ignoring it and the corrupt is not just DC. DC set up J6 and many were in cahoots with Pence, and the state legislators are just as bad.
All of that is true. And for the few times people tried to seek justice, we saw the courts are just as corrupt.
But the very fact that it is federal and state and the courts has opened a lot of people’s eyes. Now most of us know the enemy is a uniparty that supports globalist aims.
So to expect that DC will fix it rigged elections is unrealistic. We the people are the only thing “big” enough to fix it.

Three (or more, but at least three) term limit bills were put forth that session, allowing every willing representative to vote “aye” on one of them. That way they could all tell their constituents that they had voted FOR term limits but, gosh darnit, none of the bills passed, because at least 2/3 voted “nay” on each bill. It was a clever ruse, and with very little transparency (internet and such was not quite a “thing”, for example) the majority of citizens never really knew the depth of that deception. FNG.
