Not even close to defending this dirtbag who was previous ties to sex trafficking and Epstein level degeneracy; however, given the nature of the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee (SFAC), it does make you wonder why exactly they want to take him down now.
What is going on in the background of the DC deep state, that they would want to take out the New Jersey senator? What’s the other move? Perhaps asking who is in the DNC pipeline from New Jersey, may reveal some context.
Senate Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Bob Menendez was indicted for bribery, corruption and using his position in power to enrich himself through payments by foreign actors. This isn’t the first time his propensity to sell influence for financial gain has surfaced, but this is the one likely to take him out. [Read Indictment Here]
The gold bars are a nice touch.
Menendez has long been known as a deep DC corrupt actor; this is not new. However, the existence of the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee is based on the participants selling U.S. policy and influence for their personal financial gains. New York Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer knew this when he put Menendez into the Chair position. A position formerly held by Joe Biden, who did the same thing as Menendez albeit with a greater level of plausible deniability.
WASHINGTON DC – […] The indictment published Friday accuses Menendez (D-N.J.) and his now-wife Nadine of having a corrupt relationship with three New Jersey businessmen: Wael Hana, Jose Uribe and Fred Daibes. He’s accused of accepting money, a luxury car and lavish gifts in exchange for using his power to help them and the Egyptian government. (read more)
And today is just another Friday; meaning that’s what the SFAC does. Menendez was, perhaps, more conspicuous about it. Perhaps that was the problem.
WASHINGTON DC – […] During a search of the Menendezes’ New Jersey home in June 2022, federal agents probing the alleged scheme found “over $480,000 in cash — much of it stuffed into envelopes and hidden in clothing, closets, and a safe” along with $70,000 in Nadine Menendez’s safe-deposit box, the indictment says.
The indictment — the culmination of years of investigation by federal prosecutors in New York — is the latest legal blow for New Jersey’s senior senator and the powerful chair of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations. Menendez has survived two previous federal investigations. (read more)
I do not mean to be overly cynical; however, at a certain point you do eventually have to stop the pretending game.
The Senate Foreign Affairs Committee (SFAC) is structurally designed to sell U.S. foreign policy. We all know the game of multinational corporations positioning their investment assets in various countries based on the expectation of U.S. foreign policy to support those investments. It is inside this network of long-established relationships that all of the various quid-pro-quos originate.
The Senate chamber as an institution is where most of the generational level corruption emanates; when the 17th amendment was created, this was the function and purpose for the constitutional change as organized by banking interests. In the decades since inception, the corruption within the upper chamber has become systemic. The Senate became entirely predicated on having greater power within the legislative branch.
Inside this institutional system, each Senate committee has an operational objective in alignment with the interests of the DC business. The Senate is detached from any operational function that would be considered representative of the American voter. The Senate Intel Committee supports the weaponized intelligence state. The Senate Finance and Banking committee supports the interests of big banks, who then reward the committee members. The Senate Judiciary Committee is structured to lean into the corruption needed in the Judicial branch, by controlling appointments and nominations. And so it goes, and so it goes.
Every member on the SFAC uses their position for personal and familial gain. For their specific expertise, the SFAC funding mechanism is by foreign governments and multinational corporations with foreign policy interests. It’s what they do. Menendez is charged with the crime of doing what the Senate Foreign Affairs committee does; participate in bribery and corruption – although the pretending term is “lobbying.”
So, what’s the play? What’s going on in the background that would permit the system to remove Menendez? … and why now?
That’s where the focus should be.
WASHINGTON – […] Allegedly Menendez, starting in mid-2018, privately maintained close relations with Egyptian officials and businesspeople and readily shared sensitive information with his associates about U.S. policy toward Cairo.
In May 2018, Menendez allegedly disclosed to Hana at a private dinner that a U.S. government ban on sales of small arms and ammunition to Egypt has been lifted, which Hana passed on to the Egyptian official.
Later that month, Menendez allegedly ghost-wrote Cairo’s lobbying pitch to other U.S. senators seeking support for the release of $300 million in U.S. aid to Egypt.
In July, after meeting with Egyptian military officials, Menendez allegedly had Nadine tell Hana that he was signing off on the sale of 46,000 120mm target practice rounds and 10,000 rounds of tank ammunition worth $99 million.
“NOTE: These tank rounds are for tanks they have had for many years. They are using these in the Sinai for the counter-terrorism campaign,” Menendez allegedly said in a text to Nadine, which she forwarded to Hana.
The State Department two months later announced it had approved the sale of the package of General Dynamics-made high-explosive and armor-piercing rounds, to help Cairo fight Islamic State militants, and the target rounds, to train M1 Abrams tank crews. (read more)
Ukraine is getting more than $150 billion.
…. and tomorrow is just another Saturday.
Menendez sin was that he wasn’t far left enough. And he wasn’t part of the Obama inner circle. It’s likely Obama/Rice want to replace him with another member of the Obama mafia. Menendez hasn’t done anything that most other Senators do. But now it’s time for the Crime Family to replace him with someone who can do more for them. He outlived his usefulness.
There is precedent for this regarding NJ senators: Robert “Torch” Torricelli.
I may be mistaken, but those bars are around $60.000.00 each.
How many bars did they find?
And, how many did they keep?
two
Menendez claims he is being smeared. Ok, by whom?
But of course. All that money and gold was planted. It’s not his. Just ask him.
My disgust of the US Government cannot get any more higher.
Oh just wait. The last straw has not even come close to being inserted
Wonder if Dem’s are sacrificing some pawns to deflect from the WH.
Could it be as simple as the DOJ doing all they can to change the national conversation in the media away from Biden corruption? First, the DOJ is exposed trying to sneak a sweetheart deal for Hunter past a judge and being outed. Next they as good as admit that Ray Epps was their man on 1/6 with a misdemeanor charge as those he urged on languish in the D.C. gulag. All in an effort to defuse questioning of the matter by Congress of Garland, another screw up. So now, still smarting from being out lawyered in the first Menendez trial, the DOJ indicts the New Jersey Senator, not in New Jersey or D. C. where the crime(s) probably took place, but in that snake pit of political assassination, the Southern District of New York. Haven’t heard much about the Bidens today have we.
The way Menendez is talking tonight, cocky as all get out–“I am not going anywhere”–you’d almost guess he’s picked up his phone and reminded a lot of folks that “I can ruin you too.”
Of all the countries to sell out to, why Egypt?
Arab Spring, ring a bell?
More likely he sold out to any country that offered him the right price and Egypt is just the only one that’s getting exposed… at least for now.
What about the other 99. What happens to them?
The worst they will do to menendez, is assign him to the senate ethics committee!
They are ‘ALL’ corrupt and the fact that is the case, they cannot prosecute their own for fear of being the next one to have a spotlight shinned on them.
The great question for the sane American people is, What To Do – What To Do?
He’s already beat the rap twice. He will do it again.
Hunter Biden Suggested Lobbying Sen. Bob Menendez On Behalf Of Foreign Client, Emails Show
https://dailycaller.com/2023/09/22/hunter-biden-suggest-lobby-bob-menendez-emails-bribery/
The attachment says Hunter worked in the Clinton WH. The way these guys operated with Amtrak, totally beloved by the Bidens, the Spanish company, and the senators is standard operating procedure. Filthy, underhanded, and disgusting. Public servants, my Aunt Fanny!
Lindsay Graham was a character witness at the last trial.
They present it like having gold is a crime. You can legally buy and keep gold. He has gold for 150000$, its not millions…
I don’t think it’s about what he has, but rather how he obtained it.
Could this be the reason Senator Menendez is finding himself in trouble? It is not trillions but $20 bn is still a lot of money, and when it also have implications for US foreign policy (read Biden’s foreign policy) at large, maybe it is enough to lift the protection of a senator from the Democrat Party?
Menendez maintains hold on Turkey F-16 jets despite Sweden NATO deal
https://www.defensenews.com/congress/2023/07/19/menendez-maintains-hold-on-turkey-f-16-jets-despite-sweden-nato-deal/
They apparently raided his house 12months ago, quietly, no CNN that time. Why now publicise it. Does anyone know who just bought a house in New Jersey.
Maybe they’re trying to pretend they prosecute Democrats too and this creep was easy to target.
OMG, I am SO stealing that!
He voted against Oblowhard’s Iran deal back in the day. This might be preempting his resistance for Biden’s idiotic attempt to pretend Iran will be a respectable world citizen.
Obama is driving this train from hell too.
Kind of reminds me of the Rod Blagojevich situation.
The Establishment never outs anybody unless they have a reason.
Blagojevich got royally screwed. You can’t logically convict an elected official for saying “this is f-ing gold” and “I’m not giving it up for nothing in return” about naming somebody to an empty Senate seat. Politics is transactional and there was no reason to assume Blagojevich meant he wanted a bribe or illegal personal favor, as opposed to getting a bill passed or a pet project funded, just like always happens in politics. He would have been stupid not to leverage the value of that Senate seat for something he wanted politically that he felt was important & he had no history of collecting bribes in the past that anyone found. That case was just a total screw job. The judge even ruled that Blagojevich couldn’t access the rest of the wiretapped recording so he could play the whole conversation in context, which he has insisted to this day would exonerate him and show he was talking about normal political dealmaking, not a bribe. He’s never changed that story, even when he could have got a lighter sentence for seeming more contrite. Some of the FBI agents on his case also worked on Russiagate and have a history of chasing bogus convictions of prominent people as just an apparent ego trip or resume booster. They actually argued that they couldn’t release the rest of his conversation other than the exact part they played at his trial for the usual sources and methods type BS and, despite this obviously being a total injustice, the judge allowed it.
If you watched the press conference, the FBI guy did not do any bragging. This is highly unusual and suspicious.
They have been after him ever since he obstructed the Iran deal back in the Obama administration.
Sundance, you beat me to the punch on this one. We have been hearing about this rat’s corruption for a very long time. So, why now is the deep state going after his dirty deeds not done cheap.
Menendez has long been known as a deep DC corrupt actor; this is not new. However, the existence of the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee is based on the participants selling U.S. policy and influence for their personal financial gains.
So this Menendez is a known criminal residing in the Senate and nobody did anything about it? Goes to show you that everyone in DC is a dirty rotten crook. They are
all in on the grift. What we suspected all along about how people have dirt on others and leverage (blackmail) one another for whatever purpose.
Start kicking over more rocks and let’s find out who the other crooks are.
That, I’m sure, will be a long list.
And the moronic people of NJ re-elected this rat-faced Cuban scumbag by an over 10% margin WHILE he was under indictment the first time.
Glad I got the hell out of that shit hole state.
My take is this is the predicate to make Biden drop out of re-election plans. Indict a long time powerful sitting Senator to take him out of commission…then it’s feasible that they use this ruse to indict Biden. Just wondering if this is the vehicle they use to expose the grift that Biden got from the middle east? Find a gold bar..find a money laundering op run by/for the Bidens. I read an article in American Spectator from a Jewish rabbi who’s first dealing with Biden was ordered to hide the honorarium payout for a speech. Interesting thought for me was all the transaction direction came from Biden’s staffers. Perhaps that’s were the Biden gold bar can be found…discovery with his staffers…50 years of staffers doing his dirty work.
This is just to take pressure and attention from the Biden Crime Syndicate.
Menendez has always had a greasy look about himself.
On his show last night, Chris Plante said the FBI did this raid over 15 month ago. If true, why the long delay?
Oh what a tangled Hunter Biden web;

Menendez: White House’s least favorite Dem
“I don’t get calls from the White House,” Menendez was quoted by the New York Times as telling reporters this week.
Menendez has joined Republicans to threaten Obama’s top-second term foreign policy priority, a nuclear deal with Iran.
He was also a strong supporter of Netanyahu’s speech to Congress on Tuesday which was critical of the Iran nuclear deal. Menendez took a direct shot at the administration’s fervent opposition to the event. “I take issue with those who say the prime minister’s visit to the United States is ‘destructive to U.S.-Israel relations,’” Menendez said at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee annual conference, referring to comments by National Security Advisor Susan Rice.
White House officials privately do not try to hide their disappointment with Menendez. Some have previously complained that his approach to foreign policy is not distilled from the wide sweep of American global interests but is the product of domestic political motivations.
Obama aides with long memories also have not forgotten that he was an early supporter of Hillary Clinton against Obama in their 2008 clash for the Democratic nomination.

It looks like an internecine war is going on between the Democrats and this indictment is just the public part that we can see. IMHO
Good analysis.
Bobby woke up this morning and said this can’t be happening to me, I’m a democrat! Your time is up UI.
I don’t normally and really don’t like taking up this much space in comment section but this is as condensed as I’m capable.
SD posted article about BRICS last month; “The original BRICS economic alliance between Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa has expanded today. During the summit held in South Africa, the group which is home to about 40% of the world’s population and a quarter of global gross domestic product, voted to accept the applications of Iran, Argentina, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Ethiopia.”
The article triggered me to refocus on early morning DailyMail piece I read before afternoon “Menedez/Egypt Espionage“news broke.
DM 9/22/23 reports –
Federal contractor for State and Justice Departments is charged with sending classified information to ETHIOPIA, facing death penalty…The charging documents state that Lemma obtained US information ‘related to a third-party country’s activities in the region of the Relevant County (Ethiopia).’
Between December 2022 and August 2023, Lemma ‘copied and pasted information from at least 85 Intelligence Reports regarding many topics—the majority of which relate to the Relevant Country,’ court documents allege….
Wow! Death penalty language suddenly used!? I don’t recall MSM ever using those words when writing about practice of “political lobbying” before.
Then yesterday afternoon news broke; “Menendez-Egypt-Espionage“. …Am I the only one who noticed how rapidly Uniparty swarmed down to condemn Menendez? I don’t recall seeing that happen before either.
Other news that happened this week:
Sept 12 – Hillary returned to WH (after 6 year hiatus) to meet with Jill
Sept 13 – … ‘Ethiopia says filling of Nile Renaissance mega-dam complete.Ethiopia announced on Sunday it has filled its Grand Renaissance Dam on the Nile, the source of a long-running water dispute with downstream Egypt and Sudan. The news brought a prompt condemnation from Egypt, who denounced it as illegal.’
Sept 18 – …’In 2022, CGI (Clinton Global Initiative) announced more than 140 commitments, including a $1 billion plan from Water.org, co-founded by actor Matt Damon, to help 100 million people in Africa…get lasting access to water and sanitation.’…This year, leaders including World Bank President Ajay Banga,World Central Kitchen founder Jose Andres… will attend and make their own commitments, which are required for attendance at the conference.
Additional information regarding current U.S. involvement in that region:

Ethiopia to launch fourth filling of a disputed dam
Ethiopia is preparing to launch the fourth filling of its mega-dam reservoir on the Blue Nile, the country’s deputy prime minister announced on June 22, 2023, despite opposition from its downstream neighbor Egypt.
The massive USD 4.2 billion Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) has been at the center of a regional dispute ever since Ethiopia broke ground on the project in 2011.
But neither Sudan nor Egypt, the two countries located downstream of the Ethiopian dam, are represented. Khartoum and Cairo have previously cited it as a threat because of their dependence on Nile waters, while Ethiopia deems it essential for its electrification and development.

Ethiopians caught in the middle
Reports indicate that Ethiopians have begun dying of hunger following the pause in food aid deliveries to Ethiopia by the US and UN several weeks ago over massive theft of supplies.
Earlier this month, the US announced it was suspending food and medical aid to Ethiopia because storage facilities were being looted—including by government officials—and sold on the commercial market.
The move delivered a huge blow to Addis Ababa as the US is by far its largest humanitarian donor, providing USD 1.8 billion since the beginning of 2022.

US gives $89m for clean energy projects in East Africa
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has announced a grant of up to USD 89 million over the next five years to step up investment in renewable energy and reduce electricity access gaps in East and central Africa.
The money will be used to directly support the creation of about 10 million on-and off-grid electricity connections, a move expected to connect at least 50 million people to electricity generated from clean sources.
Besides the grant, the American embassy in Nairobi said the US would mobilize new public and private investments of up to USD 4.7 billion in the region’s renewable energy projects through its ‘Power Africa’ program.
USAid Administrator, Samantha Power, said that since the Power Africa program has proven that “clean energy investment delivers meaningful returns,” the new grant would be used as leverage to help mobilize more investments in the region’s clean energy projects.

….One last thing…Anyone else remember all those trips last year to Africa so many “political leaders” like Lindsey Graham took?
Thanks for posting that!
The US seems desperate to get its old clique back in power in Ethiopia, which is why the government opted to become a BRICS member so quickly? Twitter was all over this before the Musk era and the fallout with the Ethiopian expats even impacted the Governor’s /Youngkin race in Virginia:
Part 1: U.S. Pushing Regime Change War In Ethiopia
Part 2: Americans Are WILDLY Misled About Ethiopia!
I don’t know if this will help you connect some of the dots, but leave it as background info. Thanks for your information as well.
These videos are so informative. Really helps for understanding. Thanks so much for posting!!
Speaking of …“US seems desperate to get its old clique back in power in Ethiopia”
Biden agency to consult with left-wing groups on boosting DEI in Ethiopia
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/white-house/biden-usaid-dei-ethiopia
… “Championing DEI has been a foremost concern of the federal government since President Joe Biden took office, with the president on his first day signing an executive order directing agencies to conduct equity assessments due to the alleged effects of “systemic racism.” Now, the United States Agency for International Development’s Mission in Ethiopia is planning on consulting with nonprofit groups, public schools, think tanks, and other parties “to learn more ways” it can advance DEI “within its existing activities and structures,” according to documents reviewed by the Washington Examiner.

One other thing, I was trying to get the “flavor” of the “The Reporter Ethiopia” and discovered it came into existence on 2011-05-19, which might be fine or not. It is just coincidentally timed with this:
Leaked documents reveal Reuters helped overthrow Egyptian democracy
As if on cue, Thomson Reuters Foundation (TRF), the “charitable” arm of the Thomson Reuters global news conglomerate, established Aswat Masriya, an ostensibly independent media outlet, to cover Egyptian affairs. Unbeknownst to the Egyptian public, the effort was wholly funded by the British Foreign Office. By the time Aswat Masriya closed, a staggering £2 million had been pumped into the initiative by London.
Reuters’ Cairo offices “provided payroll, human resources, and security support” to Aswat Masriya, and the outlet was based there for its duration. A since-deleted online profile states 300 Egyptians were trained via the project, a veritable army of journalists generating over 300 stories each and every week in English and Arabic. These were then recycled by over 50 media outlets worldwide, including Reuters.
London’s rationale for kickstarting Aswat Masriya was clear. Establishing a local news platform granted the Foreign Office an unparalleled degree of on-the-ground narrative control as events unfolded in Egypt, both domestically and internationally. British intelligence has established a long record of funding news outlets overseas for this precise purpose – including Reuters.
https://thegrayzone.com/2023/07/05/reuters-overthrow-egyptian-democracy/
I don’t have enough knowledge to sort through all of that and the timing could just be a coincidence, but in general it is worth knowing when trying to inform yourself about Egypt in particular. FYI
Thanks Anon. I’ll admit it…not well versed in foreign affairs or policy. Much better at picking up patterns and linking. Anything you have to offer helps because this is only beginning to come into view for me.

What is Power Africa?
June 30, 2013 – Obama announced:
‘Today the President announced Power Africa, a new initiative to double access to power in sub-Saharan Africa… Power Africa will build on Africa’s enormous power potential, including new discoveries of vast reserves of oil and gas, and the potential to develop clean geothermal, hydro, wind and solar energy.
It will…build out power generation and transmission, and expand the reach of mini-grid and off-grid solutions…Saharan Africa will require more than $300 billion in investment to achieve universal electricity access by 2030. Only with greater private sector investment can the promise of Power Africa be realized.
With an initial set of six partner countries in its first phase, Power Africa will add more than 10,000 megawatts of more efficient electricity generation.’
Power Africa is Rooted in Partnership
The United States and its partners will work with an initial set of Power Africa partner countries, including Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Nigeria, and Tanzania….goals in electric power generation and are making the utility and energy sector reforms to pave the way for investment and growth.
Power Africa will bring to bear a wide range of U.S. government tools to support investment in Africa’s energy sector. From policy and regulatory best practices, to pre-feasibility support and capacity building, to long-term financing, insurance, guarantees, credit enhancements and technical assistance Power Africa will provide coordinated support to help African partners expand their generation capacity and access.
The United States will commit more than $7 billion in financial support over the next five years to this effort…’
June 2023
… ‘ American embassy in Nairobi said the US would mobilize new public and private investments of up to USD 4.7 billion in the region’s renewable energy projects through its ‘Power Africa’ program.’
Meg Whitman installed by Biden to be US Ambassador in Nairobi in August 2022.
FBI raids Menendez home in New Jersey in June 2022. Gold bars and cash are recovered. No indictment or “leak” on the DOJ prosecution until September 22, 2023? Sounds like due process to me.
Yeah yeah, we already know he’s a criminal. Our host is right, what’s the real game here? I’d guess that because the investigation and raid took place last year shortly after Ukraine kicked off, it has to do with Ukraine/Russia, and Mendenez not toeing the Uniparty line. Garland is just a stooge for the Uniparty.

LUSAKA – On February 20, 2023, a U.S. Congressional delegation along with the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Agencies in Rome Cindy McCain visited Zambia to witness how the U.S. government, in partnership with the Government of Zambia and UN agencies, is investing in Zambia’s greatest resource – its people. The delegation of leaders from the U.S. Senate Committees on Appropriations and Foreign Relations included Senators Lindsey Graham, Bob Menendez, Chris Coons, Martin Heinrich, Chris Van Hollen, and Mark Kelly.
The delegation, accompanied by U.S. Ambassador to Zambia Michael Gonzales, met with Minister of Foreign Affairs Stanley Kakubo and Minister of Tourism Rodney Sikumba to discuss the Zambian Government’s commitment to improve accountable and responsive governance, inclusive economic growth, and the delivery of services. The delegation also visited Kabuyu Primary School to observe how the Zambian Government, with support from the U.S. government, through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the World Food Programme (WFP), is strengthening the quality of education and improving nutrition for children attending school.
Before departing Zambia, the delegation had the opportunity to appreciate the majestic Victoria Falls and explore investment and people-to people opportunities through Zambia’s tourism industry.

It would be interesting to know who funded that trip. For example:
AOC, Dem Lawmaker’s Trip To Latin America To Meet Left-Wing Leaders Was Funded By A Soros Organization
“New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and other Democratic lawmakers recent diplomatic trip to South America was funded by George Soros’s philanthropy group, according to financial disclosures.”

Again, it could be a lot of people interested in democracy and humanitarian causes, or not. It seems like that group gets around a lot more than Rand Paul. (sigh)
Based on Lindsey’s official gov.com, it looks like delegation started at Munich Security Conference;
Feb 16,2023
WASHINGTON – U.S. Senators Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-Rhode Island) lead…congressional delegation to this weekend’s Munich Security Conference (MSC)… MSC is widely considered the world’s leading forum for international security policy…. conference brings together nearly five hundred high-level decision makers and leaders from around the world – including heads of state, ministers, leaders of international organizations and non-governmental organizations, as well as leaders from business, media, research and civil society.
The trip is still called “CODEL McCain” in honor of former Senator John McCain of Arizona, who often served as the leader of the American congressional delegation at this prestigious international conference.
Other congressional participants include:
U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT)
U.S. Senator Chris Coons (D-DE)
U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX)
U.S. Senator Richard Durbin (D-IL)
U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-NM)
U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD)
U.S. Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ)
U.S. Senator Angus King (I-ME)
U.S. Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ)
U.S. Senator Jim Risch (R-ID)
U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH)
U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL)
U.S. Representative David Cicilline (D-RI)
*Munich Security Conference is a annual conference founded 1963 with Henry Kissinger and Helmut Schmidt (member of the Social Democratic Party of Germany – served as the chancellor of West Germany from 74-82) at first attendance.
This year’s mission (https://securityconference.org/en/msc-2023/):
The 59th Munich Security Conference (MSC) took place from February 17 to 19, 2023, at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich. For three days, the MSC 2023 once again offered an unparalleled platform for high-level debates on the key foreign and security policy challenges of our time. Almost one year after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the MSC 2023 also provided an opportunity to take stock of alliance cohesion and political commitment to the rules-based international order.
FYI – Chris Van Hollen may be someone to focus on.
Strategic context: The rules-based international system
‘The rules-based international system …. consists of: a set of rules…among states that is consistent with liberal values and principles; formal institutional bodies, such as the United Nations (UN) and NATO, that serve to legitimize and uphold these rules, and provide a forum to discuss and settle disputes; and the role of powerful democratic states to help preserve and defend the system.’

Agreed. His fellow crooks turned on him, the question is why. Perhaps the answer lies in the timing of his removal, or his potential replacement.
I wonder if Trump can pardon him in exchange for turning states evidence on the rest of the crime syndicate.
90% of them do the same thing. Read my post below. Comes from a good source.
FBI has had the goods on this moron for years. One of several, probably, that they keep on ice until the occasion calls for action…which in this case is likely yet another FJB distraction caper.
