The Fulton County clerk of courts is putting out the third public statement trying to explain and justify why they posted the grand jury indictment of Donald Trump before the grand jury had even met to vote on the indictment. This latest explanation is so incredulous it’s almost impossible to believe they are making this public:

Trump had to give up and just appoint them as “Acting” heads of their department. I’ve never seen that. I do not believe that exists in the history of the USA except for Trump and it was a Republican Senate with a strong majority that did it.

Willis will put on trial 19 defendants at the same time? All on TV? She’s gonna perp walk President Trump? That’s 19 different cross- examinations, objections, discovery motions, witness lists, motions to dismiss, appeals, etc.

Boy, that was an awful lot of work to put into a ‘fictitious’ document for a ‘test run’ of the system. This was their first time posting an indictment? They couldn’t use a John Doe name and a single count indictment to conduct a ‘test’? Doesn’t seem believable.
Questions? Who gave the grand jury the list of indictments that they returned that was identical to the test run document? And were there any charges presented to the grand jury that they chose not to return indictments on? Just how pre-ordained were the indictments?
