There was a lot going on in the Delaware federal court today. One of the topline issues was an admission by federal prosecutors that an additional investigation of Hunter Biden is ongoing, as the tax evasion and federal gun charge deal was brokered.
At the core, we see U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika noting the terms of the current DOJ plea deal appeared structured to provide immunity to Hunter Biden for any future crimes identified in the ongoing investigation on other matters; so, Noreika asked the DOJ directly. In essence, Judge Noreika called out the DOJ and directly asked them if this was their intent.
When Judge Noreika questioned the prosecution about this immunity implication, the US attorneys said future immunity was not part of this agreement. At that point the Hunter Biden defense team then acted surprised, saying if this is the accurate position of the DOJ then any plea deal is “null and void.”
After those statements, Judge Noreika seemingly dispatched the deal, telling both the DOJ and Biden defense, “I think having you guys talk more makes sense.”
Here’s the non-pretending version. The corrupt U.S. attorney’s office organized, coordinated and colluded with the Hunter Biden team to structure a deal that would provide cover for Hunter Biden for any further crimes. This is corrupt as hell. The judge sniffed this motive and asked the DOJ directly. The DOJ could not make that admission for obvious reasons and denied this intent. Thus, the Hunter defense team then had to say without the previously agreed future immunity, the deal was off.

Hunter Biden would dial in his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, on speakerphone into meetings with his overseas business partners, according to testimony expected before Congress this week from Devon Archer, the first son’s former best friend.
One such meeting was in Dubai late in the evening of Friday, Dec. 4, 2015, after a board meeting of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, which was paying Hunter $83,000 a month as a director.
Archer, who also was a director, is expected to testify that, after dinner with the Burisma board at the Burj Al Arab Hotel, he and Hunter traveled six miles north to the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach to have a drink with one of Hunter’s friends.
While they were sitting outside at the bar, Vadym Pozharskyi, a senior Burisma executive, phoned to ask where they were because Burisma’s owner, Mykola Zlochevsky, needed to speak to Hunter urgently.
Soon afterward, the two Ukrainians joined Hunter and Archer at the Four Seasons bar and Pozharskyi asked Hunter: “Can you ring your dad?” At the time it was early afternoon Friday in Washington, DC.
Hunter then called his father, put him on speaker, placed the phone on the table, and introduced the Ukrainians to Joe Biden by name as “Nikolai and Vadym.”

Mackler worked alongside Wolf as an Assistant US Attorney (AUSA) in Delaware federal prosecutor David Weiss’s office from August 2016 to May 2019 – while Wolf and her office were investigating Hunter.
IRS whistleblowers who ran the Hunter tax probe for their agency said that Weiss’s office began its probe around January 2019, while Mackler was still a prosecutor there, and that Wolf was one of the main attorneys handling the case.
Federal court records show Mackler was co-prosecutor with Wolf on a gun crimes case in 2017 and 2018, indicating the close working relationship between the two.
While serving as a Delaware federal prosecutor, Mackler continually checked in on Hunter with warm, loving emails – as Hunter pursued a series of self-confessed crack cocaine and prostitute binges.
‘I just finished a hellacious couple months in court. Now that I have a chance to breathe, was wondering how life is on your end. Last you told me you were out in LA. Gimme a call sometime we can catch up. Love you brother,’ Mackler wrote in October 2018.
On July 18, 2020 Mackler also wrote: ‘Love you, hope you’re good. Call sometime.’

That leaves open the Mann Act violation, conspiracy to commit treason, RICO, child sex crimes, human trafficking, and all the drug and bribery crimes in the last three years. I’ve said for a while that the only reason Hunter is being kept so close to the WH and the Big Guy is so they can keep him under wraps.
On his own he could go on a bender, spill the beans to an under cover reporter and even on tape.

So, this shows that the Biden defense team had already planned that the plea deal would give Hunter Biden immunity on other potential charges. There were obviously some words and statements in the plea deal that led to that conclusion that could be used in future prosecutions to nullify future charges. “Oh, but that was understood.”

So the DOJ wanted to keep material and witnesses from being subpoenaed by Congress by saying it was part of an “ongoing investigation,” but at the same time the DOJ wanted to give Hunter blanket immunity, which would mean all investigations had ended.
They evidently wanted to push this plea agreement through the court, while maintaining the secrecy of an ongoing investigation. Kudos to the judge for seeing through the corruption.
Hunter will be sacrificed to secure the illusion of equal justice. Meanwhile vaxx murderers, the Weissman team, the FBI, and foreign aid embezzlers all roam freely. I see the strings.

That would not be useful for the democrat machine’s narrative. Should Creepy Joe attempt to pardon his creepy crackhead son, his efforts likely would be obstructed via the DOJ. If such a pardon were allow to occur, the dems would be in a bad place if PDJT attempted to pardon his kids or associates for whatever the dems cook up. They would lose their high and mighty position from which they pontificate about Michael Flynn, Roger Stone, Paul Manafort et al.
