The issue has specific weight now because Hunter Biden’s friend and eyewitness to the Biden family business coordination, Devon Archer, is scheduled to deliver testimony to the House Oversight Committee a week from today, Monday July 31st.
“The Oversight Committee will continue to follow the facts to provide the transparency and accountability that the American people demand and deserve. None of these testimonies will mean a dam thing even if they prove this corruption.

The thing about these people is that they’re cowards in the end. If Devon is smart, he will distance himself from the storm and cooperate. If he’s stupid as most of these people are, he will go down with that ship.
There’s a real art to bureaucratic double-speak, filling the air with words that could mean everything and nothing. This is one instance where Biden screwed up.

Remember when the traitors signed a letter about Biden’s laptop claiming that is had all the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation operation? They didn’t say it was a Russian disinformation operation, but that’s what the media ran with, without any opposition. Then, when it was disproven, their fallback position was, “We didn’t say it WAS Russian disinformation, we just said it looked like it.”
This is one time when Sloppy Joe made a definitive, untruthful public statement about his involvement with his son’s “business” that is now chomping him square on his saggy old-man butt cheeks. He could have said the same thing a hundred different ways, but his arrogance (and probable Alzheimer’s) wouldn’t let him.
His team now has to explain away what he really meant, and that will fail because we’re not buying it, and the world is starting to not buy it.
I am betting Archer will never appear unless he has copped a deal where he cannot be charged with crimes for his own participation in the money laundering of bribery money by the whole Biden clan. This will likely not happen, because the claim would then be that coerced testimony cannot be admitted as evidence of a crime. Plausible deniability is all a Demcommie needs to avoid ever being convicted of a crime. The Biden’s have always banked on it.

that really depends on many factors…if archer is subject to an ongoing investigation/prosecution by the DOJ/FBI, it might not amount to much of anything…a plea deal for his testimony before congress is not exactly the same things as a plea deal to testify on a criminal case against hunter & presumably joe malarkey the “big guy”. these are different issues…one is political before congress that can at the least can defer his testimony to DOJ for a special counsel to prosecute hunter and joe malarkey (unlikely)…or also “at least” impeachment hearings for joe malarkey…with caveat: will need to have much more substantial evidence to convince reps in congress to carry votes across the line and of course the votes in senate will demand much more evidence. maybe that evidence piles up…but I have this opinion that DOJ is SITTING on that evidence and will refuse to allow it the light of day.
the only way I see this moving forward toward anything that even reflects justice, is more whistleblowers and leakers…and congress will ultimately have to consider implementing a INDEPENDENT COUNSEL of it’s own to perform the investigation into joe malarkey….(versus the Special counsel of DOJ, which will never investigate a president malarkey for crimes/corruption/tax fraud/money laundering)

The day Congress appoints it’s own Independent SC to investigate Treason, Inc., is the same day that Congress should file an Impeachment Bill against MG at DOJ for deriliction of his Duty in Not appointing his own DOJ SC many months ago. He can run now, but he can no longer hide.

Mr. Archer should plan to remain at home until his testimony, not get out on the highway, not appear on the sidewalk, and eat only canned foods purchased by his close and trusted friends before his name became known. There are many ways to Arkancide or Seth Rich someone whose tongue is too loose.

I don’t believe he’ll testify. Congress recesses soon. Archer will delay again. Congress will be gone over a month. They’ll announce Joe won’t seek another term. Narrative switches and DC will say not to waste time on the past. Joe’s making a sacrifice for the country. He’s good ole Joe. Now, look to the future.
Just my gut feeling. Everything gets swept under the rug. Delay and misdirect. Same old same old.
