Something is suspicious about this in the presentation, the timing and even the wording.
Ray Epps was a guy who attended the events in/around Washington DC on January 5th and January 6th, 2021. There is a lot of video footage of Ray Epps instructing people to go to the Capitol building. Despite a rather voluminous amount of evidence, Ray Epps was never charged with any conduct related to the events of January 6th.
According to a lawsuit Epps filed against Tucker Carlson and Fox News claiming the outlet targeted and defamed him, Ray Epps states, “in May 2023, the Department of Justice notified Epps that it would seek to charge him criminally for events on January 6, 2021—two-and-a-half years later.” [lawsuit citation – pg 41]
First, since when does the DOJ inform a suspect in advance they are seeking to charge him? Second, timing. It is now mid-July; where’s the indictment? Third, the wording is suspicious – the DOJ would “seek to charge him criminally.” Meaning, the Dept of Justice told Epps they were going to make efforts to arrest him?
Considering the lawsuit itself if dependent on a very specific narrative; and considering the lawsuit itself if dependent on a sympathy construct within that narrative; and considering the media narrative has been about wrongly targeted Epps by right-wing disinformation white nationalists, something is not passing the sniff test.

At the time Fox settled another group who Dominion had sued (True the Vote??) in discovery produced evidence that their charges against Dominion were true. Dominion immediately dropped the lawsuit. This was right before Fox folded before even reaching discovery. All Fox had to do is show that the vote fraud charges they made were possible not that they actually happened to win. This would have been easy to do. Did the bean counters and corporate lawyers take the easy way out rather than fight the lawsuit? This is a fairly common business practice rather than incur a large legal bill and run the risk of losing and getting a lot of bad press in the process. The loss of Tucker Carlson was just collateral damage? OR perhaps the Murdoc’s had sold out to the Biden’s and the Democrats and wanted to get rid of Carlson and this was to be the excuse to do it. If I were a large Fox shareholder I would be looking to fire the board and oust the Murdoc’s next shareholder annual meeting for this stunt.

I didn’t watch much of the Wray testimony. From what I’m reading, it sounds like Wray denied that Epps was an FBI agent. Did anyone even ask Wray if Epps was an informant or? If, nobody asked, then Wray didn’t lie. The possibilities are endless. Wray could have told his subordinates that he wanted to keep plausible deniability open. Told one person to do whatever they had to do to make sure that the Capitol building was “invaded”, just don’t tell him. Wray might not have any direct knowledge that Epps was doing the bidding of the FBI.

Ray Epps is not likely a Fed. He may be a contractor to a Federal agency, or he may be an independent operator.
He was there because the Feds wanted him there.
He was there because he knew his actions would garner the favor of particular groups with many resources.
He was there because he knew he would be immune from prosecution.
So.. Not a Fed in the technical sense, but acting on behalf of the controlling group – no different than actual Feds or DC cops.
I have no doubt that January 6 was an FBI operation similar to the Reichstag Fire. Create an incident, blame certain people and groups for it and launch a reprisals campaign against those people and groups. But here the immediate goal was to stop the process that was about to take place in Congress in relation to the rigged election of 2020.

I truly believe that Ray Epps was a confidential source for some government entity, if not an actual agent. I would love for it to be proven beyond a doubt.

The corruption in DC has no limitations, and they dont even hide it anymore. Sadly, most Americans have their heads firmly implanted up their bums to even notice or care, while the politicians/bureaucrats greedily fatten themselves at the trough knowing that nothing will ever happen to them.
