Joe Biden reads his response to the Supreme Court decision that blocked the executive branch from permanently eliminating student debt without an act of Congress.
In his defense of the smackdown by SCOTUS, Biden conflates his unilateral student loan giveaway with the legislatively authorized PPP program. One is from executive fiat, the other from legislative assembly; see the difference? Yes Joe, if you wanted it to be legit, you needed an act of Congress.
Additionally, notice how Biden lies about what the PPP program was. PPP was a program to subsidize and support the payroll expenses of shut down small businesses – keeping small business workers with a paycheck -not replacing the business’s operational income. Video and Transcript Below – WATCH:
[Transcript] … This program was all set to begin. The website had been set up. The applications had been simplified so that it took less than five minutes to complete. Notices had been sent out to people about the relief they were eligible for. Sixteen million people — sixteen million people had already been approved. The money was literally about to go out the door.
And then, Republican elected officials and special interests stepped in. They said no — “no” — literally snatching from the hands of millions of Americans thousands of dollars in student debt relief that was about to change their lives.
You know, these Republican officials just couldn’t bear the thought of providing relief for working-class and middle-class Americans. Republican state officials sued my administration, attempting to block relief, including for millions of their own constituents.
Republicans in Congress voted to overturn the plan. I think every one. I don’t think I had any Republican votes for this plan.
At the same time, think about this: We all supported the Paycheck Protection Program — remember? — PPP — you know, which was designed to help businessowners who lost money because of the pandemic. It was a worthy program.
But let’s be clear: Some of the same elected Republicans, members of Congress who strongly opposed giving relief to students, got hundreds of thousands of dollars themselves in relief — members of Congress — because of the businesses they were able to keep open.
Several members of Congress got over a million dollars. All those loans were forgiven. You know how much that program cost? $760 billion. My program is too expensive? $360 billion more than I proposed in my student debt relief program.
I was trying to provide students with 10 to 20 thou- — $10- to $20,000 of relief. By comparison, the average amount forgiven in the PPP — the pandemic loan program — average amount forgiven was $70,000.
Now, a kid making 60,000 bucks, trying to pay back his bills, asking for $10,000 in relief — come on. The hypocrisy is stunning.
You can’t help a family making 75 grand a year, but you can help a millionaire and you have your debt forgiven?
My plan would not only have li- — been life-changing for millions of Americans, it would have been good for the American economy. Freeing millions of Americans from the crushing burden of student debt, more homes would have been bought, more businesses would have been started, more couples would have had the confidence to start a family. Millions of people would have felt they could get on with their lives.
These Republicans blocked all that. Now, in addition to the hypocrisy, some of these Republicans in Congress are shamelessly pushing to advance a bill in the coming weeks that gives hundreds of billions of dollars in tax breaks and handouts to the wealthiest Americans. They still haven’t given up on making permanent a $2 trillion tax cut that they never paid for. Never paid for. Two trillion dollars.
So let me be clear: For Republicans in Congress, this is not about reducing the deficit, it’s not about fairness and forgiving loans, it’s only about forgiving loans they have to pay.
Today, the Supreme Court sided with them. I believe the Court’s decision to strike down my student debt relief program was a mistake, was wrong.
I’m not going to stop fighting to deliver borrowers what they need, particularly those at the bottom end of the economic scale. So, we need to find a new way. And we’re moving as fast as we can.
First, I’m announcing today a new path consistent with today’s ruling to provide student debt relief to as many borrowers as possible as quickly as possible.
We will ground this new approach in a different law than my original plan, the so-called Higher Education Act. That — that will allow Secretary Cardona, who is with me today, to compromise, waive, or release loans under certain circumstances.
This new path is legally sound. It’s going to take longer, but, in my view, it’s the best path that remains to providing for as many borrowers as possible with debt relief.
I’ve directed my team to move as quickly as possible under the law. Just moments ago, Secretary Cardona took the first step to initially that — to initiate that new approach.
We’re not going to waste any time on this. We’re getting moving on it. It’s going to take longer, but we’re getting at it right away.
Second, we know what many borrowers will need to make their hard choices, which their — which their budgets are being strained now — when they start to repay their monthly loan payments this fall.
You know, we know that figuring out how to pay these added expenses can take time for borrowers, and they might miss payments at the front end as they get back into repayment.
Normally, this could lead some borrowers to fall into delinquency and default. But without their financial se- — it would hurt their financial security, and that’s not good for them or the economy. That’s why we’re creating a temporary, 12-month what we’re calling “on-ramp” repayment program.
Now, this is not the same as the student loan pause that’s been in effect for the past three years. Monthly payments will be due, bills will not go out, and interest will be accruing. And during this period, if you can pay your monthly bills, you should.
But if you cannot, if you miss payments, this “on-ramp” will temporarily remove the threat of default or having your credit harmed, which can hurt borrowers for years to come, because the Department of Education won’t refer borrowers. And the reason why that will work: They won’t refer borrowers who have missed payments to credit agencies for 12 months to give them a chance to get back up and running.
Let me close with this: Our Republican officials say, “Student loan relief is a giveaway to the privileged.” You hear that loud now: “the privileged.” (Laughs.) I love the concern for the privileged.
But I know who student loan borrowers are in this country and so do all of you: the couple putting off having a child until they can find their way to deal with their debt. That’s who they are. They’re a young — put — putting off buying their first home until they can get out from under their student loans.
Hope on the horizon thanks to the relief that I planned last year — today’s Court decision snatched it away from them. I get it. I get it. I hear this. It’s — it’s — and — and I’m concerned about it.
But today’s decision has closed one path. Now we’re going to pursue another. I’m never going to stop fighting for you. We’ll use every tool at our disposal to get you the student debt relief you need and reach your dreams.
It’s good for the economy. It’s good for the country. It’s going to be good for you. Thank you very, very much for listening. We’re going to get this done, God willing. Thank you.
Q Mr. President, why did you give millions of borrowers false hope? You’ve dated — doubted your own authority here in the past.
THE PRESIDENT: I didn’t give any false hope. The question was whether or not I would do even more than was requested. What I did, I thought was appropriate and was able to be done and would get done. I didn’t give borrowers false hope.
But the Republicans snatched away the hope that it was — they were given. And it’s real — real hope.
Thank you.
Q Mr. President, will you cancel student debt?
Q Mr. President, the Court said you overstepped your authority. Did you overstep your authority?
THE PRESIDENT: I think the Court misinterpreted the Constitution.
Q Mr. President, do you admit failure in Afghanistan? Mistakes? There was a — there was a report on Afghanistan withdrawal, saying there was failure, mistakes. Do you admit there was mistakes during the withdrawal and before?
THE PRESIDENT: No, no. All the evidence is coming back. Do you remember what I said about Afghanistan? I said al Qaeda would not be there. I said it wouldn’t be there. I said we’d get help from the Taliban. What’s happening now? What’s going on? Read your press. I was right.
Thanks.
Q So — so — so the report is from the State Department, actually, about the withdrawal.

Biden has purposely made surviving impossible for the poor , EVERYTHING is at least double the price than it was with Trump.
That’s something I haven’t really thought about til just now.
Everyone wants to throw their poop on poor ole joe. A senile ole crook who isn’t worth the rope to hang him. Or his whole family.
Hiding in the shadows as all demons do, are the real problems. The Obama’s, Soros, Gates, Swabs, on and on, they are the ones we need to pinpoint in our prayers and drive them back to hell.
Our government is a cartel of crooks and all should hang but, they are the puppets.
This pence tool was a beacon of hypocrisy from the moment he took the stage. Trump picked him.
So, question. Did he do what trump wanted.? Myself? I have come to the conclusion he did what he was chosen to do. As all the rest of these people who elevate trump by their attacks.
I do not like this whole issue it wreaks of deception.
Trumps strength is in chaos, the problem always becomes one of trust.
Some point we have to look at that better now then later.
Trump does not create the chaos. Partisan and self-interested reactions to Trump create the chaos. The rest of us are on board with Trump. You need to accept this.
Trump didn’t pick Pence. He was approved for him.
President Trump did not pick Mike Pence. Once they were elected and the Covid pandemic hit, PDJT handed him the Covid assignment, much as Zhou handed the border to Kamala….with about the same result.
Trump did not pick Pence. Try good ol’ boy McConnell.
No, McConnell dictated many of PDJT’s Cabinet “picks” but not the VP.
However, the Psrties have long encouraged the illusion that the POTUS nominee “picks” his VP.
NOT true; read the RNC bylaws. No candidate may run AS A REPUBLICAN without the Parties endorsement.
The conversation is always has behind closed doors, and the party encourages the publuc to think the nominee makes the decision, but the Party has VETO authority; they can technically say “No, you can not have that person, but heres a short list,..pick one.”
This IS going to come up assuming the RNC is unable to prevent PDJT from getting the nomination.
Because there is NO WAY PDJT “picks” anyone on the RNC list, and no way they agree with who he wants.
I suspect PDJT will just bring the conversation out in public, lije when he invited the cameras in, for his tete tate with Namzi and Chuck, on the budget.
Either that, or just publically announce his choice, and dare them to gainsay him.
I sure can’t think of anything that is cheaper since Biden took power.
Life itself.
Hunter’s hookers
Hunters hookers are just aging, so their must offer shelf-life discounts.
Yeah, most of those hookers must be all of at least 17 years old by now.
Influence may not be cheaper but it is certainly more widely available under Biden.
Biden gave up his country for a life of luxury.
I’m reposting because unconstitutional Affirmative Action cost me my dream job, and screwed me over other times as well. This is why that HL Mencken quote is near and dear to me.
Dammit Colkitto you got me pumped up with Menken Quotes…..here’s another beauty.
“Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.”
Oh dear… that’s a good one…
The Fox chyron was right – a wannabe dictator. But let’s be clear. This is just a continuation of Obama’s nudging us into accepting a dictator like he tried to be with all of his “executive orders”. I recall he was envious of the Chinese President.
My kids took out student loans. The oldest didn’t have that much because we could afford to pay more out of pocket. But the other two were in college at the same time and I had them take the loans. I am helping to pay them back because I can, and they are working and using the degrees they earned.
But there are too many useless degrees in these universities and many degrees that are in things you could really learn and do without going to college. The whole system is a mess. And the universities are making a killing.
No thanks. My kids and I will get the loans paid off.
My kids paid off their loans so nothing about me paying for somebody else’s kid’s dope and beer money while they learn how to hate America really works for me. Hopefully, these airheads can put their Gender Studies education to good use at McDonald’s
“Mal-Administration” is stealing government money for your friends while you keep 10 percent…
Judge Jeannie’s opening monologue is the best. Greg Gutfield is good.
They are Four R vs. 1 D.
D tried to say there was one Democrat In Congress who was for school choice to push back.
Nothing negative about Trump.
Their consensus;
Most Americans didn’t think we should pay off somebody else’s bill.
This was a win for the Republican Party.
…–…
I didn’t have the patience to listen to Biden .
I appreciate the texting of his speech.
Wonder how many of those students will vote for the democrat
-because they have to pay back their loans.
I don’t have the tolerance to even read the usurper’s speech . . .
Couldn’t bear to hear that voice!
The Judge and Gutfeld KNOW THE ELECTION WAS STOLEN, and they continue to wh0re themselves out to Fox. Screw them.
I am always drawn to the dad who confronted Elizabeth Warren about school loans. Never met him but he’s my brother.
Same here blue collar worker small business owner that paid for both my children thru college and now the expect me to fund them is BS.
This behavior, intended expenditure and manner of politics may be EXACTLY what the Founding Fathers feared most about their creation. Greed prevails, fraud is rampant and politics is the slime where it all happens. We NEED Trump!
It’s not like student loans were going to go away at the end of August or something. More scapegoating from people who do it for a living.
Biden’s entire plan is to use your money $$$ to buy college student votes. It’s just like draining oil from the SPR to artificially lower gas prices to get favourable inflation statistics from the BLS and Federal Reserve.
Ukraine’s suicide offensive loses 20,000 Ukrainian soldiers in three weeks, 300 tanks and 800 IFVs while temporarily gaining 500 yards of no-mans land. That’s 1,000 Ukrainian soldiers DEAD A DAY.
Biden says Ukraine is making gains????
Everything they do is to disaster! Everything they say is a lie!
Cal Joe, I wish more people were as perspicacious.
170 pieces of seriously sophisticated western supplies weapons …gone…poof…in 48 hours…and the previous week, one hundred! I am talking leopards, mine sweepers, artillery, armored fighting vehicles…about two armored infantry divisions…that’s about 1,000 operators…gone…dead and killed. And the outcome? not a single offensive victory of any substance. A few bridges marginally blasted by rockets but not compromised…can be reinforced easily with sleds.
Ukraine is losing this so called “counter offensive”…while wagner just got the green flag to stage tactical nukes in belarus.
the western media refuses to talk clearly about the status of this war. The western media refuses to accept the reality that no matter how many western weapons are supplied to ukraine…they will never be enough. ever. it’s an attrition problem. Ukraine is literally running out of trained troops who can operate these weapons. Clearly they do not know how to operate the weapons they have been given.
a mine field in 3 hours decimated over 30 armored vehicle, mine sweepers and tanks…who does that? this shows that Ukraine troops do not know how to do basic armored maneuvers. They lack engineers…thinkers…planners at the front line, who have experience. At best, Ukraine will slow down the inevitable defeat…at great cost of life. If zelensky was moral leader he would understand this and immediately call for a cease fire, withdraw, and being a negotiated settlement. Any sane person who loves his country and man would do the same. He has zero experience being a commander in chief. He is being advised by western powers who know the truth but have misled him to believe he can win. He cannot.
God Bless America
Zalenski is a comedian, filmed /broadcast playing a piano with his d*ck.
Simply an orchestrated scam so the Deceiverrats can tell the ignorant kids that got useless degress in _____ Studies “Republicans hate you. Vote for us”.
Maybe Old Joe will eventually realize that his last name is Biden and not Stalin.
Or at least realize that his last name is Quisling.
Mad King Joe.
A demented old soul
A demented old soul was he.
He called for his pipe(bomb).
He called for his bong.
And he called for kids under three.
Don’t care. FJB.
This is a huge washing machine and the only one who comes out on top are the BANKS.
The student loans are Government loans.
Taxpayer money.
Corrupt Dimwit Maxine Waters Tries to Blame the Student Loan Crisis on Banks
👆👆click to watch Capitol Hill Hearing
Let’s have a financial audit and accounting of the balance sheet on Gov student loans. How much interest/revenue coming into the coffers – versus money loaned out. These are 10 to 30 year loans that produce interest. Does the Gov receive these interest payments or do the servicing companies and the banks that buy these CDO tranches? How does this really work?
Did they make the decision on Affirmative Action retroactive so they can expel Waters from Congress?
Obunghole started it by transferring the whole student loan business to the gov’t. By royal decree, if I remember correctly.
There are those that KNEW this would bear bad results when we read about it. Now we know.
Not anymore. The US Government is in the student loan business. That is why they will give anyone with a pulse a student loan even if they get a worthless degree in a career that pays nothing and they are not in the financial position to pay back the loan.
Banks used to assess your credit worthiness.
This is a gigantic “vote buying” scheme for the commie dems (with RINO approval).
THE PRESIDENT: I think the Court misinterpreted the Constitution.
Wasn’t this a case of statutory construction only? It is a basic policy of SCOTUS, as well as lower courts, that if it can resolve the issues in a case on non-constitutional grounds, it will.
Of course Joe is mad. He likes giving away and getting other peoples money. He and his reprobate family would be broke if he hadn’t sold out the USA.
I bet he never earned an honest nickel in his life. Since his brothers and other family members are also criminals, what were his parents like?
Turley calls out Chuck Schumer: A ‘breathtaking’ statement
Its all staged Bullsht
Funny as hell.
Please… please… PLEASE tell me this is a Deep Fake…
Its a fake war my friend
I’d post my “HOW DARE YOU!!!” MK-Greta meme… but, honestly, I just can bring myself to do it…
“Let me be clear” just before “Republicans are bad!”
Many are, but it’s still kinda’ funny that the thing we need to “be clear” about is that “they’re the bad guys, not me!”
“Republicans are bad!”
B-B-B-B-Bad
Bad to the bone
Too much blah, blah, blah for me.
What I see long term:
Those who toke PPP – whether you made out, broke even, or lost (yeah, right) accepted funds to mitigate any long term impact (signing away your rights to losses caused by government) have no future to provable losses.
Those who didn’t qualify or take advantage of, may have long term financial legal rights.
BTW almost forgot –
FJB!!!!
I’m sorry 😢. Didn’t mean to offend your delicate sensibilities. Let me put it another way:
F%#K JOE BIDEN!!!!
I didn’t get it. Never take money from a gangster. And yes, I think many people “toked” their PPP monies.. 😉
I meant took. But now that I see my error, it is kinda funny.
SCOTUS has recently exhibited some Eric Dubelier-level legal snark.
This was Gorsuch on Sotomayer’s dissent in today’s bridal web designer’s First Amendment case:
“It is difficult to read the dissent and conclude we are looking at the same case…it reimagines the facts of this case from top to bottom.”
Gorsuch also found that:
“in some places, the dissent gets so turned around about the facts that it opens fire on its own position…While stressing that a Colorado company cannot refuse ‘the full and equal enjoyment of [its] services’ based on a customer’s protected status, the dissent then assures us that a company selling creative services ‘to the public’ does have a right ‘to decide what messages to include or not to include.’ But if that is true, what are we even debating?”
Wethal, loved that Gorsuch called out Sotomayer’s double-speak hypocracy. She can use the recess to tend to her burn.
He has the potential to reach the Grand Master level of legal snark – a level previously held by Antonin Scalia (may his memory be a blessing).
He sure does. From your good wishes to Gorsuch’s ears:
“We should start calling this law SCOTUScare … [T]his Court’s two decisions on the Act
will surely be remembered through the years … And the cases will publish forever the
discouraging truth that the Supreme Court of the United States favors some laws over
others, and is prepared to do whatever it takes to uphold and assist its favorites.”

Bee nails it: “Democrats Devastated as Supreme Court Bans Robbing the Poor.”
https://babylonbee.com/news/democrats-devastated-as-supreme-court-bans-robbing-the-poor
Such a caring preznit.
Upon hearing that the Supreme Court had disrespected his dictatorial power, Biden Rumpelstiltskin walked out the White House door, went into a rage, mustered up all his remaining strength, drove his right foot so far into the ground that it sank up to his waist, and then in a passion, seized his left foot with both hands and tore himself in two.
Impossible, as Joe is already a Medical miracle, as Drs can not explai how he can even breathe, let alone function, suffering as he does from chronic bilateral hoof in mouth disease, while simultaneously having Chronic Cerebral anus impaction; BOTH feet in his mouth, AND his head up his ass, …how DOES he function, ….its a mystery.
Since Biden wants to pass out relief, where’s my $10,000 income tax credit!? Oh yeah.
Biden and the Democrats ‘played’ GenZ and Millenials to get their votes – the ‘Student Loan Forgiveness’ was and is nothing more than an cynical election ploy. They knew from the beginning it was illegal. How gullible do people have to be with professional liars like Biden.
This group will do anything for something “free.” The price for their vote is cheap.
They all think that gub’mint is just a money and bennies dispensing machine, giving out free schitt. The only point of voting is to elect a guy who can give you free schitt.
Americans are basically a collection of appetites with legs on, and a big gullet.
FJB. I’m not even a Republican and I take offense to his ballot-soaking tongue bath. Why does God give these vile people a heartbeat?
“The website had been set up.”
Classic.
And potential students who qualify notified!!!! They are shopping for applicants. The government is just entirely too involved in peoples homes. It is creepy at this point.
BINGO! The audacity is overwhelming.
Paying student loan debt is the craziest notion yet. there are some people who have more student load debt that the mortgage of some people. A good % of the people who had to go to the elite colleges like Harvard and Yale, racked up in one year what many people paid for their homes!!
Oh yes, I know home prices are out of sorts…but a bit over 5 years ago over 2/3s of decent homes were cheaper than a year at some of these private elite university. Yearly cost of Yale is around 90 K a year…Harvard is over a 100 k a year…
I am not impressed with what these hallowed institutions are producing. Alarm bells are ringing.
Has AOC paid off her loan yet.
THE PRESIDENT: I think the Court misinterpreted the Constitution.

“I think”
-That ‘s the first lie in the sentence
Lair, lair pants on fire, go back to your cupcake fantasy. Getting very hard pretending.
Maybe next time, maybe you and the SanFran hag don’t brag that it is illegal to do what you did.
Idiot.
Joe Bide and the Democrats are destroying us. SCOTUS is saving us. Founders would be proud. Finally.
Things are finally working out they way they were intended: three separate and equal branches of government with checks and balances amongst them.
Joe, you always have a one out of three chance you will get something right – when two out of three branches agree. You struck out on this one – no one agreed with you. You are not a king. You are not dictator. Go back to your beach house and re-read the US Constitution. With meaning this time.
Chairman Joe will wave his magic weenie — after all, he’s got a Crayon and a
PlaySkool Phone-on-WheelsSecret Global Burner Phone for Family Business and Treason … but Mostly Treason — and declare “Free College for Illegal Aliens!”/only half-joking
“Free college for illegal aliens!” Hell, most illegals can’t pass an 8th grade English test.
This whole thing just seriously burns my ass… he drones on and on and on about how “unfair this, and unfair that, and blah blah blah”. He actually has the nerve to say this:
“I was trying to provide students with 10 to 20 thou- — $10- to $20,000 of relief. By comparison, the average amount forgiven in the PPP — the pandemic loan program — average amount forgiven was $70,000. “
By comparison? BY COMPARISON?!?
Guess what, you old fool… COLLEGE STUDENTS DON’T SIGN PAYCHECKS… IT’S KIND OF A DIFFERENT SITUATION, YA MORON.
Of course, I’m just reiterating what Sundance wrote… but, seriously… ass => burning…
Let’s go Brandon…who cares what he “thinks.” And that’s if he’s the one actually doing the thinking. His IQ is pretty low (I’m talking to you Delaware, who kept reelecting him to the senate). I’m not sure that a lot of thought passed through those synapses the last 50 years and some odd months that Delaware saw fit to reelect him.
Proverbs 26:28
A lying tongue hates those it crushes, And a flattering mouth works ruin.
Biden has a lying tongue. The truth is not in him!
I paid my student loans off. Took 10 years. I remember having a stack of coupons 6 inches high. Would pull off one every month and send it in with MY payment. Will Biden give me my money back too? Plum stupid!! Just trying to buy votes!!
He Biden daily makes a fool of himself…
Federal government-guaranteed student loans are NOT legit.
They are not an enumerated power authorized by the States to Our federal government.
If SCOTUS was legit, then they would have also “ruled” that student loans can be included in bankruptcy just like any other debt. The main reason for high tuition is because of government involvement with education loans.
This puppet is a mumblin’, jumblin’ idiot; not uncommon for the average street gang thug.
There is NO WAY that he convinced 81 million voters that he loved the USA, all 330 million legal residents and wanted the USA, Constitutional Republic to be the best in the world.
Not ever!
Correct me if I am wrong about this.
A student goes to the local bank (I personally know of one) or other financial institution and signs a note for a loan without providing anything for collateral because the government is guarantying the note.
The student fails to repay the note and the bank looks to the government for the money.
What we are talking about is the banks wanting their money that they are owed from the government guaranties on loans they made to students that have not been repaid.
It is more of a bank bailout than a personal loan bailout. Although the students will benefit, they will not be getting a big check to buy a new car or house.
Upon graduation if the student does not have to pay their loan back and they take that $350 that would have gone to the student loan payment but use it to buy a car I’d say the government, we the people, are buying that car!
They’ve already sent checks out. I know at least five people who have gotten them, even with the hold.
Those are probably refund checks for overpayment for borrower’s who were in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.
Actually asked a few of the recipients about this to check. No one qualifies for public service refunds. They were the remaining amount of debt of basic loans with no prior approval from SCOTUS for these debts.
Rumor of Biden handwriting a help note from his captors, “help, they will jail my son if I don’t do everything they tell me.”
Sorry.. not sorry..
Reminds me of that old line from the movie “White Men Can’t Jump”, Wesley Snipes tells Woody Harrelson “Even the sun shines on a dog’s ass somedays”
What a Prez, eh? I can’t wait until Obama’s gang decides to give our real property to someone else for free. If we keep letting these Demcommie clowns win elections, we will be getting what we deserve.
So the new plan that Biden outlined to circumvent the SC is to use the Department of Education to forgive student loans? What part of the SC decision does he not understand? The Executive Branch cannot spend money that has not been appropriated by Congress, originating in the Houe of Representatives. The DOE is subordinate to the President. If he can’t do it then certainly they can’t either. Let’s ask Nancy!
They are completely lawless. Look no further than ou election system.
Biden understands play to pay very well.
Thank you very much.
