Joe Biden reads his response to the Supreme Court decision that blocked the executive branch from permanently eliminating student debt without an act of Congress.
In his defense of the smackdown by SCOTUS, Biden conflates his unilateral student loan giveaway with the legislatively authorized PPP program. One is from executive fiat, the other from legislative assembly; see the difference? Yes Joe, if you wanted it to be legit, you needed an act of Congress.
Additionally, notice how Biden lies about what the PPP program was. PPP was a program to subsidize and support the payroll expenses of shut down small businesses – keeping small business workers with a paycheck -not replacing the business’s operational income. Video and Transcript Below – WATCH:
[Transcript] … This program was all set to begin. The website had been set up. The applications had been simplified so that it took less than five minutes to complete. Notices had been sent out to people about the relief they were eligible for. Sixteen million people — sixteen million people had already been approved. The money was literally about to go out the door.
And then, Republican elected officials and special interests stepped in. They said no — “no” — literally snatching from the hands of millions of Americans thousands of dollars in student debt relief that was about to change their lives.
You know, these Republican officials just couldn’t bear the thought of providing relief for working-class and middle-class Americans. Republican state officials sued my administration, attempting to block relief, including for millions of their own constituents.
Republicans in Congress voted to overturn the plan. I think every one. I don’t think I had any Republican votes for this plan.
At the same time, think about this: We all supported the Paycheck Protection Program — remember? — PPP — you know, which was designed to help businessowners who lost money because of the pandemic. It was a worthy program.
But let’s be clear: Some of the same elected Republicans, members of Congress who strongly opposed giving relief to students, got hundreds of thousands of dollars themselves in relief — members of Congress — because of the businesses they were able to keep open.
Several members of Congress got over a million dollars. All those loans were forgiven. You know how much that program cost? $760 billion. My program is too expensive? $360 billion more than I proposed in my student debt relief program.
I was trying to provide students with 10 to 20 thou- — $10- to $20,000 of relief. By comparison, the average amount forgiven in the PPP — the pandemic loan program — average amount forgiven was $70,000.
Now, a kid making 60,000 bucks, trying to pay back his bills, asking for $10,000 in relief — come on. The hypocrisy is stunning.
You can’t help a family making 75 grand a year, but you can help a millionaire and you have your debt forgiven?
My plan would not only have li- — been life-changing for millions of Americans, it would have been good for the American economy. Freeing millions of Americans from the crushing burden of student debt, more homes would have been bought, more businesses would have been started, more couples would have had the confidence to start a family. Millions of people would have felt they could get on with their lives.
These Republicans blocked all that. Now, in addition to the hypocrisy, some of these Republicans in Congress are shamelessly pushing to advance a bill in the coming weeks that gives hundreds of billions of dollars in tax breaks and handouts to the wealthiest Americans. They still haven’t given up on making permanent a $2 trillion tax cut that they never paid for. Never paid for. Two trillion dollars.
So let me be clear: For Republicans in Congress, this is not about reducing the deficit, it’s not about fairness and forgiving loans, it’s only about forgiving loans they have to pay.
Today, the Supreme Court sided with them. I believe the Court’s decision to strike down my student debt relief program was a mistake, was wrong.
I’m not going to stop fighting to deliver borrowers what they need, particularly those at the bottom end of the economic scale. So, we need to find a new way. And we’re moving as fast as we can.
First, I’m announcing today a new path consistent with today’s ruling to provide student debt relief to as many borrowers as possible as quickly as possible.
We will ground this new approach in a different law than my original plan, the so-called Higher Education Act. That — that will allow Secretary Cardona, who is with me today, to compromise, waive, or release loans under certain circumstances.
This new path is legally sound. It’s going to take longer, but, in my view, it’s the best path that remains to providing for as many borrowers as possible with debt relief.
I’ve directed my team to move as quickly as possible under the law. Just moments ago, Secretary Cardona took the first step to initially that — to initiate that new approach.
We’re not going to waste any time on this. We’re getting moving on it. It’s going to take longer, but we’re getting at it right away.
Second, we know what many borrowers will need to make their hard choices, which their — which their budgets are being strained now — when they start to repay their monthly loan payments this fall.
You know, we know that figuring out how to pay these added expenses can take time for borrowers, and they might miss payments at the front end as they get back into repayment.
Normally, this could lead some borrowers to fall into delinquency and default. But without their financial se- — it would hurt their financial security, and that’s not good for them or the economy. That’s why we’re creating a temporary, 12-month what we’re calling “on-ramp” repayment program.
Now, this is not the same as the student loan pause that’s been in effect for the past three years. Monthly payments will be due, bills will not go out, and interest will be accruing. And during this period, if you can pay your monthly bills, you should.
But if you cannot, if you miss payments, this “on-ramp” will temporarily remove the threat of default or having your credit harmed, which can hurt borrowers for years to come, because the Department of Education won’t refer borrowers. And the reason why that will work: They won’t refer borrowers who have missed payments to credit agencies for 12 months to give them a chance to get back up and running.
Let me close with this: Our Republican officials say, “Student loan relief is a giveaway to the privileged.” You hear that loud now: “the privileged.” (Laughs.) I love the concern for the privileged.
But I know who student loan borrowers are in this country and so do all of you: the couple putting off having a child until they can find their way to deal with their debt. That’s who they are. They’re a young — put — putting off buying their first home until they can get out from under their student loans.
Hope on the horizon thanks to the relief that I planned last year — today’s Court decision snatched it away from them. I get it. I get it. I hear this. It’s — it’s — and — and I’m concerned about it.
But today’s decision has closed one path. Now we’re going to pursue another. I’m never going to stop fighting for you. We’ll use every tool at our disposal to get you the student debt relief you need and reach your dreams.
It’s good for the economy. It’s good for the country. It’s going to be good for you. Thank you very, very much for listening. We’re going to get this done, God willing. Thank you.
Q Mr. President, why did you give millions of borrowers false hope? You’ve dated — doubted your own authority here in the past.
THE PRESIDENT: I didn’t give any false hope. The question was whether or not I would do even more than was requested. What I did, I thought was appropriate and was able to be done and would get done. I didn’t give borrowers false hope.
But the Republicans snatched away the hope that it was — they were given. And it’s real — real hope.
Thank you.
Q Mr. President, will you cancel student debt?
Q Mr. President, the Court said you overstepped your authority. Did you overstep your authority?
THE PRESIDENT: I think the Court misinterpreted the Constitution.
Q Mr. President, do you admit failure in Afghanistan? Mistakes? There was a — there was a report on Afghanistan withdrawal, saying there was failure, mistakes. Do you admit there was mistakes during the withdrawal and before?
THE PRESIDENT: No, no. All the evidence is coming back. Do you remember what I said about Afghanistan? I said al Qaeda would not be there. I said it wouldn’t be there. I said we’d get help from the Taliban. What’s happening now? What’s going on? Read your press. I was right.
Thanks.
Q So — so — so the report is from the State Department, actually, about the withdrawal.

This just in:
Joe Biden is a lying piece of crap.
Crap takes offense at that.
It doesn’t matter what Jill says, she’s being whisked away like a fly.
But we all know he didn’t write that
Pssss, they all use speech writers. Most of them “didn’t write that”.
He can’t even read it without stumbling, bumbling and mumbling!
We’ve known that since he was accused of plagiarism, how many years ………… decades ago?
FJB
Calling demonrats NAZI’s, is at this point an insult to NAZI’s.
FJB has been a liar and fraud for over 50 years.
Thinking of stopping by the local Starbucks this weekend to get a Grande cup o’ liberal tears.
Thanks to President Trump the SCOTUS has given us a good week and more reasons to celebrate Independence Day!
And of course, the three SCOTUS diversity hires ignorantly disagreed again with the majority.
The revocation of Affirmative Action will keep idiots off the court in the future.
Maybe . . . an awful lot of Affirmative Action hires are in the pipeline . . .
I heard some people on tv this morning talking about how they are going to “change this decision”. Do these people not realize that SCOTUS decisions cannot be reversed??!! OMGosh.
Turn your TV off.
Actually, a future SCOTUS can, in fact, reverse a previous court’s decision. This is a list of SCOTUS decisions that were reversed by a future SCOTUS.
https://constitution.congress.gov/resources/decisions-overruled/
If you meant that “random people mouthing off” cannot reverse a SCOTUS decision, then you are correct.
the 3 stooges of the supreme court!
They know the Dobson leaker that endangered Sup’s lives. Will they let it die like Epstein?
Yes, those 3 diversity hires obeyed their masters, the DS. They outright dissed the Constitution oh the USA. Don’t they look stupid.
I often wonder: can leftists actually read, and comprehend what is written in the Constitution? Or do their emotions short-circuit comprehension?
They would flunk a test on it outright. The Constitution is NOT their standard. It’s seldom John Roberts’ standard, either.
gz9gig: I wonder about that (comprehending the Constitution) A LOT!!
That is exactly what I thought!
Joe Biden, Democrats and Liberals having
a very bad week.
What a moniker!
Same comment as in the article below. All politics, take the debt of specific individuals, add it to the National debt, spread the repayment to everyone now and into the future. Just gets lost in the big blob.
Ha, ha, like this was unexpected. Come on! 🙂
We’ve yet to even touch on the enforcement part; that’s the bread and butter of these decisions. Without enforcement they’re impotent. Just words on paper.
These rulings help future lawsuits filed by the Lawfare Didctocrats.
”We’ve yet to even touch on the enforcement part; “
..–.. Hmm..
😂 Love it!!!
Don’t you just love Biden’s lies?

That’s not Joe Biden. Whatever that creature is,wherever it came from..its not JB.
you mean the person who delivered the address is not Joe Biden?
He has some Parkinson’s features in his speech and enunciation, but his face is still fairly expressive. He may have had some medication assistance to perform as expressively in his face as he did (although still not very expressive). Speech somewhat slurred.
The length of sentences and structure and thought flow is much more than he usually is able to deliver. I suspect this speech was written out and read.
The content of his message, however, was flawed, and reasoning as absent as most democratic/liberal “government responsible for me” brain damage — as already pointed out by commenters here.
It will carry some weight in divisiveness of We the People — which is what the Uniparty wants, and they will try to keep getting milage out of it.
Paying for irresponsible kids to go to college, and get the opportunity to indoctrinate them too, so they can have affirmative action positions where they are not competent to run anything financially sustainable — That has been a triple win for the liberal progressives.
Of course it’s not.
The original corrupt, perverse, degenerate, rètàrdèd pedo homosexual is a cooling a slab in a morgue somewhere since he started biting and sucking Jildo’s fingers during his ‘campaign’ when Jildo was reading his speech for him.
These imposters are almost certainly dragged up from the prison hospital geriatric dementia wards as long as they look somewhat like the original, late Joey Shitferbrainz Biden, they are used until they start wearing out.
There are at least 3 or 4 different Shitferbrainz ‘doubles’ in rotation right now…
All Joe was trying to do was buy votes with OUR tax dollars due to 2024 being an election year. Massive FAIL!
Democrap 101…use other peoples money to buy votes.
And cheat with the ballots if you possibly can. (8 – \
Hey, they can deny it all they want but that’s how we ended up with ol’ joe.
Well, Jor certaintly isn’t going to use HIS OWN $!
He, errr,…Hunter,…err SOMEBODY worked hard, for that $ he stole!
Steal from the future, to fund whatever they (it) wants now.
Kinda like many immature young people, without any concern for the future often do.
A potentially life destroying lack of wisdom.
And establish precedent for future ‘government’ assistance in paying for college.
Eventually they (it) envisions free college for all.
And it would be mandatory to attend.

@JonathanTurley
…Biden is now suggesting that, rather than go to Congress, it will use the Higher Education Act. However, the HEA is far more limited and would not reach the scope of the prior loan forgiveness plan. It will take time and raise additional legal challenges if used to achieve the same scope of relief.
Biden’s going nowhere but down, he’s being back-stabbed by Obama and he’s to stupid to know it. Then Gavin Newsome will come along and try to back-stab both of them.
Who the heck listens to this fool? anything that comes out of this guys mouth is a lie. Nothing he says can you pay any mind too. He’s so full of it and SO, SO corrupt nothing he says matters. He’s a Joke ,except it aint funny.
Uh, exactly whom are you referring to? I assume the “he” in your message is joe biden? You hafta clarify which fool you’re talking about!!
Lying or not, one has to recognize that it was effective. Tell the people what they want to hear and facts be damned. Personally, this sounds like something BO came up with (Joe never had an original idea).
There are a LOT of very stupid voters who BELIEVED him and VOTED for him based on this “promise”.
Politicians are gonna lie. That’s like sayin’ water is wet.
What scares me even more then a politician who I KNOW will lie are the millions of stooges who believed him and voted for this chooch.
Separation of powers-
But Nancy Pelosi, as speaker of the House, told us that no president has to power to cancel a debt. He can delay it, but not cancel it.
She sure did. And the Court’s majority opinion actually cited Pelosi’s statement to that effect!
He’ll probably have SanFranNan offed for saying that!
Joe Biden – mindless oaf
What is with his eyes?
I can see where they are supposed to be but…
They’re so scrunched up and crinkly and folded over the tiny little slits ….
That’s weird…he didn’t used to look like that.
I’m told that black, beady eyes are a transhuman trait. So is the weird stare.
For Democrats politics and power are a zero sum game.
Potato’s campaign and handlers knew this was a gimmick for the kids votes which they got in 2020 and 2022.
Team Potato thought they could intimidate SCOTUS.
Now Poor Potato and his sad trombone fill the air.
I paid what student loans I took out. Granted, they weren’t for a 4 year degree, but still. Why should I pay, through my taxes, for someone with green hair who got a worthless gender studies degree? Further, why aren’t universities held to account for handing out these worthless degrees, as they pocket all that money? Frankly, I believe the vast majority of colleges and universities should be brought up on class action fraud. Selling lies.
Yes, just like they did with Trump Universiity.
You know I’m all for cancelling students loans when the colleges who gave them forks over the money to do it. If students want those loans cancelled they should ask the school to pay them back. Until then no American should have to pay for anyones else’s schooling. And BTW those who will say public schools are paid for by the tax payer, I homeschooled my children and only used that program one year when my first daughter was in kindergarten, other than that I paid my own way. Want to have a collage education, no matter what degree, pay for it yourself.
IMO, we should get away from easy money, colleges got too greedy, and get back to students paying their way through college like we did in the 60’s and 70’s. Heck I didn’t even work during the school year, rather banged nails as a carpenter in the summer and paid cash for books and tuitition during the semesters plus had walking around money and that was in engineering school. Main perk was a bed and three squares at home, but only if I was in college.
Cost? 300 bucks a year for tuition and about the same for books. Wage? God bless the carpenters union, ten bucks an hour as an apprentice.
I’d like to have the balance on my mortgage forgiven.
Where do I submit the application?
They can do it. The government can payoff the mortgage loan, add it to the national debt. Spread the cost to everyone from now into the future. Why do you think the US government has a debt of $ 31+ and growing . They have made US finances a joke.
Boy, you aren’t alone on that one. Everyone feels the same way, especially with banks paying out 0% interest on everything. Credit is becoming a real problem for most Americans because this “administration” is giving our money away in wheelbarrows – – at the speed of light. To everyone but Americans…..
Another day and another reminder that:
Leftists judge the success of their economic policy by how many people they can force into taxpayer funded government dependence = Economic Control / Tyranny.
Conservatives judge the success of their economic policy by how many folks they can liberate from welfare to become self-sufficient, productive Americans = Economic Freedom / Liberty.
…. and yeah, it really is just that simple.
It really IS that simple, you’re right.
IIRC, During PDJT’s first term, about 5 million moved off the foodstamp/welfare rolls,..
In a remarkable coincidence, around 5 million went from unemployed to employed?
And that was Rush’s way of defining compassion.
Joe…Scotus has no interpretive power of the Constitution

True. Shady deals.
Penumbra: “the partially shaded outer region of the shadow cast by an opaque object.” -Oxford Dictionary
The justification for new laws falling under the penumbras of existing laws.
Specifically who is charged with job of juicing this guy up long enough to lie to Americans before he starts flickering out?
Thoughts as assembled:
“Joe Biden could have been a decent president even if I had opposed most of his plank. But he’s not, it was never in him to be a good man.”
Absolutely true! There are many people with whom I disagree that I would describe as misguided but not evil… Joe Biden is NOT one of those people! He is corrupt, through and through, and always has been! And unfortunately, that same truism applies to most of the elected leaders in our country, in BOTH parties!
Never, ever, under any circumstance and no matter how severe the mental and physical malady Brandon may be suffering, feel sorry for this ignorant, evil and fraudulent lifelong S.O.B. He deserves everything that may come his way and then some.
No, I have ZERO sympathy for him – he has ALWAYS been a dishonest, arrogant jerk, attempting to hide behind his “just Joe” façade…watching him interview the VERY Honorable Clarence Thomas in 1991 when the latter was a Supreme Court Nominee told me everything I needed to know about Joe Biden.
I also despise his cheap, trashy scheming wife – they have scammed millions over the past decades and could have easily retired in utter comfort and enjoyed their last years but she couldn’t pass up the chance to shove him into the race, even though his dementia is obvious to everyone and has been for a while!
They are thoroughly contemptable people and I admit that I have zero sympathy for the reception that will surely await them when their time here is done…
Disclaimer – I believe in the full forgiveness of ALL sins through humble surrender and full submission to the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross but as of this moment, I have not seen one shred of humility or repentance from anyone named Biden! (Or McConnell, McRomney, McCarthy, Pelosi, Clinton or Obama for that matter) It is not for me to judge the heart but, based on their actions, I can pretty well observe that their fruit is completely rotten!
Vikingmom, I agree 100%. And their fruit does not fall far from the tree.
We can pray for them. I try….but its hard.
I will NEVER, EVER forget the Honorable Clarence Thomas interview. Biden confirmed what a low-life, morally and mentally corrupt person he was/is.
This video perfectly encapsulates Joe Biden’s entire career – he thinks he is the smartest person in the room but everyone else very quickly realizes that he is an idiot and a blowhard!
(It also encapsulates Clarence Thomas’ patient, intellect, and moral superiority in every way over the man trying to “trip him” up!)
It also shows the late Joey Shitferbrainz Biden in his alcohol and “Cocaine is a helluva drug” addled frenzy.
And his enablers.
There is nothing “elite” about these people. They are narcissistic decision makers.
They have more money than any of us, but they are not better than anyone of us.
They are not better than you or I…these people may have more money than the average Treeper, but are they truly happy? Are they at peace? Content? No they are not, not the current ones.
PDJT? Yes. He is at peace and content. He is also focused on what is ‘right’ for all…
Oh gee, the little darlings who knowingly took out a loan will get a life lesson. If you take out a loan you have to pay it back.
Why do I have to pay it for you, as a tax payer?
Hang on old joe is trying to figure out a workaround so he can still make you pay for freeloaders debt.
Remember it’s not old Joe. It’s his Obama holdovers that are running everything in the WH. Jose Dementio doesn’t know what day it is.
Intrepid: “Jose Dementio doesn’t know what day it is.”
Oh, he knows.
“It’s PUDDING DAY! YAY!
It’s PUDDING DAY! YAY!
I’m Senator Joe Biden and I say,
Every day is PUDDING DAY! YAY!”
Don’t waste my time.
Watch them come out with some sort of ‘income’ that just coincidentally covers the student loan.
Students will squat in other people’s properties without paying rent. They will receive taxpayer subsidies. There are a lot of workarounds for communists who believe in fleecing everyone else.
Nobody that signed for student loans is surprised that they have to pay them back.
If they were surprised then they were far too dumb to be admitted into a college unless that college was running a scam.
Rumors 45 more charges coming in the greatest Witchhunt ever.
This week we saw Reason #1: The Supreme Court.
Three Liberal issues soundly rejected.
I predicted as soon as I saw how Bragg came up eith 34, for the same thing, that they were shooting for the headline/talking point of “Over 100 Indictments!”
They then told each prosecutor how many they had to come up with.
Since his poll #’s go up 10-12 points, each time he is indicted/arraigned, and his campaign fund grows by $10-12 million, I say ;
BRING IT ON, the more the merrier!
What’s funny is: if, say, a minority kid in France — for example — has this many “brushes with the law”, it just proves he’s being unfairly targeted.
With Trump it proves he must be doing something wrong.
Sounds like doublethink to me.
He lied ? Must be a day that ends in Y
Watch the other hand
Until the Supreme Court puts on its big boy and girl pants and does something about corrupt elections, instead of enshrining them, I will continue to believe their “positive” social decisions are intended to stir sh*t and get the left engaged and activated to perpetuate the division.
Katanji Brown is the first Supreme Court inJustice installed as a direct consequence of institutionalized election fraud
Agreed.
They did it with roe v wade right after the fraudulent installation of Branden. The awkward timing and the supposed leaker who they never found is a big red flag
Patience, friends its coming.
KL’s case is on its way, has already made it passed the “standings” roadblock, and I think they may order a redo, which unlike the lower courts, is not above their pay grade.
And she is about as intelligent as a box of rocks. A real winner that one. 🙄
Affirmative Action poster child…
Hey pal joey, no one helped me and my parents when it came time to pay off both of my college loans back in the 70’s because that’s when people AND politicians has some character and some morals even though you were around then to start teaching them about using other people’s money to fund your own endeavors.
Biden is a real piece of work, isn’t he? You can tell he’s getting old because he loses it very quickly when asked about something he doesn’t want to fess up to. He WASTED all of our money over in Ukraine because he thought he was gonna get it back from Zelenskyy but SURPRISE – – Zelenskyy isn’t giving a penny back and now wants more which ol’ slow joemoe will give him. I wonder if ol’ joe has even a tertiary clue about how much money he’s given away in the past 3 years and not just to Zelenskyy . . . HE. HAS. NOT. THE. FIRST. DAMNED. CLUE.
The whole system is full of horrid cracks. biden is just the biggest crack.
You can tell he’s getting old … Old age is not to blame for either his rancid character or his dementia. I know people in their 80s (that’s now my peer group) and none of them are as corrupt and awful as he is.
You should be able to tell it’s not even him, wake up, look at old videos of the late Joey Shitferbrainz over the years…
Joe
Your goal was malarkey and come on man you know it was.
How many times did he blame Republicans?
And they call President Trump “divisive”!
biden learned very well from Obama. Blame everyone else and if you say it often enough eventually it becomes the truth. This guy would tell the truth if it sounded better.
Alinsky tactic.
One thing is never mentioned. Recipients were required to report this relief as income. So a working class person who received this had to add up to $20k to their income.
I’d rather pay the tax on it than the face value.
It was total vote buying for the 2022 vote steal.
That’s true but most of these recipients couldn’t come up with that cash.
It’s still a big hit if you were lead to believe it was free.
Actually, no. This fell under a special provision from the Covid relief acts that did not tax forgiven debt as income.
From Forbes:
“If the Supreme Court upholds Biden’s plan to cancel student loan debt for borrowers, any forgiven loans would be exempt from federal taxation. That’s thanks to the American Rescue Plan, Biden’s Covid-19 relief bill that Congress passed in the spring of 2021.”
EVEN democrats can see how abusive the democrats are! Really, they like their rights taken away! Democrats, stop voting for democrats!!!!

RESTORE Chapter 13/7 court remedies for debt resolution for students.
Problem solved.
They’d have to give them interest rates commiserate with an unsecured loan taken by someone with no personal wealth or credit history.
Student debt is a bad risk.
unsecured loans in far greater amounts are secured every day of the week to those with connections. In addition, certain people are allowed to create and dismiss debt with zero accountability — depending on one’s connections.
Additionally, the zombie school debts are bought and sold with fees acruing every transaction.
The deck is stacked against American students who become trapped between what I regard as unethical practices and the flood of foreign labor into the US. This has been going on for many years now.
I do not know of any other type of zombie debt. Students with legitimate cause should be able to seek Chapter 7/13 relief. I do not support Biden’s debt forgiveness plan because it is not necessary.
As for the costs of the program, however foolish,, far too much tax revenue finds its way into the pockets of crooked politicians than currently proposed. Just deduct the payments from the money/assets being sent to Ukraine. OR do not leave military equipment behind in theatre when withdrawing.
Pallets of cash to Iran, anyone? Weapons to drug cartels? The shopping list is quite long if we’re looking for meaningful ways to actually fund the interests of the People of the United States.
I note the retreat to legalistic arguments when politicians are protecting their purloined porky pies of tax revenues.
So, you want to grant bankruptcy relief on an amount and class of debt that wouldn’t cripple our financial system, it would collapse it.
We are talking about staggering amounts of money owed.
All for students and parents who didn’t think this out when they made that decision.
All of those defaults would undermine every single financial entity that has a stake, thereby annihilating the means for credit for anyone, including everyone who was responsible with money and credit, businesses that need lines of credit, etc etc.
I don’t think so!
Come on man, Biden is one of the greatest orators of all time. In addition, his skillful inclusion of family members in foreign finance is most impressive. In fact, his affection for his little fifty year old boy, Hunter, reveals what a close-knit and loving family he has. Further proof of this close family bond is revealed in his daughter’s diary.
Doctor Jill has an impeccable sense of fashion. She is undoubtedly the most intellectual first lady in history.
There is no way our brilliant president could lose an election to the likes of Donald Trump. Come on, man! There is just no comparison.
Hats off to corporate America, the media, the FBI, the intelligence agencies,Congress, and the state department, etc. for recognizing and showing solidarity with a true leader!
Only 13% of the population have student loans, 87% without. Keep digging your hole Joe.
And 60% of the 13% used the loans to fund graduate degrees.
.
Gawrsh, SLO-Joe!
You sound like you have real disdain for the ‘privileged’?
Wouldn’t only a ‘privileged’ person get two misdemeanors charged — instead of felonies which result in jail-time, usually — on tax evasion?
Wouldn’t only a ‘privileged’ person get diversion on illegally obtaining a firearm charge?
Wouldn’t only a ‘privileged’ artist with no talent get paid $100,000’s for class-less art?
Wouldn’t only a ‘privileged’ man get to reduce his CHILD support from $20,000/month to $5,000/month (in the first place,), but also ‘negotiate’ that that child just isn’t ‘privileged’ enough to share the man’s name?
Now that’s rich.
This resident actually cannot stand the smartest man he knows . . .
Q Mr. President, the Court said you overstepped your authority. Did you overstep your authority?
THE PRESIDENT: I think the Court misinterpreted the Constitution.
Exactly where in the Constitution is student loan debt?
🎼 🎼 🎼 Jeopardy music
”What is IT’S NOT IN THE CONSTITUTION for $1 million dollars, Alex”
Tired of it all.
Why not the question “if college is SO valuable to those 23% privileged enough to attend (under any circumstance) , why do they need assistance ie loan forgiveness?”
College grads will net upwards of $1,000,000 more in lifetime earrings. Just how are they mistreated?
Plus, given where we are, just how have hand outs helped any class?
🤣 🤣 🤣
How dare anyone object to this man making off with 30 million from influence peddling! A mere 30 million when he could have made 300 million or perhaps he was even entitled to steal 3 billion. The hypocracy of average Americans!
Just figured I would let Sundance know that twitter is not allowing non members to see public twitter posts
To make tax payers pay for students’ loan debt that they did not incur is wrong, wrong, wrong.
It makes me furious. Furious for the people who really worked hard to pay for college. Who scrimped and saved and helped their children all through school with homework, after school volunteer work, applications, and studying for tests in high school for their children to go to college and then worked to help them pay off any loans.
It makes me angry for the people who didn’t think they had a chance to go to college because their families didn’t have the money. It makes me angry for the people who have to work 2 or 3 jobs to be able to support their family and yet they have to pay for someone else’s kid’s debt.
If you take out a loan for anything, it is with the understanding that is money that YOU owe. Not the government.
Let’s see, I think I need to build a new addition on my house and I’m going to take out a loan, but all you taxpayers have to pay off the loan. It will make my house more valuable. Who cares whether you get any value from my addition? It is your duty and responsibility to pay off my loan.
I agree, such bailouts are arbitrary and wrong. Let’s set an example by ceasing bailouts to the financial industry and corporate America, now there’s some massive bailouts in my short life, and keep things equitable. Might suck for those who work for those entities, sure. Good news though, that spigot has historically been free flowing and generous.
I don’t know what his new false scheme is….
But, I hope repubs, state officials, and private legal activists are ready to slap a lawsuit their way as soon as it happens.
Whatever it is, it ain’t his.
Hid lies ring like Truth on the MSM platforms. Tens if millions of lazy, envious, greedy, covetous, thieving, ignorant Lefties believe every word this lying bastard reads from Obama’s Communist scribes. Yet only a tiny handful of elected “republicans” will call out this bile for what it is.
Biden looked like he needed a Nap.

I heard somewhere that 2.6 billion dollars in Covid relief money is lost due to fraud
I’ll bet UI and loan fraud in California alone amounted to nearly that. It was epic 🙂 Gavin was measuring for drapes at the WH so still one’s heart and hope to God the Communists haven’t chosen him as the next dictator.
I was following closely for a few months
after the Covid relief money went out.
A LOT of people serving time who
committed Covid fraud. A Lot.
Some of the cases were off the record
stupid people.
