1) Media in CA give either absolutely NO coverage to candidates of the other party OR if one might seem to potentially offer a threat, they’ll immediately give only negative coverage and soon, none at all.
A citizen has to struggle to find the date, time, and channel on which ONE debate might be scheduled, and then, it will be in the late afternoon.
In short, the media acts as if there IS NO campaign, there IS NO election.
2) The Democrats nationally have been very successful in branding the Republican Party as the party of old. white, rich men with old ideas, probably racist ideas.
And the low IQ population of CA buys into just about anything they’re told.
