~ The Background is HERE ~
A brief post just to emphasize a point about DC and how the power centers protect themselves. You might remember when Attorney Jeff Sessions was told he needed to recuse himself from anything to do with the Trump-Russia investigation. We know from FOIA requests of schedules, the participants in the meeting on the date of those discussions:
Jeff Sessions was forced to recuse himself at the conclusion of a meeting involving Jody Hunt, Dana Boente, Jim Crowell, Tashina Guahar and Scott Schools; an apparent conflict of interest. Now consider….
Mary McCord was Acting Asst. Attorney General for the National Security Division, when she submitted the fraudulently constructed FISA application used against Carter Page. Mary McCord, knowingly and with specific intent, defrauded the court and broke the law. Mary McCord then went on to join Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler in the construction of the articles of impeachment. She did not recuse herself.
At the time the Carter Page application was filed (October 21, 2016), Mary McCord’s chief legal counsel inside the office was a DOJ-NSD lawyer named Michael Atkinson. In his role as the legal counsel for the DOJ-NSD, it was Atkinson’s job to review and audit all FISA applications submitted from inside the DOJ. Essentially, Atkinson was the DOJ internal compliance officer in charge of making sure all FISA applications were correctly assembled and documented. McCord and Atkinson knowingly submitted a fraudulent FISA application.
Atkinson then went on to become Intelligence Community Inspector General where he changed the rules for CIA whistleblowers to allow the accusation against President Trump to surface which resulted in an impeachment investigation. When ICIG Michael Atkinson turned over the newly authorized anonymous whistleblower complaint to the joint House Intelligence and Judiciary Committee (Schiff and Nadler chairs), who did Michael Atkinson give the complaint to? Mary McCord.
Consider the conflicts within the Supreme Court. Mary McCord, knowingly and with specific intent, lied to the FISA court to support the FBI targeting of Trump. Mary McCord’s husband, Sheldon L Snook, was running the office of the counselor to Chief Justice John Roberts; the office which would intercept any communication from the FISA court to the Chief Justice if the FISA court had any concerns about the false FBI application. No one from the office, or the Chief Justice counselor recused themselves.
Conflicts of interest only surface to create personnel changes when those changes meet the interests of the DC administrative state. When those conflicts exist but they are useful to the interests of the DC administrative state, they are ignored.
Retired Magistrate here: If an attorney has no moral underpinning, no matter what the conflict of interest, that attorney will never recuse. It doesn’t matter what the conflict of interest is, that attorney will do what is right in his eyes, especially if it benefits those that support that particular attorney.
Dont you think this recusal things for a incoming new administration is a bit of a scam?
as a candidate campaigns, they are going to have to name who they would pick (be forced by the media or whatever), and with that the Deep State can make every person mentioned recuse.
They should never name names until in the oval and having fired 10-20 levels down in every agency.
Agreed! Trump should just state that he hasn’t decided yet
say to whomever is asking ” I can promise it isn’t you”
Amen!!!!
It was a complete scam. The idea that the ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES can recuse himself from performing the duties of his office is outrageous. I guarantee you – those Black Hats were nervous as they sprung this trap. They could hardly believe their ears when Sessions agreed to their plan.
Something was very “off center” about Sessions’ stint as the AG. Will we ever know? Probably not.
Jeff Sessions should have fired the top tier of the Department of Justice his first day in office. For his underlings to tell him to recuse from anything regarding the department should have been a big fat pink slip for all the top tier.
I was going to say something similar, but in a different way: Doing what is right is only for those who follow the rules and have morals. Expecting corrupt, evil people to do the right thing is a complete waste of time. They will cover their own hind ends and serve their own self-interests every damn time (if you need proof, look no further than Musk)!
At some point, we’re going to have to stop playing by the rules of polite society.
can a person be recused? or do they have to volunteer themselves?
Retired Magistrate here: If it appears that an attorney has a conflict of interest, another party can file a Motion with the Court asking that the attorney be recused due to a conflict of interest. In addition, if an attorney determines that he has a conflict of interest, he can voluntarily recuse. The same procedure applies to a Judge or Magistrate. From personal experience I can tell you that Judges/Magistrates rarely recuse unless they are forced to.
There were numerous occasions where Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg should have recused herself because she argued numerous cases before the Supreme Court when we was with the ACLU. When cases were brought before the Supreme Court by the ACLU she did not recuse herself.
ty. insider info that further makes Sessions Look complicit.
More naive/stupid than complicit.
Same result.
He was complicit, part of the plan. I suspect that he also was a naive and stupid man, a man who thought highly of himself.
I hope he cannot sleep at night.
Retired Magistrate here: At some point, we are all going to have to answer to GOD for what we did on this earth.
I would rather be called a fool on this earth for doing the right thing, than face GOD with empty excuses for not doing what was right.
Personally I’m getting damn tired of waiting for GOD. At 80 it’s time to sheet or get off the pot.
You took the words right out of my wrinkly old aged face……………..
Ditto for me!
I hazard a guess you still have a good many sheets in you.
You all are very humorous today. You make me laugh, which is a good thing in its own right.
OK they did tend to live a tad longer back then – if they weren’t eaten, struck down with plague, put to the sword, or run afoul of whomever was in charge at the time – but not many people realize that Moses was 80, yep 80 when he went down to Egypt. Granted, the man’s life wasn’t exactly rosie walking around in the desert for the next 40 – but 120 ain’t too bad. Look what he achieved – and nowhere in scripture does it say anybody has to just sit there getting his ass kicked – in fact just the opposite if one values him/her self as a creation of God, endowed with a portion of God himself in the form of an awakened soul.
❤❤❤ (((Oldspeak))) you speaketh my beliefs perfectly 😁😁✝️✝️
It’s quite possible God has given us the tools and he is expecting us to do something with it
Just trying to be helpful and definitely not pious. 😁😁But we have a hard time listening to that tiny small voice inside …the Holy Spirit, which gives us the guidance. Tells us right from wrong, tells us what to do and how to do it. …. And too, many times to turn away.
And many times in our iniquity as humans and too our shortcomings, we’re not sure if something is a sword or a fork. We’re so wrapped up in our lives that sometimes we can’t see the subtleties.
He always gives us the tools ahead of time. Makes us ready for whatever little battle it is or big battle.
just trying to help. ❤❤✝️✝️
I’m sure he’s taking your impatience to heart.
Agreed Marcia. Our Divine Lord’s timing catches us by surprise. Putting aside our earthly clock is insightful and prudent. Akin to the Thief in the night; we know not the day nor hour.
I am praying God timing will still catch us. I’m hoping He hasn’t turned us as a nation over to our own folly. As a nation it is awful.
^^^^THIS^^^^
Yes, of course. I agree with you . . . to a point. That point being that when you’re at war, you do not play by the same rules that govern “polite society.”
We have yet to act like we’re at war (although we are).
As Bill Barr will have to do.
Hon. Marcia,
Since you’re retired, I wonder if you could offer an ‘advisory opinion’ for this deeply conflicted attorney.
In July of 2020, I suspected the FBI/DOJ was corrupt enough to allow Andrew Cuomo to murder the nursing home residents. After an hour of reading through Cuomo’s Executive Orders, my suspicions were confirmed with E.O. 202.5, issued one week before the Nursing Home Mandate.
Five months later, I realized I’d overlooked categorical proof that the State of New York, through its governor, committed DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE MURDER of tens of thousands of U.S. citizens by issuing its “nursing home mandate” DURING its lockdown. By ‘categorical proof,’ I mean this could be the very first criminal act in history for which no trial of fact is possible; since any defense would be a logical impossibility.
Unfortunately, and as outrageous as it sounds, I also discovered that Donald Trump (indirectly) benefitted from the nursing home murders; enough to end his 2024 campaign for president. In fact, per the 22nd Amendment 😉 the only way Donald Trump could run for President in 2024 is if the entire country sanctioned the state-ordered mass murder of U.S. citizens by New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and California—where nursing home mandates were issued DURING their respective lockdowns.
I know how much everyone in MAGA has been dreaming of a Trump victory in 2024, but I don’t see how that happens (under the 22nd Amendment) without ignoring the mass murders.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Respectfully Submitted, and Deplorably Yours,
Robert S. Stone Jr., Esq.
A nasty and sophomoric post, Mr Esquire. Please describe how Trump “benefited” from the COVID deaths. You can’t simply, blithely say he did without at the same time providing some evidence….. or perhaps you’re another scuzzy NYT reading lawyer.
And let us please grant the fact that Trump trusted the “scientific and medical advice” from those many “experts” who surrounded him and counseled him during the initial COVID debate. THEY are the ones you ought to be attacking. BIG PHARMA as well.
Trump was being attacked, a COUP, and you sir appear to have little clue or understanding of that.
The States of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and California committed DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE MURDER of U.S. citizens by mandating COVID patients into nursing homes during their respective lockdowns. Thus, on Jan 6, 2021, Congress was categorically prohibited from including the 134 votes of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and California among “the whole Number of Electors appointed” under Article II. And since 2020 was “the most secure election in U.S. history,” we may safely conclude that subtracting those 134 votes from “the whole Number of Electors appointed” leaves Biden with 172 votes and Trump with 232 votes, making Donald J. Trump “The Person having the greatest Number of Votes and [thus] the President.”
I’m not a lawyer, but it seems pretty clear that the 22nd Amendment states “elected.”
In the case of the President, the electoral vote is what counts and Congress certified that fraud, making Biden the elected.
Since the fraud was not litigated by the SC to overturn that decision (checks and balances to the Constitution), Trump was not ‘legally’ the winner.
I would think a first year law student could figure that out.
Sorry, but your BS is weak and I think you’re just trying to bait Marcia to get her to say something that can be construed to discredit her.
Marcia, please don’t respond to this guy!!!
Retired Magistrate here: That is why I didn’t reply; it wasn’t a legitimate legal question.
Mandating COVID patients into nursing homes during the lockdown is categorical proof of DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE MURDER.
To wit:
A person is guilty of DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE MURDER when, under circumstances evincing a depraved indifference to human life, he recklessly engages in conduct which creates a grave and unjustifiable risk of death to another person, knowingly disregards such risk, and thereby causes the death of that person.
“Depraved indifference to human life” means a wicked, evil or inhuman state of mind, as manifested by brutal, heinous and despicable acts. We’re talking about conduct that is so devoid of regard for the life or lives of others that it’s just as malicious and criminal as the person who intentionally kills.
The phrase “recklessly engages in conduct which creates a grave and unjustifiable risk of death to another person” means:
• Engaging in conduct which creates a grave and unjustifiable risk that another person’s death will occur,
• AND consciously disregarding that risk in a way that constitutes a gross deviation from the standard of conduct that a reasonable person would observe in the situation.
For example: No reasonable person would ever take two completely contradictory courses of action within a life-or-death situation while believing/claiming both were SIMULTANEOUSLY intended to save lives. The truth of one necessitates the falsity of the other.
More particularly: No reasonable/logical person or State would lockdown the entire healthy population for the alleged purpose of keeping the COVID virus as far from the vulnerable elderly as possible WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY creating a grave and unjustifiable risk of their deaths by mandating COVID patients into nursing homes.
If one truly believed “the necessary precautions”—i.e., the CMS and CDC “transmission based precautions”—would keep the elderly safe enough to justify the nursing home mandate, then the lockdown was never necessary and all deaths resulting therefrom were DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE MURDER.
Alternatively, if one truly believed the allegedly “novel” virus was so lethal and difficult to contain as to warrant locking down the entire healthy population like communists to protect the elderly from COVID, then mandating COVID patients into nursing homes during the lockdown was DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE MURDER.
Thus, because mandating COVID patients into nursing homes during the lockdown violates the law of non-contradiction, it is categorical proof of DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE MURDER. There is no triable issue of fact because any defense is a logical impossibility.
QED.
You sir do not know what your talking about here, First of all President Trump had nothing to do with the governors of those states who put their sick people in old peoples homes and shame on you for saying he profited from those people dieing He is the one who sent the big mersy ship to New York and He also sent one to Calif, and for a person like you to say that he did anything to this extent He should sue you Its too bad that your behind a stupid computer putting this nonsense out.
We the American people know President Trump and not you or anyone of your Desantis or Liberal liars are going to change that, and if you print that crap here one more time You will be turned into the owner of this site Do your self a favor shut the hell up
Oh yes by the way President Trump lost a great deal of money in his 4 years in office and He took no salary and so get lost
“You sir do not know what your talking about here”
The only way Joe Biden can be acknowledged as President is to sanction the mass murder of U.S. citizens by the states of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and California.
I’m saying Trump can’t run for a third term under the 22nd Amendment, since he already won.
This isn’t opinion, it is categorical fact.
Really? Provide the official recorded physical evidence that Trump was elected by the Electoral College.
If you can’t, go try somewhere else.
Lawyer, my a*#!
Maybe go ask Merrick Garland. Don’t Attorneys General issue Advisory Opinions, and judges make findings of fact or law?
The burden is on Congress to show how the states of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and California did not murder U.S. Citizens by mandating COVID patients into nursing homes DURING their respective lockdowns.
Congress can’t do the impossible. Congress also doesn’t have the authority to count the votes of states that murder U.S. Citizens.
Those 134 votes from those five states don’t count without sanctioning mass murder.
When you’re ready to admit to yourself that five state governments murdered their nursing home residents, and that NO ONE bothered to do anything about it, then you’ll see why Trump had the most amount of votes on January 6th.
You avoided and deflected as I suspected you would.
You tried to bait a retired magistrate to make you feel better about your emotions. Why there may be merit in the fact that these states acted malevolently, that is a separate legal issue to overturning a certified election.
The same argument you make is the same as for voter fraud – those states’ votes should be thrown out.
Where is the physical evidence of that Trump was elected by the Electoral College?
You contradict yourself: “The burden is on Congress ….” – No, it’s not and never has been. Yet, claim “…Congress doesn’t have the authority….”
Then, “…votes don’t count ….” That would be a pleading in a suit before a court to decide if standing can be established and brought forth for a trial or judgement.
The rest is irrelevant, emotional dribble to a legal argument.
You ARE NOT A LAWYER, or a real bad one and it is obvious.
We are MAGA here, no one is influencing any of us otherwise. The balance of this statement is “Don’t care, still voting for Trump.”
And no one is going to bait our known legal experts into responding to stupid shit.
Go back to your handlers and give them an after action report that reads:
“Primary subject refused to engage. Strong resistance by associated actors. Operation was complete failure.”
Thanks for playing. BYE!
Congress does not have the authority to exercise “power, beyond right, which no one has a right to.” Fifty dollar Lockean speak for “Congress can’t act tyrannically.” Counting the votes of those states is tyranny–whether they knew it then, or just realize it now.
I suppose it’s much easier imagining my intentions are malevolent than to face the consequences of five state governments murdering their nursing home residents.
Then again, when you witness mass murder of the elderly and say nothing about it, it never happened; right?
Besides, they were just old people who were on their way out anyway. Why bother?
Trump also worked with Franklin Graham with a Military type hospital ship…neither the Graham hospital or the Military ship were used.
Amen. And 2 Cor 4:17
For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory
The right typically has morals, that can’t be said of most of the Left!
WE are starting to….
Assuming all have seen the video that recently surfaced on the I-net, obviously security camera footage from the warehouse where Maracopa County stored the election machines, prior to distributing them to the polling places?
It shows election workers breaking the seals, removing the mother boards, reprograming them (with the malware that would cause intermittent issues with reading ballots), TESTING the machines to insure the malware was “working” and then reinstalling the mother boards, and preparing the machines for delivery to KL districts.
Kari Lake has stated that footage was recorded by “good guys” that TAPPED INTO the counties Security camera system, and recorded events AS THEY HAPPENED, which is to say BEFORE the election day chaos.
And, its pretty obvious they didn’t get Maracopa County’s permission.
DEVASTATING evidence that totally refutes the arguments made in court, by KL’s team that were based only on the admitted evidence of the machine logs.
Looks like “Our side” is learning how to “not play by the rules”,..or perhaps hasn’t been for quite some time, but since its NOT “by the rules” has been circumspect about it.
RINO’s pretend to “play by the rules” as part of the GREAT PRETENDING.
MAGADOTIANS do whats right, BUT we play to win.
There is MUCH going on behind the scenes,..
the courts throw it out, tell us pound sand.
video given to us showing the system is corrupt seems to be pushing the only solution is the People demanding something.
Unless our institutions are still useable to fight this fight
Kari Lake needs a new set of attorneys!
Democrat attorneys who know all the tricks?
“MAGADOTIANS do whats right, BUT we play to win.”
In a nutshell, this is the difference between MAGADOTIANS and the Republican Party Club.
We play to WIN, they are okay with losing.
Isn’t “Magadotians” supposed to be “Magadontians.” Did I get that wrong?
Any superficial look at Eunuch Garland you know without a doubt zero will come of this blatant criminality by these insiders. Unless or until PDT is rightfully back in the WH and by some miracle gets an AG who believes in the rule of law, this scum will continue to destroy America
Don’t think it would have been a result of a lack of moral underpinning if Sessions knew of the surveillance state’s hustle and told them to pound same.
Judges 21:25, which you are obviously referencing, but posted for those who may not…
“In those days there was no king in Israel: every man did that which was right in his own eyes.”
And what a mess it was. The book of Judges is just unending anarchy and evil
Retired Magistrate here: Yes, that is what I was referring to and yes, the Book of Judges, shows the disastrous consequences of everyone doing what is right in their own eyes.
I have a different take on that passage. The contrast to “doing what is right in your own eyes” is contrasted to a king telling you what to do. Read on to find out how much worse it was under the kings. Instead of raising up an enemy to get their attention and repentance, followed by a judge to deliver them, the kings had to be destroyed first by Assyria, and then by Babylon (that happened when Jeremiah could not find even one righteous person in Jerusalem). I believe that our founding fathers were extremely cognizant of the personal and economic freedom enjoyed in Israel during the time of the judges. Look at Samuel’s warning when they asked for a king. Then under David and Solomon, gold and silver in Jerusalem was like gravel in the street. And where did that come from? The problem then and now, is that to enjoy a free and open society, people have to be morally upright. It happened then whenever men forgot God, it happened in Russia when men forgot God, and it is happening here because men forgot God.
Corrupt humanist kings are terrorists. God’s own Lamb will be our king when he’s done sorting out this mess.
Which underpins my belief in having a true king. This publicly-elected garbage is slow motion suicide. The biblical style of government is on its way to us… this strife-filled humanist election era is soon ending. It can’t come fast enough.
very true,,,in a very recent high profile case (attempted murder), the prosecutors office denied having conflicts with the defendant. However, investigative reporters immediately went to task and then informed the state attorney general that two of the prosecutors were close friends and history all the way back to High School. The state AG took the entire case away and prosecuted the case. There was no censur issued for misleading the court by the two prosecutors!. The trial concluded last week and the defendant was found not guilty….which has sent shock waves through the islands. (Michael Hirokawa). It sent shockwaves because the savage violence that took place, and serious defect of evidence collections by police, and that almost anyone looking closely at this case could never see an outcome that would result in a non conviction. A jury decided otherwise and ruled not guilty. Michael Hirokawa…I think you will appreciate looking at the case. It’s a very strange one. replete with friends in high places, wealthy families, hookers and dropping acid. Florida man ain’t got nothing on the hawaii crime scoop.
God Bless America
Only Republicans are required to recuse themselves or answer questions or obey subpoenas. or go to prison—-demorats are not!!!! Isn’t that clear enough by now????
because democrat voters will violently harm them if they yield
republican voters take a lot of time to get to that decision
Not only that, but you could walk into a lawyer’s office looking to take your case against another party and they’ll say tell me all about it — and you do — and then turn around and say the other party creates a conflict of interest. Meanwhile that other party has always been their client and now they defrauded information out of you that helps their client.
A thousand lawyers at the bottom of the sea: a good start.
Better they lose their air supply before immersing in sea
That has not been my experience. Attorneys — from sole practitioners to those employed by mega firms — conduct exhaustive conflicts of interest checks before ever agreeing to take on a case or client. If subsequent discovery reveals a conflict, the attorney substitutes out of the case. That happened dozens of times in my career.
What does it say about morals when someone who should know better recuses themself even if they believe they are being played politically?
The moral thing to do would have been to stand strong and defend yourself against accusations of having a conflict, which if I recall correctly, even the Democrats admitted Sessions did not have, albeit after the fact. There were some Republicans arguing against recusal, but much of that went silent when Sessions just meekly rolled over.
His morals were so great he became blinded by them and completely ignored the one who appointed him to his position.
There is little more disappointing than someone who waves their morals around, then rolls over at the first hint of question in order to prove how moral they are.
This is similar to the Covid forced injection nonsense.
It was shocking how many so-called leaders of thought and morality suddenly pushed the party line of getting injected with an EXPERIMENTAL medical intervention or getting fired .
Their morals, like Sessions, was for show right up until it really mattered.
I think Sessions was one of the most naïve people in politics. Not the brightest bulb, but way above some notables. Not a bad guy, just naïve.
I don’t disagree, but he had been in politics long enough to know he likely should have asked questions of the one who appointed him.
His time in the Senate likely added arrogance to his naivete.
He was scared to death of the media response.
A man who pretends to be pious, but is a slithering snake biting anyone in his way, is a bad man.
Jeff Sessions is a bad guy.
“What does it say about morals when someone who should know better recuses themself even if they believe they are being played politically?”
You mean….like Judas Pence?
Ed Zachary.
And most attorneys especially those in government have no moral underpinning.
Thank you Marcia for your integrity and moral fiber. I very much appreciate your comment. It adds greater understanding to the issue at hand. A good example would be Peter Strok and Lisa Page.
…that attorney will do what will benefit him/her the most. Not necessarily what is “right,” but what is most beneficial to his/her career. And that torturous course will generally, yes, benefit his/her supervisors.
Worked with hundreds of attorneys over the course of five decades. And those attorneys never failed to disappoint in terms of ethics. Or the lack thereof. The few who followed the straight and narrow path didn’t last long or, happily, ended up establishing a solo practice.
Had 2 good friends who worked their way through law school, at good schools, both female.
They both said that they were convinced that a primary goal of law school was to expunge every last vestige of conscience in an honest person, to graduate sociopaths.
Yep. Try Kagan, on O’care and Obergefell.
She had serious conflicts of interest in both cases. Nobody, Right or Left, called for her to recuse.
Puke.
Has Sessions ever had to respond publically to this?
any reporters? or independent ones found him
(this guy gets to hand the country over to a coup and not have to answer a single question about it)
Sessions basically dropped off the face of the earth after he recused himself IIRC…wonder what they had on him to make him go radio silent for the rest of his life?
most i could find
https://1819news.com/news/item/i-wanted-him-to-be-successful-former-ag-jeff-sessions-on-trump
what rules? why was he compromised by the same thing Christina (Carter Page) is doing with DeSantis (PDJT)
He recused himself from a Hoax….
and hasnt publically said he is mad about it and was fooled.
this article has been sent to him
Once they make the decision to sell out they never publicly say it was a mistake; they were duped. I can’t think of anyone who has ever done that.
What a load of political doublespeak!! He got conned and he let down the man who nominated him and a whole country who needed him to do the job he was nominated to do!! He should be ashamed of himself and he owes all of us a complete explanation and a full throated apology, IMNSHO!!
I’ll bet he accepted full pay the whole time he was “recused.” Grifters, every damned one of them.
After leaving DC, Jeff Sessions tried to run for Congress and was primaried.
Sessions did run for Congress after he was canned as AG, to try to get his old Senate seat back. Never heard another word after Sessions lost that race.
But he didn’t silence himself.
He had the audacity to think he could run and win a Senate seat again in Alabama.
Remember that?
It was President Trump who called him out on it.
That’s the point when Sessions finally went silent.
President Trump has the courage to do what no one else will.
He was part of the coup.
Set precedence for Judas Pence and many others along the way. In fact from Sessiolns to Pence and the hundreds of other in between that Sundance has thoroughly documented.
Unilateral disarmament has been a centerpiece of Leftist attacks for generations. Remember they wanted the US to unilaterally remove nukes from Europe in the ‘80’s.
They make you “recuse” so you look like a rule follower, but their “ends justify the means” philosophy requires them not to recuse to achieve their political goals.
That’s why calling them hypocrites doesn’t work. The rules are a weapon to be deployed to obtain the desired ends. The rules are followed or not followed – sometimes within days.
They hate Trump because he refuses to unilaterally disarm.
Conflicts of interest? Ha. The interest was and is removing and disqualifying Trump. If that means robbing a bank today to try and frame Trump and guarding the same bank tomorrow so you can blame Trump for the robbery, so be it.
This is also why the ONLY effective strategy if we can overcome the fraud in 2024 is decapitation of the Federal bureaucracy. Massive levels of firings. Revocation of security clearances. Debarments. Etc. Followed by a National Reckoning Commission to expand that mission out into the Courts.
👍👍
excellent and truthful. I can get behind this effort.
Exactly!
Could a house defund it and force the closure via no funding?
They could, but they have no will to do so. The House is part of the problem (ref. McCarthy infinite vote iterations).
Hokkoda: ” ….. This is also why the ONLY effective strategy if we can overcome the fraud in 2024 is decapitation of the Federal bureaucracy.”
Before we can decapitate the federal bureaucracy, we first have to take control of the federal bureaucracy.
And so the real question comes down to this. How do we fight and defeat the Uniparty’s election fraud machine in the 2024 election cycle?
It is now a certainty that Donald Trump will be indicted under bogus charges in at least two more federal and state venues, and it is very possible he may have to run his 2024 campaign for president from a jail cell.
Unless the Russia collusion hoax, FISA abuse, Mary McCord — etc. etc. etc. — are relevant in some way to the DOJ’s upcoming indictment of Donald Trump under bogus charges related to alleged mishandling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, all of this past history of Deep State criminal abuse is water under the bridge. At least for the time being.
Time is short. The start of the 2o24 primary season is but seven months away. Lots of anti-fraud efforts are in progress. But these efforts currently lack funding and are in need of some minimal level of central coordination. If the Trump campaign doesn’t step up to the job of funding and coordinating the anti-fraud movement, he will lose in 2024.
Battleship Wisconsin;
Having previously addressed ballot fraud, lets look at “Lawfare” as applied to PDJT, currently.
Firstly, to clarify; one of the side effects of lawfare as used against those of modest means (Gen Flynn,, the J6 defendants, Cohen, etc.) is that it drains their finances paying for lawyers, exhausting their finsncial resources and compelling them to capitulate.
I would argue this is a srcondary aspect of “Lawfare” and has been used by unscrupulous prosecutors long before “lawfare”.
Secondly, obviously it is not the point or goal of the Lawfare being employed against PDJT.
Lawfare is not about prevailing in Court: it is about getting HEADLINES; making their case in the Court of Public Opinion.
Page one, above the fold banner headlines “Trump indicted on 34 counts!”
6-12 months later, after prosecutors have delayed as long as possible, and regularly “leaked” lies to a complient press, the legal case is dropped, story on page 32, below the fold.
This approach, in order to work, relies on the American people having short memories, short attention spans, and getting all of their news from CNN.
And WHAT is the purpose of this elaborate charade?
I submit it is to effect a change in PUBLIC OPINION, specifically PDJT’s ‘popularity’.
And, WHO is the intended audience?
Are such stories going to changr the opinons of CNN addicted ‘leftists’ viewers, still convinced PDJT is a Russian asset? No.
How about pearl clutching country club Republicans, dissapointed Liz isn’t running, and ancxious to vote for Pence? No.
LOOK in the MIRROR, as the intended audience for this rediculous psy-op is US. It is OUR opinion, OUR support they hope to change, and that has been the case since muh Russia.
WE, and our unwavering support is what gives PDJT the political power to continue to oppose them.
Now, do you honestly thing arresting and incarcerating PDJT is going to cause his support to go DOWN?
Since Indicting him serves the purpose of generating headlines, for the talking heads to again do their “Begggggiiinnnnig of the ennnnddd” chorus, and actual arrest and incarceration carries with it numerous downsides and no additional benefit (for them) the notion that they will attempt it is illogical.
This blatantly obvious plan of theirs, an act of sheer desperation, can not and will not “work” for them, so long as we remained committed and unwavering in our support for PDJT.
Totally agree, Dutch. Spot on. Drag it out as long as possible and hope that it creates negative PSYOPS against Trump to his supporters.
Spot on comment.
It does begs the question. Why do all this to Trump and his supporters if they can just steal the election again in 2024? They can install anyone they want anywhere, anytime. So why do they care about dragging Trump through the mud? I mean they can let Trump run, waste his money and time then just steal the election again no matter how many votes he gets.
Optics. Avoid civil unrest.
See my comment here. Election fraud is the main means of attack the Uniparty will use to keep Donald Trump from winning in 2024. Federal and state criminal indictments against him, and the subsequent convictions, will act as an insurance policy backing up the main effort of using election fraud. See my comment below for the details.
Retired Magistrate here: I don’t remember who said it but the gist of it was that we can never let his kind win again. So the goal is to threaten anyone that is an “outsider” who can’t be bought, to run. As for the rest of us, they want us to be discouraged, depressed, downtrodden and be happy to be ruled over by our “betters.” We are the great unwashed masses.
Well, it was the “unwashed masses” who founded this country and who, by GOD’s grace, will take it back again.
It was David Plouffe.
Good question.
As I see it, election fraud is the main means of attack the Uniparty will use to keep Donald Trump from winning in 2024. Federal and state criminal indictments against him, and the subsequent convictions, will act as an insurance policy backing up the main effort of using election fraud.
In the Georgia case, what we also see developing here is a strategy of intimidation where anyone who questions the outcome of an election can and will be charged with criminal interference in that election.
These criminal indictments will have the effect of supporting and reinforcing the outcome of a stolen election, because challenging that election will result in a jail sentence.
If President Trump has to run his campaign from a jail cell, that’s what he will have to do. We must accept that this is the likely outcome of these criminal indictments and move forward regardless.
At any rate, the Uniparty isn’t afraid of us. And they aren’t desperate. Rather, these people are completely confident they can deal the MAGA movement a permanent fatal blow once and for all in 2024. Much hard work is needed to prove them wrong.
Absolutely!
Force them all to go through whatever legal process is available for them to get their jobs/clearances back.
Let them decide if hundreds of thousands in legal bills is worth it.
4. “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. Saul Alinsky
Bingo! They get the biggest chuckle when we scream laws, elections, God. Anything goes with these creeps.
what shocking is the ENTIRE SYSTEM came together to do this coup.
it means this system has been operating as a spy and launder business for decades to be this comfortable and together immediately.
Yes and what is shocking is everyone knows 2020 was stolen and no one — state or federal — wants to do anything about it (maybe one guy in PA).
we owe PDJT so much.
somehow he can weather the lawfare that slaughters people like us. The entire lawfare system is terrifying.
J6 people in jail for years…. all the leftists taking over blocks, federal building, hunting Supreme Court judges at their homs, burning buildings – GET NOTHING.
And, 5-10 independant citisen activist groups, in EVERY State, coordinated and divvying up various aspects of actions to combat election fraud.
Natl. organisations, like True The Vote, working on election integrity since 2010, and whose founders recently were jailed for 9 days, and unintimidated have continued to push and eventually confirm the allegations they made against Konesh were true.
I could go on, the point is, Mswords, when you say “no one, State or Federal,..” you mean IN the Government.
Relying on anyone in the Government to clean up elections is like relying on the RNC; THEY are the ones DOING it.
But, WE aren’t relying on THEM, WE are doing it, ourselves.
And WE have made a LOT of progress, with morecto come!
Jay Valentine’s crew knew it was industrial scale fraud the day of or first day after the election. (Professional gamblers knew the fix was in when Fox called Arizona). Soon after looking at the evidence. Jay’s crew coined the term “Sovereign Fraud,” meaning it was co-sponsored by government entities. Was there one law enforcement organization that seriously looked into any of the election crimes? One US attorney in PA told by Barr to shut it down. Guy drives a semi load of ballots from NY to PA, talks about it on the news, never a peep from MSN or LE.
Bingo!
Whiteboard (whoever you really are):
It is shocking and dismaying that the ‘eventual’ outcome of the 2020 election is as it was.
This involved an engineered coup by the entirety of government: all branches: (legislative; ‘executive’ (don’t forget the ephemeral IC ‘fourth branch’); and judicial, and the leadership/ownership of our political parties. In many exemplary cases do not leave out the associated participation of the ‘several (nominally sovereign) states’ – and their subsidiary municipalities, county, city, township, and whatever governing bodies.
Do not leave out of this rogue’s gallery the summation of our public and semi-public civil institutions from Hollyweird, Media, Education (K through PhD), Corporations, States, Counties, Cities, Townships, and local dog-catchers. All have been involved.
The ‘system’ is not corrupt. Corruption is the ‘system’.
A change at ‘the top’ will have little effect on the fact of this fact.
“Fire them all” or “burn it down, all of it” and let G*d sort them out is not a righteous response. Since the day Eve plucked the fruit of the Tree-of-the-Knowledge-of-Good-and Evil, tasted it, found it good, and shared it with Adam this burden of our own governance passed to us.
This, alas, was G*d’s merciful justice for our disobedience (Praise the Lord).
What are we to do?
Like what to call the offspring of an elephant and rhinoceros, the best I can come up with is ‘elephino’.
Awaiting guidance.
Hammersdad
Moral underpinning, that would be 95% of all lawyers. Lawyers are a major problem in our country, they have taken away more of our rights than they have protected our rights.
How do we recover from this mess?
Recovery? The only solution is to tear it all down and start over from scratch.
Returning our country to what our founding fathers envisioned… a Constitutional Republic.
Term limits would put a stop to a lot of this.
Recovery will also need to see a number of these people sent to the gallows for treason.
Otherwise, the corrupt will repeat and we’ll have to start over yet again…again.
Death is a good deterrent.
Term limits wouldn’t put a stop to any of this.
Did Paul Ryan stepping down to be replaced by McCarthy change anything?
Do you anticipatecthings will change, now that McConnell is a veggie and Thune is replacing him?
Then WHY would you (and so many) think that term limits is going to change ANYTHING?
maybe the votes would turn out different if all new members and not lifers.
thats the only possible change I see. new blood, new alliances starting.
Exactly. I’ve never understood why term limits is seen as some kind of inherent solution. The RINOs have a deep bench. There’s no reason to assume that replacing the current RINO would remove RINOs from the playing field.
Back to first 10 amendments.
Ban political parties.
nationwide resignation and new day of voting on new members Protest.
example – shutdown County X’s government by protest.
dont leave until they resign (all citizens join in using their profession to jam the system to a stop.
to prevent money loss to billionaires they will instruct the politicians to resign and rehold an election (or the people submit to the steal).
What do YOU think we need to do, “dan patterson”?
——————————————-
Caution answering, folks. This could be a law enforcement officer trying to get responses suggesting violence against specific persons or the US government, per se.
Oh yeah, an LEO baiting unsuspecting civilians into bleating something, anything, to justify violence against the First Amendment.
Like during the Jan. 6th entrapment.
That’s not me and I’ll happily provide proof.
My point is: We know what needs to happen, and the process under the Constitution for it to occur. We are not in an orderly society, and have NOT been for decades. How is that to be corrected, short of a chaotic clash between The Swamp and the Antidote?
I seriously do not know, given our present condition, how to correct the path.
SSCI could easily police this but it’s invested in protecting these miscreants at DOJ and FBI to protect itself. The only other option is wholesale firings at those departments. Obama filled them with true believers.
I’m going to seek advice from Screwy Squirrel.
There is the Reformation model–repent and turn back to the God of the Bible. Or there is the French Revolution model, bring out the guillotine. Ultimately it is the separation of the sheep from the goats, a lake of fire, and a new Jerusalem.
Take off and nuke it from orbit. It’s the only way to be sure.
If people aren’t prosecuted for their crimes it will only get worse until it collapses.
My thoughts exactly.
Cowabuga. This is evidence to me the supreme court is controlled by the deep state as are congress and the biden regime.
All 3 branches are compromised and corrupt.
But Americans continue to think otherwise.
BINGO
We dont know what to do.
protesting gets us 4 years in jail.
well in DC
Sundance gives the answer – Sunlight. Eventually the exposure will work in some way.
Keep exposing the facts by connecting the dots between events and personages.
It will work out!
Scripture confirms.
it all ends in confrontation. in some form
And there’s the name of Chief Justice John Roberts! Funny ain’t it? Getting closer to being right about that guy
I’m not so sure he is one of them but he being duped and used is just as bad. If he was lied to about all this maybe he will get pissed off and do something. Maybe like nullify the impeachment and explain to the nation why, while naming names in a public address. Hopium?
Coerced
Yes.
Roberts is compromised as well, DC owned plus his name was on Epstein’s island passenger’s list. No wonder they had to kill him and have a fake trial for Maxwell…he needs replacing as well.
Bribed, blackmailed or bought.
All but a few I believe.
He adopted twins through the deep state – they own him
I’ve heard that before. And the irony is, were it true and became public, who at this time would actually care? We’ve got so much else to deal with. Like, oh, eating and making mortgage or rent payments on time.
Chief Justice wants to live so probably won’t address any wrong doing.
Only Republicans and conservatives recluse themselves
I mean recuse…
I enjoy my recluse time, I usually do it a backpack and my dogs.
And when it serves their purpose.
i aspire to recluse myself!👍🏻
Unless there is some legal process to force recusal, it is just pressure right? If they have some way to force the recusal then why aren’t republicans using it?
For me what stings the most is how this criminal activity seems to be conducted so effortlessly. It’s as if the rules have been changed to operate in this way and no other.
Arguments for Snook ‘hiding’ things from Roberts is a non-starter.
There is NO way Roberts did not know that Snook and McCord were spouses.
Regardless of subject matter, as soon as it was known was legal counsel in legal proceeding of any sort, Roberts should have proffered his recusal. Period!
As I stated in a comment yesterday, Snook’s past (bio), like McCord’s is largely ‘scrubbed.’
Again, I ask you to consider what people in government positions have ‘scrubbed’ bios?
As a side note, another commenter (researcher) provided a highly detailed past of Pushaw this AM on another post in this site (after yet other commenters made references to Pushaw not appearing close to be her stated age in official and online bios in same post) that if true ‘suggests’ that her bio has been altered and she is much older than stated. Additionally, her last name appears to be a pseudonym (again, if true). It was one helluva impressive comment. All should consider going back to the end of the RDS/Pushaw post SD just released and reading. Compare timeline to states bio and reference to term Pushaw. WHO is this ‘lady’?
It has line been rumored amongst and acclaimed by other researchers (and for which evidence exists that highly suggests at a minimum) that Roberts illegally adopted his Irish children and that is the DIRT that the DS has on him. An ethical issue for the highest judicial officer of the land!!!
Every institution is compromised by theee bastards.
I know for some I am beginning to sound like a broken record, but in every instance of revelation, the fingerprints of the CIA keep coming up over and over and over. And every chance I get where legitimate, I am going to reinforce it.
It is becoming apparent that the desperation and fear of exposure is mounting, and ‘they’ are smashing it in our faces everyday.
This new revelation is an old event.
Recent event: Pushaw/Meatball!
i saw it on his linked in … and thought wow what a corrupt amount people we got steering our country.
Mary McCord’s husband Sheldon Snook is assistant to Chief Justice Roberts on the Spy court
https://www.linkedin.com/in/sheldon-snook-a4750513
Looking for that comment now. Do you have any reference? Name/handle of who made it?
Primary – Mreedo1
Secondary (follow up) – Kaweah Kid
Thanks. I found it.
I posted a comment over there with links from what I found on their little NoteNeeded operation, but it’s stuck in moderation.
Twitter?
Did you notice that she “founded” a NGO in Eastern Europe in 2012.
Per her ‘bio’ she would have been 22.
However, prior to this, she finished college, spent 2-3 years in Russia studying, and then years in Georgia with all of the shenanigans there.
The timeline doesn’t add up to her age.
She is an ENIGMA!
Agree!
I think McCord (who was a clerk for Roberts at some point?) suggested Snook. I read that Roberts response was something like: well since you’ve been married to him for x amount of years, you know him well enough.
Someone here (TCTH) posted a picture and I did some research and read an article quoting Roberts’ response.
I hope I’m remembering correctly.
I was mistaken. It was Hogan not Roberts.
All this occurs and the entire SCROTUS remains silent. Only Gorsuch has come out recently saying something about the unconstitutional lock downs. A day late and a dollar short, I agree, but at least something was said. I am beginning to believe the entire government–all branches, state and local, is nothing but a criminal syndicate.
he has to pretend to aid the steal of the country.
so now we like him, so he can screw us later (just because said a nice comment after the recent screwing)
Not just a crime syndicate but an organized one….to make matters worse, it’s worldwide….with few exceptions.
Beginning to believe?
A lot of things, political, judicial, legal, regulatory, financial and media wise in DC only flow in one direction. This is a new addon to that growing list! Godspeed Sundance!!!
He didnt have to recuse himself, When President Trump was elected, He wanted Sessions to do something else, but he refused and said he would only settle for the AG job, and so President Trump gave it to him out of loyality and he could have done many other things other than remove himself from this scam, He could have looked into what was really going on but he refused to go against the idiots and they quickly got rid of him, later he wanted to come back to congress and P.T went all out to make sure he didnt make it back If he had done his job, none of what happened to President Trump would have happened
“I only want the AG job so I can assist the Coup and prevent a Outsider inside the DeepState”
‘Bout right.
All these people do is meet and conspire to tear down their enemies while protecting and advancing their own interests.
None of these people cares a wit about the United States America, the U.S. Constitution, or America’s citizens.
Instead of seeing the puppet strings, it appears more like a web with all the crossovers and family connections.
What a tangled web we weave when we practice to deceive.
It’s like trying to weed a once beautiful garden that has been left unattended and allowed to be completely overgrown with a network of vines.
It’s so overwhelming that you don’t know where to begin. Just start pulling and plan on doing it for the long haul. Some come out easy while others are stubborn and wrapped around the good plants. You want to just bully it all out with one swift pull but patience and precision are required so as to do the least damage to the good plants.
Over time you’ll start to see improvement. What keeps you going is knowing some day your family will enjoy the harvest.
The vines didn’t overtake the garden in one day. They won’t be removed in one day either.
When you control both sides of the law, what else can be expected?
“Jeff Sessions was forced to recuse himself at the conclusion of a meeting involving Jody Hunt, Dana Boente, Jim Crowell, Tashina Guahar and Scott Schools; an apparent conflict of interest“
Ummm, you’re gonna have to help me out with this one Sundance or anybody else in the CTH Community, I’m not tracking/connecting who the individuals are in relation to McCord, Atkinson et al?.
National Security Team
“As the DOJ point on national security, only Gauhar received email notification about NSC meetings. ”
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2020/07/25/coffee-talk/
McCord
“Tashina Gauhar was also the person who retrieved the transcripts (tech cuts) of Gen. Flynn’s conversations with Sergey Kislyak, and she was assisting Mary McCord and Sally Yates at the meeting with White House Counsel Don McGahn.”
Atkinson
“Tashina Gauhar was put in charge of reviewing the classified material President Trump ordered be passed to Congress, andshe was the liaison between the Deputy AG (Rosenstein) and the Office of Inspector General (OIG) for national security.”
The person I have wondered about for years is Tashina Gauhar. It seems to me she is somehow mentioned very little; and yet, she knows ALOT about MUCH.
I remember watching a video years ago where Obama was thanking her. It was some sort of celebration. Obama appeared to be congratulating her for a job well done.
I read that she and Lisa Page were best friends.
Dots connected, thank you for taking the time to fill me in, greatly appreciated!
But it seems Sessions was the only person in DC that that conflict could arise from. To think all their plans relied on him being AG?
It was either a freak coincidence that Trump nominated him or was he nudged into it. Did that DoJ thread reach into the Trump campaign? Seems they were always a step ahead of Trump, especially that recusal.
perfect chess play.
1st endorsement from Alabama trying to brand PDJT as the stereotype racist or whatver
then have that guy say he only wants 1 job – AG
then he hands the DOJ over to Weismann via recusal = the end.
The FOCUS of this post is Roberts, not Sessions!
SD is using Sessions as a pretext to Roberts.
Go back and reread the last paragraph!
I will offer this opinion – assuming Sessions HAD NOT recused himself – do you really think the history / results etc would have been much different? – IMHO – No , it would still have been the same -with a bit more of a “work around“ by the “ insider’” staff – they would have played him like a fiddle and he would have gone along to their tune and with whatever they suggested – At this stage of his career he was a totally staff reliant / over the hill /out of gas politician, running on fumes …was easy pickings for those sharpies , again IMHO
If yo said “conflict of interest” to a lawyer, the response would likely be: 1) representing more than one party in a legal matter (b0th spouses in a divorce a common example): or 2) representing someone who is in an adversarial position to one’s former client (such as suing a former client); or 3) a judge who has a financial interest in one of the parties to a case or to the outcome of the case.
That’s all that they would have taken away from their law school ethics class.
Not that Sundance isn’t right – this matter was riddled with conflicts of interest.
Bingo!
All of DC reminds me of a saying my Father would use
when he caught us kids conspiring…..
One lies and the others swear by it.
That is what we are up against.
It also reminds me of one big….crime family.
This boils down to the moral character the those who are the players. These people have no moral standard. They don’t think what they are doing is wrong.
“He won’t be elected. We won’t let him.”
Although there are many candidates for outrage-statements-of-the-century, Strzok probably has the most entries in that competition.
.
Where is that person who will ‘judge fair all’ involved in these seditious entanglements?
Yes, us believers all know that God Is the Ultimate Judge as to the destination of one’s eternal ‘resting’ place, but in the interim, here on earth, who can be called upon to right this intended capsize . . .?
the reddest red areas have to protest and resign their people. then replace and have them push back on the Fed.
long play.
Without getting impeached along the way (think Texas and Paxton)… until you have the majority, and even then, you run the risk of electrocution.
hence why he is being attacked.
team Coup – Uniparty is offsetting any potential angles of attack.
Florida bribed – DeSantis
Texas attacked – Border raid and Paxton impeach
Arizona – election stolen to keep complicit Governor in place
What drives all this corrupt behaviour?
Simple . Washington D.C.is the modern day El Dorado with rivers of gold (6 trillion dollars worth) flowing through its swampy sewers annually.
And all the grifters are there for their cut.
President Trump said some time ago the fed agencies should be shipped to the states, but obviously that argument went nowhere.
Would be a great platform to run on. Would help drain the swamp.
BTW we have a similar fed swamp in Australia although on a much smaller scale. It’s called Canberra.
Yes, the money is the root. The centralization of power is a big problem too. But beyond a doubt, it’s Congress’ deferral of rule-making authority to the Departments that is the biggest long-term challenge. Unelected life-long employees setting policy and defacto law. A close second is a complete politicization of justice and intelligence. Only Congress can fix this by the power of the purse. It’s the only solution, other than a Convention of the States, which won’t be allowed. Until Congress makes criminal referrals based on their investigation, and begins to impeach, withdraw funds, and remove the aforementioned deferral to the Departments… we are paddling against a current we can’t possibly match.
With a detour through Ukraine every time they send another billion. Did I say billion? We have lost our minds. Homeless vets and another billion to Ukraine. What?
If the Club can do all this without consequence, then whats stopping them from using lawfare to eliminate a Presidential candidate determined to drain the swamp?
#BidenDidntWin and neither did DeSantis
Michael Horowitz was there???
the Inspector General for the Russia Russia thing?
more and more every day we are faced with the fact that our government has turned against us in every way.
there are only two things that can be done about it.
mass civil disobedience or violent overthrow.
i’m for the mass civil disobedience first. this coming in the form of a tax strike. if only Americans still had courage…
my pop (an attorney) taught the family many things.
always avoid the appearance of impropriety.
and
life is a test. you either pass or fail.
the mary mccords are many. wouldn’t want to be them.
So Michael Horowitz was also present at the “Jeff Sessions recusal meeting” …at the beginning of the coup?!
Did his inspector general report mention this??
No.
“Jeff Sessions was forced to recuse himself at the conclusion of a meeting involving Jody Hunt, Dana Boente, Jim Crowell, Tashina Guahar and Scott Schools;…….”
Per the screen grab, Horowitz was in a different meeting earlier in the day.
it says attendees – him
Yes. In a meeting that would have concluded sometime before the one that started at 1:30PM. Screen image shows multiple meetings throughout the afternoon, without information about the one with Horowitz in attendance. The meeting concerning Session’s recusal started at 5:15PM
seems to be something that can be spelled out better. maybe its already been discussed in previous articles
Would still like to know what Michael Horowitz and Jody Hunt were discussing at their earlier meeting. I would also like to know who redacted attendees are at next meeting after Horowitz/Hunt meeting.
Jeff Sessions and Bill Barr could have gone down in history as Patriots. But the DemCong ripped thire balls off. Look how they fight and look how used toilet paper Republicans fight.
This buch never met a conflict they couldn’t represent.
Trust the plan!
These people should have NEVER been allowed to have a law license in the first place.
we create licenses to rule over you. and we control how and who gets the licenses (or if they are revoked)
what a SCAM.
courts shouldnt cost ANYTHING to represent yourself or file anything . the tax dollars should go to that and not pockets via Ukraine.
Speaking of recusals,an interesting one just happened in Sundance’s neck of the woods. An Obama appointed Judge, presiding over the Disney and Desantis administration, Reedy Creek case, just did.Family owned stock in Disney, but of course they did. Case has been handed over to Trump appointee,..I’m thinking Desantis and Florida are going to get another big win! ……when was the last time you heard of a leftist judge recuse itself from anything let alone a major case?……..especially if there are children involved to any degree.
Recusal’s in DC are only used to clarify ones loyalty, not out of moral obligation (I.e. Sessions, “I’m aligned with the Deep State – not Trump”)
Adam Schiff classified Michael Atkinson testimony before the house intell committee. Grenell forced him to release the other approx 47 witnesses but not Michael Atkinson’s. When the republicans took over the house I expected this testimony to be declassified and released. I’ve emailed my house representative 3 times and his office hasn’t even pinged back. Also wasn’t the copy of Page’s FISA warrant sent to Senator Wagner UNREDACTED since it came from the FISA court. Doesn’t this mean it’s already in the public domain. This unredacted copy was shared with a least 4 newspapers. I know that what we saw was redacted but I thought the DOJ redacted it before they released it.
“Those who recuse themselves are not the people who need to; those who should never do.”
Jeff Sessions wasn’t “forced” to do anything. He is a weak, scared little man who was easily manipulated into recusal by “Black Hats” who took advantage of his fecklessness and lack of leadership.
Did Eric Holder ever recuse himself from anything, ever?
If Jeff Sessions had any sense at all he would have informed those in attendance at the March 2, 2017 meeting in the AG’s conference room a) “The Attorney General does not recuse from his duties” and b) “You’re all fired. Leave your security badges and government devices on the table, security will escort you from the building. You will not return to your offices, you will be allowed back in to retrieve your personal items at a later date.”
Or I am not leaving until you show me proof that I must recuse, impeach me if you must. They implicated him as having dinner in the same room as Russian operatives or some such thing.
Frankly, I don’t know what Sessions was capable of doing, even if he had refused to recuse himself. He looked like a potted plant, and a deer in the headlights. As Rush used to regularly mention, many of Trump’s personnel choices were questionable while being #45. Countering bureaucracy was job #1, and not focusing on that cost him #46, and countless tragedies for the whole country (if not the whole world). A perfect example of personnel = policy.
I remember how sick I felt when all of this was going down, and Jeff Sessions held a press conference announcing a major initiative to combat MS-13. He was very proud of himself.
The country was burning down around him, and he’s off playing cops and robbers as a seditious conspiracy to overthrow the duly elected President of the United States was being run out of his Department of Justice.
Nero would have been impressed.
Wasn’t he also proudly fighting marijuana?
I don’t know what the ethics review process in Washington DC is. However, since Michael Atkinson’s wife is the chair of a law firm that might represent cartel clients, I don’t think he should have been allowed to serve in the National Security Division. Since Donald Trump’s policies adversely affected the cartels, I think that he should have held the position of Inspector General of the Intelligence Community.
Who signed off on this?
sorry, shouldn’t have held the position of IGIC
There is no way that I can be convinced that Jeff Sessions didn’t WANT to recuse himself because of the politics of it. Considering his years in DC and the political machine for him to not realize it was a scam tells me he wanted to be free of dealing with the concocted scheme by the DOJ and FBI.
Just a bridge too far to believe otherwise.
“Atkinson then went on to become Intelligence Community Inspector General where he changed the rules for CIA whistleblowers to allow the accusation against President Trump to surface which resulted in an impeachment investigation.”
That reminds me of a question I had:
What were the details of Atkinson’s testimony to the shampeachment investigators?
“Intelligence Community Inspector General changes the rules on whistle blowers” Who do federal government whistleblowers ultimately whistle blow to?– We the people, through our “elected representatives”.
So why is a fox guarding the hen house allowed to change the rules….once again this shows that our Congress has abrogated their responsibilities.
to allow hearsay from the Ukrainian to impeach PDJt
After reading the comments above and watching Bannon’s interviews about the debt ceiling debate I couldn’t help remembering Sundance’s “the illusion of choice” while adding “the illusion of debate” and “the illusion of conflict.”
People like McCarthy and Sessions are not incompetent; they are complicit.
They walk into their new jobs and someone at the door greets them with a script and wardrobe just like the players in the holiday pageant in A Charlie Brown Christmas.
Turns out jeff sessions was an honorable coward.
