I openly predicted last year, when Ron DeSantis announced his candidacy, we would have the most fun in a presidential primary in history. The last 24 hours have been absolutely hilarious. If you are not having fun at the expense of the DeSantis billionaire funders, you are doing it wrong.
Candidate Ron DeSantis cannot even hold a public event in the state of Florida, because the only people who support him are the isolated group immediately around him and the Selfie-My-Lunch crowd who are disconnected from the average life of a Floridian.
Have you ever heard of a presidential candidate launching a campaign and NOT holding a public event in his/her home state to do it? Most people are overlooking the obvious. His handlers could not run the risk of a public event for their principal. What does that tell you about the candidate?
Everything, and I do mean everything, about Ron DeSantis is manufactured, fake and phony – especially the claimed support that you see pushed by national media and the right-wing alt-media that are placing their bets to be paid by the massive financial mechanism behind the DeSantis management team. Floridians can see through it, and the handlers are hoping the sunlight doesn’t spread to Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina.
In the state of Florida, support for Ron DeSantis 2024 is maybe in the 15 to 20% range (I’m being generous). Beyond that, he is not liked at all. I travel the state talking to blue collar ordinary people all the time; there is no grassroots support for the fraud that DeSantis has perpetrated on the state. This announcement has left him naked to the realization of his character as a raw political opportunist.
Once you realize all of this hype is manufactured and phony, you can have buckets of fun with it. All of the DeSantis Republican supporters are predictable – like the Cruz Crew was in 2016. Their arguments and policy points are as shallow, false and fake as their candidate. Call them out.
Look at DeSantis’ history. He was the lockdown beach closer during COVID-19, and he had people arrested for opening their businesses. In 2021, long after President Trump was out of office, Ron DeSantis suspended the liquor licenses of non-compliant bars and restaurants. Don’t let the Ukraine management team (Pushaw Inc.) attempt to rewrite it.
Great meeting with President @realDonaldTrump at the @WhiteHouse discussing all things #COVID19 and FL's strong efforts to protect vulnerable populations & to expand testing in an innovative way. @POTUS & his administration have provided great support for FL each step of the way. pic.twitter.com/jNkndpVg1m

Ron DeSantis is the easiest candidate in the history of presidential candidates to deconstruct, because it’s all phony.
If you come across a Florida resident claiming to support Ron DeSantis, tell them to post “I LOVE RON DESANTIS” on their Facebook page, Instagram or social media, and watch what happens. They won’t do it, because they don’t want to be ridiculed by their community network. Yes, it really is that obvious and that bad.
If you listen to national media or alt-right CONservative media, those being paid for their participation and support of the fraud, you would think Ron DeSantis has a lot of support and following. He doesn’t. DeSantis is running away next week to campaign outside Florida because the sunlight down here is too hot. His management team is trying to make a quick national impression because sooner or later people are going to realize the pretense.
(Bloomberg) — Ron DeSantis’s presidential campaign sought to regain its footing Thursday by announcing a robust upcoming travel schedule to early-voting states a day after a glitch-filled launch.
The Florida governor has multiple stops scheduled for next week in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina as his campaign aims to build momentum to take on Donald Trump, currently the front-runner for the 2024 Republican nomination.
[…] DeSantis has built-in advantages as he now officially gets under way, including a sizable amount of money left over from 2022 gubernatorial race that he can tap for his presidential bid, the backing of a well-organized super PAC and GOP donors who are eager for an alternative to Trump.
DeSantis and his team are trying to raise millions of dollars in the first 48 hours at a two-day donor meet-up at the Four Seasons in Miami. More than 100 fundraisers have congregated at the luxury resort for a campaign briefing, an afternoon of fundraising calls and a reception with the governor on Thursday evening. The DeSantis team hopes to raise $8 to $10 million, according to two sources briefed on the plans, with each individual contributing the maximum amount allowed of $3,300.
Next week, DeSantis travels to Iowa for two days followed by New Hampshire and South Carolina — the first three GOP primary voting states. He and his senior staff recently told donors that they view Iowa’s GOP caucus as one of his best chances to challenge Trump, since the team’s internal polling shows DeSantis with a favorability rating of two-to-one with evangelicals compared to Trump. He’s got everything, except voters!
Desantis is definitely not the one for me!!!
DeSantis is a wait and see. He’s passed a few things in Florida that certainly raise some red flags. Some laws are desirable, but are seemingly overstated in media, and are therefore suspect, like the anti-woke law… It makes me wonder who is pushing this woke crap anyhow??? Likely it’s of foreign origin, and/or Soros, yet the overboard public display and how it’s been done by DeSantis publicly seems suspect, as if it were there, and being done for show.
Why not just do they job, instead of having a press conference for it???
It just doesn’t sit right with me, and I liked DeSantis, yet this and a few laws passed recently give me pause.
Is the Woke garbage manufactured for political purposes, and if so, by who?
You know what they say… bad press is still press, and there’s no such thing as “bad press”, so is this reverse psychology pushing woke ideas in youth?
Think about it… would teens and college kids even be thinking about woke BS if it wasn’t in the media??? I’m sure that answer is no.
The repetitive is concerning… just like the repetition of terms being used to describe Russia in media worldwide… “Illegal invasion”, “the Russian military is in tatters”, “they are running out of ammunition”, “their military isn’t trained”, “Putin’s war”, and on and on.
So much propaganda, and anyone who knows the history of Ukraine, the government structure and history of Russia, the conflicts, etc. Since 1990 or so knows that most everything being said about Russia, Putin, etc. in in media, and by politicians is absolute garbage. Russia’s government structure and operations is like ours here in the US.
Putin was elected, they have a Congress, called the Duma, many Russians believe property taxes is dictatorial, and that Americans are “more free” because they are under the impression that we don’t pay property taxes (& therefore we actually own our property), and are shocked that we pay higher property taxes than they do.
The media ignores and berries that the CIA made up the charges against the former Ukranian leader, formed the color revolution there in 2014, totally buried that Ukraine annexed Crimea in 1995 (They were their own country after the USSR fell in 1991.
They still try to paint the Russian Federation as being communist, yet the RF is NOT communist. The USSR was communist, but not the RF.
They ignore that the Ukranian military was slaughtering people of Russian ethnicity and they were shelling civilian neighborhoods, killing an estimated 14,000 civilians who were asking the UN and other countries, including Russia, for help for years before Russia warned that they were going to step in militarily, then they stepped in.
Donetsk, Luhansk, Crimea and a couple other regions in the east wanted no part of the repressive, murderous Ukranian government, that seemingly was made so by perhaps our own CIA, who installed Zalensky, and attacks were done to lure Putin and the Duma into a military conflict, a proxy war with the US, EU, NATO & the UK.
Sickening, but true.
Media was constantly divisive, just as it was in NAZI Germany to get people to be suspicious of any other group (based on race, religion, political affiliation, economic class, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and so on… that is going on here in the US as well.)
If you believe our media should be a protected group, you should really think again. Media has caused more bloodshed and divided more people than any leader ever has.
All that said, I think Russia may have been able to handle this differently… BUT… The Russian Federation is prospering because of the sanctions being imposed. Let me explain…
The collective “West” has been placing sanctions on other countries for many years. Of late, there has been mass seizures of individuals’ property, such as real property, businesses, and especially super yachts. Many of these belong to the wealthy, not only of Russia, but of other government officials and successful business people as well (regardless of whether this wealth was gained legitimately or not.)
Other governments are seeing what’s been done, the assassination of country leaders, like Saddam Hussain, Muammer Gaddafi and so on, and they don’twant to be manipulated in the same way.
As a result, other countries are separating from using the USD reserve currency for trading. They are going to BRICS and to the BRI where they don’t have to convert their money to USD, and they can use the Yuan, the Rubbel, and even their own currencies instead.
President Biden’s and Ursula Von der Leyen’s policies are destroying the USD as a reserve currency. They are pushing Russia and China together as trade partners, and other countries are jumping on the bandwagon, as they’ve seen what has happened over many years to countries and individuals, and their property along the way. Other countries are looking at US policies and actions, and they don’t want to fall victim to those policies.
And it goes on and on…
The EU’s policies are now much the same. The EU leader, Ursula Von der Leyen, who was apparently an understudy to Angela Merkel, who lied to Russia and admitted it, admitted to the buildup of weapons in Ukraine for a proxy war with Russia while leading them on with the Minsk Agreements, is now viewed as just another liar who wants to be, and by all rights is, the dictator of Europe.
Von der Leyen has gone after European leaders who haven’t agreed with her, including recently, Orbán and Erdoğon, as well as others before them.
These leaders of countries, and the people within them, are waking up to her dictatorial policies, the use of media to promote regime change, and the people are pushing back.
Media all but ignored the massive demonstrations in many European countries, said they were “labor disputes” and mischaracterized the reasons for these demonstrations, as puppet dictators are stealing farmlands from farmers, putting farmers and certain manufacturers out of business, and are pushing the “Climate Crisis”, the UN’s “Agenda 2030”, etc. as excuses to go after even more leaders, to install puppet regimes, to repress people, and to take total control of Europe and beyond.
Remember, these people installed Zalensky, and guided him to sell out his people and his country for a proxy war, to take a shot at installing Nalvany in Russia, and to unmine and try to overthrow Putin.
They hid this at first, but some of the neocons who want a place at the table of dictators are now openly calling for Putin to be “taken our”, and some, such as Lindsay Graham, have even called for those in Putin’s cabinet to take him out (in other words kill him.)
These are the people we are dealing with, and the reason why other countries are trying their best to stay neutral, are going along out of fear, or are jumping this ship and joining BRICS and China’s BRI.
People in general don’t want war in their countries.
War is brutal, and a literal “Hell on Earth”.
If you’re reading this and you think I’m a “Putin stooge” or whatever, you’d be wrong.
I am not on either side of this war argument.
I am for the people who were in this war zone to be able to choose their own governments, regardless of what that looks like.
That is international law, the Right to Self-determination,” which has been violated, which contributed to and has prolonged this war.
The media and politicians repeatedly said, over and over, that the referendums were,”Sham Referendums”, yet those same people at the UNSC repeating this for their own power, for fear and finance never once put anyone on the ground, in the way of inspectors of the elections to verify or disavow the elections. They didn’t because most people there are ethnic Russians and Tartars and are people who were attacked, abused and murdered by the Zalensky regime.
Thr same people are pushing the UN’s Agenda 2030, Climate Change, Control of social media, suppression of people’s speech, and in essence, a totalitarian regime globally.
I knew the EU was trouble when it was formed, but I never envisioned it going this far, this quick.
Putin’s right about the NAZI faction in Ukraine. For those who believe that NAZIism is about attacking Jewish people, you’d be wrong.
NAZIism is about Socialist totalitarianism… Much like the former USSR, which is likely why Putin is fighting it so much.
Our government is well aware of the NAZI faction in Europe, and Congress refused to send weapons to Ukraine in prior years as a direct result of that knowledge. That’s why the Obama administration refused to send weapons the Ukraine, at least openly.
The media plays the anti-Jewish part of NAZIism, and tells us that Zalensky “Can’t be a NAZI because he’s Jewish by birth.”
That is simply misdirection.
The NAZI party in NAZI Germany was literally the “Democratic Socialist Workers Party”.
They used the hatred against Jewish people as a scape goat for their failed policies, much like today they are dividing people, once again, by race, sexual orientation, sex, political party affiliations, flat earth vs round earth and so on, for power.
These people are evil and want absolute power. This is a very dangerous game.
That NAZI ideology is still alive and well, unfortunately, in today’s world.
As with the past, our education has been dumbed down, scientists have had careers destroyed, some have been murdered, and I expect we will see more of that, as they cannot have intellectuals disagreeing with their agenda for power.
Thus we see universities teaching garbage to their students that is useless, and counter to them getting jobs. They’ll make fine brownshirts for this regime.
The NAZI ideology didn’t die with Hitler.
And so, here we are.
Welcome to the Treehouse. It’s okay to unload in these trying times, but next time a few paragraphs will suffice. Our host wants it to be conversational. There are some great people here.
