If “they” (those in the system) want to arrest you, they can – there are so many obscure laws or poorly written laws with vague interpretations that anyone can be “arrested”.
Now, conviction is a different story – but, “they” have their ways again, but mostly against the “poor” (those unable to spend millions on attorney fees).
The only thing keeping all us little people out of jail is perception. Unfortunately, this DA was handpicked to do exactly what he’s doing otherwise he wouldn’t touch this with a 1000 ft pole if he needed to make coherent, prudent decisions in order to be re-elected.

It appears few to none publicly protested what was to be the indictment meeting today in NYC and Chipmunk cancelled the meeting. We can express our protest in other ways besides wading into the enemy’s field of battle and playing by their rules and paying them at the same time.

All it would take is if every person refused to do anything, vocationally or otherwise, to enable this. If people working at AI co’s doing censorship would refuse to work on those projects, police setting up barricades for show trials refused to put them up, if attorneys doing lawfare that isn’t just against an individual, but against America refused, and if those told to get jabbed or resign would resign and go elsewhere….
Yes, there would be temporary personal hardship in some cases– a career change, a probationary period that doesn’t lead to permanence, a case meaning megabucks refused…
But if we all just refused on a personal basis, not even a nationwide protest in the streets — but refused to do work (paid or otherwise) that enabled this fascist system they’re setting up….they couldn’t do it. We outnumber them so greatly, but the enablers drag the rest of us down.

I’m not on Gab except to occasionally check their most popular posts and news feeds. While I don’t like the anti-semitic posts that show up, there apparently is a way to block them in one’s own account. I suspect many of those posts are trolls trying to drive people away, but don’t know. Free speech doesn’t always look pretty and kind.
Owen Benjamin is someone you don’t want to look too closely at. Very anti semitic and banned from a number of platforms repeatedly. Being banned itself is fine but he’s really asked for it. He says offensive things under the cover of comedy.

I recently was called to jury duty. It has been about 8 years since last time. I sat in the jury pool room thinking about exactly your point. I quickly realized just how far my convictions about justice have changed. I knew then I’d be going in with a strong presumption of the defendents’ innocence, but now, with a strong presumption of the prosecution’s guilt.
Ends up I never had a shot. The judge tossed me out because I would not wear a mask. Oh well.

OUR issue is not being organized. If others, such as Posobiec, called for a national strike, how many would actually do this? I would have no problem as I am close to retirement and if they fired me, well, that’s ok. For others, it would mean what? Strikes CAN be very effective…look at the NYC nurses strike for a recent example.

As you posited, there’s a very small group of people, comparatively, that are at the root of this contention and adversity. The vast majority are otherwise united regarding the Republic.

Yes, I await the hammer to drop on my head as I was one who travelled to DC to join in and be seen/ heard in regard to what still appears to be vote counting procedures that are highly suspect at the very least, more likely corrupt and criminal in actuality.
No, I did not go in the Capitol, assault anyone, trespass or destroy any property, but that does not seem to be the point at this juncture. The point is to intimidate, cower and break the will of the People. That and to instigate the People to a reaction as stated above.
I attended several Stop the Steal rallies here in CA before J6 and can attest that those of us gathered to peacefully protest were the ones who were being corralled, monitored, photo’d, id’d, and treated as if we were the criminals.
The police force assembled that day was not for our protection but was there to arrest anyone who stepped out of line, inside the fishbowl they created. Helicopters, shot guns, mounted police, all there and prepared to stomp on any uprising.
But not in regard to Antifa. They were allowed to assemble, gear up, throw rocks, bottles, M-80’s and paint cannisters at us inside the barriers, and not a finger was moved to stop them. They were actually the “protected”, the police actually followed behind them as they walked around the Capitol and destroyed vehicles. I was told by a mounted officer, that if I didn’t want to be hit by a thrown projectile to “Move” if I didn’t want to be hit. We knew then that if we lifted a finger ourselves, all hell would break loose on our heads.
So yes, I believe over the course of these demonstrations at the state capitols across the country, they were studied and that strategies were put in place to instigate the crowds and those plans were used in DC on J6.
But again, as in the previous attempts to goad law abiding citizens to break character and become violent, the crowd did not respond as hoped. As someone said in a video about J6, “With the lack of crowd control present that day, the only thing that controlled the crowd was the crowd itself.”
As I walked down the Mall that evening after everyone had quickly dispersed when directed, I was amazed at how clean and serene the area was. Not a speck of litter, nothing broken, burnt, tagged, or destroyed. With the number of people who crossed that stretch of land that day, you would be hard pressed to think anyone had been there that day at all. Eerie.
I did nothing wrong that day, in my mind I still believe it was right to attend and I am still glad that I did. I may be arrested any day now, but that is what those in power want. To live in fear and under their control.
Do not take their bait, stay in character, and continue to heap “lumps of coal” upon their heads.

I was in that group, had made the Trip To Hell from Englewood, FL. Trip To Hell because of rented bus, driver put in diesel fuel that had water in it. We made it back home a day late. But I was so glad to be part of the crowd that day.

Unless there is evidence of a person being in the Capitol or doing unlawful stuff like a picture of someone throwing a brick through a window — I would not worry. Like you said if you did not go to the Capitol and just protested on public streets that is a First Amendment. You have the right to peaceful assembly and make your voice heard
The fact that they try to go hard on protestors, that is because “colorful” protest is usually the only way that politicians can be forced to change opinions. Look at France, Georgia (the country) recent examples.
A lot of it is scare tactics to make people think 3 times before they go out a protest a cause. (And Antifa, well they will be breaking and looting regardless)
The best advice I can give you is live your life! Do not worry about what could happen.
To be honest you can die a 1000 “deaths” in your thoughts. That is what the psychology tactics of the CIA and such is.

Agree – I was there too – people as far as the eye could see. All happy, innocent, patriotic people, saying “excuse me” as they walked past. Until we got to the Capitol. There we saw men dressed all in black, a group pushing through the crowd. We had no idea what was going on until we got back to the hotel and saw it on the news. I too would do it again. It was a once in a lifetime experience – to stand up for our country and its ideals.

The FBI or some other nefarious organization will always try and infiltrate any protests, but there is a way to counter these attempts ….There has to a be a “silent protest march” akin to some of the civil rights marches of the 60’s, this way any trouble makers would be easily spotted and ousted from the marches/protests……The Harvard jackasses of the deep state can be outsmarted and out maneuvered.

Joseph 87 year of age retired mason. The Department of Justice through the USDA has been unjustly suing me for the past 5 1/2 years for a debt the D o J claim a tenant owed them. The USDA have never provided a scrap of evidence to show the tenant had a debt. In 5 1/2 years the USDA have never provided copies of the UCC1 liens they claim they hold against the tenant. I filed my own defence. The mighty Department of Justice plead for a full 60 days to reply to my filed defence. These members of a government agency are spending our tax Dollars to persistently prosecute & persecute an innocent senior tax payer. Any comments welcome.
