And my gut was flipping back and forth. So it really came down to, if I wasn’t 100 percent convinced, then I shouldn’t do it.

ROBERT COSTA: Politically, by staying out of the race, it’s a smaller field, may be tougher for Trump to get the nomination?
FORMER GOVERNOR LARRY HOGAN: I didn’t want to have a pileup of a bunch of people fighting. Right now, you have Trump and DeSantis at the top of the field soaking up all the oxygen, getting all the attention, and then a whole lot of the rest of us in single digits. And the more of them you have, the less chance you have for somebody rising up.

While trying to find out the exact time of Trump’s speech yesterday, I entered “Trump Speech CPAC what time Today?”. For more than 3 pages, all that appeared: only articles about how subdued and almost empty the conference proved to be. Article after article bemoaning the fact that CPAC demonstrated that it had lost its charm for Republican conservatives. NOWHERE could I find an answer to my question. Talk about manipulating data to lie and to slant a story. After 3 pages, I quit looking on Google. The search engine never displayed an answer to my question.

Yeah, I remember when the other embarrassment from Maryland, Marty “rain tax” O’Malley, got hold of a poll that showed he garnered a fraction of 1% and he ran out and looked into an exploratory committee to run for POTUS. I nearly busted a gut laffing so hard. At one time politics in Maryland was fun and at least interesting. George Wallace running on a third party actually carried the state, and next cycle McGovern won the state. At one time four of the seven congress-persons were Republican and two of them were women!
