In a little covered lawsuit by the group New Yorkers For Religious Liberty, Inc. et al -VS- The City Of New York, something very odd has surfaced.
After imposing the vaccine mandate in 2021, New York City fired the unvaccinated workers then sent the FBI the names and fingerprints of the non-compliant city employees to register within the justice files of the federal government.
New York City has recently abandoned the vaccine requirement {SEE HERE}, but the lawyers for the plaintiffs are continuing the lawsuit against the city because employment in the private sector is now impacted because the names of the unvaccinated are flagged in justice files within state and federal criminal justice records.
Pre-employment background checks now “flag with problem codes,” tagging the applicant as a potential criminal risk simply for being unvaccinated.
The stunning revelation about the FBI holding fingerprint files of the unvaccinated surfaced in court arguments from this lawsuit. It seems like something out of a dystopian novel, but the reality is very serious. I have not found any media reporting on the issue; however, CTH will highlight the raw source information so you can see for yourself.

It is remarkable to realize the scope of how the various government systems were so committed to the vaccine requirement, they were willing to register the names and fingerprints of unvaccinated Americans for future targeting. Few things leave me speechless… This does.

Little by little, the Federal government has increased its violations of the rights of individuals. It sounds like those violations have filtered down to the states and local governments.
After Biden signed the Federal Employee vaccine mandates, the Federal government compiled lists of religious vaccine exemption information on its employees, contractors, volunteers, and interns. Since most federal employees also have fingerprints on file, that information would be included in the personnel files of those with religious exemptions. Those lists would be available to all federal agencies including the DOJ.
I haven’t heard that those files were flagged in any way, but that information could be accessed which, to me, is far too much invasion of privacy.
The government forcibly deputized employers and commanded them to break the law by requesting private medical information from employees to verify if they had submitted to the clotter. I know a few who refused to answer the question, quite correctly arguing that the employer, who is not their medical personnel, insurance, or other, is not entitled to demand access to private individual information. This baffled their lawyers. They knew they could not fire someone for refusing to provide them with medical information tey were not entitled to request. They were also in no way HIPPA compliant and therefore it was literally a crime for employers to gather the information. Brandon had to back down after every court he met struck down his illegal intimidation tactics. If your government eschews the law, then on what basis/authority is it acting?
Unfortunately the medical community has the authority to ask if you’re vaccinated. And they are asking about the Covid shots.
Anybody can ASK you a question. It doesn’t mean you are compelled to ANSWER the question.
If the “vaccinated” people had torn up their VIP cards and locked arms with their fellow Americans to stop this VIOLATION of our basic human right to CHOOSE for ourselves, none of this could have happened. None of it!

What we want to know is how do the actual number of deaths per year now compare with before covid?
If there are increases close to or even above the number of covid deaths it shows the strict measures and vaccinations were a total failure and people need to be held accountable.
The most basic statistic to start with is this: How many MORE deaths in 2021 and 2022, than there were in 2020 when the plandemic hit our shores?
In certain age groups those basic mortality statistics jump out quite spectacularly in 2021 and 2022.. 40% higher in the 18-64 age group!
This is a once in 200-years statistical anomaly!
Over the last century or two that age group was relatively healthy. NOW, an astounding 40 percent more deaths are recorded in that age group!
For hospitalizations.. First, describe the SYMPTOMS being treated. Then look for a common denominator or filter. An obvious one is this: Did this patient volunteer for an mRNA experiment in the past two years?
Do not get lost in the weeds of the “fully” or “partially” vaccinated gobbledegook. Did that patient EVER receive at least ONE experimental mRNA injection.. or did they not?
The results are quite obvious. The common denominator is that patients who *decline* poison death shots are, for the most part, alive and healthy and not being treated for aggressive cancers, sudden strokes and heart disease.
That skyrocketing increase in hospitalizations and deaths -across the board- is in the patients who volunteered for mRNA experiments.

I have an 11. Facial recognition, like fingerprint, is an option they push, but the device functions without it. Even though the button is gone, you just swipe the screen and it opens.

As bad as these actions by the city are, I have an additional concern. Since when has it been widespread practice for a municipal government to collect fingerprints as a condition of employment? Are all potential employees fingerprinted, or are some positions exempt from this practice?

It’s standard practice for all teachers in all three states I have taught in. And we have to pay the fingerprinting fee. The fingerprints are good for 6 months, and then if you haven’t sent them in, you have to re-fingerprint at a local police station. I don’t know about municipal employees.

I am surprised to read this under a “Jeremiah.”
New York uses its Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) to process the fingerprints for certain state and local positions, such as police officers and firefighters, along with various private sector jobs regulated by by the state by means of licensing.
For example, law enforcement may perform a Criminal History Records Inquiry of the DCJS database on someone who has never been arrested and a record will still appear indicating that they possess a pistol permit.
You are required to be fingerprinted as part of the pistol permit process in New York.
Anyone who reaches a certain stage in the process of applying for a job as a police officer, where fingerprints are taken for a background check, will also show up with a record, even if they never ended up being hired.
Every state and local employee, in those particular positions, are already in the DCJS database, so I’m not sure why copies of their prints would be sent back to the DCJS.
What I could see happening is an administrative adjudication being forwarded to DCJS which would provide additional information to a file in the possession of the DCJS.
Using the pistol permit example again, if a pistol permit holder has their permit suspended or revoked that revocation would be noted in their DCJS record.
New York has a number of different types of fingerprint cards that can be submitted to the DCJS, each with its own purpose.
Prints that go to the FBI are submitted on completely different cards.
I can see NYC forwarding administrative updates to the DCJS records, such as employment terminations, but the FBI aspect of this case sort of baffles me.
I listened to the entire recording and the DCJS/FBI subject appears to only have been mentioned briefly around the 5 minute mark and not in a lot of detail.
I had to be fingerprinted to be a high school sports official.

At the logical conclusion of all this, what happens about the fingerprints/SS numbers, or whatever, of the ‘exempted’ categories of workers: postal service, congress members and their staffers, etc.? Do they get an extra flag to cancel the other flag? Just curious……
The initial purpose of the vaccine mandates was to jump at the chance to establish vaccine passports, the ultimate system of totalitarian control, where no one can enter a store, hold a job, travel, or live without an up-rating from the government. Then when they realized that the resisters were mostly Trump supporters they doubly embraced mandates as a way to purge patriotic conservatives from the military and from all government jobs, not just at the federal level but in every Democrat-controlled state, and that is what happened.
This cannot be legal. If they get away with this what else can they do. Maybe report every citizen who has a gun and buys ammo. Probably already do it.

I have always assumed that as an employee for a federal contract, requesting a religious accommodation immediately put me on some kind of list with the federal government. It’s my understanding that federal contracts were required to report who was jabbed and who wasn’t.

I listened to the whole thing and the state of affairs is quite abysmal. As someone who has had a long standing religious belief against vaccines being put in my sacred body since I was 5, it amazes me how they have twisted the pretzel to expect you to jump through all kinds of hoops to prove this.

As I was listening, it also struck me how one can clear out an entire administration if you want, to replace it with all of your cronies. Just come up with some “employment policy” that no one agrees with and see who folds and walks away.
