During his opening monologue last night, Fox News host Tucker Carlson hit on an important aspect to the classified document saga. The professional bureaucracy within Washington DC is now the superseding agency controlling the outcomes of elections.
Unnamed and opaque officials within the DHS and FBI manipulated the 2020 election by controlling the public conversation. Then, after the election takes place, the similarly mined administrative state employees, then begin using their control systems to manipulate the policy outcomes of the politicians. Per the video posted by DanDan, in 2018 Tucker did NOT YET realize and understand the ruling elite’s corruption of elections as covered in Sundance’s article above and as Tucker discussed the other night.
In 2018 Tucker was more focused on President Trump winning the 2016 election because of “democracy” – voters expressing their preference in 2016, which surprised the ruling elite. We all know that outcome happened despite the vote rigging that had been set up. The Uniparty’s cheating was insufficient in 2016 to stop Trump because of faulty polling all that year.
That preference for President Trump did not change in 2020; an argument can be made that the voters preference for President Trump / MAGA grew even stronger. It is simply that the cheaters made doubly sure their rigging was more than enough to turn legitimate outcomes into a rigged outcome that removed Trump. Thats why Tucker now sees things more clearly.

Jeanine, I agree that the polls were skewed towards Hillary. But we have read since then from many analysts (on our side) that the polls were skewed / inaccurate (faulty) because a great many Trump supporters refused to reveal their preference of candidate to pollsters or media, and often lied to the pollsters – telling them Hillary was their choice. And that was because the media had come down so viciously against Trump and had demonized anyone who supported him or MAGA.
So by definition, skewed polls = faulty polls (inaccurate)

Tucker still thought in 2018 (as did many Republican voters) that the voters had control because Trump won in 2016 despite the pre-election polling and general (faulty) expectations of the political Establishment and their Media.

I just don’t watch TV news at all and find independent journalists like Whitney Webb and many others to be doing all the leg work while Tucker pretends he’s researched this information. My (deeply unpleasant) experience dealing with psychopaths/narcissists qualifies me to venture some predictions. First, Biden will not run for the office in 2024, I predict he will resign before May this year. He is in on the script. It starts with frustrating the committees in the House that seek to investigate Biden, who has, with the approval of the DS, been selling secrets and policy to various private and foreign national interests. This cannot be exposed of course, without risking the exposure of the criminal cabal running our country, who also shares such “secrets” for a price. Biden will become the great martyr, and will resign in a torrent of somber (fake ) submission to the law (remember, nobody is above the law? That figures here). With Biden resigning, the media will snarl at the House committee with accusations of partisanship and relitigating the elections, and of course, sponsoring a coup. Biden hopes in this way to escape felonies, and an uncomfortable treason conviction by admitting misdemeanors, which, being unintentional, will not be prosecuted. After this bit of theater, and amid the furor about appointing potential outsiders to the office (take your pick, Moochelle, StaceyAbrams, whomever) Trump will be arrested and prosecuted for his “serious” mishandling, a crime so serious that a sitting President had to resign, for the good of the nation.
Tucker is correct, the DS, through its cat’s paw the DOJ, is actually running he government. Merrick Garland is more or less the dictator. How might we suppose this? Consider the 11th Circuit’s ruling that it is the DOJ, and not any part of government under civil control, that determines what is secret, and hence, whether or not any elected official should be imprisoned for mishandling documents. We will never see the affidavit for the Mar a Lago search because it is too secret for anyone other than the DOJ to view, as decided unilaterally by the DOJ. For the sake of national security, as determined without review by the plotters, democracy is no longer safe. Say, did you know we are in the midst of a climate crisis?
Joe got exactly what he wanted after all these years, title POTUS. And Jill got her “First Lady” Status. Nothing more, nothing less. They didn’t care about anything else, especially the United States.

Lots of folks will have egg on their face for pushing the idea that Hunter claimed ownership of the home and that he was paying rent to live there.
Yes, his driver’s license used that address. I’ve done that when I needed a place to hang my hat when I had no residence. His driver’s license was submitted for identification. Full stop. There are any number of reasons why he may have needed to do this. It didn’t say he lived there, only that he used it on his license. It doesn’t say where he is applying to move.
The rent is for the previous lease of the premises for his company noted on the application. He rented from the House of Sweden as another sleuth determined. And the rent was? You guessed it. It matches. He may have inaccurately indicated that he owned the premises. The application is confusing, perhaps because it lacks context. He may have thought it was the ownership of the business in question and didn’t read it carefully. Who knows.
If you can’t beat em join em.
I am all for a new system, though I recognize human nature is pragmatic over rational and/or fair.
