As previously noted, the 118th Congress is expected to authorize a “Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.” The subcommittee will fall under the jurisdiction of the House Judiciary Committee led by Chairman Jim Jordan. Additionally, Thomas Massie (R-KY) is being reported as a representative under consideration for the chairmanship the House subcommittee.
I have been asked to outline a roadmap for success in this noble endeavor. So, I will…. and bite my tongue.
Let me say up front that many readers will not like this approach, and most professionally Republican along with media in/around Washington DC will absolutely hate the ideas as they are presented.
Assuming Jim Jordan and Thomas Massie have some grasp of the scale and scope of the opposition they are about to face; and assuming they have a fully prepared staff to support them – willing to take on the most consequential investigation in our lifetimes; then we begin by first defining who will oppose any effort to investigate the “weaponization of government“. Which is to say everyone!
The entire apparatus of the DC political system will do everything in their power, individually and with collective assistance, to ensure this committee fails. The stakes are basically all the marbles. DC politics is an institutional system of compartmentalized silos. A collection of weaponized institutions that view their common enemy as the American people not within them.
Specifically, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI), and every Republican member therein, including SSCI Vice-Chairman Marco Rubio, will make it their priority mission to block any investigation that touches on how the intelligence apparatus of the United States government is weaponized against the people. The SSCI facilitated the creation of the National Security State, and any effort to investigate the outcome will make the House investigators mortal enemies to the Senate.
Additionally, every executive branch intelligence institution including the DOJ-NSD, FBI, DHS, ODNI, CIA, DIA, NSC and every sub-agency within their authorities will do anything and everything to block a subcommittee looking into their domestic activity.
Every national security justification that exists, and some that have yet to be created by the DOJ National Security Division solely for the expressed interest of blocking this subcommittee, will be deployed.
Every member of the subcommittee and their staff will be under constant surveillance. Phones will be tapped and tracked, electronic devices monitored, cars and offices bugged, physical surveillance deployed, and top tier officials at every subsidiary agency of the U.S. government will assign investigative groups and contract agents to monitor the activity of the subcommittee and provide weekly updates on their findings.
The White House together with the National Security Council will also backchannel to and from these agencies doing the surveillance.
The intelligence apparatus media will be deployed, and daily leaks from the various agencies to their contact lists in the New York Times, Politico, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and MSNBC will be in constant two-way communication for narrative assembly and counterpropaganda efforts.
This is the context of opposition to begin thinking about before anything moves forward.
Additionally, the national security state will demand the House investigation take place on their terms. They will demand secrecy, national security classification and require House subcommittee members to adhere to the Intelligence Community terms for review and discussion of anything.
Each agency will not voluntarily assist or participate in the investigation of any of their conduct. Every official within every agency will do the same; and they will require legal representation that will be provided to them by Lawfare political operatives skilled in the use of “National Security” and “classified information” as a justification for non-compliance and non-assistance. A protracted legal battle should be predicted.
Lastly, anticipate Special Counsel Jack Smith using his position to block the House subcommittee from receiving evidence. The House should anticipate that congressional representatives are already under investigation as a result of the authorities granted to Jack Smith by Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco {Go Deep}. The White House and all of the executive branch agencies will use the existing Special Counsel to block House investigation. Heck, that looks to be the primary purpose of the appointment.
As a result, expect the House subcommittee members to be under constant threat from the DOJ, via the Special Counsel, specifically from DAG Lisa Monaco, with statements that House subcommittee investigative efforts are “obstructing” a special counsel investigation. The aforementioned agencies and the Senate intel committee will work with the DOJ to use the Jack Smith special counsel as a shield to block participation with the House subcommittee.
With all of that in mind, what is the successful path forward?
♦ First, everything has to be done in sunlight and maximum transparency, even the planning and organization of the committee construct, purpose and goals. The committee can have no shadow operations, unknown guiding hands or secrets that can be discovered and then weaponized against the intent.
I know DC has little concept of working like this, but you can train yourself to do it. You have nothing to hide; however, those who are being investigated have everything to hide. Do not provide them ammunition by retaining secrets that can be weaponized against you.
As Andrew Breitbart always said, be open with your secrets. Your second cousin’s sister, Alice, will be a source for the New York Times to write about the Thanksgiving dinner three years ago when she heard the “N” word or a tasteless joke about something outrageous. Every member of the committee and staff need to prepare for a black file dossier completed by the FBI about them and distributed to the government allies in mainstream media.
Next, the goal needs to be crystal clear to anyone and everyone who would contemplate assisting. Then, before moving forward, the subcommittee needs a professional communication strategy in place before the rules, terms and member outlines are structured or made public.
A thoughtful communication strategy so that information can come from the committee to the public without the filtration of a corrupt system that will bend and skew the findings as a weapon against the committee itself.
Hire a communication staff and set up a website for the sharing of information directly from the committee to the public. The daily activity of the committee should be shared publicly in granular detail. The witness names as scheduled, documents requested, everything that involves the committee activity should be known to the general public. This system should be updated at least DAILY, or as information is compiled.
This communication network should also contain a separate staff assigned to solicit, accept and distribute information provided by the public to the subcommittee. Yes, you read that correctly, the subcommittee website should be able to accept information provided by the public as it relates to the ongoing committee work.
Crowdsource We The People as research leverage against the much more effective Lawfare operations you will face in opposition.
♦ Next, GO PUBLIC with everything. Do not use the terms and conditions of the secretive administrative state. Tell the public what you are finding as you are finding it. You can share information without violating “sources and methods.” Schedule a media appearance at the 8pm hour twice weekly with a high visibility broadcast media network to provide updates and answer questions.
These scheduled appearances should be in addition to random media press releases and press comments as pertinent information to the subcommittee arrives. What this means is that you do not wait to produce a 2,000-page final report before releasing the information. The final report should be an update and summary of all previous findings that have been released to the public along the way.
♦ At the outset, put no rules on media contacts with any subcommittee staff or member. Counter the darkness that fuels the intelligence community agenda with maximum sunlight and transparency. Use truth as a weapon against disinformation. That means no nondisclosure agreements at any part of the process.
Yes, this is radical change in approach, but this is also a radical enemy you are facing. Playing the secrecy game works in their favor, not yours. Transparency is your tool, not theirs – use it.
Every member of the committee can say anything they want about any of the material or witness testimony they hear during the course of the investigation. Public hearing or closed-door sessions, it matters not. The same rule applies. Committee members are completely free to discuss any findings as the information is reviewed.
The goal should NOT BE accountability on those who may have perpetrated or supported weaponized activity against American Citizens. The goal SHOULD BE for maximum public information, transparency and sunlight about the weaponization as it is discovered. This approach makes We The People the accountability portion of the process. As a result, the next section is again rather groundbreaking….
♦ Every witness to the committee should be granted full legal immunity provided by the House and House Speaker for anything said during the testimony or admitted as being done as part of the evidence fact-finding. Again, the goal is transparency and openness, not prosecution and accountability. Use sunlight as a weapon to draw out the truth, then let the American people be the judges of what that truth means when contrasted against the constitution of our nation.
Let me repeat this… There should be ZERO legal liability for any conduct that happened as a part of any witness effort to weaponize the United States government against the American people. The immunity should cover everything *except* perjury from the witness to the committee itself. If the witness lies the immunity evaporates.
Why this approach? Because (a) it circumvents any issues that might impede testimony, removes hurdles; (b) immunity compels confession, honest sunlight and the urgency of the situation; (c) immunity makes the truth more likely; and finally, (d) you are not going to get legal convictions anyway. The truth has no agenda.
Another reason for the immunity is because the operation of the subcommittee should be heavily focused on witness testimony, not documents. The documents can come as part of the follow-up to the witness testimony, but it is the witness testimony needed; the publication of the transcripts then provides the public sunlight. This is key.
90% of the committee work should be focused on witnesses and questions therein. Only 10% of the committee work should be seeking documents. Avoiding the documents shortens the time needed for investigative disclosures and avoids protracted legal battles therein. If the people on the committee, those who are asking the questions, do not already know the details behind the questions and the locations of the supportive documents, then you have the wrong people on the committee.
Every response to a questioned witness should come with the following question: “how do you know this?” That is how you will discover the nature of the documents, communications, emails etc that support the fact-finding mission. “How do you know this” also leads to more witnesses. Work the issue from the bottom up. How do you know this; who told you this; why did you do this; what authority guided you; who authorized this approach? etc. etc. etc.
Use fully immunized witnesses to tell the story, then go look for the documents to corroborate the witness statements using the ‘under oath’ transcript as part of the impenetrable subpoena itself; but don’t wait, keep questioning witnesses.
Let’s rip the Band-Aid off and start the process to fix this crap, restore the First and Fourth Amendments and heal the injury.
Remember, from the Church Commission we got the secret FISA court and more tools for violations of our Fourth Amendment rights. From the 911 Commission we got The Patriot Act, DHS, TSA, DNI and many more violations of our rights and Fourth Amendment protections. We do not need any legislation as an outcome of the House “Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.”
We do not need your legislative help. All prior legislative help only ended up making things worse. What we need is a full, uncensored, brutally honest expose’ of how bad things have become and how that system can be dismantled and destroyed. The existing constitution is the protection, just remove the stuff that is violating it.
I know the approach is rather different from the norm. However, if this roadmap seems reasonable, I am certain you will find a great deal of support from within the system that is currently operating and from people outside the system who will volunteer time and effort to assist.
Summarized: (1) Know the scale of opposition. (2) Formulate a communication strategy around it & build a website. (3) Communicate findings by telling the story to the American people as it is discovered. (4) Grant immunity to all witnesses. (5) Don’t wait until the end to generate another useless report that few will read. (6) Make sunlight the motive of the committee. (7) Consider success when the American people can see the problem. (8) Dissolve any weaponized systems. (9) Don’t create new ones.
If you tell us the truth, We The People will fix it ourselves.

Ask yourself, why is it that DC is so consumed by corruption that, it would seem, it is under every stone.
And within the realm of answers will be, perhaps the very requirement to arrive there is to be corrupt.
I’m not saying that is the case as I cannot know that. However, I believe it is, given all the signs thus far. This, as with everything DC does, will either further prove that fact or, finally and definitively prove it false. False being that someone somewhere in that city is honest.
I wish to be wrong, but reason suggest I’m right. However, man’s reason is not perfect and I would rather take a large drag from the mug of humble correction than face down what I believe to be, the total and utter desolation of the co-opted nation of our forefather’s.
That desolation coming from, preferably, the will of the people and not our enemies nor God’s direct judgmental hand dropping brimstone on us. Still, I would rather God obliterated the whole of the US than watch the most powerful nation in existence continue to be the greatest evil as, surely, it would be better than how low this thing can go.

I was a widowed father with 4 sons when Snowdon dropped the bomb that only of handful of Americans could comprehend. I think I was still watching “the news” but I remember seeing some outlets that gave him some

Snowden grew up in the swamp. He has personal biases. I disagree with what he is saying about Trump and about other opinions he has expressed. Remember this interview was a few years ago. I don’t know if Snowden has changed his POV on Trump since this interview.
That said, Snowden reveals many details about the danger we are facing from the international surveillance state. Like Russell Brand, Matt Taibbi, Joe Rogan and others, the truth about the COVID19, Deep State and Corporate Media collusion, Snowden has captured the attention of mostly left of center young and middle-aged adults. The truth now reaches those who don’t rely on corporate media, and definitely not on the right of center media for their ‘news’.

This is an important post but would ask for consideration of some wider issues:
The MOST appropriate setting for judgements about declassification and uncooperative witnesses is a military tribunal under enemy combatant status.
MILITARY TRIBUNAL
— Enemy combatant status, domestic enemies
–evidence of aiding and abetting non-US enemies is now/thereby in military and executive authoriy channels
–THEN hand them off to “Congressional oversight and funding/destruction decisions” determine what we keep and what we toss (in terms of three letter agencies including the FED)
–Trial records are public and not able to use “ongoing investigators product/documents”
SETTING THE CONDITIONS
— Declare a state of “public danger” based on stolen election, treasonous and sedition activities by and at the direction of government elected, appointed, and employed individuals.
–Identify the “enemy”
–Consider activation of the militia to protect rights and provide for enforcement of the laws of the union
–fund the militia for purposes of law enforcement
–Call for the pardon of everyone in DC on J6

–This immediately puts accountability and responsibility on NON-GOVERNMENT ACTORS yet retains the ability to

If you think you’re going to oppose a tyranny such as we are facing with anything other than arms … good luck. You’ll have no more success than the Founders did trying to reason and compromise with King George. The Founders added the 2nd Amendment for a reason.
As for defeating the military, I don’t think it would even come to that . Who do you think the military is composed of right now? Mostly … We The People. Volunteers wanting to serve THEIR COUNTRY. Maybe not the top brass but the rank and file, yes. Where do you think their families live. Amongst us. Who do you think feeds them. Provides power to their homes. Picks up their trash? Provides their water? Treats their sewage? US.
It can’t be emphasized enough that the families of the police, FBI, DOJ, IRS, and military live amongst us … and there is no way they can do otherwise in the near future. That makes them exceedingly vulnerable … and not just to *violence*. They depend on us for just about every necessity of life. They don’t have separate supply chains like the communists in the USSR, China or North Korea.
Their sources of food, electricity, water, sanitation, natural gas, gasoline, healthcare, clothing, etc etc etc are all in our hands. So in a matter of weeks, should fighting come, their families might find themselves without ANY of those things, whereas our side’s families would not be nearly as vulnerable in that regard. Like I said, the source of those things are in our hands.
And keep in mind that the elites behind this coup, who would be sending the military against us, love their luxuries. They don’t believe in that communist mumble jumble they spout. They want to live high on the hog just like the Soviet and Chinese leadership did/do. Think Hunger Games. But again, who provides those luxuries? US. So they should be told at the outset, that if fighting breaks out and they send the military against us, they will lose those luxuries, for good.
Their armed forces will not be able to defend the source of all those luxuries. They’ll have enough trouble on their hands just trying to protect themselves and their families and the homes where families live. And the military rank and file, watching their own families’ way of life being wrecked may not have much interest in defending rich, entitled, UNIPARTY communists.
Yes, the military has some incredible weapons. But the truth is that most of those weapons would be useless in the sort of fight they’d face against the US populace. They can’t use their bombers and tanks and nuclear weapons unless they’re prepared to destroy the very cities where their families live and work and play and go to school. Do you think the rank and file US military (or police) are willing to destroy those places just to keep Biden and the UNIPARTY in power? Especially when all we are asking is for trustworthy elections and equal application of law?
If you take their bombers and tanks and nuclear weapons out of the picture, we have many advantages over the military, federal police, etc. We easily outnumber them … maybe 10 or 20 to 1, should fighting start. If just 3 or 4 percent of the armed populace in this country were to take to the streets, we’d outnumber ALL the federal agents, police AND military in the country, combined, assuming all of them would even showed up. But they wouldn’t.
And it’s not just the gun owners that’s are a problem for them. We The People own 400 to 500 million guns. That means there are spares that could be distributed to currently unarmed citizens … which means the police and the military might be outgunned many, many times over. You think that wouldn’t have a sobering effect on what the military was willing to do for the UNIPARTY?
Furthermore, many unarmed people would likely join protestor ranks, making it hard to identify who is armed. Is the American military now so cruel they’d shoot down anyone on the streets … maybe some of their own family? Because many of their family members can’t be happy with what’s happening now. Maybe that would cause them to stand down … tell their woke communist leaders to take a hike? Maybe even frag em?
Furthermore, historical guerrilla movements have shown that other things can be made deadly to elite officials, their families, their suppliers, and even armed forces. They can’t just worry about guns. The Chinese have proven that knives can be deadly. And do you think our side would be incapable of building bombs and IEDs, creating poisons, using drones, and printing 3D weapons that they can’t even detect? We The People are not helpless even in this high tech age.
We are not helpless, especially not in mass, and in mass is how the Founders intended the 2nd Amendment to be used if the government became a problem. We become a citizens army just like they used to wrest their freedom from a British tyrant. Fighting much the same way they fought.
Such an army doesn’t need centralized control and communication to be effective. I imagine that if fighting started it would be self-organizing because every small distinct group … even individuals … could look for vulnerabilities and exploit them. This wouldn’t be a set piece battle with front lines. It would be much like what the Swamp Fox conducted in the Revolutionary War.
So …… I believe that a MASSIVE show of armed WILL … not violence … is essential if we’re going to prevent eventual violence. We need to convince the elites behind what’s happening … in a VISCERAL way… that we will seriously threaten their lives of luxuries and their lives themselves … if they don’t stop this attempt to subjugate us. If they don’t restore and respect the Constitution And Bill Of Rights. Anything less is not acceptable. Anything less is not going to work.
They (and that includes the media) need to see that it’s not just a few of us that will fight them. A demonstration … a statement …. needs to be made … one they can’t possibly ignore or dismiss … that it’s *we* who control the food, water, power, sanitation, transportation systems, medical system, communication systems, distribution networks, … everything that makes society function … that makes their lives of luxury possible.
They need a demonstration that we are everywhere … where they work, where they live, where they send their kids to school, where they vacation … and that they won’t be able to hide from us if this blows up. THAT alone *might* be enough to halt this slide into 1984.
Right now, they are not prepared to face an armed and furious populace like I describe demanding free and fair elections. So I’m fairly confident of a peaceful outcome if we do what I suggest. If not, I’m still confident of the outcome should they try to employ force against us. They would be defeated.
But time is not on our side. As long as we continue to fight as we are … through pontification and trying to out vote or out ballot them, by trying to be nice and lawful in what is no-longer a lawful situation, by depending on courts and sunlight to free us, they go on living in nice houses, eating at fancy restaurants, driving nice cars, sending their kids to good schools, being entertained, having servants at their beck and call … in short, living a life of luxury, and ignoring our demands. We can threaten them now but can we a decade from now?
Give them a couple decades of absolute rule at the ballot box, building separate supply chains, and slowly eroding 2nd Amendment rights, and installing the surveillance state, then what I suggest will not work. And once their 1984ish dictatorship is established, with a military as indoctrinated and controlled as China’s, it will be near impossible to free ourselves. Not with technology that can watch, assess, manipulate, apprehend, alter and even outthink people. Not when robots will be able to supply most of the things they now need us to provide. Once those things are in place, it will be too late for even hidden arms to save us. So if that’s your solution … good luck.

The essential understanding is that these “weaponized government employees” are not “civilians” in any meaningful sense: they are warriors in combat that you javen’t contemplated or recognized or both not contemplated and not recognized.
BTW, military secret courts (FISC) is already being and been employed on civilians — right? Oh yeah, right.

I was never promoted more than once in a 3 year period in civilian life.
Both 1 “functioning civil courts” do not exist and 2″Military tribunals under military conditions” has a chance of functioning where common law and existing law-enforcement has objectively totally failed.

I was simply pointing out that if the courts are nonfunctional in this matter (election fraud), then military tribunals can be legally used. Whether it’s a good idea now is debatable. A few years ago when I thought the military wasn’t so woke, I advocated it. Now I’m not so sure it is a good idea. The 2nd Amendment has a better chance of fixing this with the military encouraged to simply stand down.

INSCOM is part of the NSA and I would imagine the chances of them being compromised are quite high unless they are led by a commander with views like Mike Rogers who provided President Trump and the FISA court with the corruption information before he retired.

I don’t think that works. Here’s why. If you immunize the partisan witnesses that you are talking about, and we still have a corrupted Department of Justice, they will just lie on the stand. Because there’s no one to prosecute them for perjury. It’s like winning a lawsuit, and then trying to collect. Two totally different things.
Case in support of your point: Clapper, among others, committed perjury and he was never prosecuted.

IMO, there is one important and essential Committee that has not even been mentioned as a possibility. Maybe it will be included in one of the named Committees but it should have its own identity.
A “Climate Change Committee” should reopen the so called Climate debate that was closed down as “settled science” like COVID far too early. The formal Committee should concentrate on whether climate change is the doomsday emergency that the left claims it is. I’m convinced it’s not.

By accident watched the 2004 film ‘Fahrenheit 9/11’ this evening – and a lot of lights went off for me. They’ve been at this awhile. For grins – when you see HW Bush, think Joe Biden and when you see GW Bush think Hunter Biden. Cheney for Cheney. And on and on. You can quickly see why the establishment UniParty is so against PDJT.
One major addition to that list would be “Don’t let them pretend to know less than they do.” So many of these hearings over the last few years have just have a massive amount of these government officials pretending to know absolutely nothing about how the departments they oversee actually run.

I’ve called for MASS protests by MILLIONS of people … and using our 2nd Amendment right during such protests to ensure the Feds can’t shut the protest down with their thugs. I called for shutting down society by MASS action until such time that elections are made trustworthy and those who instigated the 2020 and 2024 election fraud and coups are held accountable. Now I’ve laid out exactly why I think that will work. If you want to critique my logic, then do so. But don’t think you can just dismiss me by tossing out the label FED. Because I can do that as well. Maybe YOU are a FED. After all, the Feds sure wouldn’t want Americans doing what I’ve suggested … for exactly the reasons I outlined above.

Excellent. I like everything you said. Sunlight is the best disinfectant, and the size of the infection requires a completely different approach than anything done in the past. The lack of prosecutorial intent is vital to success. It is the only way people will be willing to come forward. Even then, the threat from internal punishment inflicted by the beast upon its exposers will dissuade many but, it is a big beast with too many individual components. Sunlight is what they fear most anyway. They have no fear of legal consequences as evidenced by the Durham prosecutions.

I think you would get more support for this, here or at least elsewhere, including with Jordan and Massie, if you said “main goal” rather than “goal”. If I’m Jordan or Massie, and any and all accountability is taken off the table, my motivation would sink and maybe collapse, especially as no accountability would mean they all get to keep their jobs and probably get promoted. And then the MSM would say the Republicans couldn’t even find one case of law breaking otherwise the Republicans would have recommended prosecution and firing. And we all know that if the shoe were on the other foot, or the foot were in the other shoe, the Democrats would not be magnanimous at all, in any way, for any reason.
