We have seen this before in the 2016 general election when CNN’s Donna Brazille was discovered to have given the Hillary Clinton campaign an advanced set of questions to be asked by selected townhall audience members.
Now it surfaces that in a 2018 state campaign for governor of New Mexico, the Democrat candidate, Michelle Lujan Grisham, was given an advanced copy of the debate questions by media for use against her Republican opponent Steve Pearce. Mrs Lujan Grisham went on to win the 2018 contest and become the Democrat candidate of New Mexico.
Governor Grisham is running for reelection this year against the backdrop of the prior deception. While left-wing media are noting the transmitted debate questions were from the former 2018 race, it’s worth highlighting the larger issue is about the integrity of the current governor. Obviously, Governor Grisham has major integrity issues if she was previously willing to receive and use the advanced copy of the debate questions.
Democrat Governor Grisham is currently being challenged by Republican Mark Ronchetti, who has President Trump’s endorsement.

Although we have again fielded a less than strong candidate in Mark, he is getting a lot of support, notwithstanding he’d get more if he were a MAGA man and get more done. There are good and strong people that can help him “make a difference”, and I think he’ll soon realize he needs to use the resources that stand at the ready. That said, our court system is all Dem’s….they occasionally follow the rule of law, but the current “environment” cannot be relied upon for the business community. All the best attorneys are “tied up” with the Banks and state/local government entities…in sum, in sum none willing to take on the “system”.

If the candidates are competent, I agree that the questions aren’t too big of an advantage. If the candidates are proven speakers, ala KL or T, but most aren’t. It definitely helps prepare and craft the appropriate answers, so I generally, disagree with this statement.

This most certainly qualifies as a LARGE campaign contribution by the TV station running the debate. It was probably not reported (broken law #1) and it undoubtedly exceeds the dollar limit that an organization can give to a candidate in New Mexico. The proper thing at this point to would be to hold the station owners/management/staff accountable to the full extend of the law. I.e. … put those involved in jail and fine them.
