The DOJ-NSD has listed their candidates including:

Jones (ret.) – retired judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, partner in Bracewell LLP, and special master in In re: in the Matter of Search Warrants Executed on April 28, 2021 and In the Matter of Search Warrants Executed on April 9, 2018.
♦ The Honorable Thomas B. Griffith (ret.) – retired Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, special counsel in Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, and Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School.
President Trump lawyers have listed their candidates including:
♦ The Honorable Raymond J. Dearie (ret.) – former Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, served on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, formerly the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York.
♦ Paul Huck, Jr.—founder, The Huck Law Firm, former Jones Day partner, former General Counsel to the Governor, former Deputy Attorney General for the State of Florida.
The majority of the remaining filing lists the agreements of both the DOJ-NSD and Trump lawyers, as well as points of disagreement for how the special master process should continue. The position of the DOJ-NSD is the special master should not review any documents they deem classified or vital to national security, regardless of whether they contain markings or not. The DOJ just doesn’t want anyone to review what they are calling “classified documents.”
President Trump’s lawyers contend the special master should review all of the documents, regardless of DOJ-NSD definitions, and make an independent determination as to the validity of the DOJ-NSD claims, as well as consideration for ‘executive privilege.’
Plaintiff believes the Government’s objection to the Special Master reviewing documents they deem classified is misplaced. First, the Government’s position incorrectly presumes the outcome — that their separation of these documents is inviolable. Second, their stance wrongly assumes that if a document has a classification marking, it remains classified in perpetuity. Third, the Government continues to ignore the significance of the Presidential Records Act (“PRA”). If any seized document is a Presidential record, Plaintiff has an absolute right of access to it while access by others, including those in the executive branch, has specified limitations. Thus, President Trump (and/or his designee) cannot be denied access to those documents, which in this matter gives legal authorization to the Special Master to engage in first-hand review. At the heart of the matter, we find ourselves back in the original place we were in 2017, when we first began discussing the relationship between the DOJ-NSD and the FISA Court surrounding the issue of the Carter Page FISA application.
The DOJ-NSD is an agency within the DOJ that views themselves as beyond any apparatus that would conduct oversight. This is the entire reason why the DOJ National Security Division refused to accept any inspector general oversight from formation until 2020. In essence, the DOJ-NSD quantifies everything they do as vital to the interests of national security, and therefore beyond the reach of any outside entity to review or audit their work.
Using the national security angle, just as the FISA court is a star chamber within the judicial branch seemingly omnipotent and without a counterbalancing check on their power, so too is the DOJ-NSD a star chamber within the executive branch. The DOJ-NSD makes determinations and then says, as in the example of the Trump documents, these things are what we say they are – and you have no standing to question us.
Both the FISA court and the DOJ-NSD operate in the realm of omnipotent power and internal definitions, and the legislative branch doesn’t do anything about it; worse yet, the legislative branch defers to the arbitrary determinations of both.
Within this corrupted and bastardized system, you find the FISC and DOJ-NSD are two of the four pillars that construct the unspoken Fourth Branch of Government. The other two are the Dept of Homeland Security and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Few people have yet to grasp what takes place, and fewer still will admit it exists. Yet, the outlines of the political operations that take place within this fourth branch surface frequently.

Interesting part, if I read the overviews correctly is that they both already have or had the necessary security clearances. This is key because once granted a clearance, reactivation is a very short process. So, President Trump’s Team has proposed Masters both familiar with the requirements, familiar with the case and who remove the “classified materials” BS by the DoJ.
Thomas Griffin is a very hard read and is likely a sleeper “compromise” trap proposed by DoJ. He was appointed by Republicans under Bush II and has rendered some “conservative” leaning opinions. Yet, he worked the corrupt DC Circuit and had the support of SENATORS Obama and Harry Reid during confirmation.

It seems that the choices made by President Trump’s team are of a more impartial leaning. The candidates chosen by the Gestapo DOJ seem to have a more liberal slant which is why Garland picked them, Garland and his ilk lean more to the totalitarian stance where they have complete authority, and may God help any who would dare question them. That they filed an objection to the appointing a SM, and the reasoning IN that motion, including a threat to go “over the Judges head” telegraphs what is their real motives.

I don’t have the one answer. Waiting for a call to action is ridiculous and utterly passive. We are each capable of indiividual contributions –The Precinct Strtegy was started by one man. Mike Lindell is one man. Joe Kent decided to run for office –in Washington State, one man.
Respectfully, the Precinct Strategy has been around for at least 60 years, that I know of; its how B.. Goldwater got the nomination in 1964, over the strong objections of the GOPe ‘party leaders’ called “Rockerfeller Republicans” and today what we would call RINOS, including Mitts Dad.
To conduct an insurgency within the party, start at the precinct captain level, them work your way up to District captain, County Chair and Executivr Committee, State Chair and State Executive Committee.
These are the people who do, or don’t put in “splitter candidates”, who detirmine the allocation of resources and GOTV efforts, and pick delegates to the National Convention.
Just as there is a LOT of POWER at the State GOVERNMENT level, their is a lot of POWER at the State R Party level.

The error needing clarification in the above narrative, is the idea a GOP majority will tear down the pyramid.
As the GOP Congressional leadership was DEEPLY involved in many of these behaviors, they have a vested interest in propping up the pyramid, and are terrified of having it collape on their heads.

I always regretted that we would one day have to dissociate the two factions of modern American politics, but I’m becoming less unhappy with the prospect with each passing day.
My suggestion: Probe how large the other side really is, absent its media amplification. Do that by calling for citizen general strikes and see how much of the country shuts down.

The CCP has influence and control in our major institutions, among our Senators, and in Congress, and even within the highest office in the land. I can’t think of a single thing going right. The “small wins” are not enough to keep this Titanic from sinking.
I’m normally very optimistic and my personal life is full of wonder and enjoyment along with hard work. We’ll see if the midterm elections actually take place, and if, Lord willing, we can right the ship by voting in a flawed process.

Don’t know if you are old enough to remember the Apollo 13 lunar mission? Two days out into space the oxygen tank exploded also cutting electricity and light. A likely outcome for Apollo 13 was they were going to suffocate in the cold and dark of space. They had every reason to give up. Instead every minute was hyper focused on what they could do with any materials at hand to craft a fix. —thankfully they came home alive.
I don’t know if you or anyone you know has experienced a personal life-threatening emergency but I can say it does focus the mind, something clicks into a different state of mind, and even time slows down — In the book The Gift of Fear, the author noted it is different than when people feel anxious or normal fear –it is the whole body snapping into focused action to survive.
Maybe I’m being off-putting. If so, I apologize. But I don’t believe we have the luxury or time to be fearful or passive or to share all the bullet points arguing for how impossible survival is.

Seeing as how Judge Cannon excoriated the DOJ in her decision to appoint a special master it would be surprising if she restricted what the special master could review. If she does restrict it will be a sign that the fourth branch got to her.

To refuse to do so would be exhibiting contempt for the Court, and the obvious responce of the Judge would be to simply appoint from the Trump submitted list.
So, they comply with the order, and also submit a motion argueing that appointing a SM is wrong.
Was a bad tactical move, actually because it tells the Judge exactly whats going on, as their “arguments” against appointing an SM are illogical, and telegraph whats really going on.
Hence, they are ‘tainting’ their case in the eyes of the Judge, and my guess is she will appoint a SM, from the PDJT list, they will persue this at the higher court, and will be rebuffed.

This needs to go immediately to the Supreme Court so I hope it goes to the 11th. The action by the Justice Department is unprecedented raiding a former President’s home, and the search warrant was an obvious fourth amendment violation.
At the heart of this matter is whether the President had authority to declassify these documents, and did he have the right to have in his possession a copy of the declassified documents.

“The position of the DOJ-NSD is the special master should not review any documents they deem classified or vital to national security, regardless of whether they contain markings or not. The DOJ just doesn’t want anyone to review what they are calling “classified documents.”
My understanding is that the highest law clearly and directly grants full authority and classification rights to the President and NOT to doj, fbi etc. Unless the current President has reclassified the documents which President Trump declassified then only two documents should be necessary to prove that the documents the doj deems classified were declassified:
1- the relevant clause in the constitution and
2-Trumps declassification memo. In fact, only Trumps affidavit should be necessary as the constitution does not require written order of declassification, it could have been verbal.
The judge should require nothing more than the constitution to determine who had superior right of classification . The constitution does not give authority to fbi doj to override a presidential order to declassify. Biden issued no order overturning Trumps declassification. The doj is acting as if their authority is superior to a prior unrescinded presidential declassification.
The judge, according to constitution also has no authority to declare the declassified documents classified above a presidential authority.
The doj is acting extra legally by pretending that their assertion that docs are classified overturns Trumps prior declassification order.

The justification for deleting this DATA (NOT speculation, but actual DATA) comesdown to “there is too much MISinformation on CV “out there” so we deleted this DATA to prevent more disinfo.
Point I am making is its the same argument the DOJ is making in resisting the appointment if a Special Master; they deleted this data from the NIH database, as it would confirm WHERE CV came from, and identifying it came from China is misinformation, hence delete objective facts that support that narrative.

The DoJ’s picks are tainted by the fact that they are the DoJ’s picks.
If Judge Cannon actually desires a fair Special Master process, she cannot select one of the DoJ’s candidates.
I again propose that she appoint former DNI JOHN RATLIFF, who would be perfectly qualified for the task. The DoJ Appeal states that they are having Biden’s DNI review the docs. If a current Biden appointee is ok for that, then a former Trump official is ok.

When will the decision be made as to who it will be?
I’m taking a slightly different response to this latest judicial event, more in the context of the broader battle.
At the end of the day, this radicalized DOJ is not going to agree to any oversight from any source. That would reveal their illegality, corruption and criminality. They will never permit it. It must be forced upon them.
They, and their little deep state army of drones, now believe they are above the checks and balances of the Founders. They consider those moral prerogatives as quaint antiquities in their power-mad worldview.
They will fight and attempt to sabotage this judicial review of their latest crime every single step of the way.
I suspect Judge Cannon is going to earn her pay on this one, and is going to wind up calling all the balls and strikes herself on every document uncovered, while under constant outside attack, both judicially and extra-judicially. In that storm, she will seemingly stand alone. But she is not.
So far, she is a young judge, but has shown rare moxie so far. She surprised me. The institutional pressures are very strong for these people to do what is easy, and risk nothing, and go living their comfortable, privileged lives here on Earth. Most do.
Every revolution — and every toppling of a tyranny — starts with one person, one human being, with an idea to do so, and the willingness to risk all, to show the way for others. Our Lord Jesus Christ showed us the seminal template to overcoming the tyranny of evil against our souls.
I am NOT comparing PDJT to Christ. But he is the first man in over half a Century to stand up at the highest level to the slow-motion coup of the Administrative State upon the Republic. The power of truth and righteous in following God’s plan is insurmountable.
This is the the Globalists’ last big push. Their ‘battle of the bulge’ against humanity, against love, and against God. They are going to ultimately lose this battle. They must lose. But they are desperate, and increasingly unhinged. They are willing to destroy all that exists here to retain their stolen control.
The question for this young federal judge, and for each of us, remains: What are you willing to risk to do what is right? Where do you stand in this broader struggle going on right under your nose? Do you choose the easy comfortable short life here as a cog of an emerging tyranny? Or do you see a higher calling to your position, one in harmony with the higher laws of truth before God?
It is more than simply appointing a Special Master. It is ripping the rock back, and exposing the vile, evil filth and rot eating away at humanity itself, so that the cleansing sunlight of truth can disinfect and destroy it.
Our America still remains the fulcrum, the decisive battleground in this global struggle between good and evil. Once America is recovered, the rest of the World can be freed from their unholy yoke.
So do the right thing, young Judge, and stand firm against the tempest they will throw at you. Match what PDJT has done, and paid dearly for. It is ultimately a small price against the eternal one. Follow the template that Christ showed us all. Do not be afraid of the threatened risks of this very temporary world.
Far more is at issue for disposition in this matter than an illegal Government raid on a private residence. We are all being monitored and surveilled, from Heaven. It is not just the Eleventh Circuit that is watching. The Angels and Saints are watching.

I am tired of hearing the word “EXTREMIST”.
I do not know what that is.
I did a google search through dictionaries, and mostly got “person who advocates for EXTREME actions”. That is a circular definitional no-no, using the same word in the definition. Secondarily, I saw some definitions along the lines of people holding political or religious views that most others disagree with. That too, is rather crackpot as a definition.
As I recall the word started being used a lot in connection with politics during the Obama years, ostensibly attempting to distinguish devout adherents of Islam from “Islamic extremists”. That too made no sense. (Would a priest or nun be an example of a Catholic “extremist” versus some who only goes to church once a week or on major holidays?)
This is not to say that I do not understand what an “extreme” is in other contexts. That word has a concrete definition which, if you look it up in various dictionaries, rarely involves politics.

This was quickly addressed, and the Recorder has been censured by the R State Party, and relieved if his duties.
A third method is to bounce MAGA voters into “Provisional” ballots, and is a commonly used way to suppress votes.
Edumacate yourself on Provisional ballot scam, how it can be used to effectively eliminate votes, and whether as a voter or poll worker, minimise this voter suppression tactic.
