The DOJ-NSD has listed their candidates including:

♦ The Honorable Thomas B. Griffith (ret.) – retired Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, special counsel in Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, and Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School.
President Trump lawyers have listed their candidates including:
♦ The Honorable Raymond J. Dearie (ret.) – former Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, served on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, formerly the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York.
♦ Paul Huck, Jr.—founder, The Huck Law Firm, former Jones Day partner, former General Counsel to the Governor, former Deputy Attorney General for the State of Florida.
The majority of the remaining filing lists the agreements of both the DOJ-NSD and Trump lawyers, as well as points of disagreement for how the special master process should continue. The position of the DOJ-NSD is the special master should not review any documents they deem classified or vital to national security, regardless of whether they contain markings or not. The DOJ just doesn’t want anyone to review what they are calling “classified documents.”
President Trump’s lawyers contend the special master should review all of the documents, regardless of DOJ-NSD definitions, and make an independent determination as to the validity of the DOJ-NSD claims, as well as consideration for ‘executive privilege.’
Plaintiff believes the Government’s objection to the Special Master reviewing documents they deem classified is misplaced. First, the Government’s position incorrectly presumes the outcome — that their separation of these documents is inviolable. Second, their stance wrongly assumes that if a document has a classification marking, it remains classified in perpetuity. Third, the Government continues to ignore the significance of the Presidential Records Act (“PRA”). If any seized document is a Presidential record, Plaintiff has an absolute right of access to it while access by others, including those in the executive branch, has specified limitations. Thus, President Trump (and/or his designee) cannot be denied access to those documents, which in this matter gives legal authorization to the Special Master to engage in first-hand review. At the heart of the matter, we find ourselves back in the original place we were in 2017, when we first began discussing the relationship between the DOJ-NSD and the FISA Court surrounding the issue of the Carter Page FISA application.
The DOJ-NSD is an agency within the DOJ that views themselves as beyond any apparatus that would conduct oversight. This is the entire reason why the DOJ National Security Division refused to accept any inspector general oversight from formation until 2020. In essence, the DOJ-NSD quantifies everything they do as vital to the interests of national security, and therefore beyond the reach of any outside entity to review or audit their work.
Using the national security angle, just as the FISA court is a star chamber within the judicial branch seemingly omnipotent and without a counterbalancing check on their power, so too is the DOJ-NSD a star chamber within the executive branch. The DOJ-NSD makes determinations and then says, as in the example of the Trump documents, these things are what we say they are – and you have no standing to question us.
Both the FISA court and the DOJ-NSD operate in the realm of omnipotent power and internal definitions, and the legislative branch doesn’t do anything about it; worse yet, the legislative branch defers to the arbitrary determinations of both.
Within this corrupted and bastardized system, you find the FISC and DOJ-NSD are two of the four pillars that construct the unspoken Fourth Branch of Government. The other two are the Dept of Homeland Security and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Few people have yet to grasp what takes place, and fewer still will admit it exists. Yet, the outlines of the political operations that take place within this fourth branch surface frequently.

I assume Trump only possesses copies of originals in the form of department ‘products’. Anything classified that was not produced by trumps own hand writting or dictation is not under the FBI’s purview.
It’s highly unlikely Trump has originals of anything (excluding anything he personally wrote as you pointed out). Any original copy of a previously classified document would be already owned and controlled by the authority that created it. Other than day to day operations stuff and the occasional sensitive correspondence with foreign governments, the President doesn’t create much classified stuff on his own.
Private stuff? Absolutely. Executive privilege. But not necessarily classified.
AND this is where the FBI & the others are obfuscating…because if the “documents” don’t MATCH what was taken from the MAL home AND the FBI tries to “insinuate” that other documents were there AND this is where PDJT pulls the tapes out and shows the Special Master WHAT EXACTLY was taken…watch out!!!!

Trump’s style of fighting seems to be throwing flurries of punches, none of which land, and IMO, yes it does make him look flailing and weak. His tweets and press releases are usually complaining about the injustices, but there is never an action(other than lawsuits) to combat it or a win to confirm his complaints.

Last I checked, the VP doesn’t call the shots. I said it back then, Trump should never have fired Flynn. He should have waged war, taken Pence to the woodshed, taught him a lesson and benched him for the duration of his first term. But he didn’t. These are errors in judgement on Trump’s part. Pence only did what Trump allowed him to do.

They just have vague brushes with the truth via the msm or other people conveying some information, but most draw a blank if you start asking if they know the causes for all the problems they are encountering. They are not feeling the pain yet that makes one look for a cause and how to stop that pain.

The apathy I see is maddening, especially amongst those who are aware. Last spring (2021) I tried here and elsewhere to to call for a national “ditch the masks” day. Even proposed June 1st as the day. No one was interested. I view the COVID mandates and our compliance as a major loss and turning point. They now know what we are made of. Even if I morally agreed with your suggestion, I do not from a logistical warfare standpoint see how such would not be a suicide mission. well, this is albeit a minor comparison – but – recently
there was an online discussion on a neighborhood chat forum
about the new law that takes place in Illinois whereby the police
are the ones with handcuffs on (figuratively speaking).
I noticed that many of the men and a few women were
very cautionary about this law harming victims, some in outrage.
The ones who were in support of it were not in support of it
because it was a good law; they were in support of it because
it was a liberal democrat law and they were liberal democrats.
The liberal women who posted were simpering idiots with
their comments and the liberal men that posted were raging
that those of us against the law were MAGA, not intellectual,
didn’t understand the base concept of the law which was
to even the playing field – rich people had money for bail,
while poor people didn’t. By giving all criminals a citation
only it evened things up. No comment when someone
mentioned that usually rich people didn’t burglarize
homes, pistol whip old ladies, rob and kill for sport, etc.
At any rate, it was a small capsule show the lack of
critical thinking skills with our citizens. These people
had to post with their full names so it was easy to tell
what sex they were, however, one couldn’t tell their
ages. I did not get the sense that they were in their
20’s-30’s. Probably 45-75+.

PDJT arguments look valid and sound and reasonable to me , the DOJ “presumes the outcome “ , of course it does, that is there basic argument-which is – “ what we say goes and you can suck lemons and go to Hell if you think differently “ . This has to end up in SC sooner rather than later because it deals with matters of major law as in Presidential Records Act etc , etc that have to be determined before the basic facts of which documents go in which pile etc can be decided – God help us
The irony here is knowing that the NSD was left intact by Trump post 2017 and that BOTH Trump and Republicans renewed 702 in 2018.
I have NEVER trusted our government. I have dealt with their wrath and have had my life torn into pieces by these things, so I KNOW the score!

PDJT wants to rid the federal bureaucracy of corrupt elements of BOTH parties. He tried to work within the Swamp as best as he was able. His bold actions deliberately and brilliantly exposed most of the “iceberg” of corruption that was hidden from our view for decades. Unfortunately he also exposed the fraudulent election machines and processes in dozens of states but lost his 2nd term to massive election fraud in that effort.
Most Republicans who are following their corrupt Congressional leaders are fine with the status quo.

For FBI/DOJ [FumbleBumbleIncompetents/Department of Jackasses] Job #1 — retrieve any and all documentation Trump may have had and already declassified on “Crossfire – Hurricane”;
Job #2 — establish a premise to indict Trump for something to prevent him running for President in 2024; and
Job #3 — keep it up through November 2022.

There was a Judge in the Manafort case who informed the DOJ (when they suggested the material was national security) he has the clearances and had reviewed material many times.
So, this is a BS argument by DOJ. Interested to know who has these clearances in advance as it is a key factor in how this proceeds.
It is precisely because the DOJ considers its very surreptitious actions to be “beyond review” that they must be reviewed. The correct legal procedure here is the appointment of a special master, and in other cases DOJ has requested one.
Special Master! ha ha ha… It’s another round of the paper chase…stinking lawyers hustling big stacks of fiat bucks…every one of them believing they do a job worth doing…
Why do we tolerate the existence of “legal precedence”? There is enough “precedent” in the books now to convict everybody of something every day. All you need is enough money to hire a lawyer who can twist those precedents like a pretzel and win your case. Ain’t it time for serious changes? These days more than ever before, the law truly is an ass.

Yes, we all will – but I’d Like to be sure I already have a Firm Grasp of His Strong Intentions. I know HE thought it all out BEFORE He created Time and Space and Sound and the Worlds Untold.
He always Knew what it would all come to, and as sad as it makes Him to see the choices many make for themselves, He was already Resolved to give each of us our own Choice of Destinations, regardless, that He Might have for Himself those who CHOOSE of our own Free Will to Love Him Dearly and Choose to follow Him as Closely and as hard on His heels as we can, and let us crawl into His Keeping Hand and Hide us there with His Love.
And in Sadness, He Lovingly allows those who reject him with fierce abhorrence towards Him, to no longer ever be bothered with the Sight of Him, again – just as they wish.
