The DOJ has yet to release any documents related to the executed search warrant, nor the list of items taken from the Mar-a-Lago compound.

I was watching Newsmax just before and their guest was Mick Mulvaney and he said that exactly, his take was that the White House Klain got involved at the last minute and was insisting on changes in his statement to avoid any damage to the Old Sniffer. Mulvaney said that was the likely reason for the lateness because the presser was last minute announced today, which was likely to ruffle the feathers of the White House.

I believe I heard Christina Bobb say that they were shown the warrant from a distance of 10 ft away. Then 9 hours later after the raid was over they were given the warrant (but not the probable cause that was presented to the judge).
They must have used this tactic from the voting booth it seemed to have worked perfectly so why not use it again? Can’t allow eyes too close and yet something from a distance must be produced.
Then why is the warrant’s seal being challenged in court? FBI must respond by Monday. Why would this be an issue if Trump had the warrant?

People are loosely referring to “the warrant” when what they really mean is the probable cause affidavit. It’s what spells out what the FBI told the judge as a basis for issuing a warrant. It is under seal currently.
This has the hallmarks of a botched plan. And it appears me garland is setting up to take the fall. Otherwise nothing makes sense.

What’s more, if Trump’s attorneys really did have a copy of the warrant, they can release that as well. It would be ridiculous considering all else, why it should be under seal or gag order. But clearly not under gag order because they spoke about the raid in public and detailed the behavior of the FBI. So now we wait for Trump to respond about whether or not they were given a copy of the warrant.

1) the documents in question had already been handed over in June and further negotiations about other matters were ongoing
2) no formal presentation of the search warrant was given on administration at the site making the search invalid and any “evidence” thus obtained illegally
3) no catalog of the removed materials was left making any materials removed not admissable
