The Joe Biden administration has turned the United States into a banana republic.
According to statements released by President Donald Trump, the Biden Dept of Justice sent dozens of FBI agents to conduct a surprise raid the Mar-a-Lago estate of President Trump in Florida.
This is a historic level of political targeting by a Democrat president against his political opposition. “Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before,” Trump wrote in the statement. “After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate.”

It seems clear as all of the “military” activity is operating through the US state department and not the DoD, the military leadership is unwilling to follow the orders from the white house. At this point they are unclear just exactly how much control they actually have at this point and have no idea what is coming next or when.

It can’t just be an attempt to prosecute Trump under the PRA or statutes involving handling of classified material, as news reports said last night. That’s a non-starter, especially with the multiple refusals to prosecute Hillary Clinton under similar conditions. There’s either something bigger at stake here … or Garland and Wray just made a volatile situation a lot worse than it needed to be.

I think for DOJ and FIB the bigger stake is the Supreme Court. There is at least 2 conservatives that may retire during the next Administration. They want to make sure it is not President Trump naming the nominee to fill the seat.
That is simple thinking but I think it has been an issue throughout the ages. For a more complex reason I think they are afraid of what President Trump will do to them because of their involvement in past hoaxes, lies, and more lies.
Wow, I just watched this. Dr. Steve Turley says the thing the deep state is most afraid of, is President Trump coming into office and reactivating his Executive Order Schedule F. Schedule F gives the President the ability to fire Federal employees who fall under Schedule F. My impression is that he can move people to this Schedule F at will.
This whole thing makes me think of school teacher unions. No matter what they do they seem to be protected from any personnel action. If the teachers were indeed in a Schedule F type of structure they could be terminated as needed for inappropriate performance

An inconvenient truth
The FBI was involved in bugging the Presidents home and offices, creating false documents to take him down, facilitating a fraudulent election, supplying disinformation on Jan 6, and supporting the Jan 6th kangaroo court. They spent more money covering up the election then investigating it. They are not interested in those committing treason, only those that expose it.
What we saw yesterday with a raid 90 days before the next election was a continuance. The storming of MAL allows for t bugging, and the fabrication of evidence. The DC office being involved means charges will be filed in DC where judge and jury will be biased.
After all nothing says democracy like preventing people from running for office.
Can we just get rid of the FBI? It is an unnecessary, obviously flawed organization (from within). Do we really need all these people? Very respectfully: Your last paragraph doesn’t make sense to me after admitting (correctly IMO) that Republicans have approved and enabled this. I consider wolves in sheeps’ clothing more dangerous than wolves out in the open.
Can’t impose qualifications on holding the presidency by charging Trump with violating a federal statute—the qualifications are set out in the Constitution, not by statute. The search for a “crime” to banish Trump from politics will have to continue. Even a convicted felon can become President if elected to office, even if he/she is serving time in a jail cell, as the Chief Justice administers the oath of office.

How does a will protect you against the corrupt totalitarian government ?
As a retired CFO I have an extensive background in all matters of financial, tax and estate planning.
The only real way to protect any estate is by virtue of what is known as a, “pour over will.” A pour over will is the vehicle wherein one bequeaths one’s estate through a series of revocable/irrevocable living trusts. Revocable being up until death you can make changes. Upon death the trusts become fixed and closed. The will contains a bequeathment of, “all my assets and instruments.” The will is designed to “pour your entire estate excepting jointly held assets which should be titled in right of survivor into a family trust. The trust is not subject to probate and can avoid estate taxes by setting up trust which are the beneficiaries of the main family trust. The main trust is where you get specific. e.g. my stocks go to my wife’s, daughter’s etc trust in designated amounts.
Life insurance payouts can all be handled the same way. The key is keep the main trust being designed to disperse the assets to the other trusts and keep them under the taxable amount. You can also leave larger amounts in your primary trust wherein you can control dispersals in certain amounts. The living trust cannot be taxed for the purposes of the estate simply because you are bequeathing everything to yourself-hence you are living- and the main trust acts in accordance with your instructions as though you are alive.
This can get pretty complex with very large estates. But even for most modest estates it is a good way to protect your family.
For simple estates, the easiest method is to hold all your assets, home, investment accounts pensions etc in joint right of survivorship. This means upon death the asset converts immediately to the joint survivor. This is very effective unless both joint owners die together. Then it gets sticky and can cost your other survivors probate, attorneys and sibling family quarreling. Hope this helps. Good luck!

So, according to Fox News (https://www.foxnews.com/politics/florida-judge-approved-fbi-raid-trumps-mar-a-lago-once-represented-jeffrey-epsteins-employees-report), Judge Bruce Reinhardt, who signed off on the raid of Mar-A-Lago, was the attorney who represented several of Jeffrey Epstein’s employees against sex trafficking charges … namely, his scheduler of sexual acts and procurer of young women (Sarah Kellen) and several of his pilots.
Nadia Marcinkova was one of the pilots but she had a long term relationship with Epstein before becoming a pilot. She was apparently recruited by Epstein when she was 15 and soon became an assistant, procurer and accomplish in his crimes. Of course her attorney (Reinhardt) painted her as just a “victim”. But here’s what that “victim” did.
She was so close to Epstein that she visited Epstein in jail over 90 times after his first conviction in 2008. That’s when Epstein was given a very light sentence (work release) and shockingly continued to have sex with underage women while on release.
Another of Epstein’s pilot testified that Nadia flew with Epstein HUNDREDS of times, all over the country and world, on the Lolita Express. Witness testimony by some of Epstein’s underage victims stated that Nadia encouraged and engaged in sexual acts with them in front of Epstein. During questioning about underaged sexual activities, Marcinkova invoked her 5th Amendment right to not incriminate herself when she was asked about Prince Andrew.
Now Reinhardt’s client Sarah Kellen was another regular on Epstein’s flights. She was accused in court filings of “bringing girls to Epstein’s mansion to be abused”. What’s meant by “bringing”? When it comes to unaccompanied minors, perhaps it means kidnapping, trafficking and enslaving?
After all, multiple witnesses during Maxwell’s trial said that Kellen played a role similar to Maxwell. She scheduled flights on Epstein’s private jets and arranged for Epstein’s (and his friends’) victims to be on them. Witnesses said Kellen also arranged “massages” — up to three times a day — where Epstein would rape young girls (we’re talking 14 year old girls, in some cases, according to court documents). One victim said Kellen took nude pictures of her before her rape.
But again, Reinhardt painted Kellen as just a victim and because the fix was in (we all know it) she was not charged by the prosecutors. I think Reinhardt was brought in by the deep state to help make this go away … perhaps because Epstein was working for the CIA.
Yeah … Judge Bruce Reinhardt has quite a client list. And that might give the deep state leverage to make him sign off on the FBI fishing expedition that happened at Mar-A-Lago yesterday. Just saying …

Crisis at the National Archives
In the middle of directing the difficult task of transferring the historically important records of the Obama administration into the National Archives, the archivist in charge, David Ferriero, ran into a serious problem: A lot of key records are missing.
A first-rate librarian, Ferriero has been driving a much-needed digital overhaul and expansion of the National Archives over the nine years of his appointment. This will greatly improve the ability of digital search locally and remotely, as well as accessing the files themselves.
To support this effort, in 2014 President Obama signed the Presidential and Federal Records Act Amendments. For the first time electronic government records were placed under the 1950 Federal Records Act. The new law also included updates clarifying “the responsibilities of federal government officials when using non-government email systems” and empowering “the National Archives to safeguard original and classified records from unauthorized removal.” Additionally, it gives the Archivist of the United States the final authority in determining just what is a government record.
And yet the accumulation of recent congressional testimony has made it clear that the Obama administration itself engaged in the wholesale destruction and “loss” of tens of thousands of government records covered under the act as well as the intentional evasion of the government records recording system by engaging in private email exchanges. So far, former President Obama, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former Attorney General Lynch and several EPA officials have been named as offenders. The IRS suffered record “losses” as well. Former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy called it “an unauthorized private communications system for official business for the patent purpose of defeating federal record-keeping and disclosure laws.”
Clearly, America’s National Archives is facing the first major challenge to its historic role in preserving the records of the United States. What good is the National Archives administering a presidential library, like the planned Obama library in Chicago, if it is missing critical records of interest to scholars? And what’s to prevent evasion of the entire federal records system by subsequent administrations to suit current politics rather than serve scholars for centuries to come?
The National Archives in Washington has evolved from a few dusty shelves in 1934 to an independent agency with over 40 facilities nationwide. These include field archives, military records, Federal Records Centers, 13 presidential libraries, the Federal Register, and the National Historical Publications and Records Commission.
Its electronic records system alone, which only began in 2008, has already compiled close to 1 billion unique files from over 100 federal agencies totaling well over 400 terrabytes. The archive describes itself as “the U.S. Government’s collection of documents that records important events in American history. … the Government agency that preserves and maintains these materials and makes them available for research.”
Federal records have solved historical mysteries and provided key information ever since the archive’s founding. Adm. Hyman Rickover’s investigations there proved his suspicion that the U.S. battleship Maine had not been sunk by a Spanish mine, but rather an explosion caused by careless proximity of gunpowder storage to coal bunkers.
And in my own research, I found a detailed report of the debriefing of Nazi Deputy Reichsfuhrer Rudolf Hess by MI6 the day after he parachuted into Scotland — a report that was not in the British Archives. It established that in May 1941, over seven months before the Wannsee Conference formalized the Nazis’ “Final Solution,” Hess had told the British: “We are exterminating the Jews.” It established as lies the Allies’ claims they only learned about the Holocaust later.
The archive sensibly only collects a fraction of the federal records for its permanent archive. That number varies between 2 percent and 5 percent of the total. That can be a good thing, according to historian Arthur Herman. “In studying a bureaucracy, too much evidence may be a greater danger than too little,” he said. “The amount of material often seems to be inversely proportionate to the value of its evidence.”
And Pulitzer Prize-winning historian Joseph J. Ellis points out that it is not always the record itself that is key: “Sometimes it is the marginalia. There were 28,000 notations in the John Adams collection that were critical to my interpretation of the relationship between John and Abigail Adams.”
And marginalia may be the key to solving the puzzle of just what the late Sandy Berger, acting as former President Bill Clinton’s representative, was destroying during his 2005 trips into the National Archives, where he stuffed papers into his clothing. Berger only got away with this twice before archive personnel kept tabs on him, but the first trips involved as yet uncatalogued material so no one really knows what he took. But there seemed to be copies in the archive of everything they caught him with. And archival libraries dependent upon physical papers are vulnerable.
Every archive in the world suffers attacks, resulting in the theft of its records, the amending or destroying of them, and the archive has had five it knows of since Berger. Digital storage and authentication will be a great help in securing all holdings.
Berger was supposedly reviewing records for a Clinton response to the 9/11 Commission’s considerations of mistakes made leading up to the attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Dean Emeritus of Boston University Law School Ronald Cass wonders if there was telling marginalia by Clinton or others on some of these documents that were not on the file copies. The Clintons seemed to have a longstanding problem with records, since the disappearance in 1994 and reappearance in 1996 of the subpoenaed Rose Law Firm files in the Clintons’ private White House quarters.
Now the National Archives is faced with Hillary Clinton’s history-making assault on government records while secretary of state, which Cass describes as fitting a pattern of “destroy, deny and corrupt the process.” (This is no doubt why Harvard just awarded her the Radcliffe Medal citing her “transformative impact on society.”)
How does David Ferriero plan to deal with this unique challenge to his institution? First, it’s not just his problem, although he must address the realities of gaps in the record and how it will affect plans for the new Obama presidential library. But will there be penalties for violating the 2014 law? Is it even possible to continue the great tradition of maintaining an authentic record center for the United States that President Franklin Roosevelt founded 83 years ago, if that law is not supported?

FBI Raid On Trump Confirms The Security State Picks Who Americans Are Allowed To Vote For
The FBI made an unannounced raid on the private home of a former U.S. president Monday night, authorized by a U.S. attorney general whom that president had denied a lifetime appointment to the U.S. Supreme Court. The raid happened as the former president publicly mulled another election bid, and amid growing FBI interference in state elections.
The raid has provided needed clarity to Republicans who have participated in, presided over, and failed to bring accountability for perhaps the biggest security state hoax in American history, known as Spygate. In that operation, Obama administration officials colluded to frame and hijack the incoming opposition presidency using fabricated evidence, lies to secret security courts, media propaganda operations, and breaking numerous laws as well as the public trust.
They framed a president and got away with it. Now they’re raiding a president. It won’t stop there if they get away with it again. If Republicans don’t end this, they’re all next.
The bottom line of being run by a national security state and its influence operations is the end of self-governance in America. If Americans aren’t allowed to choose who their leaders will be until national security agencies filter the pool, we don’t have a democracy, a republic, or a democratic-republic, we have a security state that uses elections as a facade for tyranny.
