We can get healthy fats from things like avocados, nuts and pastured meat/dairy. Natural sugars are obviously present in fruits, dates, maple syrup – just to name a few sources. And sea salt comes loaded with minerals we need.
Once you identify sources you can trust, your phone gives you easy access to healthy nutritional advice wherever you are.
Do your shopping along the outside walls of the grocery store where the less processed food is (produce, seafood, meats/poultry, locally produced baked goods, etc.), and make use of farmers markets whenever possible.

There are many issues and questions that these deluded climate extremists never seem to address.
One is that prior to agricultural raising of live stock for human consumption there were massively huge herds of herbivores that roamed wild throughout much of the world. Many of these wild populations of herbivores were reduced or eliminated in order to provide for human needs. (I really wish I could have seen herds of millions of bison roaming the plains of the US.) Many of the ‘experts’ I have read indicate that these natural herds far exceeded and used far more land and resources than current agriculture does.
Another is that the ‘climatists’ can not identify what the ideal temperature for the globe should actually be. Over the time the earth has existed there have been periods when Antarctica was tropical and periods when glaciers reached nearly to the equator. During each of the ‘extremes’ global temperatures were either far warmer or far colder than currently. Each of these extremes and everything in between was best suited (ideal) for the proliferation of different plants and animals.
So what is the ‘ideal’ global temperature supposed to be? Man’s supposed contribution to the warming or cooling of the Earth can not even be quantified when compared to the natural systems and mechanism God has set in place. Mankind’s principal asset in having survived is our ability to adapt, more quickly, to the vagaries of the many environments in which we live.

PS: At least one farmer was shot and killed during WWII because he refused to follow government directives. You see, if you didn’t, the government would take your farm away from you, and this man decided to try to keep them off his land.

What does ‘equatable health’ even mean?
Jim Jones produced “equitable health” with the cool aid. It is the insane lefts utopia, the most self absorbed egotistical morons, because selfishness breeds ignorance, are asked to solve the worlds self made problems.
The only way these morons get a word in is through the media, pushing death.

I can no longer summon any charitability toward the administrators pushing this concept. Med students are capable of complex ideation, but they are training in medical skills, not economic fundamentals.
The administrators are, well, administrators, which means that they are au courant with the fundamentals of supply-side limitations.
At the “boots on the ground” level, “equitable” treatment is a mandate for degradation of care to the lowest common denominator.
All medical care is rationed. The calculus for rationing always contains an element of arbitrariness at a certain level in the hierarchy of triage priorities. In a “pay to play” rationing system, it will be individuals with the most money/best insurance that receive the attention of the elite medical practitioners and obtain the most efficacious interventions.
With socialized, more “equitable” rationing systems, balancing supply with demand flattens the availability curve. The implications are obvious.
Take just one modality; cardiac care. A patient’s quality of life is regularly dependent on revascularization interventions such as angioplasty and stenting, even in sub-acute presentations. With beta-blockers and statins as cheap and available as they are, “equitable” treatment means that those with the ability to pay for revascularizations are denied access, dragging themselves along, partially or completely prevented from resuming productive activities, so long as they do not experience repeated ischemic attacks and myocardial infarctions that would otherwise have been obviated by revascularization interventions before they had a stroke or heart attack.
The great leveling that is “equity” has one salutary effect; it disables enough “privileged” patients into the same diminished productivity and lowered life quality endured by those at the lower socioeconomic strata without making the effect on the social safety net obvious. Lifetime accumulations of wealth are redirected toward basic survival needs when intentionally-disabled people are ineligible for the public assistance drawn on by the relatively disadvantaged.
It’s economically idiotic, partly because the diminution of productivity decreases available funding for that very same safety net and diminishes the profitability required to fund research with private capital.
I could continue, but I think you get my drift. I provided an example from one area of medical care, but the effect scales broadly across most other modalities.
And carbon dioxide consumption from the farmed plants? “Well . . .look! a squirrel!”
But they NEVER add in the benefits the farms contribute to the reduction of the gases- fields, orchards, or natural fertilization.
They never subtract the reduction of CO2 from farming in their numbers.
