Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. THY WILL BE DONE, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but DELIVER US FROM EVIL.
For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen †

You know your on the wrong path when it keeps getting darker!
Alexandra is a first-class player. Each one of these selections is wonderfully, lyrically, well played (the precision of her finger positions on the David Kellner pieces is especially interesting). However, if I wanted to make a “best” chose of the three I think I’d choose the last one. Una Dia Noviembre by Leo Brower is, simply put, exquisitely well performed. Perfection deserves praise when it appears.
A devotion for today
Good morning Home.💓
O God, from whom all holy desires, all good counsels, and all just works proceed; Give unto us thy servants that peace which the world cannot give; that our hearts may be set to obey thy commandments, and also that by thee we, being defended from the fear of our enemies, may pass our time in rest and quietness; through the merits of Jesus Christ our Saviour. Amen.🙏
Good morning to all💓 I will hope that everyone here is given a spark of joy today which will linger and assure that God is indeed standing beside us in everything we face. Blessings to all.
“We are mirrors whose brightness is wholly derived from the Sun that shines upon us.”

Thank you Betsy, for igniting that spark.
May God bless you today as well, abundantly, more than you can ever imagine.
Good morning, Bananas.
What a lovely thing to write. I thank you so so much.💖
Hi, Betsy! 🙂
Good morning, Garrison!!💖 Blessings to you, my friend. Busy day with all three of my grands coming for a full day. Summer does have its advantages. They’re getting older and soon will have lives which demand their full time attention…i.e. adulthood…so we have to enjoy them while we can. 😉
Good morning Betsy. Beautiful words for a beautiful day from a beautiful soul. Have a most lovely day. Cheers!
Good morning, Levi💖 How kind you are, sir. Thank you. I hope your day is the same.🤗
Mornin’ Betsy! Mornin’ Home!
Blessings
Morning, Lonestar💖 All blessings to you as well.
Missing you in church this morning, G. I pray all is well🙏💖
Sticker shock:
One lime at grocery today=$1.35.
Every time we go, prices have jumped up again.
Where will all this end?
Mozzarella cheese for me +.40 per pound which translates to an extra 100.00 for the amount I purchased just Monday last May 30th.
It is still less than peak COVID price but this increase will not be temporary (COVID demand) as it was before which I absorbed cost of.
They don’t have it in stock til the 20th but did update the price, I can’t wait to write a even bigger check, I have to purchase it when they have it in stock up to whatever room I have in frig or freezer space lest I run out.
I already used 1/4 of what I got already.
The tortilla chips I get for myself for a taco salad used to be regularly marked @ 1.09 with .99 sales are now 1.69 as of 2 weeks ago they had just added .30 to them and no sales on them anymore either, 59% increase total.
And how much is inflation 8%, oh yea food isn’t included in that figure anymore but it should be.
The size of the packages shrinking drives me nuts. What used to be a $40-$50 dollar grocery run is now $75-80. My favorite salad kit used to be $2.00 now it is almost $6.00. Crazy.
Affording both high groceries and high gas just isn’t working out for most people. A friend of mine was complaining how broke they are, her husband makes good money and they are not used to having to scrimp and scrounge. He has a long commute to work and gas is a big problem. If the company doesn’t give him a gas card he is going to look elsewhere closer to home for work.
Yea I hate the 1 lb packages are only 14 oz or less now & priced higher now after briefly being the same price when the “new look” packages were introduced, that is always a reason to examine the “new” weight.
Chips did that long ago from 16 or incrementally now down to 10 oz for mine.
Commercially they still package in mostly 40 lb increments but if you crunch the numbers on things that are less than 40 lbs they rip your head off on price per lb.
Current price for double lobe chix breast case 40 lbs is 2 DOLLARS more per pound than retail price is at Kroger.
I been buying retail chix for a long time as the case is not trimmed vs retail trim, I used to buy cases of chix but found that I would have 5 lbs of trimmings which I made soup from even though I was the only one eating the soup or chix and noodles, couldn’t eat that much and too much sodium if I did for either.
Those cases 40 lb cases used to be about .25 per lb less than retail which is why I switched to retail, still a money loser with 5 lbs of trimmings left over.
Probably the reason that chicken breasts are scarce in store, I am not the only one that sees a 2 DOLLAR savings per lb on chicken, retail vs food-service.
Most all meat is up at least a dollar a pound which for me translates to 2 dollars per pound after it is cooked as you lose around 50% to fat and water cooking off, bacon is the worst 60% loss.
I guess the 2 dollars per lb is mostly diesel fuel cost to deliver to me…that is just huge now & will affect all restaurants.
What I noticed months ago was the number of products that were undergoing packaging changes, new labels. This all going on in the middle of shortages and lack of manpower, making shortages even worse. These types of changes don’t happen overnight. The manufacturing side of this requires a great deal of money, planning and machinery changes and yet they were able to accomplish all of this while leaving our shelves bare. Seems very coordinated.
I am suprised Sundance didn’t include this aspect in his analysis on supply chain issues. These changeovers certainly had/have a big impact on supply.
I just saw $6 Hellmann mayo. Crazy. I bought some Duke’s a while back on sale, so glad I did. I should have enough for summer for Mac salads and tomato sammiches.
Real inflation, on meats alone, the prices we are paying is more like 50-80% depending on the meat. My SWAG is that there isn’t a food item in stock that isn’t 10-25% higher.
shadowstats.com is showing inflation at 17%. I believe that is the 1980 formula before the gubbmint started cheating the figures to save on SSI.
Sorry to be a pedant, but SSI is a welfare program administered by Social Security, not what we think of as “social security” (old age / disability / survivor insurance).
We are turning into a Third World country. If you start from a premise that America is not legitimate, that capitalism, social classes, exist to exploit poor people, that our place in the world was built on the outright theft of goods and services from poorer countries—then punishing middle-class Americans for living lifestyles based on these unfair advantages makes perfect sense. There is a nexus in the Biden admin: the climate change activists, fascist oriented progressives there hates us and actually likes the fact that we can’t get baby formula and gas in California is $10 gal.
Sure, you can’t build back better until you first destroy what exists.
Frankfurt School/Critical Theory orthodoxy
I see no end, but I also see full shopping carts at the grocery store.
Yesterday, I was shopping in our local department store. It looked like a sale day. A lot of inventory, a lot of shoppers, and very long lines with multiple registers open. It seemed odd. We all know people are being hit especially hard for the necessities, I would expect less spending on dry goods. I am sure credit cards are part of that equation.
On the flip side, Sunday morning went to the local diner, expecting the usual crowd with a waiting list, 6 of us walked right in and sat down. Our waitress said it has been slow for the past month. Could be the beautiful weather we have been having, IDK. Not much feels normal anymore.
I worry about the non-chain, family-owned and run restaurants. Their regular clientele is used to good cooking, ample portions, and sensible prices. Plus, good and friendly service.
These restaurants have been having trouble hiring good workers that stay.
A nearby iconic pizza restaurant that had been in business since 1957 closed its doors in May. The main reason was staffing, and that caused their menu and hours to shrink. Food prices kept rising, so they had to increase menu prices. Folks then did not eat there as often.
SO sad!
I totally agree and seeing the same near me. One restaurant, in business 90 YEARS, 3 generations, closed its doors last week. They aren’t the only ones. We don’t go out to eat that often, but nowadays we try to go out mainly to support these family businesses, especially the ones who defied the pandemic rules.
This is all by design.
I haven’t been to a restaurant for 3 months. Far cheaper and healthier to make your own meals. Being diabetic this change in eating habits (includes much better carb control) has allowed me to completely get off my Victoza shot which was costing me and my insurance $1143.00 a month. Lost 27 pounds in the process.
No doubt, eating out is not healthy. It is great you were able to adjust your diet and improve your diabetes. Often diet and weight loss can eliminate the need for BP and diabetic meds. Not always, genes play a role too. Wish you continued success and good health.
I’m glad you said that. Too many people with a serious metabolic disorder get bashed because they can’t correct it no matter how hard they try.
As far as eating out, I had a friend who was planning on going out to eat with the whole family after a special occasion, and she was concerned about her elderly mother, who had various dietary restrictions due to medications (but not diabetes).
I suggested that she look up a good quality old fashioned restaurant, not a chain, where your meal is cooked to order after you get there. I told her to call ahead and see whether they were willing to work with her on preparing something that suited her mother’s needs.
You can’t do that with chains like Olive Garden. A lot of the chains are fast food in disguise.
Totally agree. In general, eating out is not as healthy as home prep, but as you state, “real” restaurants are very accomodating.
Huge problem eating restaurant food is that they almost all use vegetable/ seed oils for cooking and frying. Those oils are all disastrous to our health in the amounts we consume today as compared to 100 years ago. They contain linoleic acid, omega-6 compounds that harm our immune system.
Dr. Mercola has written good articles on this particular topic.
https://rubyraymedia.com/index.php/happiness-view-all-articles/magnificent-mercola-the-worst-ingredient-for-your-immune-system
Hardest thing I ever did in my life was to change eating habits for diabetes.
One of the +’s of being in restaurant business, I know exactly what is in everything and how much.
Not exactly something I can advertise as most people equate that to “diet” food.
I make everything from scratch, only thing I buy ready to eat is Pepperoni & mozzarella as well as fresh veggies.
All other meats come in raw and I cook as desired.
I can and have ate pizza 2x a day for the first 4 years of business but it gets old.. now I do anything I can to eat something other than pizza.
Doctor mentioned last time to me that she is shocked that my numbers still look good after all these years.
Magic, You Tube has several different recipes for Cabbage Soup, Which may not sound good but got me down to my wedding(68 years ago) weight and I loved the soup once I added a can of Cento San Marzono tomatoes atop the cabbage. I now make the soup in a 3 Qt slow cooker which gives me a week of lunches, frozen in zip lock bags. It is good enough to be addictive, even without any salt added, because the Cento tomatoes add enough salt. The juice from the tomatoes, plus just 2 cups of chicken broth, make it more like a chowder than a soup. YUM!!! Soooooo healthy and good!
I shop in the local military commissary, and on the 1st it was crazy. Now military payday is always busy, but this was pre-Thanksgiving busy. Though a lot of shelves were empty (they have signs blaming shipping from west coast).
But in general I think people resist changing their standard of living, and will max out their credit, defer expenses as possible until the day of reckoning hits.
I agree. Folks today also don’t know the concept of seasonal produce or sacrificing. I am sure those of us who are old enough have plenty of memories of thankfully having food on our tables, but not necessarily the food we desired.
There is a scene in the Godfather where Vito brings home a pear. A pear was a big deal for families that had to stretch a pound of spaghetti.
Nothing is normal anymore. Even when out having fun doing something good and all is well, the energy and atmosphere feels “off”. I don’t know how to explain it. Like something is hovering over us.
And invariably a conversation comes up about the Rona w/an idiot. I am really, really tired of that happening. Only a few times have I made it out w/a discussion, and it is glorious when it happens.
I know exactly what you are describing. When they spoke of a “new normal”, we did not know what they meant. We are seeing it now. Wishing you many moments of the real normal.
One avocado here in Texas $1.25
Sheesh, and I was complaining about paying a buck for one here in PA. Remember the days when things made sense? Oranges were cheaper in Florida and California and corn was cheaper in the states that grew it. As a kid, NJ was the blueberry and tomato capital. Now, its all imported. Garlic in supermarkets almost exclusively from China! Globalized market to redistribute the money.
But our limes are still affordable (but pricey)…36 cents for one.
You may not want to hear the answer to that question.
yesterday I went for a few grocery items….bread, a few canned goods, two steaks, on sale for 17.89/lb., down from 23.98/lb. and some veggies. $93.57. And a 12 oz. package of cream cheese was $6.79. That shortage from around Christmastime has made sure of this shocking price. My new motto: If I can’t eat it or make my car go, I don’t buy it.
Morning, parichute. Yes…moi aussi. For my shopping, it boils down to the bill at checkout for half of what I normally purchase is about the same for my pre-Communist shop.
Good News! Florida man found guilty of child abuse — thanks to quick-thinking waitress’s note
Flaviane Carvalho was working at Mrs. Potato Restaurant in Orlando on New Year’s Day last year when Timothy Lee Wilson, 36, visited the eatery with his family.
While serving the family’s table, Carvalho noticed that no food had been ordered for the young boy.
The observant restaurant worker then noticed that the child had several scratches and bruises on his face and arms, WESH 2 reported.
Concerned, the heroic server secretly wrote a note reading “Do you need help?” and flashed it to the then-11-year-old — while standing behind his unwitting parents.
The child nodded yes and Carvalho immediately called 911.

Nice.
Good morning Hayseed. Nice to get a good story in. Double that being the story is of a child. It’s bad enough that this world is so callous toward adults but leave the children alone.
I’m thinking that one person coming to this child’s aid will make a huge difference in the child’s mental health as well as his physical well-being.

I did not see D-Day mentioned anywhere, usually it gets noted somewhere w/the iconic photo of the boys getting off the Higgins boat.
Very sad to me, I had a friend that survived Omaha Beach, he passed a few years ago. One of his concerns was that we would no longer remember.
I was busy yesterday.

They are supposed to mention it, I am referring to regular media and blogs. I took my friend to the D-Day Memorial in Bedford and he was correcting the tour guide. “Well, when I was there it wasn’t like that”. It was a hoot. Eventually the guide realized what a gem he had in the golf cart, started asking questions and wanted to hear his stories. And that took a while.

Biden snubs D-Day’s 77th anniversary, angering veterans | Fox News
Thx, I will go find it.
It is all part of our cultural shift and changes in our value system. Hubby and I hold dear some of our dad’s possessions from WWII. My FIL left a scrapbook his family kept during his time in the army, complete with maps, local newspaper articles, western union telegrams from the army notifying his parents he was MIA, then later POW. He was a POW in a German Stalag for 20 months. Censored letters, photos are all included. Other than our peers, no one is very interested. We have a grandson who has taken an interest in books on WWII, so we hope he will value this treasure someday.
The combination of a loving and involved family in a child’s and grandchild’s life, who share the family history is very important.
Good history and English teachers will foster interest.
old-school, it sounds like your grandson has been blessed by such people in his life.
We have a 14 yr. old granddaughter who is interested in WW 1 & WW 2. Her interest has been nurtured by the above.
Homeschooling, then a Christian school, has certainly helped.
Plus, Grandma here loves to give good history books to her. : )
We take our role as grandparents seriously, as do you. I only wish my kids would have listened to us about private, Christian schools.
We are the keepers of the flame. God bless you and yours.
Thank you for your kind words and blessing, old-school.
We are blessed to have 7 grandchildren, and 3 bonus grandchildren.
We are thankful that all have been raised in Christian homes, and all love Jesus.
I like what you wrote: We are keepers of the flame.
I hope that you don’t live far away from your grands.
You are blessed! So are we. We live close to ours and are part of their lives in every way.
To what ends?
Like every problem today the negative always gets scooped up and put forward as the salvation.
High labor costs? overseas jobs. Or import and destroy our country. Instead of efficient manufacturing that is quality.
Schools, erase history instead of teaching how to change it for the better.
God! Let’s remove him. Literally the only “good” our world has, so we can be free to plunge into hell.
And truly…everything fits under Gods presence or his absence.
Anyway, I’ve got a belly full of this negativity lately and it’s making me want to puke. I shall read my Bible today and speak with God. Somehow he always rights my ship.
If I could change the world I would, but I will settle for changing my focus and my world.
A real treasure. Your family is fortunate to have kept them and understand the significance.
We are very fortunate for the treasure, but mostly for the men we were lucky enough to call “Dad”.
The wretched man installed in the WH ignored it last year. This year he must have decided to “do better”.
Tweeted out a D-Day message last night….at 8:45 pm.
This anti-American administration…and yes, I include the Pentagon and the DoD…aren’t fit to wear the uniforms. They spit in the face of honour and service.
But heaven forfend they don’t advertise their degradation by forgetting to splash it in coloured lights on our house this month.
I cried when I read the article about the Marines going woke for Pride Month. It is beyond my comprehension and it angers me for all those in the past that have given so much only for the culture, history, and tradition to grind it all down.
I weep with you, Leave. One of my twin grandsons wants to join the military. Normally I would be so proud, and I am.proud that he wants to. But the military of yesteryear is no more. I am terrified, especially concerning vaxxes. I will have a grandmother to man talk with him if it ever looks as if he is getting close. Things might change by then, though I’m sceptical.
Honour for the military brass has been cancelled. I deeply understand how you feel. B

The Greatest Source of Power
Whatever you ask in My name, that I will do… —John 14:13
Am I fulfilling this ministry of intercession deep within the hidden recesses of my life? There is no trap nor any danger at all of being deceived or of showing pride in true intercession. It is a hidden ministry that brings forth fruit through which the Father is glorified. Am I allowing my spiritual life to waste away, or am I focused, bringing everything to one central point— the atonement of my Lord? Is Jesus Christ more and more dominating every interest of my life? If the central point, or the most powerful influence, of my life is the atonement of the Lord, then every aspect of my life will bear fruit for Him.
However, I must take the time to realize what this central point of power is. Am I willing to give one minute out of every hour to concentrate on it? “If you abide in Me…”— that is, if you continue to act, and think, and work from that central point— “you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you” (John 15:7). Am I abiding? Am I taking the time to abide? What is the greatest source of power in my life? Is it my work, service, and sacrifice for others, or is it my striving to work for God? It should be none of these— what ought to exert the greatest power in my life is the atonement of the Lord. It is not on what we spend the greatest amount of time that molds us the most, but whatever exerts the most power over us. We must make a determination to limit and concentrate our desires and interests on the atonement by the Cross of Christ.
“Whatever you ask in My name, that I will do….” The disciple who abides in Jesus is the will of God, and what appears to be his free choices are actually God’s foreordained decrees. Is this mysterious? Does it appear to contradict sound logic or seem totally absurd? Yes, but what a glorious truth it is to a saint of God.

Morning
Men ought always to pray, and not to faint. Luke 18:1
Which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves; for a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him? And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee. I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth. Luke 11:5-8
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints. Eph. 6:18

Forgive all my sins. Psa. 25:18
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. Isa. 1:18
Be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee. Matt. 9:2
I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins. Isa. 43:25
The Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins. Matt. 9:6
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace. Eph. 1:7
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour. Titus 3:5-6
Having forgiven you all trespasses; blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross. Col. 2:13-14
Bless the LORD, O my soul…. who forgiveth all thine iniquities. Psa. 103:2-3

PLEASE PRAY FOR ONE ANOTHER
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow, that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.
Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ.
AMEN.

Good Morning ms Idaho!
Your joke has a loud ring of truth to it..now I’ve got sticks laying all over the ground, again. Sigh ☹️
isn’t there a kids game – pick up sticks?
a Chinese stick = pick nags at my brain – good luck follows?
if you’d tell the trees to stop waving their arms and promote ‘wind’, that might help too
Praying we all have a great (blessed) Tuesday
hugs to all
Mornin’ Treepers
Glory to God for all things.
Good morning Lonestar. Hoping you have a beauty of a day ahead of you. Cheers!
Betsy,
I am sure you saw the story where the Queen was represented as a hologram in the golden carriage the other day. As the cabal gets bolder, they are not even trying to hide what is faked anymore.
The corollary to this story reminds us not to believe any images we are shown.
Is the holographic queen riding in the golden carriage a metaphor for what has become of the “royal family”?
I did, LS. It was clever, but after she is no longer on the throne my view is that the cultists who will follow her means the monarchy will go into steep decline. She is who the public love as opposed to the institution which will diminish in relevance.
Charles is an eccentric, who when he ascends the throne wants to change the Coronation Oath so that instead of swearing to be the Defender of THE Faith (Christianity), wants to swear to be the Defender of ALL Faiths.
In other words Christianity itself will be relegated equality with Islam, Buddhism, Sikhism, etc.
If he gets his way, he will take that Oath in an Anglican Church. Will the Archbishop of Canterbury, a man who has betrayed in so many ways God Himself, allow that? I’m sure you see the problem.
It was the address William gave to the Jubilee crowd which I found most disgraceful and problematic. The centrepiece was his admission that he and the whole family, Queen included, are followers and devotees of the satanic, Marxist, fascist Green Cult.
So, I fear Britain (which is now in the clutches of the WEF) has signed its death warrant. I am not being hyperbolic. And that makes my husband and me extremely sad.
UPDATE: I’m changing the adjective I used to describe Charles from “eccentric” to “unhinged”.
He is proposing that all cows be masked. He has visited a factory in the UK which manufactures the masks with solar powered fans so cows can continue to chew their cuds.
I’ve got no words.
<speechless>
It was all I could do to post that lunacy.
I think they may be trying to placate that loser Harry.
Loser is right… when I saw Markle walking straight into Kensington Palace when she was just a girlfriend, my heart sank, and I knew…just knew…he’d marry her. He was looking for a mother substitute, and he found her.
He dated so many lovely ladies with breeding and decorum, all of whom dumped him. They clearly could see what they’d be signing on with. Lucky escapes…all of them.
Here’s something that caught my attention, as I am somewhat more into gardening than the average person, and I am also kind of an amateur student of fathers of today with traditional values, and how they are tackling that role.
I too am not in favor of excessive “safety” warnings, or even raising your kids in too protective of an environment. This did strike me as odd though, that a man with two kids could purchase something like oleander at a garden center, with his two small children in tow, and no one mentioned to him that this could be a problem.
Maybe it could be because businesses are now lucky to get any help at all, so they people they do hire aren’t as knowledgeable as nursery workers in the before times?
I know where I live, the older, family owned garden businesses, where you could be sure to get expert answers to all your questions, took a bigger hit than Lowe’s and Walmart, from the shutdown.
my poor memory made me look it up:
Oleander toxins affect dogs, cats, horses and cattle as well as humans and even bees according to Mississippi State University Extension. If you decide to plant oleanders, choose the location carefully.
Is this a case of buyer beware?
Must be, it just seems strange. I believe he’s in California, and generally when there is something with a lot of toxicity to it in your area, the nursery and landscape people are aware of it.
I know there are a lot of plants that you can just tell your kids not to put them in their mouths and they’ll be fine, but this one can be harmful just from contact.
Would you all please pray for me and put me on the prayer list, please?
I need prayers so very much right now and in the coming days/months.
Thank you- you all mean more to me than you could know.
2b…whatever troubles you have, you can be assured that we all here will be praying for you. I’m so so sorry that you are overwhelmed and feeling lost.
But God knows where you are, and He is most assuredly with you, as is his Beloved Son. Always, through the darkest waters. Have faith please, which I know from personal experience can sometimes be very difficult. But while you are struggling, please be assured our prayers will be with you. 🙏B
2b, I saw a woman at my neighbourhood Walmart today. She was wearing a tee shirt and a cross it it said “Mercies Triumph Over Tribulation”.
Keep this in your head and in your heart and say it to yourself often each day. He is the Father of all mercies.
How did I see this today and then find your request? Chance? Perhaps not. I’d like to think so anyway.🙏
God bless you, 2b. I second Betsy’s comments and will be praying for you. You are not alone.
Blessings
Please add my prayers as well 2b. You might want to add your request for prayers HERE as well..
….so many more Treepers can offer their prayers.
Prayers delivered. More coming. God bless.
Amen
Amen.
amen.
And earlier I saw an Epoch Times article broadcasting excellent results from a monoclonal antibody treatment for cancer, 12 out of 12 patients experienced remission? Article is in New England Journal of Medicine. I passed this along to my dear friend whose younger sister has bowel cancer, and whose devoted friend since childhood has bladder cancer. Praying for healing for all those we love…
