Impeachment by itself can be an effective political weapon, even if removal is not possible in the Senate. We saw that with PT. Johnson’s closing remark was “people need to know the truth”. An impeachment investigation and hearing may be the most effective, and perhaps the only way to expose the whole truth of the current coup d’état. And exposing the whole truth may be more valuable in the long run than an immediate Biden removal.
The big difference between impeaching Trump vs Biden is the Rs loved Pence and would be willing to trade Trump for him to ascend the throne. But the Senate understood that removing Trump would be suicidal.

At this point, I don’t care for any of the candidates. I was poised to vote for Mandel, despite President Trump’s endorsement of Vance. We saw Mandel over a week ago, he had a campaign stop with General Flynn and someone from Project Veritas and they all gave good speeches, said some things about Vance. The Strongsville GOP is who hosted it and they endorse Mandel. The Strongsville GOP has been connected to my county’s GOP so that’s how I knew about it.
But then I got an email, he was having another rally featuring TED CRUZ and that has bothered me ever since. Then I see Don Jr is dogging Mandel, who they seemingly supported in ’18 for Senate until he dropped out and PT asked Renacci to run in place, who lost to Brown because the GOP never supported his campaign. Now Renacci is running for governor again and DeRINO will probably win because they got a splitter in there of Blystone.
But I don’t know which is now the biggest faker between Mandel and Vance. I am also not keen on President Trump’s endorsement of Dr. Oz over Kathy Barnette and I saw he had endorsed a long shot in Wisconsin for governor but couldn’t endorse Barnette. Really upsetting. So, Vance, who has dogged Pres Trump and his supporters up to ’19 has decided to grovel and butter him and us up for his Senate run. He wasn’t even registered as a Republican! Who knows if his wife is a Democrat, she clerked for Justice Roberts in DC before they came back to Ohio for his desire to be in government. Mandel had a good chance to win the Senate in ’18 if he would have stayed in the race. But supposedly, it is being reported he is also a two face.
The other three are out of the question, no way to any of those three, I remember Gibbons from ’18 and he was not a Trump supporter and I believe said we needed to amnesty illegals or supported the Dream Act, so now I need to choose between the two and I was sticking with Mandel and now not so sure. Very frustrating because I don’t want any bullcrap like we see in this video. Enough is enough. Republicans play nice as a strategy to let the Democrats do the dirty work while they act helpless. They couldn’t even impeach Clinton on the right thing, selling us out and our defense secrets to China, Lincoln bedroom and all that, but on a stupid affair.
Anyway, now we are wondering if General Flynn is sincere or needs the money due to being put through the ringer and losing his house and all that. I don’t know what to think. It’s all because of Ted Cruz, a very poor choice for an endorsement. Apparently, Josh Hawley and MTG and Gaetz all support Vance, too.
Now I may end up voting for Vance after all but if I see any monkey business like “principled Republican” crap who won’t do the right thing, then that is the last time I will trust an endorsement again. We all went through hell with crappy cabinet picks and traitors almost all, Grenell was the only one worth a damn. I’m still doing my own research. I can understand how Mandel had to support people a decade ago that turned out to be traitors to the American people but I really resent someone who turned his nose up to us within the past couple years.
What’s really frustrating is this is an optimal year to really primary with America First candidates and not have to worry about the Democrat winning because between the inflation, CRT, transgender madness, everything, the Democrats have lost voters. So unless you live in really lefty state, I’d say it’s safe to go for the right candidate. And I’d say that it’s safe to vote for the right candidate in Pennsylvania. But I don’t know who that is in Ohio right now.
Another thing I remember when Mandel ran for Senate several years ago. I believe I did not vote for him in the primary. I recall he didn’t have anything about illegal immigration on his platform. I don’t know why he and his wife have divorced either. Also, I don’t recall Mandel ever doing weird antics like standing in a corn field at night with this gun talking about the second amendment or something like that. But I read he is doing things like that to appeal and get our vote. I don’t know what to believe now.
I really can’t stand these people. “Gee, Senator McConnell, I didn’t know you were a communist, too. By doing nothing or doing the wrong thing, you have given your blessing on their behavior and policies.” It’s time to really call them out.

At that Mandel rally we went to that featured General Flynn, Mandel talked about how when he was Treasurer of the State, he made Ohio public salaries transparent and fought for transparency against Kasich. Apparently, that was his crown achievement as he didn’t really speak of anything else but what else can you do as treasurer anyway?
Sanctity of Selection:
The sanctity of selection, the process of the vote, is to many extremely important. To those who have fought, bled and almost died for the right, it is paramount.
When I was a small child my father took me to the polls to educate on the process and when we took the completed ballot to the box for deposit, the poll worker reached out to take it from my father’s hand.
Some batter ensued which concluded with my father saying “I fought, bled and almost died for the right to place this ballot in the box and I will do so, and once I do you may loose it.”
My father fought for 24 months during World War II, beginning with the invasion of North Africa, then Sicily and Italy. He was critically wounded during the battle for Casino and was very lucky to survive. I fought for 18 months of the Viet Nam War, am as serious about the sanctity of the vote as my father.
Being raised in a western mining and ranching community, by war veterans, to have high standards, pay attention to detail and to not go along to get along; my core values have been more than some from the genteel world are able to accommodate.
Being raised by men, machines and dynamite; one understands the lack of standards and detail present opportunity for destruction and death. In the commercial realm, contracts go void, plants shut down, people go unemployed and children go hungry.
When we as a nation abrogate personal responsibility for protecting the sanctity of selection, we deserve the tragic result. When we accept corruption and cast away the heritage of our children and those yet born for personal ease; we well deserve to be forgotten in disgust.
I don’t know anything About Comer.
However, right or wrong, I do think the Repubs don’t have any desire to impeach Biden due to political reasons. He is so unpopular that they think it benefits to keep him in the White House and run against him and his policies all the way to 2024. It could also be that they are trying to win over independents in the next election who do not want to hear impeachments, they want Biden’s policies blocked.
I’m also not sure I think Biden should be impeached. Being a bad president is not grounds for impeachment. There would need to be established high crimes. I suspect those high crimes may be there if they do authentic investigations (especially surrounding Hunter’s laptop and Ukraine); but, they need to find them.
However, anyone who stands in the way of any serious investigations or blocks subpoenas the way Paul Ryan did (when speaker) needs to step down or be removed from any important investigative committees.
As much as that THIEF deserves removal, let him stumble along cornered by people more decent than he is. Let him be Exhibit A for flushing the D party into oblivion.
The failure to protect the Southern border is just one major reason for impeachment! He’s allowing our country to be invaded by foreigners and where does he send money? Ukraine! Our money is being sent to protect him and his fellow D.C. traitors in the Congress, while our border is out of control. He needs to be impeached and removed. How do we affect change in Washington DC? I only see two ways:
1. Try to re-elect Donald Trump and hope and pray that the Democrats and Republicans cannot steal another election. Then, once he is in office, he will have to nominate an Attorney General who has 10 times more integrity than Eliot Ness on his worst day. Along with that person, he will need to nominate the rest of the DOJ political appointees, with ALL of them having the same level of integrity as the AG. THEN, he will have to figure out how to get them confirmed by the Senate. Only at that point can they begin to start removing the corrupt DOJ leadership and affecting change.
2. Call an article 5 Constitutional Convention of the States. Pass the amendments that comprise The Conservative Agenda.
THE CONSERVATIVE AGENDA
AMENDMENT 28 TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
(Constitutional Amendment Requiring Term-Limits for Elected Officials and Federal Judges)
1. The President of the United States
a. The President may serve up to four terms in office. No person, during their lifetime, may serve as president more than 16 years in total.
b. Any Third or Fourth term must also be won with 60% of the Electoral College. Failure to win the 60% of Electoral College shall result in the candidate with the next most Electoral votes winning the Election.
c. A current President seeking reelection shall be limited to using Federal Resources for the following while campaigning:
i. Standard Secret Service protection.
ii. 5 Persons Total in traveling party who are elected, appointed and/or employed by the Federal Government.
iii. Any campaign event during the course of a Presidential Trip outside of Washington DC shall deem the entirety of that trip a campaign event. All transportation costs, hotel costs, food costs and any other expenses not covered under Sections (i) and (ii) shall be reimbursed to the Federal Government no more than 72 hours from the return of the President to the White House.
iv. “Campaign Event” includes”:
1. Any event, meeting, gathering or electronic broadcast where campaign money is solicited or election strategy is discussed.
2. Any event, meeting, gathering or electronic broadcast where political campaign donations or pledged donations are required for admittance, attendance or viewing.
3. Any event, meeting, gathering or electronic broadcast speech where the President or any other political candidate solicits votes, campaign contributions, campaign support or otherwise requests support for any partisan election issue.
d. Candidates for President shall be prohibited from taking any money, goods or services from any corporation, business or organization for the purpose of supporting a campaign or remunerating a candidate.
e. Only United States Citizens may contribute to a Presidential Campaign Fund.
f. An Individual Campaign Donation to a Presidential Campaign Fund shall be limited to $5000 dollars in Total for a 4 Year Election Cycle.
g. Each Candidate shall disclose the source of each dollar and donor contributing to the candidate’s campaign within 24 hours of receipt of the donation. This shall include any pledge or agreement to reimburse money that has been spent. Any candidate who spends his or her own money shall disclose within 24 hours of receipt of the donation the personal monies, goods and/or services contributed to the campaign.
h. All campaign donations left unspent on each campaign shall be donated to a charity supporting families of soldiers killed in active duty.
i. No President or Vice-President shall receive the benefits of the signing a bill, or casting a vote, to raise the compensation for their respective offices.
2. United States Senators
a. Shall be elected by all Houses of the several State Legislatures.
b. Terms shall be limited to a Lifetime Total of 2 six-year terms.
c. Terms for the Senators in each State shall be staggered by 2 years.
d. A Senator may be recalled and removed at any time by a two-thirds vote of Both Houses of the State Legislature.
e. A Senator serving in a recall capacity shall serve the remainder of that Senate term. That Senator shall be eligible to serve 1 additional full 6-year term.
f. No person shall serve as a Senator for more than a total of 12 years.
g. No Senator shall receive the Benefits of a Vote to raise the Compensation for their office.
3. Members of the House of Representatives
a. Representation in the House shall be set at 1 for every 50,000 Citizens of the United States.
b. The Decadal Census of the United States shall set the official population of the States.
c. Terms shall be limited to a Lifetime Total of 4 two-year terms. No person may serve more than 8 years as a Representative in the United States House of Representatives.
d. Candidates shall be prohibited from taking any money, goods or services from any business, company or organization for the purpose of campaigning or remunerating a candidate.
e. An Individual Campaign Donation to a candidate for the House of Representatives shall meet the following restrictions. The donor must:
i. Be a Citizen of the United States.
ii. Officially reside in and be registered to vote in the district of the candidate to whom they are donating. Citizens shall be registered to vote in only 1 voting district.
iii. Limit the donation to $1000 Dollars in Total for a 2 Year Election Cycle.
f. Each Candidate shall disclose within 24 hours:
i. The name and address of each donor contributing to the candidate’s campaign.
ii. The amount of the donor’s contribution.
iii. This shall include any pledge or agreement to reimburse money that has been spent, or any debt that has been incurred. Any candidate who spends his or her own money shall disclose the personal monies, goods and/or services contributed to the campaign.
g. All campaign donations left unspent on the day the candidate is elected or defeated shall be forfeited by the candidate and/or campaign and donated to a charity supporting families of soldiers killed in active duty.
h. No Representative shall receive the benefits of a vote to raise the compensation for their office.
4. Federal Judges
a. Shall be appointed for one 15 year term only after being approved and confirmed by the United States Senate.
b. Judges wishing to serve longer than 1 term may be re-appointed to 1 additional 10 year term only after being re-approved and re-confirmed by the United States House of Representatives.
c. Any Federal judge having 3 opinions overturned by the Supreme Court shall be ineligible for a second term in office.
5. Federal Retirement Plans
a. The President of the United States shall be entitled to 50% of salary for life. A Vice-President shall be entitled to 25% of salary for life, unless elected to the office of President or upon election to the United States Senate or House of Representatives. Both a President and Vice-President after leaving office shall, upon request, be provided protection by the Secret Service.
b. United States Senators and Representatives to the House shall not be entitled to any Retirement or Health Care Plan funded by the United States. Each Senator and Representative is responsible for their Personal Financial Retirement Plan and Health Care.
c. All Federal Judges shall not be entitled to any Retirement or Health Care Plan funded by the United States. Each Federal Judge is responsible for their Personal Financial Retirement Plan and Health Care.
AMENDMENT 29 TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
(Constitutional Amendment requiring a Balanced Budget)
1. Legislation passed by Congress and signed by the President may spend in deficit only when BOTH of the following occur in order:
a. Signed Declaration of National Emergency by the President specifying:
i. The Cause of the National Emergency.
ii. The Specified Danger of the National Emergency
iii. The Departments and/or Agencies which will administer the Expenditures.
b. Five-Sixths Approval of both the United State Senate and the House of Representatives.
2. Deficit shall be defined as “Allocating Expenditures for, and/or Expending Monies in, a Fiscal Year that exceed the Previous Fiscal Year’s Federal Tax Receipts”.
3. Each Department and Agency of the Executive Branch, the Legislative Branch and the Judicial Branch shall have its own separate spending authorization passed by the Congress. Each of these authorizations shall have separate recorded votes of all members of both houses.
4. No Federal Monies shall be appropriated without a recorded vote of the individual members of both houses.
5. Violations of this law shall be punishable by 5 year mandatory prison sentence. Violation is defined as:
a. A member of the House or Senate casting a vote to deficit spend when a Declaration of National Emergency has not been signed.
b. A spending authorization being passed and sent for signature by the President without a record of the individual votes of all members.
c. President not vetoing a bill that deficit spends, unless a Declaration of National Emergency was previously signed before the bill was introduced in the Congress.
6. Allow 5 years to produce the first balanced budget from date of ratification.
AMENDMENT 30 TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
(Constitutional Amendment Reforming Federal Tax Collection)
1. All portions of the Federal Tax Code are hereby abolished two years from date of ratification of this amendment.
2. The United States Federal Government shall be limited to collecting taxes, fees and licenses only by authority of this Amendment.
3. Personal Income Taxes shall be initially limited to a 17% Flat Tax on wages earned by all Citizens who have attained the age of 18. There shall be No Deductions allowed to offset taxable wages.
4. Wages shall include: Salaries, tips, capital gains, dividends, stock awards, and any other compensation.
5. No deferred taxation will be allowed. All monies contributed to retirement plans shall be taxed before contribution. All monies received from retirement plans after the age of 65 shall not be taxed.
6. Corporations and businesses which manufacture, build, assemble, and provide goods and services in the United States shall not be assessed income taxes.
7. The percentage of the Flat Tax may be changed only by a four-fifths vote of both houses of Congress and signature by the President. This vote must be recorded.
AMENDMENT 31 TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
(Constitutional Amendment Securing Identity and Reforming Immigration)
1. All persons in the United States shall be uniquely identified by biometric data (e.g. Finger Prints, Iris scan, DNA, etc…)
2. Create, and administer through the States, a Secure National ID Card and Database.
3. ALL Federal, State and Local Government agencies and authorities shall be forbidden to use the Secure National ID and Database for anything other than the following:
a. Identification of individuals suspected or charged with crimes not related to this amendment.
b. Identification of individuals seeking to transact business with the Federal, State or Local Governments.
c. Identification of individuals voting in Federal, State and Local Municipal elections.
4. All visitors to the United States, regardless of duration of stay or reason for visit, shall be issued a National Visitor Identity Card. The only exception to this shall be diplomats of foreign countries. All countries must identify all Diplomats in the United States.
5. All visiting workers in the United States shall be identified and entered into the Secure National ID Database, with detailed work permit information.
6. All employers in the United States, corporate and individual, must use the Secure National ID Database to E-VERIFY all current employees and those seeking employment.
7. Any person not entered into the Secure National ID Database shall be ineligible for employment. Any government agency, corporation or individual employing an individual not found in the Secure National ID Database shall be in violation of this statute. Penalties for violation shall be $50,000 per violation per day.
8. After 1 calendar year from passage of this law, any foreigner detained and/or arrested in the United States without a valid National Visitor Identity Card shall be deported and permanently barred from re-entry into the United States.
9. Citizenship Status in the United States Shall be defined as follows:
i. A person born in the United States to parents both of whom are United States Citizens.
ii. A person born outside of the United States to parents both of whom are United States Citizens who maintain permanent residence in the United States.
iii. A person born in the United States to one parent who is a United States Citizens AND who has maintained permanent continuous residence in the United States until the Child is 18 years old.
i. All others who attain US Citizenship.
10. Citizenship shall not be conferred to children born in the United States to non-citizens.
a. Exceptions:
i. A child born to two lawfully married parents, whose marriage is more than 1 year before the date of the child’s birth, when only one parent is a citizen of the United States. The parent who is a US Citizen must petition for US Citizenship for the child in writing.
ii. A child born to two lawfully married parents, whose marriage is more than 1 year before the date of the child’s birth, and the parents have already applied for citizenship in the United States. The parents must attain United States Citizenship in order for the child to attain Citizenship.
AMENDMENT 32 TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
(Constitutional Amendment Banning Abortion)
1. Anyone who by predetermination causes an unborn child to be killed before, during or immediately upon delivery shall be guilty of murder.
a. Exception may be granted when licensed, medical determination is made and documented that the life of the mother is at grave and immediate risk of death by continuation of the pregnancy.
2. Penalty for violations of this law to be set at not less than 50 years imprisonment and permanent revocation of license to practice medicine.
AMENDMENT 33 TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
(Constitutional Amendment Giving The Courts Authorization to Utilize Military Police To Enforce Court Orders involving Executive or Legislative Branch Government Elected, Appointed and Civil Servant Officials.)
That’s almost as easy as declaring war on the government and anyone whom supports them, killing them all off and starting over.
The American people need the truth, but no one will be held accountable. Democrats are taking notes for next time.
