The CDC is a subservient regulatory agency just like every other agency within government and is just as subject to the laws and legal limitations of the constitution as any other agency would be. The CDC has no right to interfere between a patient and his caring doctor. The CDC knows nothing of the condition and history of the patient and which is the most appropriate treatment in every case. At best they can supply information and advise but should have no right to prevent a patient from seeking a second medical opinion or to object to those who would question their dictates.
There is NO basis in the Constitution for any kind of forced ‘care.’

Last night Philadelphia rescinded its mask mandate. Funny, because yesterday afternoon Kenny was all about defending the mandate.
Coincidentally, (but probably not) last night there was a huge gathering at a packed church in North Philadelphia. It was St. Joe’s Prep’s ring Mass where the juniors get their school rings. Many of the muckety muck in Philadelphia politics send their sons to Prep. Anyway, the church was packed with parents. I would say fewer than 10 percent there were wearing masks. The priest was, but not even the principal or school president were bothering. Only 2 out of about 250 boys were wearing a mask. I’m speculating that there were more than a few of the Philadelphia illuminati in attendance and they saw the writing on the wall. The school notified us at 9:42 pm that the Philadelphia mandate was lifted. The Philadelphia press got wind of the lifting shortly after 10:00 pm.

I am scheduled to travel to Philadelphia next week . I called my hotel, contacted the corporate owner of the hotel, the trade association and the Philly city hall to confirm they had a mask requirement. This was the day after the court decision. I knew the answer to my question. So I delivered my answer to each of them that I would be cancelling my visit.
