i’m certainly no expert but it is my understanding that they can at least make referrals to DOJ for prosecution, and they have in the past. The problem is, the DOJ is where justice goes to die. They couldn’t get Barr to investigate election fraud and they certainly aren’t going to get the current DOJ under Garland to prosecute anything.

Yup, it’s very easy to be negative. It’s difficult to take the information and figure out what we can do individually or collectively about it. If nothing else, it helps us to formulate a potential path to a potential future in our mind and allow us to prepare accordingly.

Plan going forward: DEVELOP HARD EVIDENCE of a criminal act. Period.

Produce the evidence…refer it formally to the DOJ…then beat them over the head until they either form a special counsel or start another avenue for justice…which may end up being laying out the evidence to the american people and showing the DOJ to be the corrupt institution that is has become. And do it with maximum impact in 2022 and tie together every single democrat who has even made a single comment about the hunter laptop and use their words to make them fail in an election.

Even more troubling is the first laptop that Hunter lost, one that he has said was stolen by Russian drug dealers at the height of a protracted series of drug-fueled orgies.
We know of incriminating e-mails, pornography (likely including minors), and the existence of encryption keys for secure federal servers. What else is there? Just what we know about would be enough to put most anyone else behind bars for a rather long time. Will the Biden family skate on this as well?

The lead investigator for the House Intelligence Committee’s 2018 probe into the FBI’s investigation of alleged Trump–Russia collusion, Kash Patel, said the fact that the Hillary Clinton campaign is paying a penalty to Federal Election Commission (FEC) is an admittance of guilt.
Clinton and DNC are doing so to bury the narrative and prevent more media coverage of these illegal activities, said Patel.
“I think the public sees what that is. It’s their way of burying the narrative, because if they contested what happens, more media coverage, more people start looking into these things,” Patel said.
“So the Hillary Clinton campaign is not contesting it, they’re paying the fine. It’s basically admitting that they did this and they’re out is: ‘we just don’t want a protracted legal deal, as if the Hillary Clinton campaign and DNC ever shied away from taking something or someone to court,” Patel added.
I’ve been telling those who I have come to know that seek political office that I wanted to be their “Bag Man” for many years. Most just smiled, many standing by who heard my request did not know what that job entailed but the wanna be politician certainly knew. Driving on a toll road one sees the bag man in the collector of funds for the privilege of using that road, so you should get the connection.

Chuck Grassley strongly wanted Donald Trump removed as President.
Grassley’s sponsors in agri-business wanted and still want that open southern border. They have no other business model.
Grassley therefore wanted to see Biden installed as President.
Grassley likes the fact Biden is deeply corrupt and venal. That is Biden’s main selling point.
Grassley knew, months in advance, that the 2020 election was fixed and Biden would win (as did McConnell, as did McCarthy, as did Pelosi etc.)
Grassley knew, as did most everyone, that the allegations about Hunter and his laptop were all true. Grassley knew that the Bidens were owned by China long before the election.
It is possible, but unlikely, that Grassley now wants to see Kamala installed. So what is Grassley playing at?

I hate it when Grassley reads his staff’s notes during Senate testimony without first reading it himself. He’s just a reporter of their writings. You can easily tell from his stumbling of the words that it is not his.
Grassley is the embodiment of “The wheels of justice turn s-l-o-o-o-w-l-y, but grind exceedingly fine.”
