IMHO, it is time that the conservatives begin to pursue legal options against those that have lied and slandered about the efforts of individuals to protect EVERYONE’s Constitutional rights and freedoms. Wow, tough crowd here today. I, too, have learned a lot about history from Glenn. Why wouldn’t you want him to interview Ted? He’s a great interviewer and might get Ted to s’plain himself.
Glenn’s apology is enough for me and since then he has been a valuable resource. If you don’t want to listen then don’t but you can always learn something from listening to people, even if all you learn is that you still don’t like them.
But cancelling one’s speech is what the Demoncrats do -the right of free speech guarantees we can all say what we want even if others disagree, it’s more about speech with which we don’t agree than speech with which we do agree. Steve Harrigan on the Kilmeade radio today was downright frightening. It was beyond upsetting, I couldn’t pick my jaw up off the floor and turn off the radio fast enough. They are very dangerous people.
I logged into Fox Nation just a little while ago after reading your comment and browsed through the entire 3 hours of Kilmeade’s show from yesterday. There’s probably about 2 hours of show with the rest being commercials and hourly news.
In the final half hour of the show, Harrigan was on the phone with Kilmeade. Harrigan was talking about how badly Russian military is doing and how great the Ukraine defenses are performing. At one point Harrigan spoke at length about the possibility of Putin using sarin gas in Ukraine. That was pure fear mongering. Harrigan is yet another war monger trying to gin up sentiment to get violent against Putin.
But the entire Kilmeade show was very pro-Ukraine and anti-Putin. Not a word was breathed from any of the guests about the nazi globalists or significant corruption in which the U.S. is deeply involved. Bottom line, Kilmeade is controlled opposition and unreliable for getting raw unfiltered truth without being spun to suit the DC RINO Establishment.
I strongly dislike Kilmeade – he’s not authentic.

I do not think people realize how badly the judiciary is corrupted. I am not at all encouraged that President Trump will be given honest and fair treatment and permitted to get justice for the multitude of severe crimes committed against him, and by proxy, against his hundred-plus million supporters.
I will be very happy if my concerns do not become reality.

Re PDJT lawsuit, I recall a respected legal mind (perhaps Technofog) suggesting that Durham could only take the case so far – Durham can only address criminality. But that the evidence Durham was accumulating was well-suited for a civil case.
Keep in mind all the people named in PDJT suit 1) acquired significant legal bills as a result of Durham and 2) likely to have already testified in front of GJ on Durham. Now they are all named in PDJT civil suit – so they are 1) looking at more legal fees over a long period of time with the Trump suit and 2) locked in to whatever narrative they testified to in front of grand jury. Seems likely that GJ testimony puts Trumps case way ahead of most other civil cases. And I don’t see this cast of characters settling with Trump.

I asked a friend who is familiar with the judges in Palm Beach County and was told that Middlebrooks is by far one of the best, least political and certainly nothing like the Obama judges in Miami and Washington DC. President Trump could have gotten much, much worse!
As I understand the rules in Florida, when filing a civil RICO lawsuit the plaintiff must provide facts, not opinions, sufficient enough to prove a RICO violation in order to support a prima facie case. For civil RICO suits, there are basically three things that must be presented and factually supported in the plaintiff’s complaint:
If any one of these three requirements are not factually well-supported, the judge will declare the prima facie case has not been met and the RICO suit will be tossed.
Let’s hope that this suit has plenty of specificity in reading and they’ve got Rico investigators cause it can get kicked and needing to be refiled.

This was a good interview of President Trump by Glenn Beck. It was mutually respectful and enjoyable.
It is disgusting that P Trump has to go to a massively expensive civil suit instead of the DOJ. But as he said, Barr was terrified of being impeached by the DEM/RINO’S in addition to whatever other clandestine reasons he had to let the numerous Dem criminals walk away laughing from any prosecutions. Barr’s history with the Bushes was also likely a big factor.
One minor criticism is that when P T is talking about the stolen election it sounds more like a long standing personal grievance than a fact with substantial evidence. It was a short interview but I think if he’s going to talk about the stolen election, he should present a few examples including the 126-page report that retired Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Mike Gableman completed recently. Even Tucker interviewed Gableman who “announced Tuesday that there is enough evidence of voting irregularities for the (Wisconsin) Legislature to consider decertifying the results.”
Durham seems to have gone into hiding again. Hopefully, it’s just intense investigatory work that is holding him up rather than the end phase of his efforts.

My concern with this move is that it gives the left a narrative going into 2024 if (and likely when) his suit fails. All you will hear is how he lost his lawsuit and that he’s a loser. I think it’s important for all of this to come out, especially if we can get depositions from some of the key players, but may not go the way DJT wants it to go and thus it will be used against him. Now, if he’s decided NOT to run, and is using this as a way to expose everything, and a loss no longer matters, let’s roll. But if he IS running, and I’m betting he is, I just think this was an ill-planned move.

President Trump is wrong on Ukraine and Putin but he’s probably walking a tightrope because telling the truth that Biden baited Putin to invade Ukraine with a false hope of Ukraine joining NATO. The truth would unleash a news media firestorm against PDJT.
Maybe this really was all at face value: Russia did always want to invade Ukraine but Trump stood in the way; Trump is loyal enough to Zelensky for him not sinking Trump with selective/deceptive info that could have fueled impeachment; and Biden was weak so Putin decided that the moment was now.

Not only does this Civil Suit have merit (as Durham contested Horowitz statement there was no malice) it also serves to make public the true intent and interactions of those involved. We need accountability.
Lastly, having people who have purposefully abused their powers to an end, being held under a similar microscope and paying their own defense is good karma. I believe you will also see these defendants quieted during the election cycles as speaking out further complicates their defense.

I thought from what people have said, that there was something that happened AFTER all his anti-Trump stunts. Something that might explain his apologizing to President Trump in the 2020 election for the things Beck said about him in the 2016 election.
Now, on-line searches can’t be trusted, and those two links do have an anti-Mormon bent, so I’d be happy to be better informed. But what my search showed isn’t anything like what people are believing.
I.e. Beck had a conversion to Christianity when he joined the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons). Beck shared that conversion experience with Billy Graham in 2011 and was accepted as Christian. Beck is still a member of the LDS Church. (Still a Mormon.) Beck’s conversion to Christ predates his attacks on Trump and he has subsequently apologized for those attacks. Trump accepts that apology and is willing to participate on Beck’s show.

Speaking of heresy, there is a long line of creeds and councils used over the centuries to iron out exactly how to think about the trinity and call any other thought a heresy.
All were without the aid of Apostles, even the Apostolic creed. And without instructions from God, Jesus or Angels. All took place after the last known vision which is in the bible. Many took place as people were still trying to finalize what was in the bible. Yet others were argued and decided long after the bible was finalized. The bible is not a definitive source for these.

And that the long history of confusion and arguments has been cleared up via direct experience and instruction from above.
But as randy points out below, that is seen as much worse.
FWIW, all these arguments and fights were between people who believed in Christ. And getting kicked out of the only church allowed at the end of the Roman Empire didn’t stop them from believing. Many were forced to leave in order to believe and practice that belief. The Nestorians even spread the Gospel to China. Not many left today and most are under Islamic rule. But imagine having a competing Christianity from a schism almost as old as the finalized version of the scriptures. Imagine if Nestorian Christianity had supplanted Eastern religions and held off Islam, and the world were split by different beliefs in Christ. Everybody calling each other heretics. Given the wars between Catholics and Protestants, such a split could be devastating.
The Mormons have their own “Bible”, written by Joseph Smith, a false prophet.
