If this is true, and we have really no way of knowing any more what is true or fiction, then as far as I’m concerned, Russia had every right to go into Ukraine and shut down those labs. I saw that an estimated 730K Russians had died from Covid. Everybody knows Covid was a bio-lab weapon released on the world. That being the case, WHY would any country NOT move into a neighboring country that had numerous bio labs just south of their borders, if that country refused to shut them down? Wouldn’t we do that to Mexico, or even Canada?

Gen, thanks for mentioning that. My husband’s case was touch and go for awhile, even with us being as prepared as possible. And, now, I see some reports that there is possible lingering damage not just from the injections but also the illness itself. I realize many people got it and had “mild” cases, but it’s no joke. Lately, I’m not so worried about other countries (except the communists in China) because it turns out my government is funding research using pre-born babies dismembered alive and then using the results of that research to create “gain-of-function”pathogens.
First we focused on WuHan (1 lab), now we focus on Ukraine (many labs)

This is so sketchy. Just think about it. If you were a well-oiled corporation (which the US govt is not), you would have a helluva time effectively managing >300 operations as delicate as biolabs in foreign countries throughout the world.
Now think about the US govt. They don’t have a handle on these ops and you know they aren’t managing them closely, although they are clearly responsible. The whole thing needs to be shut down NOW.
Any entity within the process that can shift liability to others, no longer cares. It’s no longer their business.
For example, the French left the Wuhan P4 before design and construction was complete. The project was taken over by various design consultants, and then constructed by Chinese firms.
This likely shifts liability from the French onto the Chinese firms which may be, in fact, agents of the Chinese government.
If the pandemic is shown to be the result of a failure due to design, construction, or operation, lab designers, contractors, managers, et al, may be on the hook, backstopped by the Chinese government.
However, no one is certain where the manipulation of the virus happened, or how it was released. If the research happened in another lab, the Wuhan P4 is off the hook, imo.
But, the NIH, as the funder of EHA, is responsible to be certain that any work that they fund, happens in labs that meet NIH standards for design, construction, operation, and use of animals.
Sounds like the Wuhan P4 would have had difficultly meeting those requirements before 2019, at the earliest.
Sounds as if design and construction of the Ukraine labs was funded by the DoD. Not sure what the contractual relationships were, but sounds as if DoD was the funder and removed from design, delivery, and operation of the labs.
Not sure of what regulations govern DoD related to safety standards for facilities that they fund, either.
As for the US, if they want to study pathogens to devise defenses against them, there should be one. Fort Detrik, Maryland.

Within the last month, Klaus Schwab floated the idea of marketing a subscription service for antibiotics. Antibiotics are active against bacteria, not viruses. That suggests that Klaus Schwab knew there was a bacterial bioweapon in the pipeline.

That article refers to a 2009 incident with Professor Joseph Moshe, an Israeli Microbiologist working in the US, who called into an LA radio show saying he was going to supply evidence to a States Attorney regarding tainted H1N1 swine flu vaccines being produced by Baxter BioPharma Solutions (located in Ukraine). Please note, Baxter BioPharma Solutions is an Austrian company.
He contested that Baxter’s Ukrainian lab was in fact producing a bioweapon disguised as a vaccine. He claimed the vaccine contained an adjuvant (additive) designed to weaken the immune system and replicated RNA from the virus responsible for the 1918 Spanish flu, causing global sickness and mass death.
I posted yesterday that Dr Judy Mikovitz stated in an interview from 5 months ago that in the early 2000s the military (I think) dug up corpses of people in Alaska who had died of Spanish flu to clone the pathogen. That information was then published. This information definitely works with that timeline.

Not attesting to the veracity of this but in the comment section of a zero hedge article titled “US Tees Up “Stop Russian Gold Act” a commenter put in a list of Rosemont/Seneca investments, all of which described building biolabs in different cities in the Ukraine and paid for the the DoD. Aside from a few bacteria on the list provided by the Russians that might be used in a weapons system, most of the other ones are garden variety that are cultured every day in US hospitals from patients with urinary tract infections or pneumonias. Some of the bad E. coli strains that cause bad food poisoning outbreaks from time to time are studied at a lot of labs so we can figure out ways of combating their toxins. We still have cases of Yersinia pestis in the Western States as they are carried by various animals. Tularemia is found in rabbits for instance. USDA labs study anthrax and other pathogens that can affect livestock.
If you look at it from a medical standpoint, researchers grow and culture these bacteria to find better ways of producing antibiotics as we are now facing, after a lot of antibiotic overuse/misuse, a lot more multi-drug-resistant strains (e.g MRSA, various E. coli species) and are way behind in developing the next generation antibiotics. Patients with sepsis with these bacteria get really sick as the few antibiotics that work can cause more side-effects. Plus the added logistic headaches of gowning up in PPE (not just nurses and docs, but family) every time you enter that patient’s room. Plus the added time when taking one of these patients down to the CT/MRI or O.R. and all the extra time-consuming effort to disinfect the whole room. Even patients who are just colonized with MRSA have to be put in isolation rooms with stricter visitation controls (on top of the COVID restrictions); patients hate these rooms!
Of course there might be some bioweaponization studies going on as Nuland was worried about the Russians getting some of the “research”. We will probably never know in the end unless the staff is interviewed. The Russians have bioweapon labs too. They have small pox samples as does the CDC in Atlanta. I think our main one is in Maryland (remember Muller railroaded Dr. Hatfield with indicting him for the Anthrax Attack post-9/11. I think Hatfield…and the actual researcher who committed suicide who was the culprit… worked at Fort Detrick).
Of course Wuhan is a bioweapons lab….

The more I know about Biden and his administration, the more I despise them and what they stand for. I know I’m preaching mostly to the choir here. However, for me it goes much further. I truly abhor Americans who voted for this sickness to replace the prosperity all Americans were sharing in. Putin is described as a monster and an evil person every day and in every media source. US military experts, biologists and virologists do not work at the main institute. The main team of biologists from the Central Research Laboratory of Radiation Technology exclusively employs Kazakhstani specialists from across the Republic of Kazakhstan. Cooperation with foreign scientists is only done when there are special joint research projects paid for by US grant money.
The Pentagon’s 2021 Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Foreign Programs Budget, which is responsible for the study of weapons of mass destruction, includes at least two direct references to the work being done at Kazakhstan’s Central Reference Laboratory in Almaty.

Bioweapon research has been going on for years in many, many countries and probably has been so since WWII. The US is not the only country engaging in bioweapon research as well as bioweapon protection development. We now have confirmation China is doing this, and we can safely assume Russia is as well.
We must remember that there is a huge difference between bioweapon research and actual bioweapon production. More information is needed now that this topic is front and center in the media. However, I doubt governments would be willing to publicly advertise their military secrets.
I am thinking this falls under plausible deniability.
We just abandoned billions in high tech military equipment to our long time adversaries in Afghanistan.
