There is no point in reaching people who have chosen to continuously get jabbed and wear masks. They have chosen to live in fear and “not take a chance.” Logic and risk analysis have gone out the window. My husband and I have quit talking to people in our retirement community – unless they bring it up to us. They know how we feel and we stand by our principles. Some have admitted to us that they regret getting the jab. They got COVID anyway. We are in the 99% survivalists’ group. IMHO people exclude us now because we bring them back to that place of fear – the fear that they are not safe and the fear that they have made a bad choice.

That is a big part of it. Also there’s the fact that many people have no strong belief in God and no transcendent value system, so when a cultlike movement like this comes along, they are easy prey because it gives them a feeling of purpose and solidarity that they were missing in their lives. So they cling to it because it makes them feel like they are part of something bigger and important.
This I think explains why so many people who are either secular or only weakly attached to their church are all in on this.

There are always lamentable tragedies in war and this one was started by the U.S. State Dept and the CIA which is one and the same thing today and did not have to be, so be wary about affixing blame for tragedies because Zelensky and his cabal are probably no better than the cabal they are trying to get to wage war against Putin. Communists used this tactic pretty successfully in Vietnam. The Vietcong were essentially armed civilians that conducted the guerilla fighting. The NVA regulars did the heavy lifting. Combined, the two forces wore us down. Absolute victory was not necessary for them to win in the end when US forces bugged out in ‘75.

Zelensky also met for peace talks then publicized signing an application for EU membership, which is a known redline, like NATO is a redline, to Russia. Who meets to talk sincerely and soberly about peace, then pulls a stunt like that? Remember that Eastern Ukrainians (many are Russian-speaking) are completely against joining the EU or NATO. I wondered if this whole stunt was coordinated by the West and Zelensky to force EU membership on the Ukrainians.

But doing so would pit two potentially Nuclear Powers against each other if the zone was violated and aircraft was shot down. Really Ukraine should have done more to protect its borders when they were liberated from Russia, to begin with! Bad situation now!
The Ukraine was liberated from the USSR and NOT Russia. When the USSR broke up and Ukraine became independent they took part of what was Russia and they kept part of Poland that they received from the USSR.

The incursion into Ukraine will be over in 1/2 hour if the Ukrainian government agrees to be a neutral state.
In addition to the no fly zone, Putin also warned the UK and others that he was aware they are secretly supplying arms to the Ukraines.
He is going to protect his forces and if that means going after NATO, he will likely do it.
