The Communists (NDP) and the Socialists (LPC) united in the Canadian House of Parliament today to vote their support for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s deployment of the Emergency War Measures Act.
The vote was 185 in support and 151 against, as the Canadian government now officially declares war against citizens who protested against government.
The parliamentary support of the Emergency War Measures Act now gives the government the authority to hunt down their political opposition, arrest any dissident member who may have petitioned their government with grievances against the covid mandates, and begin seizing the financial assets of anyone who might still challenge the government mandates of Justin Trudeau.
(VIA CBC) – A motion affirming the Liberal government’s decision to invoke the Emergencies Act passed a crucial House of Commons vote Monday, ensuring the expansive powers contained in the act remain in use by authorities thanks to parliamentary support from the New Democrats.
While the powers contained in the Emergency Act took effect immediately, the Liberal government needed to seek approval for its decision to invoke the act from the House of Commons within seven days. If that vote had failed, the emergency declaration would have been revoked. (read more)

So I think it depends on how many are in the militias and whether those patriots in our military would join them. It also depends on how many of our veterans are still in good shape. Also, not all of law enforcement would go along with dictator behaviors. I do not think our government would have an easy time of it. Either way, it would not be pretty. Let us hope we can resolve this at the ballot box, before having to reach for the bullet box. Those who are willing to reach for the bullet box should be willing to go in droves to vote and poll watch in every state and county.

Not all people are that fortunate. Due to a near fatal car accident in 1993, a really bad work injury in 2009, and 22 surgeries, I’m unfortunately surviving on a medical retirement pension and ssdi.
Once I moved out of California, I cut out about 10 medications. I found doctors who truly want to help me. I’m slowly doing better, but 25+ years of being told to suck it up and be a man has destroyed my body.
I’ve never taken a flu shot. I only wear a mask to get inside my doctors office. Once I pass the screening person, I remove the mask and no one inside bothers me. If a store doesn’t let people in without a mask, I shop elsewhere (although that hasn’t happened where I’m at for over a year now).

I listened to several hours of the debate off and on. I am not convinced that some of the MPs were completely certain about what they were voting on. They didn’t know if a yea vote would be retroactive or if it would allow the emergency power to run to its 30-day limit. The Liberal MPs had a talking point about the time limit on the act. At one point, a time limit fell off the table although the law apparently is for only 30 days.
Later, the topic changed to a vote of confidence in Trudeau’s Liberal government. It appeared that there were MPs who might vote “nay” on the use of the emergency powers act but they would vote “yea” if the vote was going to be a vote of confidence.
One of the Sikh MPs asked Trudeau 2 or 3 times specifically what he was going to do for the working man who had lost work and wages during the convoy’s time. Trudeau twice replied that there would be help for the business owners even though the MP said that he was asking about the workers, not the owners. The Sikhs who thought they had a deal with Trudeau may live the experience of buyer’s remorse.
O, Canada. This is tragic.

Trudeau’s Emergency Order Puts Canadian Intelligence Agencies in Charge of Banking

How would you feel if you were an American and Biden just handed control of Banking to the FBI and CIA. And then all your financial transactions were frozen as you were declared a Designated Person, for reasons they do not have to reveal.
Well, Trudeau has done exactly that.
His Emergency Economic Measures put the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Director of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service and the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada for the Proceeds of Crime and Terrorist Financing in charge of Canadian Banking.
They are using the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act not to fight terrorism, but to fight political protesters, and to freeze ordinary Canadians with the fear that should they protest or speak out, their banking may be frozen then cut off.
This law on money laundering and terrorist financing was never intended to be used against little people who gave a donation to a crowd funding platform. Neither was it intended be used against people who give coffee and donuts etc. to protesters. And it was certainly never intended to be a law to attack legitimate public dissent. Make no mistake, this is lawlessness in line with the sorts of things the KGB did in the old Soviet Union.

1. All financial entities must report on the existence of property in their possession or control that they have reason to believe is owned, held or controlled by or on behalf of a DESIGNATED PERSON; and any information about a transaction or proposed transaction.
2. This law or lawlessness is part of the Emergencies Act and requires that a public order emergency exists. Trudeau declared a public order emergency exists but the actual fact is one does not exist. Even if you agreed that the Ottawa protesters and border blocks constituted a public order emergency, those are over now.
3. The government can freeze the accounts of DESIGNATED PERSONS. Once the government has declared someone a designated person their accounts can be frozen, and they can have no financial services for any property anywhere in the world. Anyone making funds or services available to a designated person could themselves become a designated person.
4. No bank or financial institution will face any penalty for complying with the order.

They can also cut any and all social ties of the person chosen to be the family trusted holder and any help they organize for a “designated person”.
Many many layers must be set up between the ” designated person” and those funneling them supplies.
These ideas and processes were perfected and used often during the WWII resitance and probably is going on now in every prison state in the world.
But there are ways to at least try to protect assest a bit while fighting this.

The Ontario Teachers Pension Fund is a multi-billion $ entity. They control Cadillac Fairview, the real estate company. The best way Americans can help Canadians is to limit dealings with Canadian banks and their affiliates. Also, have your politicians terminate the Central Bank Currency Swap you have with the Bank of Canada. That currency swap is use to backstop global banking by Canadian banks.

Just to point something out. The Boston Tea Party was held by patriots on a principle. The tea from the British East India Company, even as taxed, still was cheaper than any other tea available. It was surplus tea. So it wasn’t actually hurting colonists; the tax was charged to let them know who was in control.
Totalitarianism is implemented in increments. The boiling frog story. The envelope is pushed until there is resistance. Then there’s a pause. Sometimes a little bit backstep. Two steps forward, a half a step back. This keeps people confused, and unsure where “the line” is, hopeful, unsure whether they are succeeding or whether it’s got to the point of taking up arms. It’s subtle and it’s nasty.
The Founding Fathers were not mere workers. Many if not most were educated, wealthy and sophisticated men. They knew the “game”. That is why, contrary to virtually every populist “revolution” that has occurred in history, against all odds (and with the fortuitous timing and help of Britain’s French enemy), the American war for independence not only was won, but did not result in chaos, instability, and a dictatorship as most do.
Strike? Truckers who have had their funds confiscated or even their vehicles are de facto “on strike”. It requires capital to run a business, and owner-operators are running a business. (How are they supposed to buy fuel?)
Choke the cities? That will hurt and enrage the people in those cities. It is not at all clear that it will endear them to any cause of freedom. If you think it will harm “the elites” remember that supplies can be helicoptered in.
I’m not trying to be negative. I’m trying to get people to look at this realistically and to ditch the hopium. Wait too long, wait until it affects you personally, and it may be too late. A few thousand officials in Communist China control a mostly obedient population of 1.4 billion. (And how did those Hong Kong protests go?)
Yes there is vast power in numbers of people. But standing in the streets singing, praying, and/or politely begging for part back of what was stolen from you in the first place doesn’t do it. It never has.
Just like our “states rights”, it’s up to the provinces now to fight back. Drop all mandates immediately for their people then there will be no protests, and no need for emergency powers; THEN get the rats out.
