Earlier today, Senator Ted Cruz attempted to regain his J6 credibility with questions to the DOJ and FBI about the day’s events.
The Senate Judiciary Committee hearing provided the backdrop for an urgently needed modification to the marionette strings. Capitalizing on the opportunity, Senator Ted Cruz (U-DC) asked Jill Sanborn, Executive Assistant Director, National Security Branch at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, about any law enforcement participation in the events of Jan. 6.
Questions were asked, grand protestations were proclaimed, theater lights dimmed to provide the dramatic context, and Ms. Sanborn noted she could not answer the questions. Curiously (or not) there was no follow-up as to “why the FBI was unable to answer”. WATCH:
The Cruz campaign staff quickly copied the performance and uploaded it to the Senator’s accounts for immediate distribution. Many teeth began gnashing, and grand proclamations were made about the possibilities and ramifications.
Shiney things began making a lot of noise all around the social media sphere, and there is now a strong possibility the situation may escalate. Some observers even noted that strongly worded letters might be sent… and tomorrow is Wednesday.
Well if the “J6” bunch says that Epps didn’t work for law enforcement, I guess that just about settles it……sarc/!!
I think they should have used Adam Schiff as their spokesperson, for added credibility … double sarc!!!
and he was on the fbi wanted list because?
Just look at Epps banking records and do a 3am door removal and rip his house apart to find the cash.
I mean the Fan Belt Inspectors do this to Americans who have done nothing why not Epps ?
They neither persecute nor prosecute their teammates.
My wife looks at me like I’m from a different planet when I rail against any GOPe type. Rand, Ted, even my senator Hawley. They are there for 2 reasons: enrich their family at the expense of the taxpayer (<50 % of legal citizens) and to do nothing to upset the cart. My favorite is Jim Jordan-I've listened to this guy bloviate for 6+ years yada yada.
I really like Jordan. He doesn’t mince his words, and he’s sharp as a tack.
Only problem is – he doesn’t DO anything – haven’t you noticed? If all you want is someone who “doesn’t mince his words” and is “sharp as a tack” that’s what you get – that is ONLY what you get.
I’m sure Ray The Innocent would agree to come on Tucker because he is so innocent.
Supposedly Trump was urging insurrection with words, then so was Epps.
Pee on Tucker, get him with Sundance!
Why are you bashing Tucker? Sundance is great but Tucker reaches people who will never click on this site. Nobody on this site needs to be convinced that Ray Epps is a fed and a traitor.
If Ray said that he wasn’t working with the Feds, then case closed… according to my leftist friends.
They call hm Honest Ray Epps. And that’s good enough for me.
“Earlier today, Senator Ted Cruz attempted to regain his J6 credibility with questions to the DOJ and FBI about the day’s events.”
Well, it worked on Bongino. That putz bought every bit of it.
Done with him. He’s controlled opposition.
You’re still listening to this clown. Do you think the fox circus want more clowns on the menu? You bet they do.
LOL. Kabuki theater. A waste of time watching these fake “representatives of the people” globalist shills pose and squawk, getting their faces on TV. Gag.
If anything comes of this hearing today involving Jill Sanborn, such as Christopher Wray resigns, is charged, arrested, and sent to prison along with Comey and McCabe, please email me at:
[email protected]
Perhaps this is the very same Epps and his cooperation on January 6th has helped him with his debt to ‘society’ ???

Oooh…tough guy.
Let’s get people under oath after doing your own investigation.
Do the people have to get together and hire private investigators?
Julie Kelly has done an amazing job and knows many of the.answers.
Talk to her.
OMG.
Oy, is that a fact upon which we can rely . . . tomorrow is Wednesday.
Thank you, Sundance!
Cruz is a FRAUD
…are their minds anxiously, seriously,
working all hours,
to hold accountable the people miss involved in Benghazi ( Sept. 2012),
and show the emails
– via sending a serious letter to the doj / state dept. and cc others
…and wag a finger near a camera?
( sarcasm…10 years of political obfuscation$, again…
while taxpayers, pay… )….
there is a repetitive pattern…
Seeking the whole truth…

Senator wan-a-bee Glen Bek should hold ” hearings ” on this ….. that will fix it ……. /s/
Yes. Miss Lindsey IS the undeniable master/mistress of Indignant Outrage For The Cameras. In fact, I nominate Lindsey for RINO of the Year, based on her performances, always particularly outstanding in election years. I would add effective, as well, but sadly, the outcome of the performance was probably tainted by Dominion/fraud activity. Kind of like how the performances of these diversity quota people will always be tainted with suspicion.
Next question should have been , why is he not incarcerated, you have video evidence.
Unfortunate that Ted Cruz limited his questions to FBI or DOJ. Wouldn’t’ he want to include the several candidates from Defense Department,e.g. and inter alia, US Army Counterintelligence , and several other possible sources of dedicated and capable personnel? Not only FBI and/or 4th branch has capabilities to accept assignments from the Very Top to create facts on the ground that need to be asserted as part of the script that we’re supposed to believe.
it’s not “unfortunate”, it’s “on purpose” for this lying ted.
The same reason he didn’t follow up when they answered “I can’t answer that question”
Which is the same as yes to those paying attention. ANd, a see, they said no to those who just buy the BS even though they avoided the question. A no is no. No reason to not say no if it was no. But, it wasn’t so they had to say “We can’t answer that question.”
Which is all too convenient for the DOJ and FBI when presented with questions from oversight people. It’s built-in self-protected BS.
We the People have a right to know what ever we want in regard to government operations.
Words will not be enough to save Cruz.
RINOS are defined by all talk, no action or opposite action.
I know it’s hard to produce substance in the Senate but when the steal happened, Cruz was as absent as everyone else; and when the J6 rally steal happened Cruz stood with Ds against his base.
He had a chance to not only shine, but make a difference. And he was either absent or on the wrong side when it mattered most. His words do not persuade as they once did.
Epps was …ahem … “interviewed”. Let me guess … he claimed the 5th Amendment .. but that fact escaped the Committees Report
I seriously doubt he had to take the 5th.
I suspect it went something like this. Committee to FBI, we are getting a lot of blowback on this Epps guy. FBI, no problem, we’ll have him get in touch. We ask that you don’t share this conversation, the contents of his conversation with you or details of his involvement on J6. He’s still on the payroll, don’t ask or share that either. Committee, gotcha, no problem.
It’s kinda like handing the St. Valentine Day Massacre investigation over to the Capone gang.
Nothing to see here folks. Move along.
Ah!!! The liars and deceivers “interviewed” the liar and deceiver and he “assured” them he has no “ties” to the ***, Gee! Why didn’t the rest of us see that one…
Once you see the marionette’s strings, you can never unsee them—thanks to Sundance for that.
conspiracy theory #3,242,548:
ray epps was a plant. But NOT a FBI asset or CHS. (follow me here). He was never officially working for or associated with any federal agency. He “volunteered”.
He goes to DC, where it will be certain he is photographed, video’ed, recorded. And he puts on the show. And then FBI, appropriately puts him on the list.
But here is where the conspiracy breaks through. NOW THAT EVERYONE WHO CARES TO NOTICE, FBI removes him from the list. Why would they do this?
Because it draws attention. intentionally draws attention. It’s the big reveal. It draws attention from other areas into the one. Ray epps, and nothing else.
(epps is a CIA operative..he might not even know it, but he volunteered (and got paid or was let off from some other crime), to work as the plant…the one whom everyone begins to look at. _])
because he is compromised, AND BECAUSE his true handlers are unknown, even to him, he can’t really say anything ….He volunteered and there is every motivation to simply stay with the narrative: I went up there because I was upset with the election!)
the FBI NEEDED to put epps on the list and then remove him. They needed to do this to create a conspiracy…a distraction for other criminal activities AND OTHER ACTORS (bomb maker anyone? remember that?).
epps is not the only distraction. the CIA doesn’t leave anything to chance. In every operation there is a means to distract away to something else. To place blame and build a false narrative.
ray epps was “INCIDENTALLY” associated with the j6 protestors. He performed his assigned duties. Get on camera and get recorded and generating a response. His efforts were not especially helpful, but then again they didn’t need to. Only to get on camera and make the comments. Job accomplished.
so when cruz goes here and starts talking about epps. remember: epps isn’t the droid you are looking for. he is just a low level ineffective (on purpose) two bit role player who only purpose is to divert attention to something else…away from other more critically important players and events that go to the actual conspiracy that day.
Cruz is not stupid. And it’s really time everyone realize cruz is more than likely just as with many other the operatives in DC, a state player. A very smart and cunning and wickedly corrupt person.
Cruz KNOWS exactly what he is doing. Like epps, he has a role to play. he is assigned to point to epps…
so the last question that wraps up the epps/cruz conspiracy:
what crimes did epps actually committ? any? incitement? did he actually commit any crime himself?
epps remains uncharged for the simplest of reasons: he was used to set up a future “out”. a distractor. Someone who could be used to divert attention. he is currently serving that role right now. Cruz has now given the great distraction the political fuel.
nothing will come of epps…nothing should. he was only responsible for guiding a distraction.
protip: almost always, when a politico in congress is expressing some “break through” narrative about the corrupt state, you can be guaranteed it is controlled opposition..empty talk that diverts attention to areas that do not matter…distracts away from the other areas that do matter.
cruz (and graham, and the butthead) are all well known guild players who do this work quite well.
strong letters indeed.
fancy secret folded notes passed around like children who pretend to know something important.
a great distraction….to give you the illusion they are on to something big.
epps is a two bit player, signifying only one thing: when things gets difficult, focus on him and this diverts away from other things.
jmho
Good post. Deep State perfected these tactics abroad, and then they were deployed here, as we should have expected.
We didn’t though. Few of us would have believed it possible. Now we see it, but it’s already taken a firm grasp, while we were trusting and asleep.
Recognition is always the first step. We’re there now. Let’s solidify our recognition, first. Next steps will come as they will for us, but the recognition that we face a Uniparty, well funded, in control of all mass media, in control of almost everything, with no empathy or loyalty to its subject carbon units, must be our first recognition.
We are Patriots. Let us take up our burden, soberly but with faith and resolve, and joyously, and begin the journey. We are few but our numbers will grow. God be with us.
Mr. Sullivan is another.
And, I don’t think what you say is far-fetched. It is very plausible. But, regardless of who Epps was working for he is caught on camera instigating things. He was never interviewed officially and he was never detained. Despite being on camera doing exactly as the FBI has said others did while not having the same evidence on others. This is a problem. Not a big one because they will ignore it but it is a problem no less.
in classic “sherlock holmes dog that doesn’t bark”, some dogs just didn’t bark…and signified nothing more than just a dog that didn’t bark.
if the conspiracy is true, they invented a dog that doesn’t bark…AND THEN had cruz attempt to contrust something from nothing. intentionally. (or cruz is ignoramus, which I doubt)
there is a reason why I posed the question: what crimes did epps committ?
I agree it would appear he is no more guilty than any other that did “incitement”
that HAS NEVER PREVENTED DOJ from ignoring crimes…..or even your local police for that matter. justice isn’t fair. ask the millions who receive tickets while the real high speeders are passing by.
the FBI WILL IGNORE EPPS, because it doesn’t matter if he committed a crime or not. They will refuse to address it for the same reasons they can refuse to charge wolfe with a crime.
or wordsmith..or anyone else they decide is “too political”.
in this case, they will choose NOT TO CHARGE EPPS, because THAT INACTION SECURES HIS DISTRACTION POWER.
the dog that doesn’t bark…very powerful, now that cruz has made it headlines.
as planned.
just my opinion
Epps, ostensibly, has disavowed under oath any connection to the FBI. I’m interested in Darren Beattie’s/RevolverNews view on this.
That leaves plenty of room for federal links. He could be ATF, etc.
Epps is a puppet and a distraction, you are over the target, again.
Very rarely are people able to see what is behind the curtain.
When the focus is on one thing, one person, they are up to something unbelievable, there must be a central focus to distract from what is really happening.
I’m betting it’s dozens or hundreds of federal roaches for J6.
The real question is the size of the roach motel.
If the federales’ witless Whitmer conspiracy had 12 fed links of 18 people, what about J6?
Are we talking dozens or hundreds of various levels of informant/agents/links/provocateurs from various agencies on the ground? There are already earlier examples of **huge** fed flooding tactics.
Oh, ok then, let’s move on to something else.
5th Unit of the 3rd Division of the 2nd Main Chief Directorate style behavior. The morphing into Sword and Shield proceeds apace.
Unfortunately it’s looking like nothing we hear changes anything. Back during the First Revolution the people had a way of communicating with each other without the enemy knowing it or at least it was less difficult. These days it’s almost impossible to do this and organize. I bought a transceiver just in case it may help in any future “emergencies” and have an FCC license to operate it. I know it’s not much but if anything ever happens it would be one of the ways to communicate faster than the enemy can sweep across the US to cause our demise. Our country is a shell of what it once was and all we can do is try to prepare what is coming sooner or later.
Ted Cruz (Uniparty-DC), you’re killing me Smalls! This label needs to stick to all of them!
Cruz’s strong line of questioning was so fake…so hollow. He’s an empty suit. Why didn’t he ask WHY she couldn’t answer? Why didn’t he push her answers?
of course he should have but the answer would have been completely predictable… can’t discuss matters currently under investigation, can’t disclose sources and methods or its a matter of security… take your pick.
They even let Tom cotton ask a few question. I’ll be
So Ray Epps testified under oath to the J6 committee disavowing any connection to the FBI??? when did this happen???
Under oath? The J6 Committee only said that he’d testified.
Gorget ted cruz
Useless as ever along with all the repubs
Vote independent!
If Epps was none of those things then why isn’t he in jail like all the others?
Not withstanding Ted Cruz’s vacillations on the J6 protesters, anyone who has been paying attention can plainly see that the FBI (along with many of the other federal alphabet agencies) has become a partisan and corrupt attack dog. Equal and impartial justice is no longer in their playbook. Once they ignored the rioting and mayhem caused by BLM and Antifa, and switched their focus to white supremacists and concerned parents speaking out at school board meetings, the FBI confirmed that there would no longer be equal application or protection under the law. We are no longer a nation of laws …
The equivalent of Stasi/Gestapo…they are ramping it up to label the opposition “domestic terrorists” and will arrest accordingly…
Way over Stasi and Gestapo on resources.
If only Trey Gowdy was still in the House – he could tag team Ted.
Teddy and his groovy beard are on the fence and playing both sides.
As skilled a debater as he is and has demonstrated his ability in the past…he drilled down yet did not follow up on the non-answers from the Fib.
Yesterday he gave red meat to his fleeting conservative base and last week gave the left red meat for claiming the J6 crowd were “violent terrorists”.
Who are you really?
Very similar to the McCarthy anti-Chamber of Commerce comments. They are trying to present themselves as warriors against the left by saying all the right things. Not that they actually mean it or do it. Unfortunately they are just enablers of the communist left. Even more unfortunately, their tactic will work with a lot of our less informed brethren who will happily support them regardless of their past history.
I’m dissapointed not to see Suspicious Cat at the end of this one Sundance!
Suspicious Cat was apt around 2015. It’s Disgusted Cat now.
Insightful is itself impressive enough. Being terse about it so much better. Kudos, Sundance. Cruz is his own shiny object.
Given what you’ve explicated in fine detail, it’s worth everyone noodling over (or reviewing) what you’ve said about “siloing.” We’re witnessing it once again in real time.
To remind what I’ve said as a general proposition, conspiracies should first be considered by the resources applied in pursuit of them. That’s a natural function of the objective(s).
Grand conspiracies have lots of subsidiary backup plans. Seeding the state of play, aware that offense and defense necessitate contingent narratives.
That primer is as short as I can get it to implore applying a common-sense assessment to what is a phenomenon in motion.
Rather obviously, Epps was deployed (effectively) to achieve the essential objective of derailing the Trump plan to have the Congress vote to return the challenged swing states’ certifications back to the states for re-confirmation or decertification; by effecting a breach (and more).
Having achieved that, they weren’t going to make any of the mistakes they made in 2016. Regardless of how visible their malefactions were, they weren’t willing to bear any risk of failure before the illegitimate Biden was installed on 1/20.
Then, having seized power, the internal (to the conspiracy) began in terms of further offensive objectives (e.g. Patriot Act 2.0; Persecuting MAGA), with participants in the conspiracy, institutional and individual, increasingly unwilling to be denied maneuvers for their protection from exposure and worse.
And that is as concise as I can get the predicate to now come to Ray Epps. Note that he’s not like the guy he whispered to to start the op. He’s experienced enough to have ensured video evidence to protect himself from being made a patsy. That has continued since (e.g. him hale and hearty in his golf cart) in case someone decides it would be best for all concerned if he dies “unexpectedly” of the Covid.
Extrapolating from the revelations from Witmer Kidnapping prosecution, Epps was constructed to be a star witness who had ‘flipped’ in return for his cooperation. After all, whatever his evident crimes, he’s on video claiming he wanted the protesters to enter the building “peacefully” and he was melodramatically protective on camera of the officers he was ordering operatives to overrun. That was his covering narrative and, I guess, that he was too tired to enter The Capitol building after orchestrating others to do so. Make no mistake, they already had his testimony written for him — [crying] “I just wanted the protesters to enter peacefully. I hate Donald Trump now . . . ”
That’s why Epps was put on the Most Wanted (#16). That wasn’t some left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing mistake. But at some point they had to go to plan b on Epps. Or maybe Epps sensed that they were intending to offer him a plea deal that included prison and he figured out they were going to arrest him in furtherance of that plan.
That in my view was the origin of the Epps leaks. Forcing the FBI/DOJ first to take him off the Most Wanted list and then to protect himself against being suicided.
Now we learn that Epps “cooperated” with the J6 committee. That was the latest bit of modified limited hangout for whom that simp Kinzinger was enlisted yesterday. Don’t get your hopes up that Ray Epps blew the lid off in his deposition to the committee staff (also don’t pay attention to the shiny object of questioning whether he was put under oath, he was). Unless I miss my mark, after forcing FBI/DOJ to recommit to his original arrangement, they arranged for him recommit too to the official (fairy) story along the lines I noted above.
In so much, including criminal conspiracies of the highest order, you don’t make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Sundance notes that once you see the marionette strings you can’t un-notice them. I’ll add the same when it comes to back of the envelope noticing of their machinations via reverse engineering. Remember, Cruz kicked it off by shouting about how, like Judge Dredd, anyone assaulting law enforcement is a “terrorist.” He then went on Tucker intentionally making a monkey out of himself claiming he suddenly figured out that was “sloppy” and “dumb.” That perfectly teed up his made for TV interrogation of that hapless FBI lady they selected to act the foil about Ray Epps — for whom there just happens to be incontrovertible video evidence that he was not only non-violent, and even acted to protect law enforcement on January 6th, but didn’t even enter The Capitol himself.
In other words, even after the sure to come further monkey-dancing, and eventual admission that, yes, Epps was a government operative, there really isn’t anyone to blame except Trump.
“he has never been an informant for the FBI or any other law enforcement agency”. Has he worked for any non-law enforcement agency, like the CIA perhaps?
The good thing is that Cruz is so arrogant that he always screws himself and his aspirations with his mouth. But he is entertaining at times…like a puppet show.
We don’t elect people to be “entertaining.” We elect them to represent We the People. If they instead represent themselves and a corrupt government, we need to locate the nearest guillotine.
Ted Cruz is a loser.
Another day, another farce. Lather…rinse…repeat.
Why would it take this long for Cruz to focus on the government shepherding and inciting those who had no intent on storming the Capitol?
A year later?
Facts have been public for quite some time. Mr Epps is one of many.
CYA. I thought the same about Cruz’s latest comments.
……And the man that would be seen numerous days in a row telling people there what to do, where to go in and actually pointing the way for those sheep to go, all the while backing up, is on the FBI’S most wanted list, then NOT doing it himself has nothing to do with the FBI/CIA instigators?…..RIGHT….
Howdy gowdy, Mr Cruz.
Boring.
Go back to Canada if you can’t make it stick.
Meanwhile, in a remote capital closet Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene were roasting feral insurrectionist disguised as informants > Fedsurrection >
The question remains; Who is Ray Epps? What’s his history?
So if the J6 committee says he was not employed by the Gov or FBI, and we have clear video/audio evidence Epps WAS telling people to breach the Capitol even with some of those people calling him out in that video of him being a FED…. Then why is he NOT IN JAIL?
No, they say he was not a FBI AGENT. They did not deny he was an informer or an FBI asset.
Yea, it doesn’t add up. If you actually believe the Dem’s “Insurrection!” nonsense, then Epps should definitely be languishing in prison. The fact that he isn’t tells you all you need to know.
The bare chested guy sits in jail for 5 years, Ray Epps moseys on home to Arizona with a paycheck from the FBI in his pocket.
