Comrades, many American citizens stood jaw agape as they watched Australian metropolitan police departments begin cracking skulls and making arrests for violating COVID rules and restrictions. Yes, it always seemed like Australia, New Zealand and Europe were the beta testing ground to see if police would comply with jackboot arrests of their own community.
Well, now we can see those same tactics being deployed in the U.S.
New York City was the first large metropolitan area to require vaccination identification cards to enter restaurants, bars, dining establishments and various public and private venues. Now comes the enforcement part.

When asked why they would arrest their own community members simply for being unvaccinated and wanting to eat a sandwich, the police turn a deaf ear. This should not be a surprise. When it comes to getting their own paychecks, or putting food on their family’s table, just about every single police officer in the U.S. will load you in the cattle car…. while saying, “It’s just my job.”
We watched this escalate in Victoria, New South Wales and various regions throughout Australia, as well as France, Germany, Austria and regions in Europe. If things go as they did in previous examples, when/if the citizens of New York City begin to push back against this, there’s no reason to believe the NYPD will not respond with armored cars, riot teams and rubber bullets.
It is profoundly disturbing, sickening and wrong, but shouldn’t be too surprising given what we have witnessed in other countries. When push comes to shove, very few police will not participate; most will do exactly what they are told by the local and state officials.
NYPD is the first to start showing their jackbooted nature. Next will likely be Chicago and Los Angeles; it spreads from there. Once the Blue State governors and city officials see they can turn to violence in order to retain their dictates, orders and demands, that violence will not stop – nor will it diminish.
The best course of action is to see the world as it is, not as you would wish it to be.
Watch the police in action, and take note of their irrelevance to the questions put to them. There have been multiple psychological studies of this behavior over the years, and all end up with the same result – the police will do what they are told regardless of their own views on the matter.
Many police and law enforcement officers will tell you they will not comply with such orders. However, when those orders actually materialize, the police compartmentalize their behavior and do exactly what they are told.
The local police in your town will do exactly the same if they are ordered to carry out the rules of the city officials in your area. Your local police will do this regardless of what they might say right now.
As we witnessed in Australia, once the police officers start carrying out these types of operations, the only way to make it stop is to make them uncomfortable. That requires mass non-compliance by large numbers of citizens to overcome the mental barrier the police use to justify their conduct.
Then, after the police start getting uncomfortable arresting moms, dads and children, it takes open and vocal public shaming on a large scale toward the officers on a community level to get them to stop.
Remember, when the Chinese government first told the regular army to open fire on the students in Tiananmen Square, the soldiers would not shoot. The Chinese Communist government then brought in the Mongolian divisions who had no connection to the local community. You know what happened next.

I understand the general sentiment here. But we can’t take leave of our senses. The police are sent by a small number of individuals in authority, individuals who should not, per any reasonable interpretation of the Constitution, be authorized to mobilize police forces for these purposes. Police officers, on the other hand, absent clear legal findings to the contrary, are not engaging in unconstitutional behavior. They are not denying due process. They are not using force against individuals, unless they’re resisting arrest (where in the constitution does it say that if you think you’re innocent you can ignore an officer’s order??).
Of course, the whole spectacle is deplorable. Of course, it smacks of a police state. But recall, what makes a police state is not the police, all of whom act in similar fashion throughout the world as an armed force that is prepared to use such force, but rather it is the pretext for that use-not the use of force per se. After Antifa/BLM rioters committed their atrocities, they should have been forcibly rounded up and sent to jail en masse. It’s a sign of our decayed society that people can no longer distinguish right from wrong, including government officials, and courts of law.
Of all the failures of government, the fecklessness of the courts is the most brutal blow. These legal issues should have already been decided such that clarity could guide the actions of all levels of government authority. It has not yet happened.
If it does not, people will clearly take the law into their own hands. At that point, nothing matters. It is self-preservation, and citizens are not obligated to allow themselves to be the butt of abuses of power.
If courts do not, once and for all, make rulings that are consistent with common sense meanings of the Constitution, then, from that moment our country will cease to exist. Might will make right.
Personally speaking, if courts cannot clearly see that emergency measures have to bear some resemblance to actual emergencies, then they will deserve their fate if anarchy is unleased. Most intelligent people will not wait around for anarchy. We will find safe ground somewhere and stay there. NO MATTER WHAT PART OF THE WORLD. The ones that remain will be consumed in a conflagration of violence. What is left of the meaning of our constitution is, strictly speaking, in the hands of the courts, and only them. If not all of these people can sue the city for violation of their civil rights for due process. Or is that not how the law works in NYC? 2. Does the mayor even have the power in the city constitution to even make a law without any other body voting and approving it? It’s my understanding that police officers will not arrest someone for simply not wearing a mask or not having a vax UNLESS they are violating a LAW (mandates are not laws). However, a restaurant or store owner can have the police arrest people for TRESPASSING if that business requires a mask or vax (similar to: “no shirt, no shoes, no service”). New York’s penal law states:
“A person who, regardless of his intent, enters or remains in or upon premises which are at the time open to the public does so with license and privilege unless he defies a lawful order not to enter or
remain, personally communicated to him by the owner of such premises or other authorized person.”
Unless the owner or one of their employees told those people to leave the establishment, the police have no authority on their own to order it.
Once being advised to leave, the subject is supposed to be given the opportunity to leave.
Only AFTER they refuse to leave should they be arrested.
It appears that these cops just start arresting anyone without a card, instead of first ordering them to leave.
Even if I had a card, I would have invoked the 5th amendment and refused to show them the card.
Make it a 5th amendment issue.

Yes they are. They put REAL police officers to shame.
So I know this may be controversial here but I’ll pose the questions anyways.
From my chair I understand the following:
1. Police have no obligation to protect you (confirmed by SCOTUS) and even if they wanted to, logistically it is impossible.
2. As the past 2 years have shown, police will enforce unconstitutional edicts passed down from tyrannical politicians and will violate their oaths at a moments notice.
3. The “good cops” are not self-regulating the “bad cops” in the locker room. How do I know this? See #2.
4. Police don’t seem to be much of a deterrent to crime as indicated by what we’re seeing in the major cities.
Questions:
1. Who do the police work for, the people or do they work to protect the government?
2. If question 1 is the latter then are police more dangerous to the common citizen or to the criminal?
3. If question 3 is the former then why support police any longer?
4. If all 4 above items are true, what use does the common man have for police?
The man on the street has no use for foreign agents (police) when private security forces can do a better job and for less money —- The problem is —- The world’s people think they need government/enforcers to take care of things for them because they lack the responsibility for their own lives and their own thinking—–This has been a problem for a LONG TIME and not many see it or even want to discuss it out of FEAR —- Are you still afraid?
