I’m the only unvaxxed family member planning to be at Christmas dinner. I am quite concerned that the vaxxed, with their heavy viral loads, will be infecting me. During the entire month of October I was suffering from a pretty nasty chest cold. I suspect I may have caught it at a completely vaxxed family wedding. Could it have been Covid? Not really — this is part of the Government con job. They know very well that antibodies wane within a few months: but natural immunity is carried for years by your natural-killer T-cells and B-cells, which carry your immune memory and are the chief protection against viral disease.
Antibodies only play a minor role in fighting viruses: they are mainly fighters against bacterial infections, a different thing. The fact that you may have low or no levels of antibodies means nothing about your natural immunity to any virus.

I believe a chronic condition that worsened in October may have been caused by my close contact with a fully vaxxed and recently boosted individual at that time, even while I was on prophylactic supplements but not yet Ivermectin.

In red states, we paid somewhere between $2.63 and $2.99 per gallon for 87, while we noted prices around Chicago running as much as a dollar higher. We now see fewer HELP WANTED signs than we did in October, but more closures. We were especially struck by the number of fast food outlets that were completely shuttered. As a part-time employee of a major auto parts chain, I can confirm there are supply chain problems with some parts such as brake rotors.
I can also confirm tire stores are having to shift tires from store to store because of the disruptions of major shipments. One store must get tires from another to satisfy a demand.
Fisher (?) of North Carolina bought out Robbins in New Hampshire a few years ago. The drivers use car/pickups emblazoned with Federated signage. Federated up here is a GM aftermarket supplier, so I expect Chevy dealers and local repair shops are okay for now. As for rotors, best to get original equipment where available; from my own experience, the Chinese-built items rust quickly within a year.

Here’s a crisp example for you. Our first stop was Milwaukee, to review Pat’s Rib Place. They have been running a well regarded BBQ restaurant in Waukesha for years, but staffing shortages forced them to shut it down a few months ago. Did they throw in the towel? Nope. They transitioned to a stall in the Milwaukee Public Market. The shift cost them a lot of square footage in the kitchen, so they made the tough call to pare down their menu, but doing so has enabled them to continue turning out a quality product and making a profit in the process.
This is what I love about America. Governments municipal, county, state and federal may be doing their level best to destroy our lives, but by the millions our people persevere, and with hard work still manage to overcome adversity.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cape Coral Fla. I came across a BBQ joint there by the name of “Big 8 BBQ”. Felt like I was back in Tulsa, it was some of the best BBQ I ever had for reals. Put it on your list next round for sure. As for gas, here in NW Indiana, gas is in the $3.35 range. Groceries are hit or miss, they have this, but not that, somehow we finished our CHRISTmas shopping without many issue, but it was a game of cat and mouse to do so. Luckily my better half started early, and we had to make alternative choices on most items. Prices have changed immensly here that I do know. We wish all the “Treepers” and very safe, and healthy Merry CHRISTmas, and a joyous New Year. Raise a glass to all of you to keep on keepin’ on, this crap shall pass!!!

On this round, we had the pleasure of dining at Bombers in Munster. They offer a 10% discount to fire, police and military, both active and veteran. We see this quite a bit around the country. In the circles in which we travel, patriotism is alive and well.
Be sure and sample their jalapeno cornbread, and the next time that you are in Tulsa, try and pay a visit to Burn Co BBQ. Everything here is good, but the mac ‘n cheese and grilled potato salad are absolutely superb. When it comes to SW Florida, we have a soft spot in our hearts for Rib City. We have been singing their praises for decades, going all the way back to when it was a fledgling operation. A lot of time, and a lot of hard work, has transformed it into a successful regional chain.
I also can share a story I was told years ago. In the old Soviet Union, there were shortages of every kind of necessary thing.
A couple I knew went on a group trip to Moscow. They were aboard a tour bus in Moscow when it started to rain. The driver pulled over quickly and jumped out. He retrieved windshield wiper blades from a storage hold and put them on the bus. The passengers watched in amusement and then noticed ALL cars had pulled over nearby and were doing the same thing.
The bus driver told the astonished Americans nobody left wiper blades on their vehicles when it was not raining.
Wiper blades were so hard to obtain, they would be quickly stolen if left on the cars.
Something tells me America is heading for that kind of shortage fate.

I’m in AZ where grocery shelves are markedly depleted, since early November.. Friends tell me they are only giving gift cards because returning or exchanging gifts is such a hassle and expense anymore. However, I was given a gift card and there is no way to activate it because they want a 16 digit code from the back of the card and there is only an 8 digit, and the phone number just keeps asking for the 16 digits. $100 down the drain! The giver was scammed and gave the same cards to 4 others in our family. He bought the cards at a Safeway Grocery Store, huge out West chain of stores.

I think Denverites were mostly done with masks a few weeks ago, but several metro counties suddenly sprang new mask mandates (trying to make them into vax passport mandates) for the holidays. But over Thanksgiving people had plausible deniability of not having heard about it, and there just was never a good time to crack down on enforcing it after that. So a lot of people are wearing masks, but almost everywhere you can see people maskless and nobody does anything. An unenforced mandate is not a mandate. I thought I would get kicked out of IKEA yesterday for being maskless, but turned out so were 30% of the people in the store. And the reason I went there was I thought IKEA was one that would have mask Nazis at the door, and I was going to do my civil disobedience bit. But it wasn’t even exciting.
Alot of restaurants closed up around here too, after our “covid tourism” collapsed at the end of September.
As a restaurant owner my food provider Shamrock is low / out of most of the things I use, glad I purchased (hoarded) those things that I use the most when they were available.
Even though they may be getting a shipment of those items that I use, I’m kind of thrown under the bus as I have to order on Sunday or Wednesday.
Problem being they get deliveries in on Mondays a lot so by Wednesday when I can order them they are OUT of the things they just got.
I have been ordering things off of the internet but they are now OUT of those same things.
I hope by the time that my hoarded supplies get exhausted that some of this may have passed as there are less restaurants buying due to the mass closure of places.

You raise an important point here, and it needs to be scored in the strongest possible terms. In the restaurant industry, mom and pops may be dependent on a supply chain that only delivers once a week. So, if you are scheduled for Tuesday and a surge of customers shows up on Friday, Saturday can turn into a nightmare. In the best of times, logistics is a challenge … and this is not the best of times.
I too have stocked up on everything non-perishable and freezable, but I do have to keep replenishing perishable fresh veggies and fruit – very necessary for keeping nutrition high which is half of my health battle!
Hit or miss finding the fresh items in my area. But I get the impression it’s even harder out in the middle of the country… Blue states are favored, I suspect…

I did not listen and I’m glad I did not, because my mom died in March. Had I listened to him last year, I would have missed the last Thanksgiving and Christmas with my mom.
