A federal judge in Georgia has blocked the vaccine mandate for federal contractors nationally. A previous court order from another judge in Kentucky blocked the contractor vaccine mandate in Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee [link]. This latest ruling blocks the contractor mandate nationally [link].
This is the latest defeat for the Biden administration against all three facets of the federal vaccine mandate: (1) Federal Contractors, (2) CMS Healthcare providers, (3) private sector employers with over 100 workers.
All three prongs of the White House federal vaccine mandate are now blocked by federal courts.
(Reuters) – A federal judge in Georgia issued a nationwide injunction that prevents the U.S. government from enforcing a COVID-19 vaccine mandate on federal contractors, temporarily shutting down the last remaining vaccine requirement by the Biden administration.

No vaccine mandate yet where I work. I thought all nursing staff and other workers would be given an ultimatum by December 4th. So far so good. I’m still working. I will not quit my job. They’ll have to fire me if the mandate is enforced.

Husband is Reserve, was told he would be taken off of flight duty after deadline passed, NOPE! instead they are having him test weekly. Amazing how a date passing means you suddenly need to be tested after all this time, would love to see the “science ” behind that!

Yes, save for any specific and punitive legislation that forbids businesses from such activities as requiring masks and vaccines, testing etc, the Communist collaborators in private sector industry are free to be as discriminatory in this regard as they choose to.
Why they would is beyond me as it destroys their free market bottom line and creates adversarial relationships with employees and customers which is never a profitable thing historically; however, if they are being propped up by the Communist regime in their actions that could explain it.

Last month my religious exemption was accepted by the federal contracting company I work for. The request was factual, and detailed how courts in Louisiana and Alabama had clearly demonstrated that all three EUA vaccines were derived from aborted fetal cell tissue. I was quite surprised but thoroughly relieved that I did not have to leave my job.

My result: “I successfully demonstrated my sincerely held religious beliefs but my request could not be accommodated due to “undue hardship”.
I was terminated last week – under Gov. of MA’s executive branch employee mandate.
For those that may not know, there is two parts to this – not only demonstrating religious/medical exemption but requesting accommodation.
Where I worked, we were screened each morning, masks in common areas, tested once per week, so what the “undue hardship” is, is a mystery that “they” will not discuss nor elaborate on.
Under the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Title VII, the requested accommodation can be denied based on undue hardship. However, if the employee brings a case to EEOC, the employer will need to prove undue hardship.
Additionally, the EEOC does say the employer should discuss and explore alternate accommodations with the employee if the requested accommodation cannot be provided. (that did not happen, no one would discuss anything with us). The EEOC also says that periodic testing, screening, and masking are examples of reasonable accommodation for employees requesting religious or medical exemption.
For whatever reason, even though I sited the very language from EEOC stating what we were already doing is reasonable accommodation, I was still put through unpaid suspension and termination.

I should have included that my team has been working remotely since March, 2020, so there is really no “undue hardship” to the contracting company. There is a clause that my exemption would be revisited should the gov require us to return to the office.
With courts blocking these mandates because Congress hasn’t created a law, how long before Congress passes a law? In the meantime, mandates are happening regardless in New York and California. And the citizenry seems okay in complying. I get most of LA and San Francisco, but the rest of California? And how come we’re not seeing the massive protests in NYC any longer? Are those still happening? Seems like the rampant crime has taken the front page from any resistance to the mandates. While I’m happy the courts are putting a halt to this now, it’s only a matter of time before they find away around these rulings. And make no mistake, they are looking to do that now. Plus, plenty of transnational corporations aren’t backing down from their mandates. Illegal or not. We’re winning, but we’re still a long way of from achieving total victory.
There’s an enormous flight of sane people out of New York and CA, as well as businesses out of CA. CA will only survive with continued influx of Federal dollars – their tax base is leaving, and leaving CA with nothing but welfare recipients. Trust me, Californians are not happy with these mandates. Many have been hunkering down, biding their time, waiting for the courts to act, and planning on leaving if things get any worse than they already are.
A vaccine mandate wouldn’t get through Congress now. That window has closed, and time is not on the Covidians’ side.

What about the federal workers, not contractors, that are employed by the multiple federal departments…( state, fib, doj, education etc………) ?
There are still many protests, but MSM isn’t covering them so you won’t hear of it.
I have a great sigh of relief. This is good news for one of my kids who couldn’t afford to lose his Fed contractor job because of the insurance which he needs for a life long condition (caused by earlier vaccines).
Now the Military mandate needs to be axed and chucked in the trashbin of history to cover my other kid.

And I don’t believe that mandate has been checked yet (although I believe there have been multiple lawsuits filed on behalf of various organizations).
Biden’s EO only covered federal employees of the EXECUTIVE branch, not “ALL Federal Employees”. Of course, there were exemptions for some Executive branch agencies, such as the Post Office!
The federal contracting company I work for had to modify their contract with the fed gov to include the vax requirements per the “Federal Safe Workplace for Covid” document that was released along with FJB’s Executive Order.
So if those contract mods are already in place, will these companies still be bound to enforce them?

Military
VA beneficiaries
The prong machine is designed to coerce shot uptake to a certain threshold, a targeted majority percentage injected.
As long as their threshold is reached, the designers are satisfied.
Legality is not a concern to them, other than an obstacle to work around.
It appears that their goals are being reached.
To what end?
Since the shots do not prevent virus spread, are ineffective against infection after 6 months, are linked to high rates of serious harm and death (1), and are not needed because there are robust treatment protocols (2), the end is clearly NOT pubic health and safety.
So again: For what ends, is this campaign being waged?
