At the tail end of the recent Stew Peters show with the interview of Mark Meadows, Part 2, there is an interview with a young attorney who told quite a tale of the crooked state of Delaware and what he is doing to restore some sense of law and order there. In this interview he talks about a certain case called Page v. Oath, Inc., where the crooked Judge kicked Lin Wood off the case because of the Judge’s bias against Lin.

Page is Carter Page and Oath is the owner of Huffington Post and Yahoo. This suit is about how the press and the FBI and the DOJ blatantly used Carter Page to spy on the TRUMP team. Sadly after Lin’s removal Page lost the case. The remaining attorneys on his team apparently didn’t even submit the proper items or case to try to win. They should be disbarred, or at the very least looked into for their throwing the case in my opinion.

Reading through the Judge’s decision will make you sick to your stomach if you know all the machinations behind the scenes of this story.

I don’t know if Page can refile based on the now known and published facts, most of which have been known to us here for some time, but I wish he could find a way to do so.

It struck me that after all the treachery, lies and false reporting by the press we now have a completely and utterly incompetent president and administration.  This a direct result of a libelous and scurrilous press.  Personally, I put this squarely at the feet of the American people who were either too gullible or too lazy to stay informed and question the absurd.  The last sentence of Smith’s article says it all. “It would be more fitting for the Post and Times to have the (Pulitzer) prize’s citation emblazoned on their mastheads for posterity to commemorate how they injected poison into the national bloodstream and burned down our free press.

As usual, an amazing article by Lee Smith. Of course, understanding all of this begs the question: would people who would go this far to disrupt a duly elected American presidency, not go further, and disrupt an election for his second term? Of course they would.

Why is it that I’ve known much of this for years and still it boils my blood?

I was caught up personally in the media conspiracy to destroy Trump.A business writer named David Enrich called me in late 2018 to ask if he could interview me for a book he was writing on the history of Deutsche Bank. I had started and built the Bank’s Commercial Real Estate lending business in the US from non-existent to an industry leader in one year after being recruited from Goldman. In the Spring of 1998, I agreed to finance first one, then a second Trump project. He was certainly controversial, it both of the deals were obvious winners. I told Enrich the story, and that Trump had been a great client, and we established something of a friendship. I was a scratch golfer, so we played some golf and even a couple of Pro Am tournaments. This was “par for the course.”As one of the biggest lenders in the country, my time was in demand from every major developer. I was taken to Augusta, Shaol Creek, Cypress Point, Seminole – playing Winged Foot and Atlantic City was no great thrill, but Trump was a very good golfer and a lot of fun.

I told Enrich my underwriters had approved a loan on one of Trump’s casinos in Atlantic City, and my salesmen had pre-sold the entire loan in a securitization. There was a brief internal issue when the Credit department had been found not to have signed the deal memo. At first, he thought there was a problem, and denied having approved the loan. After it was found he had, in fact approved it, and simply failed to sign and file the memo (along with others from several departments) he was let go. The loan was never made – Trump could not buy back the outstanding debt.My business continued, it seven months later the global credit crunch (Long Term Capital failure) hit, and my boss used the crisis to get rid of everyone he considered a threat to his job, including me. That’s the nature of Wall Street. I went on to work on billions of financings as a private consultant for major clients (including the largest single-property office loan ever securitized).

To my shock, Enrich suddenly told me in early 2019 he was using our interview for a Times article. Without a thorough fact check, he changed the story to make it smack of scandal and sleaze. He claimed the credit document had a forged signature. This was factually untrue and libelous. While he changed some small details, he wold not change this – he needed something scandalous. I went over him to his editor — ELLEN POLLOCK! She made it clear she didn’t care about the facts or truth.The reason the Times had suddenly made this into a front-page story was the Mueller Report was finally breaking, and it had….nothing! The while Trump-Russia narrative was collapsing, and the Times’ three year smear campaign with it. So they changed the narrative – now Trump was a dirty businessman, crook and failure. No matter the cost, they had to sell a new narrative.

Pollock and the Times’ attorney were not interested in the documentary evidence I offered them to prove what they had written was false. They would not correct it under any circumstances. They told me to go ahead and sue. It would take years and cost me millions, and liberal New York judges would never give me any satisfaction or money. If they had to issue a correction, it would be years later buried in the back of the print edition. Interestingly, when Enrich did publish his epically awful and dull book, he took out the smears – he wouldn’t have the Times’ lawyers to protect him.

Pollock was a part of the whole liberal media campaign to smear Trump regardless of the facts. She is a fraud of an editor and journalist. I am not surprised she tried to promote her husband’s book in the paper. Ethics have no relevance to these people. None. Lee Smith’s epic piece is spot in in every regard.
