Part of the teason this injunction is such a big deal, is because the Federal govt was swinging an incredibly BIG stick, that has now (at least temporarily) been taken out of their tool box.
As a comparison, its been reported that some Federal contractors may just stop working for the Fed govt, rather than try to enforce it on their employees.
Such an option isn’t possible for these large healthcare concerns, threatened by the now stayed threat. Without Medicare/medicaid $, quite simply they would have to shut their doors.
SOME of the over-the-top actions of hospitals and Dr.s may be due to ideology, but much was no doubt because of THIS threat to withhold Federal $, with the effect of putting them out of business.
In short, this is “a BIG F’ing deal”, and if the courts go on to rule this was Federal overreach, and legislating by afministrative action, therefore UnConstitutional, it greatly impedes the Conmunists attempts to move forward with mandates.

Or, maybe they will just have to charge prices that people can actually pay. Without third-party payments allowing them to charge whatever they like, maybe medical care prices will approach something resembling reasonable sometime soon.
There will always be a market for medical care. The price will find its own level, without the distortions caused by decades of government interference in markets.
Or, maybe, people can start taking better care of themselves, obviating the need for most of the care now considered so critical to their survival.

My daughter is a nursing student and they are demanding they get it.

I just got word that my son-in-law’s employer, General Electric Corp. dropped their mandate. I think the word is out that these corporations will be liable for enforcing mandates when people are threatened with their employment. Just hang in there and do not be inoculated with this poison.

As a fellow Ohioan, I agree, but there has been recently a Louisiana Federal Court ruling firmly stating the unconstitutional nature of the mandates. My son-in-law who has been protesting at G.E. Evandale plant just informed me that G.E. has lifted their mandate. These corporations don’t make changes like this unless they fear the effects financially.
Unvaccinated employees though still have to submit to random testing. Why not test the vaccinated too since they can spread the virus through their shedding of the spike proteins? Also, saw a commercial on Fox Business this morning (shame on them) for a company bragging how it can track unvaccinated employees, put them on a database and report that info. To the federal government. I got fired on 11/19 and I have never been so happy to be out of healthcare. It is a corrupt, immoral industry.

As a peripheral comment to the story, anyone who did receive the jab as a result of employer threats and develops any form of unwanted effect should be free to sue said employer for mountains of cash. Similarly, anyone fired for refusing should be in a position for similar. Hope every last one of them takes the time to hire legal counsel.

I want to thank Cleveland Cinic for their wonderful work. My best friend’s wife had medical procedures there. Later the doctors told him that he and his wife cannot be around anyone who does not wear a mask. Anyone they are around must also present a ‘vaccine passport’ (MURDER POISON jab) to be in their presence. My friend told me this 2 months ago in a telephone call. I told him I have never worn a mask. I told him I will never take the MURDER POISON. Of course he and wife are fully jabbed with the boosters as well. He said he respects my choice. Then he ended our relationship. He was the ‘brother (not blood) that I had since age 8’. We have known each other 60 years.
