let me give two of the most prominant:
B.1.1.529 is the result of a recent animal reservoir (non-human, mammal) pressure to select these 32 mutations. And they are well adapted and optimized to leap back into the human pool and present as entirely novel corona virus. it’s as if the virus is brand new again…thanks to some genomic insertions from some animal reservoir. This theory has traction because there are 55 known mammals that are host for ccp19 and that can insert mutations into this particular segment of the sequence. it’s just shocking that it would happen so quickly all at the same segment of significant risk. (this segment of the sequence is responsible for almost all of the transmissibility POWER….) Where this theory tends to fall apart is that we would expect to see “ancestral arfifact” from that animal reservoir process. but we see nothing to suggest there was any other meaningful genomic shift from that animal reservoir, so that is very puzzling. You will always see some other random sequence change in other segments. But there are none. My opinion is that an animal reservoir was unlikely to be responsible for the insertion.
the next most prominant theory is that mRNA was jabbed in to a ccp19 infected aid/hiv person. (or many)…the specific genomic segment that was inserted is precisely where you would tend to see this virus adapt and transpose DNA to RNA encoding. In other words, immune compromised people have a weakness that this virus can expose. And in doing so, the virus TAKES UP this genomic encoding for that weakness. This is not good. What it means, if true, is that this virus has now the function to exploit an auto-immune weakness within the human population. Now, if you are thinking: I don’t have aids so what! That misses the point! All of us are vulnerable to hiv/aids. More specifically, when this virus has the genomic insertion that can exploit that weakness, it means even those that do not have hiv/aids are vulnerable in an entirely different way because of the mechanism that this virus can exploit. It like the virus gets trained by immune compromised bodies and then USES that same pathway (or several) to find new function in otherwise healthy people!

google search and ddg are not the best vehicle to get you very technical data in top hit format as you would expect if you searched for something like sars-cov-2 (ccp19), where in that instance there has been lots of searches done for almost 2 full years now and that makes the seo “tuned” to filter what you are most likely searching for.
myth 1: the original ccp19 genomic sequence was never published. this is simply not true. What IS true is that some of the genomic gaps they encountered (this is a reality with genomic samples of nearly all viruses – they all decay rapidly over time and you never get a complete end to end set of sequence), were filled in artificially based on expert assumptions AND later verified as these gaps were confirmed correct in assumption with later genomic samples where those “missing” bits were detected.

The science of piecing together end to end genomic sequences of ccp19 isn’t going to happen neatly without a very strict set of rules that all scientists and researchers understand and apply to fill in the gaps. It’s alot like detective work. You know you are on to a good lead, but missing a few verifications.. over time , as more scientists publish they find those missing bits and the puzzle is very much a complete end to end set.
B.1.1.529 is no different in that regard. We do have a genomic sequencing of it end to end. That will change in less time than it takes for you to blink right now. I take Omicron seriously with multiple corbidities, but did well with Delta.

Didn’t these South African countries see overall success in treating the initial covid crises using ivermectin prior to wide spread vaccine availability? If so, and they’re now faced with a new strain of the virus, does this mean ivermectin no longer works, or do they simply need to resume widespread treatments? Or, maybe this will be the excuse to claim the treatment never did any good at all, and then propose an outright ban on the drug, lest anyone should try to make themselves better without paying homage to the god$ of the pharmaceutical industry.
I know it’s confusing. Here are the facts.
ivermectin DOES work, but it is not perfect. No drugs are perfect.
SA had great success in treating people with symptoms.
However, ivermectin is NOT a vaccine. So there would be no reason to expect the use of ivermectin is going to cause this virus to stop mutating. Ivermectin has some bonding capacity that does neutralize the virus, but it’s main contribution seems to be the power up effect it has with the human immune system. (and hcq will produce the same effects). Consistently, ivm does apply SOME pressure for this virus to adapt, but not anywhere close to the power of mRNA to pressure it to select.
in fact, the mRNA jabbed to hiv/aids patients who then get infected by ccp19 is EXACTLY the kind of process you would expect for this ccp19 virus to leap the fitness ladder and acquire clustered genomic insertions at the very specific genomic sequences that we have detected about B.1.1.529! This would not be possible for ivermectin and also explains why the researchers, scientists and doctors who have been pounding the table and recommending it have done so! The risk of pressuring the ccp19 to acquire new skills is low with ivermectin and that it works quite well in many situations where serverity of symptoms goes down as well as some level of neutralizing the virus directing (even without stirring up the immune respose, which it does also) ivermectin is ideal for this kind of bug.
