At 1:00am on August 25th, Nancy Pelosi and House Democrats came to an agreement on a massive spending proposal. The Senate previously passed a $1.5 trillion “infrastructure” bill, and a group of 9 House moderates -led by Josh Gottheimer- wanted to see it pass. However, the far-left progressive caucus wanted their $3.5 trillion social spending package which includes Green New Deal spending passed as part of the total budget agenda. {Go Deep} For the past two months, the House Democrats have been working with Senate Democrats on the scale of the social spending package.
The ultra far-left communists and Democrat socialists have been negotiating on the social spending part. They agreed to settle for 1.75 trillion in fundamental change and there’s approximately 10 House republicans that will also support it, but the AOC wing wants more. The previously passed $1.5 trillion sits on Nancy Pelosi’s desk until it can be paired with the $1.75+ trillion social spending component.
The House Rules Committee is putting the legislative language together for the latest 1,600 page social spending part [you can see here], but the issue of constructing a bill that will pass the Senate is still problematic. Pelosi was hoping for a vote today, and Joe Biden begged Democrats earlier to get it passed because his polling numbers continue to collapse. The communists (AOC/Bernie Sanders caucus) and socialists (ordinary Democrats) are at loggerheads.

moved on to read that the majority of this 1,600+ page bill are really all about the green new deal, even creating a $2.8 billion fund to create an Environmental and Climate Justice block grants program to pay climate activists, pages 345-348;
quite a revamping of Obamacare inside nice phrasing of changes calling itself affordable healthcare coverage to the changes in Medicaid (starts at page 437 on up to page 462 and beyond.
A whole lot of words for something called 21st Century Sustainable and Equitable Communities ($1.685 billion for that), starts on page 720 and it isn’t until page 765 for the definition of the creation of Colonia Areas which is land within 150 miles from the US/Mexico border. Lots of talk about creating mobile (manufactured) home communities. It moves on at page 757 talking about grants for First-Generation Down Payments where the only thing a potential homebuyer has to say is that no, siree, no one in our family ever, never, owned a home and no one is allowed to verify if that assertion is true or not and viola – help making a down payment for a home by the federal government.
There is a section which the news has been talking about which basically gives citizenship to illegal aliens from all the way back in 1972, so am assuming those are going the be the First-Generation homebuyers buying a manufactured home in that Colonia near the Mexican border (this is just a guess on my part on how this is meant to play out.) That provision about having to trust the word and not being allowed to verify is on page 782. Democrats, they still believe ‘I swear I never had sexual relations with that woman” still works on the gullible public.
Interesting, on page 788, the smallest grant in the whole 1,600+ page document (so far, stopped reading when I found what I was looking for, the mining stuff), is a paltry 500 million for the Defense Production Act of 1950 which is money to be used “to create, maintain, protect, expand, or restore domestic industrial base capabilities for the national defense.”
then it quickly moves back into the green new deal stuff including page 825 for Desert Fish Conservation, page 827 creates Wildlife Corridors (guessing that would be the setting aside of state or private land if deer or other wildlife used to cross in that area?)
page 830 sets up a council on Environmental Quality and then finally I get to what I was waiting for, and there it was
page 848 to 851 sets up a 4% gross royalty on hardrock mines, and then builds from there by adding another 2% royalty when plans of operations are required (any mining on land over 5 acres in size, one lode claim averages 20 acres in size) – this alone will shut down a huge portion of mining projects in Nevada which has its own net royalty requirements and this shutting down will decimate the ability for our national defense to get the minerals needed, the tech inventors who need the lithiums and coppers and other minerals, even the tungstens and base metals needed in all sorts of manufacturing, further offshoring these critical supplies.
I had to stop reading at that point. Have to start drafting a letter to my State reps. That Nevada reps (whether House or Senate) let this bombastic clause stay in screams they have no idea what they are doing or, because of certain voting machine devices, they really just don’t care.
Or they believe they need to pass it to know what’s in it.
Fighting over the amount of money is probably just theater to distract from what’s in the bill. There would be a real insurrection if we had any idea just how badly the citizens of this country are going to take a beating.

* Soldiers (ground combat soldiers, that is) do not fight first and foremost for their country, the flag, motherhood, girls back home, or apple pie! Before all else, soldiers engaged in ground combat fight for their fellow soldiers and their unit. Why? Because in every war/police action/whatever including WWII the strategies and tactics adopted by mostly incompetent/corrupt military and civilian managers (notice I said managers not leaders) were/are designed to maximize the profits of the military/industrial/political complex with little regard for the those personnel charged with employing the same. In short, the American soldier has been/is nothing more than a “mercenary” since 1969 with the creation of the “All Volunteer Army (VOLAR)”.
* The Seven C’s of Leadership according to a survey of 1646 Vietnam era ground combat veterans listed of the order of their importance (according to the vets) are; Candor, Competence, Consistency, Commitment, Courage, Compassion, and Courtesy. The reason the soldiers in the survey chose the word “candor” is because to them candor encompasses both omission and co-mission. To a combat soldier lack of absolute candor, be it co-mission or omission, are equal sins! In short, soldiers expect/demand absolute candor from their leaders before all else. * The American people are the most effectively lied to people in modern times thanks primarily to politicians, bureaucrats, academicians, and the media.
* Arrogance plus ignorance equals stupidity (A + I = S).
* The greatest threats to the American people are the corrupt and/or incompetent politicians/bureaucrats/academicians found at every level of government/academia, and the majority of the American so-called media.
* The American Profession of Arms and our brothers/sisters in the Blue have failed to protect the American people from all of their enemies, both foreign and ‘most especially’ domestic.
* There are only two primary requirements to be a career soldier and/or cop in America. One must be smart enough to do the work and dumb enough to take the job.
* American soldiers and police officers must in addition to mastering all of their professionally mandated tasks learn to accomplish the same with at least one arm tied behind their backs and their vision impaired 50% or more.
* Far too many of the politicians, bureaucrats, academicians, and media types I have encountered during my years as a soldier/cop/mercenary I most kindly refer to as; self-serving, witless, cowards. Note: I originally referred to the aforementioned folks as; “Self-serving, witless, cowardly, pissants!” After retiring to the deep woods I dropped pissants once becoming acquainted with the little guys; in that I learned pissants are not self-serving nor witless, and certainly not cowards!
* After carefully watching the whole of the political class since May of 1960, I can say without reservation that most of the group will sell their souls and our bodies just to remain in power.
* Want to see what the United States of America will look like if the left takes control of the government? Take your pick: New York City, Baltimore, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or the complete packages; California, New York, Illinois, etc, etc, etc…..
* If the so-called Progressive movement continues unchecked a number of able veterans are going to be presented with a challenge/decision. Are the American people worth another drop of our sweat and/or our blood?
* The end goal of the elites and their minions is not (nor ever has been) socialism, communism, or capitalism. The elites of the world have used all manner of ideologies, religions, terrorism, brute force, etc. to drive the masses/peasants/serfs/whatever in one direction. That direction leads to one of the oldest forms of human control ever employed in the history of mankind. That form of human control is Feudalism!

PS All of the lessons learned above (save the last three, which were added during Obama’s last two years in office) and the four mentioned below were written for the prelude of a book titled: “Rape, Pillage, Plunder; America You’ve Been Had!” (After Obama was elected to his second term I added; “And It’s Your Own Damn Fault!”). The book has not been published in that the Department of Defense has denied four requests to publish the same due to classified information they claim is in the book. That so-called classified information primarily deals with the number of politicians and bureaucrats sitting at the federal, state, county, and city levels of government during the Carter years who made the list of subjects in an investigation of the international drug trade and money laundering. Three of those politicians went on to be President of the United States of America. Four of the original lessons learned will remain unpublished in that I do not believe most of the Americans alive today can handle the level of anxiety that might be generated from their exposure. Few Americans can imagine the lengths so many have gone to destroy this nation just since President Eisenhower’s last year in office. I say that because that was the year I joined the army and have stood witness to the destructive policies first imitated by the Kennedy administration with folks like his brother Robert and Robert McNamara (Mac the Knife- soldier’s nickname for the SOB) laying the ground work for administrations that followed! Thus the reason for the two part prayer I said immediately upon learning that President Kennedy had been shot. First I prayed that God would spare him and second that the shooter was not a soldier from my unit nor any other military unit!

It is both disgusting and scary that this country is so close to doing something this crazy and destructive.
Back room deals are being made. The propagandists are spinning new lies. Chicanery at work to bamboozle the people. The uniparty will yet again pass another bill not supported by the vast majority of the people. No surprises, RINO’s will help. We even may see VP Heels Up make an appearance to cast a tie breaking vote. All theater produced especially for CNN, FOX and the like. We lost the Republic long ago.

Buried in all this public diversionary BS discussion of spending is the fact Botox Nancy labeled this a “RECONCILIATION” Bill. That means they still are technically operating on Fiscal Year 2021 Budgetary decisions and rules, even though the new 2022 Fiscal Year (FY2022) began on 1 October 2021.
The Congress has yet to pass any kind of spending and tax instrument tied to FY2022, legislated budgetary law nor Omnibus. That should scare the heck out of people and should actually raise eye-brows on the Republican side if they actually cared.
The Uni-Party in Congress (DNC + GOPe) have ZERO intention of ever passing a single bit of fiscal legislation tied to a Fiscal Year, per law and their own operating rules, at least for the next 3-7 YEARS.
It will literally force endless cycles of SPEND and TAX whenever Congress wants to AUTHORIZE spending and Executive Branch using those authorizations to drive State Level Behaviors when OBLIGATING the money. Remember Government finances are a 2-Step process, the Congress AUTHORIZES and Executive OBLIGATES MONEY and IMPLEMENTS TAXES.
