RAPE, PILLAGE, PLUNDER; AMERICA YOU’VE BEEN HAD!
This article provides just another example of what’s happening in America that reinforces the confessions/lessons learned first presented in 1989 to the citizens of an old soldier/cop’s community while he was serving as their police chief. The only real change in all the years since 1989 is that the average American is even more the victim of the barrages of propaganda being blasted on them by real time communications systems and the actions of corrupt/incompetent politicians, academicians, bureaucrats, and the media. Each group bent on driving the masses into nothing short of a world wide feudal system.
Soldier/Cop/Mercenary, Retired
In light of all the activities of the “Left/Progressives” and many other groups seemingly bent on destroying everything we cops and soldiers have/are ‘supposedly’ spent/spending ours careers and in far too many cases giving/gave our lives defending, can you guess which of the following confession/lessons learned were first presented to the public in 1989 by a soldier/cop/mercenary following 26 years in the army and in his third year as a civilian police chief?
A Soldier/Cop/Mercenary’s Confession/Lessons Learned
*Soldiers (ground combat soldiers, that is) do not fight first and foremost for their country, the flag, motherhood, girls back home, nor apple pie! Before all else, soldiers engaged in ground combat fight for their fellow soldiers and their unit. Why? Because in every war/police action/whatever including WWII the strategies and tactics adopted by mostly incompetent/corrupt military and civilian managers (notice I said managers not leaders) were designed to maximize the profits of the military/industrial/political complex with little regard for the those personnel charged with employing the same. In short, the American soldier has been nothing more than a “mercenary” since 1969 with the creation of the “All Volunteer Army (VOLAR)”.
*The Seven C’s of Leadership according to a survey of 1646 Vietnam era ground combat veterans listed of the order of their importance (according to the vets) are; Candor, Competence, Consistency, Commitment, Courage, Compassion, and Courtesy. The reason the soldiers in the survey chose the word “candor” is because to them candor encompasses both omission and co-mission. To a combat soldier lack of absolute candor, be it co-mission or omission, are equal sins! In short, soldiers expect/demand absolute candor from their leaders before all else. Note: The democrats have proven they are masters of co-mission, while republicans have proven they are masters of omission!
* The American people are the most effectively lied to people in modern times thanks primarily to politicians, bureaucrats, academicians, and the media.
* Arrogance plus ignorance equals stupidity (A + I = S).
* The greatest threats to the American people are the corrupt and/or incompetent politicians/bureaucrats/academicians found at every level of government/academia, and the majority of the American so-called media.
* Most of the politicians, bureaucrats, academicians, and media types I have encountered during my years as a soldier/cop/mercenary I most kindly refer to as; self-serving, witless, cowards. Note: I originally refereed to the aforementioned folks as; “Self-serving, witless, cowardly, pissants!” After retiring to the deep woods I dropped pissants once becoming acquainted with the little guys; in that I learned pissants are not self-serving nor witless, and certainly not cowards!
* The American Profession of Arms and our brothers/sisters in the Blue have failed to protect the American people from all of their enemies, both foreign and ‘most especially’ domestic.
* There are only two primary requirements to be a career soldier and/or cop in America. One must be smart enough to do the work and dumb enough to take the job.
* American soldiers and police officers must in addition to mastering all of their professionally mandated tasks learn to accomplish the same with at least one arm tied behind their backs and their vision impaired 50% or more.
* After carefully watching the whole of the political class since May of 1960, I can say without reservation that most of the group will sell their souls and our bodies just to remain in power.
* Want to see what the United States of America will look like if the left takes control of the government? Take your pick: New York City, Baltimore, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or the complete packages; California, New York, Illinois, etc, etc, etc…..
* If the so-called Progressive movement continues unchecked a number of able veterans are going to be presented with a challenge/decision. Are the American people worth another drop of our sweat and/or our blood?
* The end goal of the elites and their minions is not (nor ever has been) socialism, communism, or capitalism. The elites of world have used all manner of ideologies, religions, terrorism, brute force, etc. to drive the masses/peasants/serfs/whatever in one direction. That direction leads to one of the oldest forms of human control ever employed in the history of mankind. That form of human control is, Feudalism!
Exactly! Start with the following video (first of a 17 part series), which will open your eyes, and completely supports what Soldier/Cop Mercenary/Retired has written: https://www.bitchute.com/video/BRizDPuLs8c4/
Your video is not for people who are already as awake as this man, your video is for people who are asleep.

Well stated. The Rock of Truth.
Just look at the unchecked Billionaires, the owned and controlled Media and Internet. The Citystate of Washington is owned by dirty money. Full stop.
I agree with all you’re saying. Haven’t exactly seen it put together this well so I do appreciate the red-pill casserole.
Red pills are the truth and as much as these days they’re overwhelmingly bitter I’ll take them over a sweet tasting blue pill any day.
Thank you sir.
Side note: I wanted to see if pissant territory included Texas. Apparently not but fire ants are more than enough of a scourge to make up for that here. My initial search produced about 5 hits for The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas though.
There’s a joke in there somewhere.
God bless you! We must rise up in unison against these dark globalist forces. I’m an American citizen who was brought to “the land of Freedom, USA, as a teenager in order to escape communism. But you are correct; what we are now observing is another devastating evil force: Feudalism! So much for progress. Let’s Go Brandon; get to work and RESIST

I’m a trucker and agree with Sundance’s assessments… There is another issue these ports are facing that is rarely ever even mentioned, empty containers that need to go back to China… (snippet and link below)
Folks, we used to have some freedom of movement out here with our trucks, but since the implementation of the Electronic Logging Device, we are extremely limited as to when we can legally operate.
Myself, when that device went in my truck, I lost 30% of my NET income immediately, as I could no longer work the way I have been safely out here for the past 32 years. Now, I sit more than I work, scheduling is painful as you have these man made barriers at every turn.
They are seeing this in these ports too, a driver is not going to go sit in line and not be paid, and then run out of hours and face some very steep fines if caught. The only guys being paid to sit are company drivers in most cases, it is rare for a brokerage to pay an owner operator in these conditions to sit. Sure, they may throw you a hundred bucks, a nice gesture but meaningless when I need to generate at minimum $75 an hour to stay above water. My target rate, no matter the load, is always $100+. Anything less than that, I’m just wasting my time.
Also, something you need to know, this container freight is considered low rung, garbage freight that pays little to nothing, especially when fuel is over $4 a gallon. It is easy to see why there are few folks in my industry coming to their rescue, you get what you pay for. Rant off…
————————————
The below is from an article over at Freight Waves, the link is at the bottom.
“It should be noted that thousands of empty containers sitting in motor carrier yards on top of chassis are unable to be returned into the port complex because of overly restrictive appointment requirements,” the association said in a statement on Wednesday.
“For instance, if truckers can’t secure an appointment to return an empty container, they can’t free up the chassis to move an import off dock, so those appointments go unused. Furthermore, if truckers cannot count on consistent skilled staffing levels during the second half of the second shift on top of the empty return restrictions, those appointments go unused.”
Todd Spencer, president and CEO of the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association, said truckers have already been operating around the clock “but are often restricted by factors beyond their control, such as excessive detention time and the lack of readily available, safe parking for their trucks.”
In California older trucks have to pass “emission standards” of newer trucks resulting in a loss of 50 percent of “that” workforce to remove the containers from their ports.
I read somewhere that many of the emptys are inaccessible because of the full units blocking everything. You know, buried at the bottom of the pile

I just posted a video I found a few minutes ago that explains what myself and others have been saying for awhile… Here it is, only 9 minutes, and gets directly to the point.
AND don’t forget – this is all good because Biden has boosted the economy SO MUCH and people are frantically shopping and spending and that’s what’s causing the problem and Biden is a G od, don’t you forget it!
And the companies that have the company drivers are fine with ALL this.
The sooner they put independents out of business the sooner they prove their crappy business model works.
Big companies in my industry have been partnering with big mother government for years and for this reason.
doubtful, they still have to pay that driver to sit there… It is hurting their bottom line too. See the video below I just posted. This is much worse than they are telling us.
The big corporations, the ones invited to the WH recently to help biden fix everything, Lowes, Home Depot, Target, Ikea and others, have entire shiploads of containers, rather than a few on a ship full of containers, as the smaller business have.
Thus, the large corporations can order THEIR shiploads to go thru the Panama Canal, into the Gulf of Mexico, and unload in a Southern port or even one on the Eastern seaboard – while a company with only a few containers has no way to get their goods unloaded and into their stores, and the ships will continue to float off the coast of California until hell freezes over.
Democrats are destroying small businesses and supporting the ones who donate so much $$ to them – all the while claiming to care about the little guy. No, they really really really don’t give a tinker’s dam about any of us.
Those large corporations will have goods on their shelves but the cost will be horrendous due to all the extra traveling the ships are making – and we will pay it if we need anything. And the Dems will laugh about it.
I have had my truck license since I was 16, owned trucks, among many other things, and anyone who hauls off any dock, is a fool. You sit, unpaid, in a traffic jamb. All those unpaid hours are Revenue Hours lost.
America has no idea how much respect they need to show to the real unsung heroes that drive the insane roads, work long, hard, tedious hours, that keep food, clothing, and shelter (and trinkets) moving to your stores. The things that keep you alive.
Been in trucking my whole life, as a mechanic. I just retired at 74 after 56 years on the job. There is little respect for us “blue collar types” from the shiny shoe office types whose very lives depend on us for the food that is in their fridge.
I have one somewhere, and have never used it. As long as you have the $100 you will get one, this government is only interested in the money.

Why do we have to be inconvenienced by California once again?!
RAC
October 17, 2021 4:31 am
Well here’s a thought. If an EUA can be used to push the poison jab, why not a similar emergency authorization to lift all the bureaucratic nonsense that is crippling the ports.
Biden COULD fix this by using his POTUS emergency powers. President Trump would have done that long ago. Biden won’t because it isn’t causing HIM any inconvenience, his Depends are still delivered to his basement regularly, and besides it’s the fault of COVID, and President Trump, and the job market (right), and we should be glad to see it because it means our economy is just bursting at the seams.
If you don’t believe all that, you aren’t a liberal, and thank God for that.
What Biden could (and won’t) do with emergency powers is supercede the 2020 California laws that limit the trucks allowed on California roads.
It might take a little while to unravel the mess, but it would be over and done with way before next summer, which is when the Dems it might somehow get fixed,
It won’t because shortly those goods won’t even be wanted by the companies because the shopping season will be over and done with. Boy is that going to make a gigantic mess, shiploads of unwanted goods not being unloaded and moved by trucks that may or may not be legally allowed to transit California roads. It’s only going to get worse, I fear.
Dems have got to be the dumbest people around. It’s amazing they continue to breath in and out without being reminded.
The large corporations knew, when the stringent and completely unrealistic California laws were passed effective 2020, what kind of a mess that would make. That’s when those corporations rerouted all their ships, to avoid the mess they knew was going to happen. Even if they had announced this to the world, you can bet the media wouldn’t have reported it, and face it, those companies will have goods on their shelves, and they WILL make a killing on them.
Small companies were probably aware of the mess on the horizon, but until Biden stole the election, no one knew if a competent President was going to deal with it, or an incompetent one was going to lie about it.
Best thing to do to offset the pain in our wallets is to buy stock in those companies, and in natural gas and oil, and you know the Dems in Congress, and anyone else with a brain, have been investing heavily in those stocks.
Someone in this country is going to make a lot of money and it isn’t the little people.
The 2020 emissions standard passed in California that pretty much created this mess, is supposed to ensure clean air and water or whatever the latest greenie goal is – and meanwhile, giant ships floating out on the ocean instead of safely docking at a shipyard, are dropping or dragging their anchors onto oil pipes and causing oil spills.
Ships fully loaded with goods for one large corporation, have been rerouted to ensure the shelves in Target, Ikea, Best Buy, Lowes and some others are stocked. They knew this was going to happen as soon as 75% of the trucks in this country were deemed ineligible to use California roads.
Apparently some companies considered, or maybe implemented not sure, a plan where a truck meeting California’s emission standards, hauled goods to the border to be moved onto other trucks and carried across the country. Trouble with that is, of course, a bottleneck on the state border, also the fact that there still aren’t enough trucks California will allow to work in that state.
I read that the entire thing is designed to force companies to buy electric trucks – which don’t even exist. California’s fruits and nuts once more show the world how clever they are.
One wonders if Ayn Rand was psychic or something. All these man made (read government) created problems are quite literally going to be the death of us all.
read my first Ayn Rand book in the 7th grade – “Anthem” – our Social Sciences teacher had us read it! Then went on to read other Ayn Rand books that summer – truly, “Anthem” seemed like total science fiction, how could that be brought about – yet, it would be the world where socialism had ultimately prevailed (and mankind lost). As things have unfolded over the years (since 1965 when I read my first Ayn Rand book), it seems like insame things like the Green New Deal are exactly what presaged the world depicted in “Anthem”.
Well, I have been saying this day was coming back in the 90’s when Clinton was selling us out with NAFTA… And I am not the only one, sad thing is, few listen to the wisdom of a truck driver.
From everything I see and read, anyone aware of the contents of those 2 2020 California laws that basically limit the trucks allowed to operate in California to a fraction of the number before the 2020 implementation, could see what was going to happen.
Many of us just don’t spend a lot of time thinking about the logistics of how stuff gets here and onto the store shelves.
I bet President Trump had a good idea this would happen – and I also bet he would have already issued an emergency order negating California’s unreasonable laws for a period of time to get this ships unloaded and turned around.
Small companies that only own a few containers on a ship full of containers, have no leverage. They can’t order the ship to go thru the Canal and unload somewhere else, like big corporations who own all the cargo on a container ship can. So even if they saw this on the horizon, there wouldn’t be much they could do about it.
At the rate Biden is going, soon there won’t be any small business left in America. Already the manufacturing that President Trump so successfully brought back to our shores, is leaving. It truly sucks.

If this is the same California emissions rule I’m remembering from the one time in my life I bought a new car, the large SUVs and pickup trucks that were so popular at the time were exempt from having to meet the emissions standards.
The emissions we have on these new trucks is a thousand times worse than those smog pumps of the 70’s… Money pits, unreliable junk. And now we cannot get parts, no parts, the truck will not run, it literally sits.
I actually didn’t think about some of what you are saying, which I should have since we have had a receiver out for repair for many weeks, the electric part is unavailable. And won’t be for a long time. Cars will be having the same problem – well, whatever cars we still have on the road. Dealerships are pratically empty around here, and used cars for sale almost don’t exist.
What did Biden blame all this on? The red headed witch says our economy is doing so well, that’s what’s causing the problem. Our senile pretend POTUS says it’s the fault of the unvaccinated, and on alternate days, it’s Trump’s fault.
I do love the latest garbage from this adminstration blaming everything on how well we are doing. It’a almost funny if it weren’t so tragic. People’s lives, businesses, savings, retirements are going to be destroyed if they aren’t already.
Love the part about ‘well inflation is going to keep going up for a while and then it’s going to come down’. ??????????????
It is pretty sad, but yet comical… As far as those repair parts, it is getting brutal out here. Even locating normal wear parts like brake shoes, wheel bearings, oil and fuel filters… The list goes on and on, and this is for all years, makes and models of trucks. The filters for fuel and oil are going to be the next parts group to be hit, I just ordered three cases of filters for my truck, just in case. And here is a kicker, many of these new trucks that are hitting the market, there are no filters available, none!
I watched a guy drive into Speedco, a big truck quick oil change outfit. I watched this driver pull in, sit for a few minutes and leave. Turns out there are no filters available for his particular motor, as the manufacturer had yet to release them for retail sale, they do not even exist yet in the supply chain.
Imagine spending $150,000 for a vehicle and discovering you cannot maintain it because the parts do not yet exist? And that is a real issue with these EPA trucks, they trap all of that soot that used to go out the exhaust in the engine oil. In time it just eats away at the internals, lust like sandpaper would. So, oil changes are not something one should simply skip. You can change the oil, but when your filter clogs with soot, bad things happen. So, no filters, the truck is parked.
This is going to be a very real issue in the near future, there is no driver shortage, but I can see a very real truck shortage in the near future. Very near future. My buddy has been in the shop going on his fourth week today, they cannot get simple everyday brake and suspension parts. Parts that are always in stock, are no longer available. Going to get ugly out here.
The two laws behind the mess were effective January 2020, i believe.

A reading from the book of Zappa:
“Can’t escape the conclusion
It’s probably God’s Will
That civilization
Will grind to a standstill
And we are the people
Who will make it all happen
While yer children is sleepin’,
Yer puppy is crappin’
You might call us Flakes
Or something else you might coin us
But we know you’re so greedy
That you’ll probably join us

Wait til the CCP shuts down the Panama canal for some bogus reason.
Thanks Jimmy Carter.
It darn is at this point as ships are fleeing to the East coast to unload… Just as bad as the LA ports. See the video I just posted, both above and below…
Yes, what I read too – the really huge corporations can afford to reroute their ships. The other ports may not be equipped for that extra traffic, but at least there won’t be the limitations on trucks. We’ll be paying a lot for those goods, and for the additional mileage returning to China or where the ships came from.
That’s really a frightening thought. As if we aren’t going to suffer enough having to depend on oil coming thru the worst areas in the middle east. One ship can blockade the Suez Canal as we saw recently.

And what a shame Twitter blacklisted you.
I got back my Twitter account two days ago. I was suspended in January for unknown reasons, probably as a Trump & Covid alternative treatment supporter. A crazy thing because I got over my Twitter addiction and don’t go there very often. But it must be said that Twitter is a great source of info.

You can be sure that if Trump were in the WH, the nano-second he became aware of the CA emissions restrictions they would be toast- or, CA would be receiving ZERO in funds from the Federal Treasury. This would never have been allowed under a Trump POTUS.
Well, not much he could have done about it, as some of the key issues that allow this insanity were voted into law through the congress. So, to fix much of this mess, congress needs to act. Unfortunately, they are working overtime to destroy these very industries…
Using emergency powers, he could supercede those emissions laws long enough to get us thru the Christmas season!
Biden could do that today but solving the problem isn’t what he has any interest in. Maybe if we all got vaccinated like good little boys and girls . . . . .
Think about what is going to happen when the shopping season comes and goes and those ships are still floating out there. NOW the companies don’t want the stuff – and it’s still floating around out there, tying up space on those huge container ships. I don’t imagine there are any extra ones around.
We are well passed that… I was watching Peter Navarro on Steve Bannon’s War Room show yesterday. Navarro stated they had anticipated this back in January of 2020 when the holiday numbers came out. They were already making plans well into the fall to keep what they believed a break in the supply chain from happening. The Biden folks ignored all of this, and here we are today.

If a truck shows up to collect a certain container, it might be on top of a stack or on the bottom. They most likely use a lift truck to stack and unstack the containers so I doubt if it can go more than 4 containers high. If a truck shows up with orders for a bottom one, the forklift probably has no near place to stack the top ones since the yard is full. So extra time is spent driving around looking for an empty spot. This is why the truck drivers are waiting so long.
A lot of containers move by yard tug/chassis to the rail handler area where specialized container lifts (which appear a lot like a giant forklift with grapplers) stack them on rail chassis. Rail is a prime mover for intermodal containers, particularly long distances.
There are numerous cab videos on Youtube showing how the gantry crane operators feed the system off the ships and the container handlers feed the trucks and rail modalities. It’s a wonder of choreography.
My bet is the gum in the works is at the leadership level, like it usually is. Someone or some group is gumming it up on purpose and, as usual, it’s the labor force that gets the scapegoat label. Big reason I left labor employment in the early 80’s and went out on my own. Part of that work was maintaining aspects of those large intermodal handlers, and designing improvements, particularly for the hydraulic systems. Intermodal is very mature technology. There’s no wheel being invented here.

Rant off…

Todd Spencer, president and CEO of the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association, said truckers have already been operating around the clock “but are often restricted by factors beyond their control, such as excessive detention time and the lack of readily available, safe parking for their trucks.”
https://www.freightwaves.com/news/how-fast-can-la-clear-out-its-ships
In California older trucks have to pass “emission standards” of newer trucks resulting in a loss of 50 percent of “that” workforce to remove the containers from their ports.
I read somewhere that many of the emptys are inaccessible because of the full units blocking everything. You know, buried at the bottom of the pile
What a cluster f—
I just posted a video I found a few minutes ago that explains what myself and others have been saying for awhile… Here it is, only 9 minutes, and gets directly to the point.
But government bureaucrats know what’s best for all of us. They have STUDIES!!!
and so called experts
major eye roll
Don’t forget the “computer models” that assimilate “real world” activity.
right . . . the STUDIES!
Sheep have no idea how much respect is owed to truck drivers.
We, the patriots of this land know it very well, and thank YOU for Your service.
Been in trucking my whole life, as a mechanic. I just retired at 74 after 56 years on the job. There is little respect for us “blue collar types” from the shiny shoe office types whose very lives depend on us for the food that is in their fridge.
Kam, you’re correct but don’t expect some prick in NYC, DC, LA or SF to care or understand. They can go to hell along with their media lapdogs.
Spot on brother. I did not leave trucking, trucking left me.
In addition: I’d like to know how many “drivers” are able vs. unable to obtain a “valid” TWIC clearance.
I have my suspicions the ratio is heavily weighted!
I have one somewhere, and have never used it. As long as you have the $100 you will get one, this government is only interested in the money.
Why do we have to be inconvenienced by California once again?!
Well here’s a thought. If an EUA can be used to push the poison jab, why not a similar emergency authorization to lift all the bureaucratic nonsense that is crippling the ports.
push the jab = control
lift restrictions = loss of control
COME ON MAN
Biden COULD fix this by using his POTUS emergency powers.
L’escargot Brandon ????
Brandon is a snail????
California is not the only port of entry. Why aren’t ships going to other ports?
You would think that no plan B means something is intended.
There are only a few ports that can handle these mega container ships, that is the issue with LB and LA… They are pretty much the only game in town.
The law of unintended consequences rides again.
It’s on twitter.

One wonders if Ayn Rand was psychic or something. All these man made (read government) created problems are quite literally going to be the death of us all.
Not me. I have been prepping for years.
Friends and neighbors are not quite so derisive anymore. And no, very little is kept on premise.
One day I will just disappear.
read my first Ayn Rand book in the 7th grade – “Anthem” – our Social Sciences teacher had us read it!
Read her short tome, We the Living… It is a short read, a glimpse into the future…
Let’s go Brandon !
If this is the same California emissions rule I’m remembering from the one time in my life I bought a new car, the large SUVs and pickup trucks that were so popular at the time were exempt from having to meet the emissions standards.
This could be out of date, IDK.
That you’ll probably join us
We’re comin’ to get you, we’re comin’ to get you
We’re comin’ to get you, we’re comin’ to get you
We’re comin’ to get you, we’re comin’ to get you
We’re comin’ to get you, we’re comin’ to get you”

Wait til the CCP shuts down the Panama canal for some bogus reason.
Thanks Jimmy Carter.
yes, exactly!
I posted it on gettR
A great analogy.
Indeed…
Yep, untold numbers of us truck drivers have been anticipating this day since Clinton and congress gave us NAFTA. It is here, and with a vengeance.
Can’t figure out why you don’t have a GAB account, Sundance ~ a nice, Christian alternative to Twitter (and they won’t shut you out).
Besides, most Twitter users are deaf to our messages anyway: ‘Still, A man hears what he wants to hear, and disregards the rest.’ … [Simon & Garfunkel].
Where is Pete Buttedge? Sitting at home with his husband and adoptee babies. Not taking his job seriously.

If I remember details of his job as Mayor, he built(aktually someone else did the work) alot of sidewalks!!!
He has no clue what his job is. Sits there and collects $$. Like most of this administration.
Here is a 9 minute video I just found regarding trucking and shipping containers… It is worth your time to watch if you are the least bit interested in this mess. Very informative info from an actual freight broker that deals in this market.
Shirley you jest Sundance!! Jack would never blacklist someone like you who always… Oh wait! Nebbermind…
If I wasn’t blacklisted… Nudge nudge Say no more,

Twitter sucks the camel’s winkie.
How hard would it be for drug cartels in Mexico to set up a port or two? Then we’ll get goods with some drugs.
Another factor being reported:
Lazy crane operators making $250,000 a year exacerbating port crisis, truckers say

This jives with a person I met who described to me personally witnessing extremely long lines of trucks on the highway leading the port of Long Beach, California. He emphasized the slowdown wasn’t driven by trucks, because so many were waiting in line to enter the port.
Sundance, you need to go on GETTR to share this story. GETTR is growing exponentially.
