There is more than enough evidence to (1) have the state run a state-wide audit, (2) indict for criminal activity and lying, and (3) decertify.
A election cannot be certified if “they” don’t know who won.
But isn’t that what they will base doing nothing on? They don’t know who really won, just that there was fraud committed in the process so we have to change our system going forward to insure, honest, fair elections.
I watched nearly all of this, now I need a good analysis. It seems as if this is up to cyber now. too bad they would not allow canvasing or even look at the canvasing study that was done.
I watched from start to finish. Around 50,000 votes are in question due to irregularity, lack of chain of custody, or outright illegal. The big takeaway was 96% of duplicated ballots were counted from Nov 4 to Nov 9. That said, the lede on MSM is going to be Biden came out away with 690 more votes than originally counted – that doesn’t take in to account those 50,000 votes that are dubious. There were clear violations of law – mostly the cyber stuff, which they never got their hands on most of the important hardware.
So now, it’s up to the AG to prosecute. Are they going to decertify? Does it matter? Probably not. What’s important is the enact laws to ensure the same thing doesn’t happen for the midterms. Problem there is timing. Those laws need to go in to effect this year. We’re running out of time for that to happen.
Bigger picture is states need to run the same forensic audits, come to the same conclusions and enact the same protective laws before midterms. Doubt there is enough time for all of this to come together. Doubt seems there’s hope. I have none.
Agreed. I’m very suspicious that the GOPe is complicit in this fraud. I mean, how do you explain the lack of support and the inaction on doing forensic audits in Red States where they hold a majority and could easily push them through? How do you explain this? Why the obstruction by Vos in WI and Corman in PA? I also still don’t see how the GOP gained as many seats in the House as they did. (As if it were a deal struck–“You give us Biden and we’ll let you win a bunch of seats in the House”). As I said earlier, mail-in-voting must be eliminated. Only vote in person on election day only. You may be given an absentee ballot only if you are not going to be at your precinct or legitimately disabled. With these absentee ballots, signatures must be verified and/or notarized. The excuse for mail ballots should have never been allowed. Here in kalifornicate, all registered voters get a mail-in-ballot. I believe this has been made permanent in this state, last I heard it was there for gruesome to sign. As Rush said awhile ago, kalifonia is lost.
Sen. Townsend’s comments are, in large measure, encouraging, although I hope that no false narrative will ever take hold concerning any alleged “sloppiness” or “carelessness” on the part of AZ election officials, terms Townsend used in her comments above, when, in fact, it was rather a blatant, deliberate, criminal disregard of the laws of Arizona. These nests of partisan corruptions in our cities and counties have rarely been confronted by their state AG’s, and that is why they persist to this day, shamefully so.
Even the released “drafts” of the report make the whole thing very clear:
(1) There is an unmistakable pattern of criminal behavior: the deletion of literally hundreds of thousands of files and logs on the eve of a required judicial disclosure.

I think AZ AG will prosecute. They will clean up their state and their election process. If GA, PA, MI, WI do the same, progress will have been made.
That depends on how you define “anything.” If the definition is reinstating President Trump in the White House, that’s unlikely to happen. But if “anything” means cleaning up state election processes so that a similar steal can’t occur again, that would be something. And I think that’s possible.
The AZ voters need to be heard about this. They should organize a push to decertify. Keep the pressure on and the issue on the front burner.

What I heard Fann state is that decertification was not the reason for the Audit. I do think that was overwhelming evidence that a State wide audit should be done. I think you would need that of any hope of decertification. Even if it was, it alone would not overturn the 2020 election, even if a Constitutional solution could be found.
Fraud vitiates everything, including the certification. If GA, PQ, & AZ withdraw 3lectors, Joe’s back under 270, which means the election goes to the House, as it should have initially, if Joe didn’t get to 270.

From my perspective, this was a very bad presentation. They muddled the results by not making that clear. If the number of the hand count included the missing and fraudulent votes they should have given the results after those votes per candidate were deducted.
As of today I would say that America today is not the America of the forefathers Constitution. Too many dishonest people telling too many lies by exclusion of facts and fabrication of others.

Also, what happened to the forensic picture of the illegal ballots that had offset markings? We did not see any of that this time.
The later part on the hand count, and the types of paper invalidating those ballots were not clearly and forcefully stated, with conclusions clearly drawn.
Reading Cyber Ninja’s report, they say the duplicate votes were removed from tally. But it looks like they did not attempt to identify fraudulent or illegal ballots. In their defense, that may have been outside the scope of their assignment.
So, the final tally of the partial audit may not match what really happened.
We need a FULL audit, and a canvassing, of every county where fraud obviously happened. Every State would be better.
Any time we need actual proof those doing it take to long and talk to much. That gives the enemy the chance to get inside and do the most damage they can do. Whenever you see a date continually change you can bet its not a good sign for our side.
This is all going to boil down to mostly marketing.

logs are the records…adjudication is when there is a problem with a paper ballot it is kicked to a HUMAN to decide the voter’s intent…I have seen reports of Dominion machines rejecting from low 60s to low 80% of ballots meaning a key (read corrupt in these cases) person decides most of the voting…the federally approved error rate is 1 in 250,000

The Report says the Arizona Presidential Election should not have been certified. It is up to the Arizona Legislature to DECERTIFY.

Paper votes nearly match numbers provided by Maricopa. How many months have they had to procure paper votes to match? Never forget the chicken farmer was burning chickens or something at his place.
No way to check the real images as Ben Cotten says they deleted all the originals. You can take their word for it those ballots tossed in the boxes are the originals.
The paper was not election certified paper on tens of thousands of votes. Only four types are officially sanctioned. There were 10 types used. Massive fraud.
In terms of moving the needle, this is a nothingberger. Lot of fraud, but no way to confirm that it benefitted Biden (other than our commonsense). 17,000 duplicate ballots? But no way to state whether for Biden or President Trump. Over 20,000 votes by people outside the voting district? But no way to state how they voted.
We were led on a wild goose ride by some people (and Gateway Pundit, I am looking at you) who told us that there were vast less actual ballots, than ended up in the final county. We were told how many pallets were left to count and it was impossible to have enough ballots on those ballots to add up to the vote counts. All that was wrong information.
No way they will decertify. In terms of swaying public opinion, it may move the needle in terms of agreeing the elections are a mess and maybe fixing future elections. But no way to put in people’s minds that President Trump actually won.
Unfortunately, that is the way it looks. Plenty of smoke, but no prosecutable, or decertifying, fire.

They have the names of the duplicate votes. As Shiva said these people should be interviewed and get the answer. This isn’t that hard.
Yes, as far as any legal action, it would foolish to expect anything like that resulting from this report as it turns out. Unless there’s more to come (and let’s hope there is), it’s simply going to be helpful in the terms you describe (voting reforms, etc., which will inevitably be watered down by the treasonous GOP in collaboration with their Marxist cousins).
Of course, we need more than that at this point, and that’s probably going to have to come from citizen activists. I had hoped for some LEGAL military intervention, but that’s looking increasingly unlikely.
I never thought it would decertify the election. But if it shows cheating (and it does), it doesn’t matter who it would have benefited – it shows we need to increase election integrity, and no one can now legitimately disagree.
Their argument was always, “there is no evidence of voter fraud” because no one ever looked. Now we have and the proof is that there is. Doesn’t matter who it benefitted, it should be stopped.

Breitbart has sucked for years. I used to check it many times a day. Now I rarely look at it, unless someone refers me to something specific.

I watched the whole thing. I thought the major points supporting an election steal were:
1) the systems were NOT insulated from the internet, and evidence was uncovered of repeated internet accesses, particularly just before the County’s audit was conducted, and during which the entire election records were deleted. Who accessed it was not revealed. Certain steps were documented that appear to support that efforts were made to delete files and cover up their tracks.
2) all people accessing the systems used the same user name and user password, defeating any effort to trace whodunit from the digital record, BUT video surveillance cameras were consulted to see who was at the terminal at some of the key times when records were deleted leading up to the County audit, the identities of these suspects were not released, but are being turned over to the AG.
3) the signed-envelope analysis turned up multiple anomalies, including a huge increase in votes cast and counted between 2016 and 2020, an increase in unsigned ballots counted as verified when there was no signature, stamped as such where the stamp seems to have occurred before the ballot was printed, double and triple votes from the same person, etc. Other than the increase, these numbers were not huge, but they were heavily weighted to the 6 days following the election.
4) the County throughout was belligerently non-cooperative.
5) the Senate did a good job in auditing, despite County obstruction, and came away with a list of proposed legislative changes to prevent future similar problems.
But there was no pointing to X thousands of uncounted or falsely counted votes that would have changed the outcome.
We’re back to waiting for the REAL “Boom,” to come maybe from some other external source that has the evidence of who accessed the systems (anyone with access to the NSA database or the rumored Solar-wind hack monitoring software supposedly deposited into Dominion’s computers), and what they deleted, what the original counts would have revealed.
I predict almost no one not previously on board with the stolen election narrative will be persuaded to change sides, based solely on this long day’s report. Hope resides in further revelations.

Deleting election records is criminal in nature and should require auto decertify or nullification. Otherwise it sends the message that it is ok to do.
