The premise was voter registration in excess of 80% (never happens) across the country. That’s how they dragged Biden to 81 million votes. The only restriction on their fraud was the # of eligible voters.

• There was back dating of registrations, adjustments made to historical voting and voter records, unexplained linking of voter registration affidavits to multiple voters and more.
• Files were missing from the Election Management System (EMS) Server.
• Ballot images on the EMS were corrupt or missing.
• Logs appeared to be intentionally rolled over, and all the data in the database related to the 2020 General Election had been fully cleared.
• On the ballot side, batches were not always clearly delineated, duplicated ballots were missing the required serial numbers, originals were duplicated more than once, and the Auditors were never provided Chain-of- Custody documentation for the ballots for the time-period prior to the ballot’s movement into the Auditors’ care. This all increased the complexity and difficulty in properly auditing the results.
• There were substantial statistically significant anomalies identified in the ratio of hand-folded ballots, on- demand printed ballots, as well as a statistically significant increase in provisional ballot rejections for a mail- in ballot already being cast, suggestive of mail-in ballots being cast for voters without their knowledge.”

The MSM, DS, uniparty, and legal system will salute the recount and completely ignore (= suppress) results of the forensic audit and similar analyses. They will label everyone who talks about those things as domestic extremists.
I can’t imagine anybody with the guts to decertify!

Some SOB GOPe released the copy early with the sentence in it that said Biden won the recount. That is what the msm is going with. We should have known that some SOB would have sabotaged the forensic results with BS.

As it stands with this partial audit….
Once fraud ballots in this high a number get mixed in with legal ballots you can document the fraud, but there is no way to then separate those ballots out to prove who won.
They won’t decertify based on that, imo. Not a year after the election. Biden and Trump can both assume they won AZ, but we will never know for sure.
What are you talking about. The way you separate the illegal ballots is by subtracting the number id as illegal from the total ballots counted. Easy Peasy.

States have proven there are not enough honorable people and not enough controls to make Mail in auditable, reliable.
Is there anyone/anything anywhere telling us how many of the fraudulent votes that were identified went for Biden? Wouldn’t that be the number that should be the headline if anything really meaningful is going to come of this? We all KNOW there was rampant fraud especially as it was becoming clearer and clearer that Trump was winning bigly on Election Day. What happened was unlawful and this needs to result in two things: a statewide audit under the auspices of a formal investigation and an election decertification. Squeeze the apparatchiks hard and long enough and they’ll give up the big fishes. Now quit talking about it and just do it ffs.

It should not matter who the illegal votes went for. The fact that you had 50,000 illegal votes counted and Trump lost by 10,000 votes means that the election should not have been certified because of the number of illegal ballots counted. Doesn’t matter who got them.
4sure, you used the proper past tense. The vote should not have been certified, but it was. If anyone can tell me how Arizona decertifying the 2020 election can change anything, which the senate president tells us they will not do, I would love to hear it.
The constitutional process that was completed in 12-20 & 1-21. The electoral college met counted the certified electoral votes, and the senate accepted those votes and declared Biden the winner. There is no process to undo that. People keep posting fraud invalidates everything. Who is going to declare the election was fraudulent, SCOTUS?
I knew the vote was fraudulent, and now there is some validated evidence. I would love to see all the states that elected Biden to do the same thing Arizona has done, however, I don’t think it will change many minds.
We knew, the dems knew we knew, and they don’t care. The energy needs to be devoted to getting election laws passed, so they can’t continue these frauds instead of chasing the false hope that Biden will be removed and President Trump installed.

It depends, it was a second drive. They may have used the drive to reimage the Maricopa machine and forgot to remove the drive. This is like a college new hire that you have do this work. I would not put to much stock in it. What I would put in stock is the script that was run like 30 K to delete no passwords from the log files and rewrite the files. The timing of the file date stamp changes are very suspect and the fact that they know who did it could get someone killed before they talk or are taken in.
That didn’t prove the connection to the internet, but the ciberninjas did prove they were connected to the internet by other means. There were several instances that they were connected to the internet proved.
Senate Prez Fann’s introductory statement said they didn’t do this audit to decertify the election. The Senate is going to turn over their findings to the AZ Attorney General as many laws have been broken,
Their goal is to clean up their voting system and have election integrity.
The ball will be in the AZ AG’s court whether or not to prosecute the criminals. AZ will clean up AZ for their future elections, including federal elections, but Fann said they aren’t going to decertify.
This is my take on this presentation. Fann spelled it out at the beginning.
Bennett said at the end, there wasn’t enough fraud to overturn the results.
The clarification about “decertify” is to avoid legal action against the auditors. Thus it’s a remedial action for audit not a punitive one.
