As soon as government started controlling the behavior of people under the justification of COVID fear, there was a natural conclusion evident to the issues. The lady holding up the sign has it exactly correct. All of the approaches demanded by leftist governmental action framed ‘non-compliance’ with the dictates as the individual being “selfish.”
The leftist pattern of framing your demand for individual freedom and liberty as selfish, has permeated throughout the COVID narrative. The vaccination demand now carries the exact same compliance narrative as the leftists blend vaccinations with the term “herd immunity.”
The current media talking points say that if you don’t take the non-FDA approved test vaccine, you are selfishly blocking a national effort to attain this “herd immunity.”
The argument is actually quite silly. If your vaccine protects you from COVID; and if the vaccine actually does do what the government and media tell you it does; then why would you be worried about someone else’s vaccine status? If the vaccine works, presumably you are protected; my not being vaccinated does not increase your risk or pose a threat.

No, no, no, no, no. The vaccine in and of itself does not prevent covid. In fact, it may cause the immune system to be more susceptible to other covid variants in some people. The vaccine is deathly for some, and many have died shortly after getting it, some have become disabled. The vaccine is contraindicated for some people, but no one talks about that.

I can only surmise, that some people are getting very, very, rich on some patents. Anyone willing to do in depth research will find that there are more questions than answers for this “vaccine”. Fortunately, I am not susceptible to manipulation. Primarily because, in my past, I was extremely susceptible to manipulation, and had to live through the long term effects of that. It has been with fascination, and horror, that I’ve watched various family members in my extended family get the jab. Several listen to mainstream media, do no research whatsoever, and do whatever their told to do. One in particular is frightened that she may never be able to see a sibling again that is dying of cancer, if she’s not vaccinated. Another got it because of the church group peer pressure, and another, who is very young and healthy, got the jab due to peer pressure. The virtue signaling is off the charts – but when questioned, “do you know how the vaccine specifically works on the immune system?”, they have no answers. Only one person answered me with knowledge of the vaccine’s inner workings, but chose to get it anyway for fear of not being able to travel internationally.
I don’t go so far as to believe that the globalists are forcing a “depopulation event” upon the masses who they think are killing Mother Earth, noncompliant, and utterly useless to them. But, I wouldn’t put it past them. Only time will tell.

There was some bill introduced recently that I read, I’ll try to find it online, or maybe it’s tied in with that big HR1 bill they’re trying pass now, that state’s hospitals, schools, universities and I think other partially government funded businesses are exempt from vaccine harm liability if they chose to enforce a vaccine mandate.
I believe the term “culpable homicide” fits the bill.
If the employer is following government mandates they will try and pass the fallout on to the government and good luck with that. Your insurance company will not pay for it and I doubt an employer will cover it out of the goodness of their hearts.

My gut feeling is that unless you’ve already signed some agreement that addresses this, yes you can probably sue your employer if they threaten your employment if you do not elect to receive the FDA-unapproved, experimental concoction. The original virus was/is almost 100 percent survivable with proper treatment. Many people still don’t realize that.

Yep, me too Lulu. I work at a hospital so I figure it’s going to come in fall when we are usually forced to get the flu vaccine. This year not only will I refuse the flu vaccine (can’t trust it anymore either) but I will force them to fire me for not getting the covid vax as well. I was going to retire in 4 yrs but that’s okay, it’s getting really difficult to work among these maniacs. I have saved a small amount and hopefully will get something from social security and hope to by a very small house and not owe much on it so I can live my retired years without fear of losing my home, and definitely in a red state!

I believe that is the original end date for this experimental “trial.” What’s happening now is supposed to be scientifically studied. But since they already tainted their “control group” by giving them all the vaccine too, who knows?

It might be worth scheduling some time with a lawyer to see how you state handles this and what you can do about it. Many employers when they receive a letter against the vaccines and stating cases within their state, win and they keep their jobs. Some also still allow for religious and medical reasons. It’s worth investigating to know your options.

I am 58. I play in a weekly poker game with gentlemen who are all 70 or more. All have been vaccinated. I caused a small ruckus this past Thursday when I told them that I had not been jabbed. The peer pressure began in earnest because “they all thought everyone had been vaccinated.” Longstory short, told them i didn’t understand what the hububwas about since the the vaccines work. Or do they?

Forgive me for butting in, but if you proactively, right now, begin taking vitamins D3, C, E, krill oil (best source of Omega 3, but doesn’t come back on you as fish!), Quercetin, zinc, NAC and selenium, at a minimum, you will boost your immunity to all kinds of things, your body will begin to heal itself where it can, and you will begin to feel much better. If you can get doctors to prescribe you some Ivermectin, even better, as you’ll have on-hand something that will conquer C-19 at any stage, and if you start it immediately on any C-19 symptoms, you won’t need to worry about getting into a hospital. You won’t have to worry about denial of “healthcare.” You will be taking excellent care of your own health.

There is one other aspect. Those who cannot be vaccinated (for example, those with compromised immune systems, newborn babies, those who are allergic to vaccine components) are protected by herd immunity, which consists of a high majority of the general population.
Where does herd immunity stand if/when animals can carry the disease and transmit it as well?
CDC admits it does not know if a vaccinated person transmits the virus. If this is not known, presuming the vaccine nevertheless inoculates, herd immunity cannot be claimed at any rate below 100% because anyone, though inoculated, may still possibly transmit the virus.

Probably. No vaccine is 100% effective. Vaccines work as much by reducing the overall number of available hosts as they do protecting individuals. So a vaccine that’s 90% effective still leaves you as an individual 10% chance of infection, but the remaining 10% is further reduced by those around you getting vaccinated as well.
Still not a fan of forcing vaccination or vaccine shaming, but it’s not a simple “my choice doesn’t affect you” calculation.
Certainly it is, unless you know everyone’s personal medical history and natural bodily health.
And certainly these “vaccines” are far less safe and effective for this bug than most other vaccines.
Even so, if you care to research the actual incidents and statistics of how safe any vaccine is, and vaccines in general (a very good place for those documentations is the Children’s Health Fund), it doesn’t really matter how many people get vaccinated or not.

Do seat belts save all lives in vehicle accidents? What about those injured BY the seat belts? And air bags — unpredictably triggered any time, not just by a fender-bender. Yet government requires all our vehicles after the 1980s to have at least a driver’s side air bag, and we cannot opt out of that, even if we know the real dangers of those air bags. There are fines and other punishments for disabling or eliminating them. And the government/media do not tell J.Q. Public about the incidence of air bag malfunctions resulting in serious injuries and deaths.
Are all thrill seekers injured or killed while getting their thrills? Would there be as many of them if the chances were not good that you would survive? What about those rescuers who ALSO go thrill seeking after hours?
If Cat 5 hurricanes were completely lethal, wouldn’t those rescuers have job security? Why are they rescuers in the first place? Much rescue work in rural and mountainous areas is itself dangerous. Rescuers take the risks, too. Voluntarily. They sign up specifically for that. Just under different justifications. With their qualifications, they could go do something less risky.
If there were no government interference and provision, if the government just restrained itself to what its ONLY reason for existence is given in the U.S. Constitution, then NO ONE would pay for anyone else’s taking “risks.” The “risks” would also include personally paying for it.
First responders, search and rescue, most firefighters and police, are VOLUNTEERS. Most in municipalities where locals pay them. Taxes are theft, coercion. Choosing to pay for volunteers to help us in our inevitable distress — for we ALL at one time or another have situations that require help from someone else, even first responders, etc. — should always be voluntary. If it were, more people actually would be more careful where unnecessary risks are concerned.
No one should be pressured to do what they do not freely choose to do, especially where that concerns personal health. And where the “risk” to others of personal health choices, like opting out of experimental therapies for serious bugs like this one is supposed to be, would not affect anyone else. Time-tested, safe, effective, and lasting therapies would NOT have been immediately “banned” and penalized by government “health officials.” The RISKS from them are ZERO, whereas the risks from these experimental “vaccines” are very high — and more deleterious effects from them are being tallied every day!

I used to wait tables, if I got confronted over and over regarding one my my bosses bad policies, I would probably eventually complain to him/her that the policy is making customers and me unhappy and I would definately tone down my enforcement if I could.
If people were polite to me, I would continue to enforce my bosses policies with all the force they would take before becoming mean.
Thats why I don’t comply when a lowly shelf stocker (or anyone else) pushes the mask policy of their boss. I say without a smile that I would rather quit shopping there than ever be bullied into wearing a mask. I do hope it has a chilling effect.
I do hope the lowly employee brings to the attention of their employer how miserable the policy is.
Stop going along to get along. This is how you fight back against social terrorism and tyranny. Stop letting them get away with it.
Restaurants are ridiculous. You have to wear a mask until you get to your table then miraculously you can’t spread or catch a respiratory virus if you sit on a wooden chair:)
You’re right. I tried dining out once. Then didn’t do it since because I can’t make myself participate in the absurdity.
I should go try again. But it takes the enjoyment out of anything when it becomes a confrontation, huh.
My observation on Biden’s State of the Chaos Address from Wednesday night:
Either 1) Congress critters in attendance have not taken the jab and are, therefore, not fully vaccinated or
2) they don’t believe their own Bull$hit on the efficacy of the vaccine either and do believe that a pitiful little cloth mask can stop a virus which can easily penetrate ANY available mask (other than possibly and old fashioned diving suit with the plexiglass helmet attached in NASA fashion to a leakproof suit)
The only one I saw unmasked at any point was Joe Manchin and he was sitting in the back row alone without mask but was later seen fully masked. These people cannot even convey a simple message to the citizenry. If they could, they would have STOPPED the border invasion by sick illegals immediately. I’m not really sure what it is that they believe. There are more holes in their “cogent thought” than access points through a paper mask!
And furthermore, how would you know that the Congresscritters actually took the COVID mRNA treatment (not vaccine)? They could have had B12 or saline solution shots for all we know, and are just saying they had the COVID treatment. I certainly wouldn’t put it past them to do something that deceptive, knowing that most of the lemmings in the country, including the MSM, would swallow it whole.
There’s no way the really connected politicos like the Bushs, obamas, clintons took this crap.
We have nothing to fear but face diapers themselves.
I was perfectly willing to get vaccinated at some point, till they turned the process into a dystopian carnival. Damn it, I will not play games like this. Provide an ethically-developed, FDA-approved, clinically transparent vaccine. In the meantime I’ll continue to take my (very good) chances with proven theraputics, herd immunity and a high survival rate.
